I sent the Package (tracking number[protected] from Jersey City, USA to Kolkata, India in September. It was supposed to be delivered in 4 days, and I paid a lot of money to ensure that.

Custom delayed from 9 days

It's over 9 days and its still showing me custom delay and I have talk twice to the customer service but no issues got solved nor I received any call back . This is the worst company i suggest you all not go with FedEx. I am going to complaint about FedEx about this. And who will bare the loss.? Worst company...

Non delivery of parcel and bogus delivered entry in tracking on their site

My parcel from New York to Akola, Maharashtra has still not been delivered to me even though it had reached Nagpur on 30th October. Moreover the tracking on th company site is showing Delivered.
Their third party vendor has put a bogus delivery status which even though brought to the notice of various executives has not been changed. This is a serious matter as per law.

Delay in Receipt of Documents ( more than one month)

harassment and with-holding of shipment, no callback or response. deliberate delay and mental harassment.

Lazy and Rude Customer Service

While I'm visiting India my laptop had an issue and my company shipped a Laptop to me as I'm in India. It has been a month, and I have submitted all the required documentation the KYC and clearance team have asked for. The FedEx representative won't even respond to emails and phone calls. After a week of my emails, when he wakes up, he asks for additional documents. Same process repeated for 3-4 weeks so far, wasting our time and resources...

Bangalore customs holding and delaying

Product not delivered to canada

Fedex Laptop shipment clearance delayed

We shipped used laptop from US to INDIA for parents use - i have declared value - but still customs is charging import tax of 95% - we hardly get any response from fedex rep., with great difficulty we managed to get hold of one guy which he responds once in bloom moon or 24hrs, cant be reached by phone, no response . our package is stuck customs since 1st of october we also agreed to pay duty taxes still no response....

Lazy delivery people

I am very disappointed in a delivery made today. The package was my granddaughters diabetes supplies. I do not live in a town. We are a little bit outside of one. Apparently the driver or assistant was too lazy to take this package to my door. I would have never looked for the package where it was basically dropped. Poor Delivery

Fedex delivered a computer battery to my home on Saturday 10/16/21 at 3:35 PM, but the driver tossed it from about 10 feet onto my concrete porch. I called Customer Service at FEDEX and got the usual brushoff from somebody in the Caribbean. This driver should be fired! Package deliver delay

My package was delayed too late. After FedEx picked the package, (per tracking info) it sat at their distribution center for 3 1/2 days w/o move it, and then came to close by city then to different state (2 states away from my state) and no update no more. Laptop package stuck in Bangalore customs

I had a very urgent courier shipped from USA to India, it was laptop.

FedEx team has not warned us anything about customs document requirements and duty charges when shipping yeh parcel. They said it will just be like any other courier.

I shipped my Indian laptop back to my home, but it is still considered as an import and they charged 90% customs duty and taxes on it.
