My package was delayed too late. After FedEx picked the package, (per tracking info) it sat at their distribution center for 3 1/2 days w/o move it, and then came to close by city then to different state (2 states away from my state) and no update no more. I've been notify on text that it will be deliver on a giving date and an adult signature require but never show up. I expect my package 4 days ago and never show up. I called the customer support and he said they are committed to deliver customer package on time. This is not the 1st time, my previous package show out for delivery but it arrive 2 days later. Fedex is very poor service

    We have shipped one shipment from DELHI to ALGERIA on 13/09/2021 with tracking number[protected] & Now it's about a month but they don't have any delivery update. There is urgent life-saving medicine in that shipment which is very important to eat for the recipient. You are playing with someone's life. We have been calling FedEx customer care since 10 days but they have the same reply that they are searching for it. I wonder how long you will search for it? Is there any limit on the time period for your searching? They don't have any shipment update. Is it lost or so? This is the very worst experience with FedEx. Mostly FedEX customer care person disconnect the call when they don't have an answer. We have registered many times complaint with FedEx but they don't have any updates. This is FedEx complaint number- C[protected]. That shipment is very urgent. Receipent is waiting for this long time.

    Will you resolve this issue or not? How long do we need to wait? The customer is regretting to chose FedEx. You don't have any proper update about shipment. It is been around 2 months & You are not even declaring it lost. This is so worst. The customer is never gonna choose again FedEx. We made a complaint 1 month ago about this shipment but you guys don't have any solution. Do you work like this?? Am I going to receive any final solution for this or not?? This is so much customer harrasement. You don't give value to customers.

      Laptop package stuck in Bangalore customs

      I had a very urgent courier shipped from USA to India, it was laptop.

      FedEx team has not warned us anything about customs document requirements and duty charges when shipping yeh parcel. They said it will just be like any other courier.

      I shipped my Indian laptop back to my home, but it is still considered as an import and they charged 90% customs duty and taxes on it.

      Despite this we agreed to...

          I am getting the run around from FedEx also. I send a package to my daughter in medical school in Barbados on September 8. 2021 and it's now Oct 6. 2021 and she still doesn't have the package. Everytime I call FedEx they tell me the same lie that someone will contact me, or keep me on the line until closing and hang up after I ask for a supervisor. I paid almost $500 to send toilet tissue.pads, iron, blender, snack food, her diet shake mix, cream for her face and hair products. I also placed a claim to get my money back but no response. I need help

            Hello,

            On October 1st, 2021 i shipped a Fedex envelope FROM VANCOUVER, CANADA to HYDERABAD, TELANGANA, INDIA with some documents in it, it was suppose to be delivered on October-4, 2021. But whereas its still stuck at Bangalore customs and still there's no update since 2days.

            It was sent on international priority, please help me in delivering this out as soon as possible. No customer representative could help me out on this.

              I have Shipped a package from USA to Hyderabad, India on September 21st 2021 and it is supposed to Delivered on September 24th 2021. As of today 10/06/2021 it is not Delivered. Status is showing Bangalore customs clearance waiting. I have called more than 100 times to FedEx Customer service and provided all the documents in email and uploaded to KYC, still no response. All i sent is documents not sure why it is taking so long. And, the response from FedEx Representative is very poor. This documents are very important for my Bank loan process. Because of this delay from FedEx. I might loose the opportunity to buy a home in India. As we have limited time.

                There is a staff by the name of Ogechukwu John who called me the telephone number +[protected] billed to deliver a parcel to me on Monday, 4th October 2021 in Kafanchan, Kaduna State, Nigeria.

                The first problem was that the staff hung up the first call he made to notify me of a forthcoming delivery in the morning. Later, I called his phone number more than 9 times without a response.

                To add salt to injury, when the officer who claims to be in charge of FedEx Kafanchan called me on +[protected] past 19:00, instead of listening to my complaint of dissatisfaction with the attitude to service delivery by Ogechukwu, he equally hung up the call on me.

                When he finally called me on Tuesday, 5th October 2021 in the afternoon, rather than listen to my displeasure with the way the FedEx Kaduna delivery staff and treated me, he, too, disrespected me saying that even if I complain to FedEx International, "nothing will happen" as he had worked with the company "for years." After all, I was "not the only customer."

                For more than a decade, I have received parcels delivered to me by FedEx in Africa and Europe and acknowledging that FedEx was counted as one of the best in the world, my misgiving is that the way Ogechukwu John and the staff in Kafanchan Kaduna State, behaved towards me, if not restrained, might lead to customers' loss of assurance in FedEx. Hence, the focus of my complaint.

                For the distress the misbehaviour of said staff caused me, I urge that FedEx makes them tender a written apology to me and my person for disrupting my programme on the 4th of October 2021 and then disrespecting me when I complained.

                Thank you and be guaranteed of my esteemed regards for FedEx International.

                      Was expecting a important package today, log on to website to see when. Website states that delivery attempt has been made at 10am. Go downstairs to see door tag, no door tag. Then check my intercom just to see if my bell was rung around the time of attempted delivery NOPE!!! had my super of building check to see if Fed Ex was there around that time once again NOPE!!! Call customer service to see why its stated they attempted delivery when they did not. One told me there was nothing she can do and the next delivery date would be three days later unacceptable. Call back get another CS rep who states he will get on truck to have delivered today. Call back to see if that is truly the case and the next CS rep told me the prior CS rep did not do anything he said he would. Call back again only to now be routed to some escalation team who in my opinion is a waste of skin because they did absolutely nothing to help resolve this issue. Here the kicker I needed package today due to have surgery Monday, but they did not know that so they don't care, and I don't know when this package is really going to get here. These people need to take there job more serious, AND STOP HIRING LYING DRIVERS!!!

                          I'm a severe patient bedbound last 4 years due to Fibromyalgia, IBS, SIBO and severe medical issues. I'm taking treatment in AIIMS Delhi.

                          I was advised to get a stool test done and I chose FedEx International Priority. On their website, they advertise 3-5 working days International delivery.

                          I sent 2 samples- One to US lab, another to a lab in Georgia trusting their website.

                          Both samples were lying in Delhi for 2-3 days. When I called them repeatedly, they kept saying they have space constraints & no space on their flights, due to backlog of orders.

                          Both samples are spoiled because their viability is only 5 days, and they decompose after that. I have lost money paid to labs, FedEx, medical expenses.

                          My question to FedEx is - Why take orders when you know in advance that you have backlog of orders and no space on your flights?

                          Why not inform customers to wait till their backlog is cleared? Why not be transparent to customers in advance rather than taking orders, hiding this fact which they know in advance, then saying they have no space. This is malpractice and cheating of customers money by false advertising.

                          I had to undergo lot of stress, and my health worsened due to dealing with FedEx. I request someone to please help me. I'm very sick, bedridden last 4 years. Thank you.

                            My parcel was shipped from Hyderabad to Perth Australia on 3rd September and was supposed to be reach perth by 13th September 2021 but after it came to Delhi on 5th Sep, it is stuck at Delhi saying Clearance In progress .

                            Its been more than 2 weeks that my parents in India are struggling to contact fedex support calling them daily why the status not changing and is there any problem? No one is responding properly.

                            My parents send some dresses to my daughters birthday which is on 25th September. We are very upset that we couldn’t get that on time and requested them to return back.

                            After my parents contacting customer care with a lot of efforts we get one reply that they have raised return request to customs but they aren’t giving approval. Iam not sure why for returning goods they need approval, Now Iam very worried that they lost package and not answering properly.

                            Please let us know if package is there or not and coming back to shipped address

                              Very bad experience with fedex, they are extremely slow in international shipments. My shipment is stuck in bangalore airport from past 3 days, only because of lethargic attitude of bangalore fedex staff. They don’t care about your urgency and will not even respond to your phone call or email. Worst part is they will say we don’t know when parcel will reach destination. Think before you use Fedex in india.

                                Dear Person in Charge,
                                We have ordered electrical components from Mouser USA under the name Rajesh Aouti via FedEx for our college project at IISc Bengaluru. We ordered via our personal account. The AWB number is[protected]. The cost of the products was below 8K rupees. FedEx misclassified it as above 1 lakh item and sent it to customs. We followed all the required procedures and the customs officer was not satisfied with our explanation as to why we need the components from the USA. We are not sure what to do and FedEx has not been helping. We stopped getting mail responses. Meanwhile, we keep getting posts from the Airport Authority of India that our package is there. We lost time and money. It's been 6 months. Please help us regarding this.

                                      The KYC department has been harassing me on this. They asked me to submit irrelevant documents to deliver my consignment. They are not approachable by any means and I have called the Fedex customer care many times and no one has the details of the Fedex KYC department. Complete harrassment.
