My friend sent me gift chocolate, but executive from Fedex did not informed me about receipt of packet. After 3 month i asked at toll free number customer executive took my contact detail phone number and mail id, i awaited for one week and called again what happened for my packet, customer executive explain me about KYC and i followed procedure for KYC. My query is that how consignee know about his packet?Now your company asked for charges Rs 5000(five thousand) for ware house charges. My query is that why FEDEX did not informed me about my packet received and advised me for Custom clearance? there is no any system to follow up for such incident. Value of chocolate is $5.5 how i can paid Rs7000 (Seven thousand rupees) for Rs 450 chocolate and already paid Rs3500 for courier charges, Kindly look in to the issue and do needful, i have given mail id and contact number but there is no any communication after KYC

    I never see fail like this company failure, my shipment has been delayed for one month cause of FedEx lost my shipment in USA and they cant find it plus they gave wrong update on there stupid system even the shipper cant take any action cause of that, miss communication and unprofessionally i never see before lazy and non care from USA stuff to call the shipper and gave the proper update i lost money and time cause of that company which i will keep spread there failure everywhere till i get back my rights Aw[protected]

        I bought a item on EBay!! The seller took the package to FedEx in New York.The seller sent me a receipt and all. The package was dropped off at the FedEx store on September 1The item disappeared!!! They can’t find my package and I don’t think they even made a effort to find it. It was a art piece I had purchased because I am a Art Collector!! I am pissed!!!

            Zero Value used power supply of PC came from USA to Mumbai on 19th September 2021 and delay due to number of reason one is local delay which continued for two days then second reason from yesterday day 20th September 2021 is Goods are subject to regulatory review, only god knows what that means and feel this is a money making racket in delaying the package.

              I have ordered a pair of wired headphones from Amazon US to India (Nagpur), AWB.no.[protected] and the parcel has reached Mumbai Customs 2 weeks ago but there seems to be no communication and updated provided by FedEx team there, The person who is handling this case Ganes Vadhwkar doesn't even update or respond to emails on the status, His boss Ganesh Shinde never even responds to anything, I am tired of calling the customer care of FedEx and now please I want the product or the complete reimbursement of the product plus additional charges which I paid for getting the product shipped to india, plus additional reimbursement on the mental haressement and wastage of time being done by FedEx team.

                My FedEx Express shipment sent on 12 -Sep- 21 to Hyderabad, India from Canada via Canada Post(tracking number:[protected] stuck in Bangalore customs for 4 days . It was supposed to be delivered on Sep -16th . Please help me get the package delivered ASAP to the destination address

                  I am located at HYD and have my own CHA at HYD
                  I informed FedEx customer care on toll free number and also wrote to them using contact us form given on website that i want my shipment at Hyderabad and that FedEx should furnish me with MAWB and Delivery Order to my CHA. I also told them that my CHA will raise the bill of entry and do the necessary customs clearance.
                  I was told by some customer service agents that if I have my own CHA, I dont need to submit KYC documents
                  I then got a mail from Mr RvSubramani that i need to submit POA and authority letter for customs clearance
                  I replied to him but yet to gett a response
                  I simply request your to transship my shipment from BLR to HYD so that i can do my customs clearance there

                    I sent a package(laptop) from USA on 08/23/2021 and it was scheduled to be delivered 08/28/2021, before the package delivery I changed the name of the receiver but the address being the same, we submitted KYC documents, sent emails to Indian FedEx Melwin(Melwin.[protected]@fedex.com), emails where back and forth and I submitted sender license and receiver aadahar copy and everything they requested, but still there was no progress on the package, I tried to reach Melwin via the contact (direct and office) but as usual no response(I called during the working hours in India)
                    I sent emails to get the package expedited but still nothing is being progressed and I also confirmed that I will pay the duty fare (Rs.50, 000, don’t know how the amount is this big for a laptop with of Rs.50, 000(purchase price when converted to INR)

                    I need the package delivered ASAP if not I want a severe action needs to be taken
                    The package is with FedEx (not sure it says customs delay) for a month and FedEx rep is not even a bale to tell where exactly the package is) this is ridiculous service from FedEx or customs who ever involved in this, the reason being all the required docs and proofs have been shared and still no progress

                      As the item was marked as attempted, so i decided to call the customer care and requested for BOE, as usual no one shared the BOE, after a month and above an executive called me for collecting of Customs duty, i again requested her to send me the BOE.

                      I was baffeled to see, that the above shipment was cleared using my personal PAN card.

                      Since then, i have tried contacting many employees to rectify the BOE, till now no one is able to solve it. I got anxiety and palpitations dealing with you folks and finally with lot of mental agony i am taking this to consumer forum and i am defenetly ready to file the consumer complaint.

                        OTP Issue Not able to upload documents

                        Fedex should have option of KYC documents receiving email too. Uploading on kyc.fedex.com is really a big headace. Customer care people are not able to understand that i have been regularly importing through them tho asking for KYC again and again. really fedup with these ppl...

                              I sent an extremely important fedex package to the philippines on 8/14 with a scheduled delivery of 8/23. On 8/23 the recipient received a text from fedex saying it had cleared customs and told him the amount for import taxes and told him to make sure he had the money ready. It is now 9/5 and i have called fedex numerous times but nobody knows anything and nobody ever gets back to me even though they say they will open a case to find the package. The tracking briefly said it foes not exist and now says subject to regulatory review. This is horrible service.

                                From 19th August till date - NO UPDATE. They are saying pending in customs.

                                  This shipment has arrived at Banglore on 22nd of August.
                                  We have submitted all the required documents for this shipment including the price list, Online price list link, declaration for name change, Corrected the commercial invoice and all the relevant documents for proofs that customs needed.

                                  Despite making all these efforts, we haven’t been able to clear the shipment.
                                  Also we would like to bring it your notice that the Banglore Fedex team that handles customs clearance is not capable of responding to our emails or phone calls. We have been trying to get with them since past couple of weeks to understand the issue.

                                  This is a stone sample that was sent to us by a company. And now it is costing us a lot loosing our client as we are not able to get the sample.
                                  And because of the irresponsible behaviour of your staff we would like Fedex to bare the demurrage charges that might incur in this regard.

                                  Kindly wake up and please do the necessary to get this sample to us.

                                    we are informed by FedEx that our shipment is missing scans in FedEx network. Due to Fedex carelessness the box got lost in transit.

                                    we do not accept the claim settlement at inr154307. you will note from attached Invoice that our loss is much bigger. invoice amount is euro 5472 which is equivalent to inr 4, 81, 536, leaving a gap of inr 327, 229/-

                                    we are looking forward to monetary compensation of full invoice amount . shipper (enerpac) invoice is the proof of the loss incurred by us.

                                      An item with tracking id:[protected] was delivered aug 18, after that because of different colour and quality issue I returned the same and a delivery courier partner picked it up.But now it shows not picked up while tracking.I already contacted FedEx customer care executive, he said that he is helpless without pick up id..I returned the item and immediately an id came..I also shows invalid..I have phone number of delivery partner who picked up..but FedEx customer care executive is not ready to hear this.so kindlytake necessary steps to process my refund.
