Our supplier from china has booked noncommercial shipment with above mentioned AWB. Against which FedEx has paid duty without our confirmation, against which we have raised a query on 22nd October with query number 40452295, still date we have not received any update from fedex. Also not get a proper answer over the phone from the customer care center against the query.
Our material is still with FedEx, who will be responsible if the material gets damaged?

    Hello, i have this order with fedex with a trackinv number of[protected], it shows that it has been in clearance for a week ! I opened the fedex app and if shows that my order has been delayed and pending
    Can you please check where my order is, it was supposed to arrive 3 days ago !
    I need it as fast as possible please check!

        I was going to receive a Parcel from my company, but mistakenly sender wrote the wrong pincode, but other than that complete address was correct till my state even. Surprising thing is that Fedex guy even delivered the parcel on that address. Now when I am asking for my parcel, now fedex is saying it is lost then I am asking for claim process then fedex is denying to initiate the claim from my side, even I have paid custom duty, that parcel belongs to me. So I need to initiate the claim.

          The shipment arrived from Australia to India on 27th October 2021 still, the shipment hasn't been delivered which really upsets me, every day I call customer support to get an update there are no changes in the status, the shipment is still under customs clearance.

            I sent the Package (tracking number[protected] from Jersey City, USA to Kolkata, India in September. It was supposed to be delivered in 4 days, and I paid a lot of money to ensure that.

            All I asked was that the recipient not be charged the customs fees, and it be posted to my account. Today, I find out that the package has been confiscated by Customs after they gave a deadline till November 1st to post the payment. However, I have not been contacted about the payment even though they have my phone number and email address (a fact I confirmed with a consumer service representative named Kevin at Location ID SALRC). I am now being asked to file a claim with the Revenue department (who can't help me until January), however, the package, which was meant for my parents can apparently neither be returned to me nor sent to my parents. If it could not have been delivered, could it not be returned to me at least? Why was I not contacted, and then told that effectively, it's a lost package now?

            Further, when I asked Kevin to send me an email record of the conversation for my records (since clearly this is a case that will need to be escalated), he said he cannot do that.

            I would like to file a formal complaint about the handling of the consignment.

              It's over 9 days and its still showing me custom delay and I have talk twice to the customer service but no issues got solved nor I received any call back . This is the worst company i suggest you all not go with FedEx. I am going to complaint about FedEx about this. And who will bare the loss.? Worst company

                My parcel from New York to Akola, Maharashtra has still not been delivered to me even though it had reached Nagpur on 30th October. Moreover the tracking on th company site is showing Delivered.
                Their third party vendor has put a bogus delivery status which even though brought to the notice of various executives has not been changed. This is a serious matter as per law.
                The parcel contains important original documents regarding admission of my son for post graduate degree
                I have made innumerable complaints, but get a standard reply that the parcel will be delivered within 24 hours. they are just buying time as they have seemed to have lost the parcel.

                  It has been a month since my son sent courier containing documents from by my son Raghu Venkatesh, San Jose, CA (Power of Attorney for property purchase) by Fedex. We have still not received the same at Mumbai ( addressed to T K Venkatesh Kumar, Mumbai). While tracking the courier, we find that it is stuck in custom clearance. Since it has only documents and a duppatta (used one), I cant understand why it has been stuck with Customs for a month. Is there any way to reach out to Customs ( email or contact number) to explain this. This is a very important courier and I am suffering financial loss due delay in completing legal documentation for a property purchase to non receipt of Power of Attorney.

                  Unfortunately no one has contacted or reached out to me from Fedex. I dont expect such service from FEDEX (of all couriers in the World you are supposed to be best).
                  Let me hasten to add that KYC was sought and completed long ago.

                  Please intervene and address my genuine complaint

                    The shipment is addressed to my minor daughter who does not carry government ID proof( passport expired during covid. We didn't want to take her to renew at this time) fedex cust care advised name change to my name. I did that and submitted. In KYC. Now I am being asked the revises invoice in a specific format, which was not informed by fedex while giving the advise. The shipper has not responded yet making me unable to submit the required format. This is a gift for my daughter from her uncle. I tried my best since 20 oct to get this cleared. You can see the number of times I contacted fedex and their advise over phone. 1) isn't it possible to declare my daughter minor and clear the package with my adhar card(mother), which is the right thing to do, and the fact. 2) isn't fedex required to give the best advise to the customers. I got so many advises, none of them worked. Making me believe the executives has no idea what are they doing. 3) I have been receiving mails saying from 10 October on there is a holding charge. I got the first intimation on the 20 October. Why is the date counted from 10th. How am I responsible for delay of 10 days by some one else. 4) again reinstating after 1 month with a penalty of rs5k. How I responsible here. I have been in constant touch with fedex with no results. The responses I get is inadequate. I directed to many numbers and e mail ids that's not helped me at all so far. Also one of your cust care executive I spoke to mentioned, these issues are pretty common and customers find it difficult to clear such packages. Having understood this, fedex has not taken any steps to make the advises/ solution simpler and results driven. Makes me wonder are you after the holding and reinstating penalties? I am at my wits end now. Pondering taking this up with consumer court as Fedex seems unbothered by the plight of consumers like me

                          My Order dated: Thu 9/23/2021 (03:55 PM), AWB number:[protected]. The product was scheduled for shipment two days after 23rd of September, 2021. I haven't received the order yet and it has been a month. This long delay is causing substantial monetary loss and inconvenience, something FedEx or the clearing agent SUN IMPEX CLEARING AND SHIPPING AGENCY PVT. LTD don't seem to really care about given the extent of the delay and lack of contact from the company's end.
                          Mr. Imran Parmar from FedEx is responsible for this because he has been assigned as the clearance broker (there are complaints against this man on Consumer Complaints India as well). He does not answer any calls (has standard email "i am not in office will contact when iam back") and along with Sun Impex Shipping and Clearing Agency (Mumbai) are sending 2 document requirements every other day this not only delays our work but is going to result in late fees and substantial company losses. I have kept calling and replying to mails and cooperating because of my desperate need of my product. But they are deliberately not cooperating and are delaying this products shipment.
                          Despite multiple calls to FedEx India on Customer care number every other day there has been no solution for over a month now. None of the Customer care representatives have also taken any initiative to expedite my order at FedEx.
                          I have attached email correspondence below and I request of strict punishment of the parties conspiring and deliberately harassing me and my company owning to the price of the shipment. I also request for immediate release and clearance of my shipment by the parties involved on a priority basis.

                            My shipmenment no. Is[protected] . Sender had already send invoice copy though delhi fedex office is not releasing my shipmenment. First they are asking to send on given link than they asked to send it on meena mehta's email id. I am fed up of all this. They are doing all this to take money as find.

                              While I'm visiting India my laptop had an issue and my company shipped a Laptop to me as I'm in India. It has been a month, and I have submitted all the required documentation the KYC and clearance team have asked for. The FedEx representative won't even respond to emails and phone calls. After a week of my emails, when he wakes up, he asks for additional documents. Same process repeated for 3-4 weeks so far, wasting our time and resources since one month. I have complained so many times and FEDEX still didn't escalate nor assigned my case to a responsible representative. It has been so frustrating and stressful for me to call and know about the status that it is still delayed every time and in fact some respond very rudely that it can take another month or so to get the next update. I made almost 200 calls to customer care to know the status and no one gives accurate information nor willing to disclose manager's phone number or transfer the call to a responsible representative. I felt like there is no TRANSPARENCY and TRUST in this company. This is me being polite after so much frustration. First ask your CC reps to be polite when they talk to customers.

                                AWB No.[protected] My package is holded 4 months after I submitted all the details and proof still i hvnt received single mail from fedex team if we call customer care they are not responsing properly not giving me solution its still continuing if we send mail we receive am week off, am week off they are week off in 4 months continuesly very poor service

                                  I have sent some medicines to my sister in canada from india on 17 September 2021. After tracking it shows "in transit". I contacted customer care for 2-3 times and they simply replied that they will call back but till time no solution provided by them. Please do the needful

                                    We shipped used laptop from US to INDIA for parents use - i have declared value - but still customs is charging import tax of 95% - we hardly get any response from fedex rep., with great difficulty we managed to get hold of one guy which he responds once in bloom moon or 24hrs, cant be reached by phone, no response . our package is stuck customs since 1st of october we also agreed to pay duty taxes still no response.

                                      I am very disappointed in a delivery made today. The package was my granddaughters diabetes supplies. I do not live in a town. We are a little bit outside of one. Apparently the driver or assistant was too lazy to take this package to my door. I would have never looked for the package where it was basically dropped. My neighbor happened to be outside and saw them just dropping it right outside of the truck door. With all of the package thefts, the delivery people should be more aware of where they are putting someones life saving medical supplies. This is totally unacceptable and I hope that it never happens again. I am attaching photos of where it was dropped and how far away it was from my front porch

                                        Fedex delivered a computer battery to my home on Saturday 10/16/21 at 3:35 PM, but the driver tossed it from about 10 feet onto my concrete porch. I called Customer Service at FEDEX and got the usual brushoff from somebody in the Caribbean. This driver should be fired! I opted to pay for FEDEX shipping ($15.00) because I wanted to minimize the shipping time to cut down on heat exposure during transit and mishandling. I certainly did not expect this!!
