I complained Faber Hob for service. Becoz Hob not working properly since 3 month. Condition of my bad my family in danger to use hob, because hob burner excreted extra flame from side borders.
I complained in Faber before 2-3 month. And complained no. Is RAJ[protected].
Not any person contact me for solution of my problem.
I called many time to Faber customer care no. [protected], but give answer such as, ” we proceed...

Installed on4 th Nov 2022 at our New residance at MAGNUS-D- 1003 .ALLIANCE GALLERIA RESIDENSES 200Ft RADIAL ROAD, OLD PALLAVARAM 600117by NAVINASH.It is leaking n Tap. It was alzso informed to set it righhty.But your technician was in a hurry and advised us to make a complaint to your custoer care. Is tis the way to handle a customer.

    Disappointed with the service... the India Goa team simply is truly incapable of handling or treating customers. FABER promises it's customers #saferwithfaber .. it is hashtag used on most of thier posts...but do you live up to this?
    DEFINITELY NOT

    Just to give you guys a background, I had purchased a FABER Alkaline water purifier on 31st march this year and registered my first complaint due to malfunctioning of the purifier on May 19 th.2022. less than 2 months o[censored]se. It's been 5 months and the product is only being repaired and sent back repeatedly only to breakdown again.. this has been repeatedly happening for the past 5 months.. n now there is water leaking from the product which is a hazard as it could cause a shock or electric fire endangering life .. This has created a lot of stress for me and my parents (both senior citizens) who are using the product.

    Finally i asked the Faber team to either replace the product/ refund my money but they have the audacity to tell me that the company is not replacing the product but again they will repair and send it.

    This is from faber Goa service team - Pravin( the technician) and Amarjeet Naik(supervisor)...

    Please look into this and provide me with a suitable solution

      I have filed my chimney complaint on 31/10/22. The complaint number is DEL[protected].
      But there was no reply till 5th November.
      A person called me on 02/11/22 cell no. [protected] and assured to arrive within half an hour. But still I am waiting.
      pathetic service.
      Faber team please look into the matter.

        This is regarding the service request BLR[protected]. I got the service done on Tuesday. A person named Imran from BS enterprises, bangalore has come and he was very reluctant to open the Hob and clean it as I rejected the service of chimney. I had to call customer care to make him open the Hob and clean it. He doesn't have basic knowledge that the knobs and cock valve should not be cleaned with acid. He cleaned the knobs and cock valve with acid and now the cock valve is kind of restrictive. He didn't even fit the knobs properly. I had to raise another request to get this rectified. But the looks and functioning of the knobs are not as smooth as they were. When we spoke to the manager Surya of BS Enterprises, he wasnt ready to take the responsibility and but finally agreed to send the technician again the next day. They failed to keep up the promise.request Frankie to take due diligence in this and pay attention in resolving the customer issues. Take away for this is I have paid 750/- to Frankie and BS ENTERPRISES TO Screw up a well functioning HOB in the name of cleaning.

            Please refer my complain history from the date of purchase. At the time of purchase and till date centre ignition knob is not working. I’m uploading fresh video. No solution till date from the service centre.last complain took more than 1 month to resolve however your smart personnel had closed complain online ‘ on time ‘ so not to reflect it. Also charged 1000 rupees without giving any receipt. When asked for receipt, he blamed us about usage. Again 2 burners are not working. I’m lapsing my warranty period also. Who is responsible for supplying this damaged product? Faber or Amazon ? When wrote review on amazon, forced me to change review. Even your dashboard is showing the numbers of complain resolved vs complain filed. What is procedure to replace / upgrade the product even depositing some Amount? Any solution from company will be given or not ?

              I purschased glass top from vijay sales july 22 suddendly on 18 october 2022 the glass top broke into pieces n glass pcs spreading all around the kitchen
              i have asked for 100% refund plus n 2 years extended warranty charges plus Rs 5000 as food kept from restuarant

                  Faber after sales service is worst...
                  The glass of my Faber hob is broken...the gas is leaking...they told me the glass is under warranty den after I call them for nearly a month following up for the same...then they said your glass has come but it is chargeable...i have already taken confirmation with the concern person that order it only when it is under warranty else I will buy new hob...
                  They misguided us and has put us in trouble...for one month we have faced lot of problems... horrible service

                        Worst service I ever experienced in Faber. Still my requested issue is NOT yet resolved by Tamilnadu Faber service provider. One of the working component they have damaged too while opening the RO machine, still it has NOT been replaced by serviceman. If I try to contact Faber service provider or serviceman, they are NOT responding properly. Pls take necessary action.

                          The glass hob on Faber stove is broken and even after multiple calls to customer care from past 4 months the part is not replaced. As it is broken glass it cuts the hands and fingers most of the time and the pathetic customer care of Faber is worst to respond. I paid more than 40k for this hob and got broken with out any damage from ourselves. Do not buy any Faber products

                            I would like to mention that I purchased this Chimney along with a Hob of Faber Make from Croma store situated in Dhanbad in a package for my old Apartment at Cheshire home road ranchi, and got it installed in my new apartment in bariatu ranchi. I sincerely regret to mention that subsequently while transferring the goods, I misplaced the Warranty Card however I have the Invoice of the same. I remember that Goods were purchased on 18/3/2022. If you kindly provide me duplicate of the warranty papers, I will be grateful. While on the subject to attend the complaint call on Chimney, Your Technician found out that Hydraulic of chimney is malfunctioning and it needs replacement and I will need warranty card for the same. More than price for this time, I am concerned because Chimney is under warranty.Could you please provide duplicate Warranty Card at your earliest convenience. I strongly believe that I did not make any mistake by showing confidence in Faber product by purchasing the package of Hob and Chimney, Therefore, kindly acknowledge and resolve the problem soonest

                                  We have been communicating on ks-customercare.[protected]@franke.com for the dishwasher bought for parents in Nashik. The machine is not working properly since the time it was bought. The technicians have come to inspect & the utensils have not been washed clean. We have shared the pix on the email ID. There response is that the technicians have given a report that the machine is working well. This is a case of ' operation successful but patient is dead'.

                                  Not sure how to elicit a favorable response for the company - to take back the product & refund our monies

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Myself Pandiyarajan, staying near Camp road Tambaram, I have raised a Faber chimney basic cleaning request to Faber service center [protected] on 12th Sep, the technician (Karthick) came on 13th Sep and did the cleaning, finally he drop water in circuit board and got sorted. He told he will bring the parts and left, then 14th night he came with one parts alone and it doen't work. After that he informed that senior technician will come and next two days they never pick my call. Finally senior technician came, but he also don't know when the spare will come, I called to service center they are not picking my call. My chimney was excellent condition just for cleaning the dust I asked for service, but they spoil the chimney completely. They didn't even give basic training for technician.
                                    Kindly requesting you to consider this and resolve my issue.

                                      I am raising my concern towards poor after sale service for my water purifier. I own a Faber neutron Plus water purifier which is currently not functioning as it is not dispensing water. I had raised a complaint under MUM[protected]. The technician is yet to visit and today i get call from tech who asked me for 400 visit charge as against 300 rs told by customer care and also 300rs is mentioned on Faber website.

                                      I had already faced lot of challenges getting the purifier installed after purchase and had to raise complaint then too under MUM[protected]. There is no response from their end and we have to keep following.
