I have purchased the Chimney on 01.07.2022 from Vasanth & Co- Sholinganallur location and Chimney Model No: HOOD EEL3D BK60 SL.No:G[protected].

On same day 01.07.2022 the FABER installation technician came for installation (Kitchen Care Services, Thoraipakkam chennai 600097).
During installation the outer black cover meatal sheet was wrongly cutted for cable routing and they managed the damaged...

I purchased the Faber gas hob in Dec 2019 and after 3 months the problem started with big burners. There is a gap that comes in between the burner parts because of which the flame does not come properly, pictures of which will be attached below. Since 2019 i have already replaced the burner thrice and now 4th time it has happened again.
