Fastrack — Watch is not working | |
I have purchased a fast track watch on 02/04/1/2016 modal no: 6131WL01, now it stopped working after three month then i visited to the store nearby which i have purchased then they told me that the machine was not working properly and they do some work on it and watch started, watch stopped working again on 17/10/16 than it sent to fastrack service center for repair it retrained after 15 days and working till, On 15/01/17 again watch stopped.so in warranty time it got four time stopped working and i have facing problem many time.so i want to replace this watch with new one. I understand your concern but we brought for fastrack watch as its having name in market, after that we facing loot of problem, the most of time watch is not working or with service center for maintenance. After brought this watch we are not used its properly. I think it is not repairer, I need a compensation for agony which I faced so far and also a replacement watch(working condition).
Hoping I'll get a proper response from your end at least.
