Fastrack — Poor customer service | |||||
I got a Fastrack watch through Flipkart three months back. Recently went to Fastrack showroom to get a new strap as the current one was torned. On checking two showrooms, customer service was worst and they said to get the strap in any local shop. I didn't expect this kind of attitude from a customer executive of a esteemed brand. They were not ready to listen to my problem and straight away directed me to go local shop.I would strongly recommend you to train your executive the basic behavior etiquette. Purchased a Ladies Watch worth Rupees 1800 in March. Nearly in June lastweek itself the Belt got damaged and looking so wierd.26%
