I'm complaining about delay in my FedEx international priority shipment

My International Shipment coming through FedEx Express with international priority (tracking number:[protected] from CN to IN 27th December 2021 and came to INDIA on 30th December 2021 and since the next day, 31st December 2021 its been stuck there for clearance delay at Delhi customs and no further update is available on tracking page apart from customs D&T payable to which I called the customer service support and mentioned that I agree...

Worst Customer Service, No Help or Response

I shipped a package from USA to India in September which was in customs for 3 months due to irresponsible handling by customs clearance administrator. The customer service did not help me out even after 7 calls, and email requests to them. I had to file a complaint with National Consumer Helpline to get it resolved.
Then I wanted to change the delivery address, since the recipient had moved (3 months is a long time). I called Fedex...

Fedex AWB 775541195931 package stuck at bangalore customs

Address:DNO 1-4-200, 86/A EASHWARIPURI COLONY, Sainikpuri, Kapra

I shipped out a package on Dec 10th from California which was to scheduled to be delivered on Dec 24rth in Hyderabad.

The package was held at customs (AWB[protected] asking for a detailed description of the goods which i provided on Dec 24rth itself. The FedEx customer service said that all the required documents have been submitted and a release is awaited from the customs and the agent assigned to the package will contact...

Poor service

AWB[protected] letter picked up 22nd December not moved from the sane area since was due for delivery yesterday ... CS just cut calls !!!...

On 2nd dec the parcel was been been picked up for delivery from Chennai to Pune. The shipment was in banglore facility for many days then it was shipped to Pune that too it was given to SPOTON delivery partner. Me and sender both have called the customer care representative almost everyday ...everyday we got same answer that shipment is at nearest location it will get delivered in 48 hrs ..weeks...

Customs clearance delay

This complaint is issued for Subramani R. I have not recieved any updates regarding my items which has landed in Bangalore for more than 3 weeks . I recieved few documents regarding the parcel after that there were no news.
I have been trying to get in touch with him but there has not been any contact with him, I have issued a complaint through customer service still not a single update. The delay is costing me alot in my business....

Stuck in clearance process - Fedex is not responding from any medium Email/Chat/Phone bad service

My shipment is stuck in clearance approval, No response from Fedex on its approval timeline. At least 10 times called to customer care number and chat. No one it picking up, not even replying to mail. On expected delivery date. Bad service....

We have been trying to get status on this package that was shipped from the US for a while, but no answer. It has been sitting under clearance status for about a week now.

Envelope not yet deliver

My client sent a bank document envelope on 29th November from USA to TINDIVANAM, TAMILNADU, but till now I haven’t received my envelope yet and it’s taking near by an month. My package is stuck after submitting all the customs documents for over 20 days now

My package has been stuck at Bangalore for well over 20 days now, I have provided all the needed documents for clearance, been calling your customer care for the past 15 days and every time they say the complainant has been escalated but when I call the next time they say the same. The person that initially emailed from FedEx customs has stopped replying to my emails after i sent all the documents. What am I supposed to do now... My tracking...

Package not cleared from customs and fedex customer support not responding

I sent a package from San Diego, USA to Goa, India on September 20, 2021. The package reached Delhi customs on September 23, 2021 and has been in customs clearance since then.
First, when I gave the items' invoice while shipping the package, the agent in Fedex office refused to attach them saying its not needed. I even mailed the invoice at [protected]@fedex.com. I have tried calling Fedex customer support several times but every time...
