I have a shipment sent from USA and it has been already cleared through customs and arrived to the local depot more than a month before(04th Dec 2021) and still its not yet delivered.

I am communicating with FedEx through call/email and getting no/false updates on delivery. Not sure why FedEx taking so much time to deliver my shipment as its already at local depot. Even I visited local depot and they denied to give me shipment as customer care said its not in their policy and I will get shipment at delivery address in 24hrs. However its now more than month and still I am struggling to get my shipment delivered.

Can someone help to look in to this on priority and help to get my shipment.

I think FedEx is not looking at here on the complaints since I do not have any update yet and shipment is not delivered yet. Its more than 2 months at Fedex local facility.

    My courier [ AWB[protected]] from US reached Bangalore on Thursday, 4 November 2021. I've asked to submit some documents and it was done on time. After that there's no response from anywhere. Not answering calls nor replying to emails. Still it shows 'IN TRANSIT'. Please do something. Waiting for a positive response.

      My tracking number for Fedex international priority is #[protected]. Its been stuck with same status and don’t even know where it is at present and why I am unable to receive it from December 3rd and its more than 30 days.
      I have been calling Fedex customer care every day over the last few days only to get different statuses \ responses like "Customs has lot of backlog", "It will be cleared today", "Send email to our fedex customs team", "Do you know who is working on your case?" etc with no proper response nor resolution.

      Please let me know when and how I can get my package.

        I ordered a RC parachute paying 700USD shipped to India via FEDEX with AWB[protected]. The shipment reached BLR Gateway ( Banglore) on 6th December 2021 and was Assigned to Ashwini Mathew, Clearance Support Admin, FedEx Express Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa (MEISA) - Email ID : [protected]@fedex.com.

        This person named Ashwini J Mathew has not been responding to calls or mails and the shipment has been put on hold for no apparent reason.
        In the midst, I was asked to pay 31k INR to release the shipment which is around 75% of order value. I asked Ashwini Mathew to provide customs duty challan and I will pay the same, but no response has been given since till date.

        Ashwini Mathew through FedEx is trying to extort money by placing important shipments on hold and not responding to mails or calls so that we customers panic and end up accepting her demands.

        FedEx and their executives are playing around this way and I have alas booked an FIR to get this resolved.

          I have repeatedly asked Fexed via phone and email to provide clarification regarding IGST breakdown, specially for my shipment[protected] priced at 615$ for which they charged massivley high duty of 32655 Rs which includes IGST of about 23000.

          And they did not bother to break down the IGST calculation. This is extremely disgusting practice where they would just charge anything when importing from US to India.

          Kindly take necessary action to resolve this issue. I had already paid the duties for both my shipment as without that they would not have been delivered.

            I am waiting for the shipment for long time. I have approved the checklist on 29/11/2021. I am an individual and not a company and wanting to import the shipment for personal use only.

            I have repeatedly contacted customer care and also sent all the declarations and kyc forms as you will find in the trail mail.

            My shipment is still in New Delhi and not cleared after about two months and waiting for cargo.

            I am extremely concerned about the shipment and eagerly waiting for clearance.

            Kindly guide me regarding the same and intimate me regarding what more I need to do and when it will be cleared.

              I had a big issue because of customs clearance delay, it has been a month now since it has been stuck they told me to send documents for clearance (invoice and purchase order) I did send it again 3rd time yesterday...AWB[protected]
              On 6th December the item was available for clearance
              December 21st it said it's in transit
              When I called yesterday they said it's still in airport stuck in customs, after all these i again sent the documents yesterday to both mail IDs but no reply yet, it's January 4th today
              Actually the item is a motorcycle spare, my motorcycle is in workshop for a month waiting for this part to repair.

                My shipment with supplements from USA reached Bangalore on December 6th bearing AWB[protected]. I submitted all the documents and several extra documents as well when they asked and everything was submitted on time. But they still didn't dispatch the item and its almost 27 days. They are not answering calls nor replying to emails. They just put up some random hectic custom duty above that. What am i supposed to do? Whom should i reach out to? This is just Frustrating and pathetic service !

                I've been told this many times and yet the package is still in Bangalore for about a month !
                I was told the same thing all along and it's been a month and yet, here we are, stuck at the same update !!

                  I have ordered few photography equipment from Mumbai those are expensive but FedEx is not delivering my products. its been a month, no proper response from them. No replies on emails. I lost my business due to this, company is not taking responsibility not even contacting consumers and telling the facts. very frustrated and not getting idea that how to resolve this.

                      My International Shipment coming through FedEx Express with international priority (tracking number:[protected] from CN to IN 27th December 2021 and came to INDIA on 30th December 2021 and since the next day, 31st December 2021 its been stuck there for clearance delay at Delhi customs and no further update is available on tracking page apart from customs D&T payable to which I called the customer service support and mentioned that I agree to pay but they don't have any specific amount.

                      It was initially delayed for some customs related but never mentioning the amount payable or anything. I told them my nephews flight is on 4th Jan 22 that's the reason for high priority sending it but they're like you need to be patient.

                      The tracking page just always says same something which I attached below in attachment.

                      They don't reply on emails and calls have high delay for connecting to a customer care person and when finally connected they just ask tracking number, and then either keep the call on hold or just ask you to be patient and saying the customs FedEx can call you anytime so please be aware highly pathetic! They never reply again after trying again and again, now I am just exhausted.

                      Poor service 2nd time by FedEx to me.
                      #FedEx please look into this and improve it.

                      **Please check my shipment and provide some update and try to process the shipment ASAP as I was supposed to receive it on 1st Jan 2022 but looks like I am never gonna receive it!

                      Please do something!

                        My shipment with supplements from USA reached Bangalore on December 7th bearing AWB[protected]. I submitted all the documents and several extra documents as well when they asked and everything was submitted on time. But they came up with a custom duty of INR 6289/-, but the value of my shipment is under INR 6000/-. I had to pay the amount as the FedEx team is too busy to answer my 70 Emails and about 100 calls. I am still trying for an explanation because the maximum customs can tax me is 48%. So will i ever get a response from FedEx team?

                            I shipped a package from USA to India in September which was in customs for 3 months due to irresponsible handling by customs clearance administrator. The customer service did not help me out even after 7 calls, and email requests to them. I had to file a complaint with National Consumer Helpline to get it resolved.
                            Then I wanted to change the delivery address, since the recipient had moved (3 months is a long time). I called Fedex USA customer service twice regarding this, and they told me that my request has been initiated, yet the package is en route to original address. Incompetent representatives.
                            To top it all, out of the several calls I made, several times the agents just put my call on hold/disconnected the line in the middle of conversation. Additionally, nobody responds to emails for days, even after mailing at their work email, and not the generic [protected]@fedex.com address.

                            Worst customer service I have experienced ever. Total harassment of customers.

                              I shipped out a package on Dec 10th from California which was to scheduled to be delivered on Dec 24rth in Hyderabad.

                              The package was held at customs (AWB[protected] asking for a detailed description of the goods which i provided on Dec 24rth itself. The FedEx customer service said that all the required documents have been submitted and a release is awaited from the customs and the agent assigned to the package will contact me soon.

                              The status has not changed since 3 working days and have I have not heard from the agent as well. The customer service has no new updates and they seem to get frustrated answering my questions. At this moment i have no update on what is going on with the package.

                              Please let me know if there is something I could do to get the package delivered soon.

                                  On 2nd dec the parcel was been been picked up for delivery from Chennai to Pune. The shipment was in banglore facility for many days then it was shipped to Pune that too it was given to SPOTON delivery partner. Me and sender both have called the customer care representative almost everyday ...everyday we got same answer that shipment is at nearest location it will get delivered in 48 hrs ..weeks went but it dint ...Every time same answer was given that delivery partner could not be made due to wrong address which is next to impossible but still as our duty every damm day we have updated address to the customer care representative but again next day when we would call we got same answer that status is wrong address...Such a pathetic service

                                    This complaint is issued for Subramani R. I have not recieved any updates regarding my items which has landed in Bangalore for more than 3 weeks . I recieved few documents regarding the parcel after that there were no news.
                                    I have been trying to get in touch with him but there has not been any contact with him, I have issued a complaint through customer service still not a single update. The delay is costing me alot in my business. just want this matter to be sorted out quickly. Do back to me asap.
