Unnecessary delay in custom clearance

Zero Value used power supply of PC came from USA to Mumbai on 19th September 2021 and delay due to number of reason one is local delay which continued for two days then second reason from yesterday day 20th September 2021 is Goods are subject to regulatory review, only god knows what that means and feel this is a money making racket in delaying the package....

FedEx not helping is Clearing the parcel from Mumbai Customs

I have ordered a pair of wired headphones from Amazon US to India (Nagpur), AWB.no.[protected] and the parcel has reached Mumbai Customs 2 weeks ago but there seems to be no communication and updated provided by FedEx team there, The person who is handling this case Ganes Vadhwkar doesn't even update or respond to emails on the status, His boss Ganesh Shinde never even responds to anything, I am tired of calling the customer care of FedEx...

Package delayed even after sending required docs

Fedex should have option of KYC documents receiving email too. Uploading on kyc.fedex.com is really a big headace. Customer care people are not able to understand that i have been regularly importing through them tho asking for KYC again and again. really fedup with these ppl...

Fedex shipment not delivery

I got the notification "Shipment Refused by recipient" eventhough i havnt got any call from the fedex delivery agent. Facing this issue for third time with fedex, not delivering or delaying by 2 to 3 days even for the local shipments....

Paid $300 for package to philippines that never arrived

I sent an extremely important fedex package to the philippines on 8/14 with a scheduled delivery of 8/23. On 8/23 the recipient received a text from fedex saying it had cleared customs and told him the amount for import taxes and told him to make sure he had the money ready. Abnormal delay in clearing - AWB # 519847141829

Shipment reached India on 11th August 2021

KYC and linking of GST with customs commpleted on 19th Aug 2021 as per FEDEX request

From 19th August till date - NO UPDATE. They are saying pending in customs.

KYC Website not working for uploading the documents

I have been trying to reach KYC Fedex Customer Service and no one is responding for the issues I am facing. I gathered all the required documents but I cannot upload the documents related to my shipping. I wanted to avoid any delays but as I am not getting the response I am not able to update my shipping documents and it's causing more delays....

My consignment from my US supplier is still pending to be delivered. I have been told by FedEx customer care agent that the same is pending because GST linking has not been done on the Customs portal. I had done the same on 26th August but till date the item has not been delivered.

Meanwhile, I got delivery of another consignment through FedEx from the same US supplier on 27th. This consignment was despatched on 24th August...
