Not delivered and No response.

I ordered a 499USD value lens product from Laowa website and the it's been shipping from Hong Kong to Chennai through FedEx, got my tracking number on 26th Nov 2021 and the item was reached 1st Dec 2021 in Bangalore for clearance and tax charges.

My package is supposed to delivered by[protected], but still is stuck in bill of entry itself even though i have submitted necessary documents pertaining to name and value change from the shipper. I submitted the revised invoice also, Kindly look into this

    They are unable to clear the customs and also they are not responding to our calls or what has to be done to get our package one of the worst services I have ever seen, never doing business with fedex again

      Our courier was sent from Perrysburg, Ohio US (Tracking No.[protected] on 02 Dec, 2021 and expected date of delivery was 06 Dec, 2021. But it is still not received and lying in Mumbai since 05 Dec, 2021. This is important documents and need us urgently. We disappointed by the service of Fedex. We called to Fedex customer center but they also not able to give us exact location of the package and not resolved our complaint. Only expected date of delivery changing day by day. Fedex is untrusted service provided for us henceforth.

      Our courier is still not delivered by FedEx. Don't know whether they have misplaced or anything else. Customer support center of FedEx is waste of time and not capable to resolve the complaint.

        #[protected] it is been more than month so far package was not cleared from customs. Everyday I’m calling customer care and FedEx representative but there no progress. Here in this page I posted the same complaint long back fedex has not responded to me till now, though I see FedEx responded others who posted lately after my post . Kindly clear the package from customs and delivery by this week

          I ordered my package and the shipper sent my package on November 29th. The package was scheduled to deliver on December 6th. On December 6th when I didn’t receive my package I checked again and then it said “scheduled delivery pending” and “no scheduled delivery available at this time” it’s now December 8th and still no package. I ordered a package from USPS 2 days ago and it came in before the package from FedEx. This is extremely irritating and when I tried talking to FedEx customer service, they did not help me.

            Hi Team,

            My package was come from the USA and reached Delhi on 16th November. One of the FedEx executive (Mahish Benjamin) calls me for sending an authorization letter to the Deputy Commissioner of Customs Department with my acknowledgment to release my package, as this is the gift from the company (Snaplogic Inc.) they send as 0 invoices. I have sent the letter on the same day but no one responding my email for the next 3/4 days. A few days later another FedEx executive (Meena Meheta) told me that letter should not require now and ask me to send the estimated invoice to release the package. After sending the estimated invoice on the same day my package was dispatched from Delhi to Kolkata on 3rd Dec and got an autogenerated email from FedEx that it should be delivered by the 4th of Dec. While I reach out to FedEx customer care on 5th Dec, they inform me it was handed over to their Partner but because of ongoing company merging it was delayed but they assured me this case has been escalated and should be delivered by 6th Dec. Now when I am trying to reach them several times, after taking my complaint id they went on hold mode and didn't respond back even I was waiting for 30 mins. I didn't receive my package still now. This package contains the recognization of my hard work through entire working tenure, became a first-person from India as Snaplogic MVP (https://mvp.snaplogic.com/mvps/)

              Tracking No:[protected]

              The item was supposed to be delivered on 2nd December but still not received. The tracking shows as Tendered to the authorized agent for final delivery .No Proper response is given when called to customer care. I called more than 4 times but a worst response.Request You to please resolve this issue ASAP.

                I did book courier with us on 04/11/21 and It almost 1 month over but still there is no update on my regarding my shipment and its not yet shipped.

                  I m janak sehgal age 79. My AWB IS[protected]. I ve been told tht your courie will be delivered after submission of IDs which i submitted on 2 dec but still customer care people are saying it is not updated I tried to do this again but could not do it already paid so much amount on uploading as i m not used to all technology and i do not hv any one who can do it for me

                    I received a package from fedex regarding the completion of my KYC on 3 December 2021. I have uploaded my documents twice but the KYC is still incomplete. I have called FedEx twice but still, the issue has not been resolved. I just want to know how can I complete the KYC. I have no business connections with the company that has sent me the product, I am just an individual receiving a free sample product.

                      The package which ordered online was supposed to reach on Monday evening but I did not receive my package but instead I received an email and sms that my package was delivered. I initiated complaint regarding this to fedx India and contacted the customer service but there was no proper response from the fedex, so please kindly help me.

                        This is regarding account no[protected] belonging to national center for cell science, Pune. We recieved a package in fedex envelope (AWB[protected]. During billing Fedex is absurdly charging us the price of a box weighing 3.5 kgs. We have the envelope with us and on it the tracking no also is mentioned. we have contacted fedex and send them pictures of this envelope. Yet fedex refuses to resolve this issue and someone sitting over there is thretening to block our institute account which was used for this. This is a clear cut case of cheating on part of fedex. Fedex needs to charge us the honest amount. We will also request the consumer forum and fedex authorities to take action against the fedex employees who are doing such harrassement of consumers and cheating them. We have attached the pictures of the envelope and the mail from fedex as written proof on the part of fedex to cheat its customers.

                          I have ordeed a guitar from bajaoo.com and the product was shipped on 22th of November and it was supposed to reach on 27, there tracking status shows that it was tendered to authorised local agent on 26th of november but still product not reached. I called their customer care twice but of no use.It is 30th of November today and they are not telling the exact location of the product and delivery date.

                            FedEx needs to hire people that know how to read an address, my package got delivered to a house 2 blocks away. And marked as delivered, if it wasn’t for the good heart of that neighborhood I won’t never get my package because of you incompetence. I am not going to use your service anymore. Better I stay away from you guys

                                My parents had sent me a parcel on Jan 6th from Coimbatore to Germany through Fedex. Just few days before Pongal. Some sweets, snacks, groceries were sent in that package. It reached Germany on Jan 11th itself, but was not delivered to us. After calling Fedex Nuremberg(Germany), they told me that the package was damaged (I have a Email proof). I was confused as there was no liquid items in the package. I asked them to deliver to my house.
                                They delivered wrongly to some other address and told it was delivered. Luckily someone in that address contacted me telling there was a parcel (my Email attached in that delivery box) laid in the corridor of their house. We went and collected the package. (I have Email proof of them)
                                When we opened the package, to our shock, it was wet and some disgusting smell came from it. All the packets inside the parcel was not opened. I think some chemicals was poured on this packet. (We have images). We couldn't use the items at all.
                                We raised a complaint on FedEx Germany. They told since it came through FedEx India, the complaint has to come from them.
                                We sent a complaint to Fedex india on Jan 20. After attaching all the proofs they asked to fill claim form (Feb 24). Then we we got a reply from them (Aug 13) saying they didn't see any damage in the delivery. So they cannot provide me the claim.

                                Acknowledge from FedEx Germany that the package is damaged.

                                [translation] : We will send you the picture of the damaged shipment as an attachment.

                                Mail from the person where it was delivered wrongly:
                                bei uns in der Drausnickstraße 6 liegt ein Paket das an Sie, Drausnickstraße 68 adressiert ist.
                                [translation]:
                                We have a package at Drausnickstraße 6 that is addressed to you at Drausnickstraße 68.

                                This is the track number of my parcel.

                                Even after all the proofs, they are saying there was no mistake in their delivery.

                                  Worst service ever. I ordered a guitar from bajaao.com which was supposed to deliver by FedEx on 20th Nov 2021. It's been the 24th now it's still in the local hub and I didn't get the product. Every day I talk to customer support and they assure me that I will get it by EOD today it has been 4 days now with the same story every day.

                                    1.GST Certificate
                                    2.IEC Certificate
                                    3.Invoice from Supplier
                                    4. Declaration letter

                                    From my side i provide all the information, later on that no response from any of the FedEx employee, i sent almost 20 emails and 20 time contacting their customer support on [protected] number, but no one is responding

                                    I think that they are willingly delay the process
                                    so that they can collect additional charges from me
                                    in every mail they mention additional charges for where house for more than 30 day

                                    Please Look into this fraud process
