I am getting the run around from FedEx also. I send a package to my daughter in medical school in Barbados on September 8. 2021 and it's now Oct 6. 2021 and she still doesn't have the package. PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED YET!! pending customs clearance

Hello,

On October 1st, 2021 i shipped a Fedex envelope FROM VANCOUVER, CANADA to HYDERABAD, TELANGANA, INDIA with some documents in it, it was suppose to be delivered on October-4, 2021. But whereas its still stuck at Bangalore customs and still there's no update since 2days.

It was sent on international priority, please help me in delivering this out as soon as possible. No customer representative could help...

Package Not Delivered

I have Shipped a package from USA to Hyderabad, India on September 21st 2021 and it is supposed to Delivered on September 24th 2021. As of today 10/06/2021 it is not Delivered. Status is showing Bangalore customs clearance waiting. I have called more than 100 times to FedEx Customer service and provided all the documents in email and uploaded to KYC, still no response. The Behaviour of Two Staff of FedEx in Kaduna Nigeria

There is a staff by the name of Ogechukwu John who called me the telephone number +[protected] billed to deliver a parcel to me on Monday, 4th October 2021 in Kafanchan, Kaduna State, Nigeria.

The first problem was that the staff hung up the first call he made to notify me of a forthcoming delivery in the morning. Later, I called his phone number more than 9 times without a response.

Delayed shipping and no response

Was expecting a important package today, log on to website to see when. Website states that delivery attempt has been made at 10am. Go downstairs to see door tag, no door tag. Fedex shipment stuck at delhi for customs clearance

My parcel was shipped from Hyderabad to Perth Australia on 3rd September and was supposed to be reach perth by 13th September 2021 but after it came to Delhi on 5th Sep, it is stuck at Delhi saying Clearance In progress .

Its been more than 2 weeks that my parents in India are struggling to contact fedex support calling them daily why the status not changing and is there any problem? No one is responding properly.

FedEx have no idea when shipment will arrive

Very bad experience with fedex, they are extremely slow in international shipments. My shipment is stuck in bangalore airport from past 3 days, only because of lethargic attitude of bangalore fedex staff. They don’t care about your urgency and will not even respond to your phone call or email. Worst part is they will say we don’t know when parcel will reach destination. Think before you use Fedex in india....

We have ordered electrical components from Mouser USA under the name Rajesh Aouti via FedEx for our college project at IISc Bengaluru. We ordered via our personal account. The KYC department has been harassing me on this. They asked me to submit irrelevant documents to deliver my consignment. They are not approachable by any means and I have called the Fedex customer care many times and no one has the details of the Fedex KYC department. Complete harrassment....

My friend sent me gift chocolate, but executive from Fedex did not informed me about receipt of packet. After 3 month i asked at toll free number customer executive took my contact detail phone number and mail id, i awaited for one week and called again what happened for my packet, customer executive explain me about KYC and i followed procedure for KYC.
