I wrote this email 9 days back, got no response on email. We were still calling them through toll free number and 2 days back a person came, told that he will be back in 2 days and replace a part of it. He is not picking our calls and we are back to where we started.
The email was :

"Dear FABER Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by your company regarding a kitchen chimney that I purchased six months ago.

To provide you with some context, I bought a FABER kitchen chimney with high expectations, hoping for a reliable and efficient appliance. However, my experience has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride filled with disappointments.

Just one month after purchasing the kitchen chimney, it suddenly stopped working. Naturally, we contacted the shop owner from whom we made the purchase. However, we were directed to communicate through FABER's toll-free customer service number. This was the beginning of our service ordeal.

Despite making multiple calls to your customer service, nobody from your company responded or came to address the issue. Our pleas for assistance fell on deaf ears, and the problem persisted unresolved.

On September 1st, 2023, we decided to give your company another chance and reached out for service. A service technician was dispatched to our location, and after inspecting the chimney, he informed us that a specific part needed replacement. He assured us that the replacement would be done within ten days. Unfortunately, that was the last we heard from him, and he never returned to fix the issue.

Today, we called your customer service once again in desperation, hoping for a resolution. However, the person who answered the call put us on hold and left the phone unattended. This level of inhuman service is deeply disappointing and frustrating.

At this point, we have lost all faith in FABER and your ability to provide timely and effective service. We no longer wish to keep the product, as it has been nothing but a source of inconvenience. We kindly request one of the following actions:

Replace the defective kitchen chimney immediately with a functional one.
Refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible.
We are prepared to purchase a kitchen chimney from another brand that values its customers and provides reliable service. We believe this is a reasonable request given the extensive inconvenience we have endured.

If this issue is not resolved promptly and to our satisfaction, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer court to seek justice for the subpar product and the lack of service we have experienced.

We sincerely hope it does not come to that and that you will take this matter seriously. We look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue. "
And here we are lodging a complaint. Please help us out here.

    I have been calling Faber from 25th of September to change my Hob, and burner . I must’ve called almost 50 times to the customer care and my issue is still pending.
    No one is ready to respond properly. The second complaint again I registered was on 2nd of October.it’s been 16 days they are fooling me around. They gave me me contact number of some senior person.
    Those people blocked me. Every time now when I called them, they say it’s still pending . When I purchased the product I thought it’s a good company .
    But now the amount of inconvenience, it has caused me is unbearable. I have not been able to cook since past 15 days. I am ordering food from outside. Also I don’t know when will they fix it.
    Nobody talks properly and gives me specific date . How long does it takes to fix a problem?
    They said it will be done within 48 hours . And it’s been 15 days already.

        My extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Faber India in relation to my recently purchased chimney, model [(Hood Venice in HC SC FL LG 90, Touch &
        Gesture Control, Light Grey] & Serial no-(B0BTYHXSZ7), which I bought approximately one month ago. I have encountered a persistent and unresolved issue of oil leakage from the chimney, which has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.
        This leakage issue has persisted right from the moment of installation, and I firmly believe it is a result of irresponsible and unbalanced installation by the engineer dispatched by Faber India. To date, I have raised complaint requests three times, and while each time an engineer has visited my home, none of them have been able to resolve the issue effectively.
        Despite assurances from these engineers that the leakage issue had been rectified, the problem has recurred the very next day after their visits. This not only indicates a lack of expertise and professionalism on their part but has also caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my end.
        To make matters worse, I paid an additional Rs. 1500 for proper angle installation to the installation engineer, hoping that this would resolve the issue once and for all. Unfortunately, this expenditure has proved to be in vain as the problem continues to persist. It is disheartening to see that my efforts to ensure the proper installation of the chimney have yielded no positive results.

          I purchased Chimney Model Hood Peepy Plus BK LTW 45 and Installed on 20.01.2018. The chimney was working fine. On 09.07.2023 the chimney filter got broken due to ageing. request was given and your M/s AVON Marketing Enterprise at Kolkata given authority to replace the same. But till date no actions have been taken. The matter was referred to Mr Somnath Ganguly Regional Manager who is also unable to resolve the issue.
          If the spares are not available for the product given life time warranty what actions are to be taken?
          It was proposed to replace the unit and for which the additional cost will be borne by me.
          Requested for a suitable action at an earliest possible.

            I had asked for the installation from Faber, the engineer came and charges me 1500 for 1st pipe and 1200 for the 2nd pipe, although the 2nd pipe was only 20% used, he said that company will charge full.
            I am not sure why Faber is looting customers when the pipe is not used full then also he has to pay the full price

              I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delay in the installation of the chimney that I purchased from Flipkart. My order number is OD[protected], and the installation was scheduled to be completed by Sept 30, as per the terms and conditions outlined during the sale.

              Unfortunately, it has now been two weeks since my purchase, and the chimney is still not installed in my kitchen. This delay has not only caused immense inconvenience but has also resulted in additional expenses for me. I had scheduled carpentry work to coincide with the chimney installation, and due to the delay, the carpentry work has been pending, causing disruption in my daily life.

              I would like to request compensation for the carpentry charges I have incurred due to the delayed chimney installation. The delay has not only affected my kitchen's functionality but has also resulted in unexpected expenses on my part.

              I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the lack of communication and prolonged delay is unacceptable. After several calls and complaints one technician have contacted me on Friday, Sept 1st and he came for the markings and instructed us to do the core cutting, We have arranged the core cutting team on the next day itself and this was conveyed to the technician also that to come and install the same on Saturday 02nd.I expressed the challenges we have due to the delayed installation but there was no effect and technician confirmed me to come on Monday morning. Today I had to call that technician and when enquired he told that tomorrow (Tuesday)only the installation will be done. We have arranged carpenter for the same today(Monday) and now the cupboard works are pending and I had to pay for 2 Carpenters today.
              I urge Faber India to take immediate action to resolve this matter by prioritizing the installation of my chimney and compensating me for the carpentry charges incurred as a result of the delay.

              I kindly request that you respond to this complaint promptly and complete the chimney installation by today itself. I hope that Faber India can rectify this situation and restore my confidence in your products and services.

              Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution.

                I buy Faber chimney and there is suction issue with chimney I made complaint for this on 16 Aug 2023 they said technician will visit with in 48 hrs today is 31st Aug 2023 nobody came for resolution I have chimney of 30000 INR also have hobb of 30000 INR but there is zero support from Faber customer care. I live in Sultanpur Uttar Pradesh PIN code - 228001 there don’t do like this with customer, customer is god for you. But now a days company respect u till only time u did not buy product once u bought product they will behave like who are u now last 15 days am suffering there is no resolution pls don’t buy any product of Faber. Pls pls never buy. This all customer should know about Faber.
                4 days past away since complain no proper update one service engineer came he don’t know anything only time pass he did and went away .

                Pls I will suggest don’t say anyone to buy any product from Faber Compnay there is no support from dealer and company no proper communication.
                No response till now this is one week after complaint totally frustrated with faber I will never buy anything from faber and suggest to others also not to buy any product.

                  Worst Serviece from faber India-Replacing of BURNERS which are under warranty

                  This has reference to My Complaint No.HYD[protected] which was registered at faber customer support in the month of JUNE-2023 against replacing Burners (which are in warranty period) of FABER SUPREME PLUS COOKTOP AUTO IGNITION STOVE. Further, I remained continuosly to the Customer support team of Faber India, I called several times to the concerned Dealer of Faber Mr.Balu (mobile no.[protected]) and also discussed with concerned zonal manager...

                  I purchased FABER HOOD ZEST DLX IN HC SC FL BK 90 Autoclean wall mount chimney black (1100 CMH) with order ID OD[protected] from Flipkart.
                  From the day 1 the panel board was having issues.Called up flipkart, they gave the number of the supplier. The supplier told me to share pictures on his what's app. Now he is telling that there are no panel board for my model. The company is not supplying it. I want to return the product and please refund my money. Contact persons are Kiran and RakesH (Manager).

                      I purchased a Faber Hob Nexus 604 on 30th July 2022 from Zee electronics store in Mumbai and all 4 of my burners have gotten ruined already. It has been 2 months since my burners have stopped working and I've called multiple times. Once a service person came to check it and asked for money to get it changed. Faber provides a 5 years warranty on burners so then why should I pay? The service person has stopped picking up my calls and replying to my messages.

                      I have been following up with Zee electronics store constantly and in fact I took the pain of visiting the store personally too. Mr.Vikram from the store spoke to someone from the Faber company and then someone called Sarfaraz came to visit at my home. He himself inspected and wrote that the burners had gotten burnt. This is the first time I have heard that brass burners got burnt. We are just 3 people living at my home so we don't even use it excessively. I don't understand how you can charge 25, 000 for this kind of product?

                      I am tired of following up on this since the past 2 months with the company and the store and the service team. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with this product and with this brand. I don't need an exchange anymore, I just want my money back for this no matter what.

                        I am deeply disappointed and alarmed by the recent incident involving my Faber Chimney. Just two days after the warranty expired, the chimney malfunctioned catastrophically, causing an explosion-like blast, and shattering glass pieces all over my kitchen floor. This horrifying experience has left my family and me in a state of shock and disbelief.

                        We had purchased the Faber Chimney with high hopes of improving our kitchen environment....

                        We have been facing persistent issues with the NEXUS STAR IND HT 653 CRS BR CI AI cooktop, which we purchased from VIJAY SALES - LAMINGTON ROAD. We installed the cooktop on 26th February, 2023, and since then, we have lodged two complaints regarding the following problems:

                        We were disappointed to discover that the cooktop has a significant delay of 5 to 6 seconds before it turns on. Unfortunately, the seller did not inform us about this wait time when we made the purchase.

                        The flames on all four burners of the cooktop are excessively high, even when set to the lowest setting. This has led to numerous instances of burning our food items, regardless of the burner size. Despite the technician's attempts to lower the flame, it consistently turns off.

                        Following our complaints, a technician visited our home and removed the spring from two burners, leaving us with only two functional burners. The technician attributed the issue to a sensor problem. Subsequently, Faber gas sent a senior technician who, instead of addressing the problem, made discouraging remarks, stating "aapne product galat choose kiya" (you have chosen the wrong product). This experience has left us frustrated as our home has become a trial and error center for Faber cooktops.

                        We have been caught in a cycle of communication between VIJAY SALES and Faber. VIJAY SALES inquires with Faber about the status of our complaint, and Faber consistently provides false information, claiming that the issue has been resolved. As a result, VIJAY SALES asks us for feedback, and we reopen the complaint. This has been an ongoing situation for the past three months, leading to significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

                          I bought Faber RO water purifier from Flipkart in August 2022 which has 1 year product warranty. It didn't even worked for 2 months properly and TDS is also very high as it didn't filtered. I then raised multiple complaints and Faber took almost month to fix that issue. And after 2 weeks, water leakage problem started, they didn't resolve and they kept RO with them for almost 2 months. And recently again, RO stopped working. After multiple calls, some technician came and said Membrane has to be changed which has 1 year life . He says that is chargable and i have to pay 3000 rupees for this repair. I am not sure if this Faulty RO will work after i spend this 3000 again. When I checked for warranty claims, they deny saying we cannot help. I am very disappointed with their service and customer treatment. Please help me to raise this issue and not entertain these Faber company to cheat or mislead other customers like me as water is very very important to our life's. Releasing such faulty machines into market is going to impose huge risk to humanity if this issue is left unattended

                              This is a serious concern, in the last one week I have been having a tough time with Faber service for both Hob and Chimey.

                              Hob service done but still the ignition issue persists. With the chimney, two days service personnel came and things didn't go well.

                              Today one service personnel came for cleaning, one personnel cannot handle it. During the service, the chimney slipped and the glass broke completely.

                              First of all very poor service, now who will bear the cost of this glass. Installation two personnel came and did it neatly, how can one person dismantle and do the cleaning. Please see all attachments.

                              I want this glass to be replaced from the Faber side without any charges. This is urgent.

                              I want a customer service manager or management team regarding this.

                                I bought a Faber hood zenith FL SC ac bk 90 back in July 2022 and it is not ever a year that its falps are not workings. We called the service agency and they are charging $1500 for the visit, The faber warrant page shows that within a year it is comprehensive warranty. Seems like these are all the Faber's gimmicks to make consumers buy their product.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  Regarding Faber request number PUN[protected].
                                  Just to bring this to notice that no action taken on simple installation request of the water purifier while the call/request was registered on 18/April 2023 & its now 10 days after the call logged.

                                  The service person came on 26 with full attitude showing that he is full of appointments which need to be completed & we are sitting in home idle with no work & suggested the change in furniture cabinet to get it cut from one side which is not possible (Instead I would prefer to buy another model)however its not required at all as the RO fits well with 2 inches gap on both sides.
                                  It simply shows how the installation guy dragged the request.

                                  Second day the same person came & again with the same attitude of proving his point he denied the installation & wasted whole day of mine.

                                  We are salaried person just like others & does the job 9-5 & its not possible for me take leaves & make rounds of service center to get the installation done.

                                  Moreover the adapter that came with the purifier turns to be faulty which he took along with him on first day & bought another one (Used). Since the installation was not done I have asked to not to close the request.

                                  I contact the toll free number & got the number of some pathetic manager (Mr. Taufeek) who is refraining to himself to take calls now.

                                  Its not a very big appliance that I bought but its the company name/service & image which I got & in future will refrain myself to get involved in such dramas.

                                  This is just to bring to notice that a product/service owner company should have mind set of getting things instead of stressing the simple thing for weeks with no reason.

                                  Now there are 2 solutions I can think of either I get the installation done by local vendor If you provide me in writing that warranty will not void.

                                  Another solution I can think of is Faber complete the installation in next 24 hours.

                                  An early action will be highly appreciated or else I have to log a complaint in consumer forum & the matter will be dragged further.
