We bought Faber water purifier.since then we r facing worst service by them after registering a complaint they never attended with in 48 hrs .they take min 7 days.they won't lift phones they won't come by time.they don't know how to correct.after service same problem is repeating.they never bothered

    Faber chimney is never ever recommended for its worst machinery and services with such high cost. Our chimney is not even two years old and we already had to change it's motor an year ago for which the company took more than a month to fix the issue and we had to take lot of pain to deal with the customer care service for their negligence and don't care attitude. Now again the hydraulic needs replacement for which call was logged on[protected] and the same is not fixed yet till date. I had to follow up with them so many times with them and each time either they had come with wrong information or fake commitment. They were even supposed to come today which is again not happening because the technician who was supposed to call me at around 12 had called at 16.10 when I was busy in another office call. Within 10 minutes I called back when his mobile was no more reachable and while connecting to their of within 10 minutes of the first call received from technician they casually told me that technician left site for the day, tomorrow he will visit but no prior intimation of the visit time can be given by them. They neither provide any senior person contact detail nor any email id where we can commnucate our concern.

      FRANKE FABER INDIA PVT. LTD.([protected], ks-customercare.[protected]@franke.com) is cheating, mentally harassing, extorting money from its customers and doing fraud in the name of its free of cost newly purchased, 25 ltr. geyser installation service. This illegal extortion of money and cheating is being done by the network of FRANKE FABER's customer care, service executives, franchisee and area service manager of Greater Noida, U.P..
      I was asked Rs600 (plus pipes charges extra) for installing newly purchased Faber Geyser Jazz 25v(Faber ticket: DEL[protected], purchased on Amazon thro. order id:[protected], order date: 31 Dec. 2023, Delivery date: 02 Jan 2024, Invoice: DL-PNQ[protected]INVOICE NO.: PNQ2-3759)) on 03 Jan 2024 by Faber customer care and associates through phone numbers: [protected] (12:40 p.m.), [protected] (15:28 p.m.) and later when i posted this feedback on amazon, after that, another guy called me, through: [protected](at 04:06 p.m.), to tell me that the installation is free.
      But i had already waited for more than 36 hours for the installation after the delivery and FABER associates asking more money than the local plumber, i opted for outside/local plumber done installation which costed me Rs400 + Pipes charges.
      The outside weather was very harsh and cold so i could not have wasted more time or waited for FABER associates to talk sense and install, ASAP, when i fully understood that they were playing delaying, cheating and lying tactics to force me to give them Rs600+ for the free work.
      But, interestingly, the Faber customer care also didnt cared to reply me to confirm if the geyser installation is free or not on 02 Jan. 2024 on whatsapp and instead routed others to try to extort more than Rs600 for the installation which was given free of cost by the company.
      Now, they are not handing me over the free pipes which come along with the purchase for installation, neither reimbursing the money which i spent on installation, and above all they are threatening to not to honor THE warranty.

        Please check out my X post for the story and my experience with Faber. In short, the chimney caught fire at 3 am on Jan 12th when we were sleeping. It was life threatening as we had 2 lpg cylinders in the kitchen. It took 1.5 hrs to put down the fire with trained firemen. We had taken AMC but they never came for service until the day of fire. On logging a complaint with them they refuse to take accountability, saying fire was from outside and offered 5k discount on buying a new one. I mean this couldn't be more disgusting. Boss...we could have died...i have witnesses in my society, security guards, neighbours who saw that the chimney itself caught fire and spread to the rest of rhe kitchen. Thankfully my stove, lpg cylinders and other lower cabinets are safe proving that there was nothing from the cooking stove. It was 3 am, we were sleeping.

              Auto ignition not working for 1 burner. Complained to customer care on 11th Dec 23. Technician visited on 14th Dec but spark switch not available & will be replaced in 1 week. Service centre does not have inventory of spare parts. Pathetic service from Faber. Don't buy any Faber product.

                  Your Pune service is terrible. I had a faber service consultant come and clean and repair my chimney on 1st of October. He said he also changed the motor and gave me a 2 years service warranty of 5800. In a month, the chimney stopped working and I am chasing the service provider for last one month. After 10 calls, he finally came, took out the chimney and never came back. I have called many many times after that but now he only disconnects my phone. His number is [protected].

                    I had given complaint VIJ[protected] one month back for Faber dishwasher which is under warranty but the technician attended after 15 days by calling number of times to customer care.and told breather complaint and will not cover under warranty and the spare is not replaced till to-date completed one month.very very poor service We had faced till now

                      I have purchased new chimney of Faber company from Croma store in chandigarh . After one week of installation, motion and touch sensors are not working . I have called many times to customer care and one day their engineer visited to check issue . But he was unable to resolve and said we need to change card for sensors. But 15 days have passed, he did not came to change card and not picking calls also. gain I have called Faber customer care many times . They just keep on saying engineer will visit soon . But there is no response.

                        I have raised concern of frequently restarting Faber chimney even power off from panel.. case reported to Faber support team but they denied to provide service even product is under warranty.
                        Now asking me to pay in advance to replace PCB faulty part in chimney
                        I have escalated this issue with them but no luck.
                        I would like to file a case in consumer court.

                        Please fix this ASAP

                          I purchased Eurodomo chimney on 30/12/21 which has manufacturer warranty of one year and additionally i purchased your one assist warranty for one more year. Our chimney flap one side came down hanging while in operation today.I mailed to One assist on 2nd Nov and yet to get any reply.I tried their app but my product is not activated in their app.But they mentioned in my amazon messgae(attached) that it will automatically get activated within 15 days.So i am not able to raise compaint in their app.

                            I have purchased water heater of Faber company of 3 Liters from the Keshav Tiles situated at B-39, Sector-9, Noida. The same was delivered on 26.09.2023 to my address Flat No.1201, Tower-2, ACE DIVINO Noida Extention.
                            The product was delivered by the Company was damaged and having manufacturing defect & I have not used your product on a single day. I have already lodged a complaint to replace the same & also call was attended by your Technician & at the time of visiting he has also noticed that the product was supplied by the company having manufacturing defect.
                            I have personally requested your Area Manager Mr Anand Singh & he has also assured my they will replaced the product. On 09.10.2023 I have also lodged a complaint, But it is very shameful to tell you the water heater of 3 liters has not been replaced & nobody is ready to hear my voice. I have no option to approach you in this regards. I request you to look into the matter & resolve the issue.

                                    We brought the 3 burner Faber stove from Pathanthitta 2 months ago cost of 25000.
                                    since then we have issue with the stove. Customer care change the big burner due to issue. Also we reported about the Nob which is made of steel and it's getting hot while cooking, we can't even touch the Nobe after cooking we have to use cloth to hold the Nobe. Customer care said they can't change the Nobe Even though it has warranty. Also they said we should not spill water or milk or rice water sometime this will happen we brought it not for show for cooking purpose. Good for Europeans to cook omelet or hamburger. Indian product should be Indian's user friendly. This product is not at all user friendly. Before selling the product, dealers or customer care should explain to the customer about the product. Which is not happen. I need to call customer care for each issue, and they will take video pictures, they are thinking we are raising the complaint simply.

                                      I wrote this email 9 days back, got no response on email. We were still calling them through toll free number and 2 days back a person came, told that he will be back in 2 days and replace a part of it. He is not picking our calls and we are back to where we started.
                                      The email was :

                                      "Dear FABER Customer Service,

                                      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by your company regarding a kitchen chimney that I purchased six months ago.

                                      To provide you with some context, I bought a FABER kitchen chimney with high expectations, hoping for a reliable and efficient appliance. However, my experience has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride filled with disappointments.

                                      Just one month after purchasing the kitchen chimney, it suddenly stopped working. Naturally, we contacted the shop owner from whom we made the purchase. However, we were directed to communicate through FABER's toll-free customer service number. This was the beginning of our service ordeal.

                                      Despite making multiple calls to your customer service, nobody from your company responded or came to address the issue. Our pleas for assistance fell on deaf ears, and the problem persisted unresolved.

                                      On September 1st, 2023, we decided to give your company another chance and reached out for service. A service technician was dispatched to our location, and after inspecting the chimney, he informed us that a specific part needed replacement. He assured us that the replacement would be done within ten days. Unfortunately, that was the last we heard from him, and he never returned to fix the issue.

                                      Today, we called your customer service once again in desperation, hoping for a resolution. However, the person who answered the call put us on hold and left the phone unattended. This level of inhuman service is deeply disappointing and frustrating.

                                      At this point, we have lost all faith in FABER and your ability to provide timely and effective service. We no longer wish to keep the product, as it has been nothing but a source of inconvenience. We kindly request one of the following actions:

                                      Replace the defective kitchen chimney immediately with a functional one.
                                      Refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible.
                                      We are prepared to purchase a kitchen chimney from another brand that values its customers and provides reliable service. We believe this is a reasonable request given the extensive inconvenience we have endured.

                                      If this issue is not resolved promptly and to our satisfaction, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer court to seek justice for the subpar product and the lack of service we have experienced.

                                      We sincerely hope it does not come to that and that you will take this matter seriously. We look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue. "
                                      And here we are lodging a complaint. Please help us out here.

                                        I have been calling Faber from 25th of September to change my Hob, and burner . I must’ve called almost 50 times to the customer care and my issue is still pending.
                                        No one is ready to respond properly. The second complaint again I registered was on 2nd of October.it’s been 16 days they are fooling me around. They gave me me contact number of some senior person.
                                        Those people blocked me. Every time now when I called them, they say it’s still pending . When I purchased the product I thought it’s a good company .
                                        But now the amount of inconvenience, it has caused me is unbearable. I have not been able to cook since past 15 days. I am ordering food from outside. Also I don’t know when will they fix it.
                                        Nobody talks properly and gives me specific date . How long does it takes to fix a problem?
                                        They said it will be done within 48 hours . And it’s been 15 days already.
