Dear Sir I gave my Fastrack Watch to Titan Service center, Trichirapalli, Tamil Nadu, South India for replacement of my watch strap on 23.9.2013, The representative said i will take 10 days for the replacement, now it takes 15 Days, still now i dint receive my watch, they are saying that, there is no stock, I think Titan is a largest Watch company in the world but your service is too bad, please take necessary action to receive my product in good condition, , this is not at all good experience, please take necessary action Name of the service center: Watch Care Centre Jenne Plaza 5, Bharathiyar Salai, Trichy-620001.
