It has been more than 3 months and till date, i have not received a call for free service. I was committed one free service per quarter, i. E. 4 service per annum.

Your service center in bangalore, kk service center, is doing a pathetic job in ensuring free service...

Glass Broken

| am having faber glass top and chimney. After one month o[censored]se glass of the hob broke down automatically and blast is such that glass is scattered every corner of the kitchen. If anyone is present there at that time then it will be a serious human injury. I called customer care and ask them to replace the glass hob, there representative come and click the photo and told me that they will update after 2 days. There is no call from there side...

Escalation on After Sales Service

This is to bring to your attention that I am a very disappointed customer of FABER. I had purchased new brand Faber In-build Oven on 12th September 2013. Right from the day of installation, I have been facing issues with the Oven with regards to food getting burnt.
I have lodge complain of 26th December 2013 regarding this to Faber service Center and the complain number is mentioned in the subject line.

Dishwasher rust and not working

We bought a new dishwasher Faber WQP12-9319 from the dealer/service provider Surya Home Appliances Alwarpet, Chennai 600018 in Dec 2010 and had it installed in our apartment in Jan 2011. Very soon problems started in operation and the inside baskets and parts began to rust. We complained to their Complaint service Centre in Pune Complaint No [protected] dt 7.11.2010 and after several phone calls to Surya Home Apps as well as Faber Service...

NON ATTENDANCE OF SERVICE

I HAVE PURCHASE THE FABER CHIMMINY AND HOB BUT IN 4 DAYS I THE MOTOR OF FABER CHIMMINY WAS BURT AND HOB LITER CHARGES WAS WEEK. SO COMPANY TOLD THEY WILL REPLACE. THEY CALL ME ON SATURDAY ( 28/11/09 ) FOR REPLACEMENT I TOLD TO COME ON SUNDAY ( 29/11/09 ) BUT THEY HAVE NOT COME TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT ATTENDED....

Auto ignition not working

Hi,

I have bought a 3 burner faber cooktop from a shop in narayan Peth, Pune.
Right from the start the auto ignition was not working for 2 of those burners.

I contacted two customer support centers of faber in pune and both of them have failed to turn up to fix my problem.
The vendor is not ready to take responsibility of the faulty product.

Please note : this vendor always has faber...

Dear Faber Customer Support,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally request a refund for my Faber chimney, as the issue I have repeatedly reported remains unresolved despite multiple complaints.

The problem persists: oil does not collect in the oil collection tray but instead drips from the nuts and sides of the chimney. This defect has caused significant inconvenience, and despite several service requests, no effective resolution has been provided.

I have raised complaints on the following dates:
• August 6, 2024
• September 19, 2024
• October 10, 2024
• December 6, 2024
• February 2, 2025

Despite my patience and multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request a full refund for the product as it is not functioning as intended and causing continued inconvenience. If a refund is not possible, I request an immediate replacement with a fully functional unit.

Please treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest. I look forward to your prompt resolution.

    We have Purchased Faber company chimney on 01/11/2023.The chimney was installed following all provided guidelines, and I ensured regular maintenance as recommended by Faber. But on 11/11/2024 it's unexpectedly burst and caused extensive damage to my kitchen. Due to this incident, not only was the chimney destroyed the surrounding area including our kitchen tiles also damaged.
    This incident not only caused significant property damage but also posed a severe risk to the safety of my family.
    After this incident in the same day We have raised the complaint regarding this through watsapp which is suggested from customer care number available in google.also mail sent to "ks-customercare.[protected]@franke.com" .Also we reached out customer care through [protected] .and reached out nearest service center. Service boy visited but he not gave proper response for the incident. Post that we tried many time to connect with customer care but they are keeping on giving time line for the next day again if we call next day they will postpone to next day of the day. When we call and start ask for the update they used to say will call you back in sometime but till today we haven't recived any call from customer care. They are not responding properly at all.
    We also visited nearest branch and informed the management regards the incident many times. But they haven't pleased the things and response for the incident . I need immediate revert and response regarding this incident .

      The third party (Sri Ram enterprises, owner Prem) service guy came and took the motor of the Faber Chimney on August 22nd and until now they are not responding.
      Our LTW: BLR17318976
      They said the motor has to be replaced.
      It's been 10 weeks but no response from your third-party service. (Sri RAM Enterprises).
      They are so irresponsible and do not update at all.
      When we called them, they used to say New Motor is on the way from Head Office Pune (Faber company).
      Again, they told head office had sent wrong motor, and we requested to send correct one.
      last week they told your new motor has come and we will come and replace.
      On Wednesday they came and bought the old motor, when we asked where the new motor is they said, parts are replaced.
      Then we asked for these two months you are saying new motor would be coming from head office and now you are saying same old motor, we asked what is going on and he could not speak and told that he will share his manager number but now he is not picking up the calls.
      These third party (Sri Ram Enterprises, owner Prem) has been cheating the customers, they are keeping the original new motor which was sent by the Faber company from head office and giving duplicate parts.

      Please take immediate action on this third party from Faber and request to fix it earliest.

      Kindly check with them and please request them to fix the Faber chimney at the earliest.

      I am writing to escalate an ongoing issue with the third-party service provider, Sri Ram Enterprises (Owner: Prem), regarding the replacement of my Faber Chimney motor (LTW: BLR[protected].

      The service technician took the motor on August 22nd, and after 10 weeks of delays, they have been unresponsive and misleading about a new motor's arrival. Last week, they returned with the old motor, claiming parts were replaced.

      This situation is unacceptable, and I request immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure the chimney is fixed promptly.

        I have raised a complaint on 24th july 2024 for my Faber chimney, motor stopped working. The item was purchased on DEC.2016.
        Your service engineer from thrissur visited my place after a week. He informed me your motor has to come from Faber Pune and it will take time.On 24th my Ref no.is COC[protected] from franke faber india pvt ltd.. Till today there is no information about the motor or a call from Franke faber. 4 times I have given complaint on Email but they say they have given my complaint to higher ups to look into the matter. Last complaint was given on 5th of September. But they are mum.

          I have purchased a Cook top stove belongs to FABER company from Bajaj electronics, Tiruoati, Andhra Pradesh. From the day of installation, two Burnals are not working properly. Technician came and noticed the problem and told some parts to be replaced. He never turned again to rectify the issue and inspite of our repeated calks nothing has happened. Many times my self and my wife tried to contact the customer care, but all our efforts to rectify our issue were fruitful. Iam totally dissatisfied with the type of service extended here. Pls correct it and rectify our issue immediately or else Iam constrained to proceed to next higher levels

            **Issue Details:**
            - After receiving the dishwasher on 22nd May and having a demonstration, I used it for the first time at night to clean the vessels.
            - The next morning, I noticed that the side vents through which water enters were leaking, and the dishwasher was full of water.
            - Upon checking the tap connection, I confirmed there is no issue with the tap itself.
            However, when the tap valve is on, water leaks inside the machine and spills out. When the tap valve is off, there is no leakage.
            I have already contacted the service person, who advised that a service is required.
            However, considering that this is a brand-new dishwasher, I am not willing to accept a service repair. I believe it is reasonable to expect a fully functional product upon purchase.

                Ref Service request::HYD[protected] registered on 3rd April, No response till now.
                I have raised multiple requests starting from April 1st 2024, On 7th April One technician came and found that my chimney motherboard needs to be replaced.
                Since then till today I have not received any response from them yet. They are not responding my call. I just wanted to understand is this the way the team takes care of customer during service. I am trying to contact Mr Hari ([protected]) and Mr Sandeep ([protected]) since 3 weeks now to get an update as they are the point of contact for Faber queries in Hyderabad location, but they are deliberately disconnecting the call. My chimney is just 1 and half year old .I want to take this issue on priority else I am going to raise a consumer complaint against faber Frankie as these two people are literally harassing me .

                    I purchased a HOB FROM FABER in Jan 2023 it was installed in March 2023.
                    This is the most horrible product i have purchased in my new house.
                    In first two months all the burners are worn out it seems I am using this product over a decade .replaced one burner also but rest three are in pathetic ...after not even one year use.with this hob my cylinder runs only for 15 days, before this my cylinder use to work for 1 month 15 days.have taken service (AMC) from Faber also.but nothing has work.ots seems like making the biggest mistake after purchasing this product

                      I raised a complaint regarding my chimney motor issue and the technician says that there is no data or proff that i bought the chimney from them despite giving the warranty card and purchase order also I have called customer care on 22nd Feb, regarding the issue and not only she didn't provide me with solution she hung up on me(her name is Priyanka or something like that, This is unacceptable and very rude i suggest you to look into this, And I am very very very disappointed in FABER

                        I had purchased a Hobtop gas burner a year back. I had raised a service issue on 28 Jan 2024 vide complaint reference number VIJ[protected], indicating that extra gas is seen coming out of the burner making it more fierce. Despite repeated reminders on the whatsapp number of company and even local service center, the issue has not been attended till date. I had sent mails also to the email ID provided and everytime I got a reply that the complaint has been escalated but no action has happened till date.
