I had given my watch for claiming under warranty of two years, Because every three months it has a problem..., and this was my 8th time and I said to give me a new watch of the same model and the company agreed for it.., But now its more than 70 days I didn't get the watch.If I ask the retailer from where I purchased the watch, He says no stock or I will try getting it from other showrooms.

I have fastrack watch and its crown got unscrewed from the from the watch and fell down but i have my warranty so please help me
