I had a shipment booked from the US to Mumbai, India via Fedex with priority shipping. Tracking number is :[protected]

The package was supposed to be delivered by 09th Oct but I still haven’t received it. The package has already arrived in Mumbai on 10th Oct but there has been no further movement and no estimated date of delivery. I have contacted Fedex Customer care but the only reply I receive is “we have told our team to expedite the process”.

I have to travel next week and require the package before I go, Pls have the Fedex team contact me and arrange to deliver the package asap.

I continued to get no updates regarding delivery of my package and was told that it is delayed due to some shifting of the warehouses at the airport and proper management of the parcels was not being done. I finally had to personally visit the Fedex office twice in the airport customs area to get my package traced and cleared by customs. My package was finally delivered yesterday but now a new issue is that they have charged me excessive customs duty, almost 90% of the cost of the package. Following up on that matter now and will raise a fresh complaint if not resolved.

I have already called FedEx customer support quite a many times but they always give me a standard reply and keep me waiting. Please escalate the matter to the highest urgency and give a concrete date / solution to my issue.

I have finally received the package so I am marking this complaint as resolved. But I have been charged excessive customs duty, almost 90% of the cost of the package. I am following up on that matter now, and will raise a new complaint regarding same if it is not resolved.
Fedex personnel in Hyderabad trying to extract money to deliver packages. package reached Hyderabad, says it was put on the vehicle to deliver but will not deliver for over five days now. Fedex says there is no money owed as all the duties and taxes are already paid. However, the Hyderabad Fedex personnel are trying to extract money as duties and taxes. Will not send any invoice or show what the money is for, but want hard cash.

    Dear sir i have submitted all the forms required for kyc, still my shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
    What does this mean?
    Tracking number is[protected]
    It is coming from USA . Do i need to give more documents for the clearence. Let me know if i have to do something for that. Does this happen everytime..? It’s taking so Soo Soo long time .

      My shipment number[protected] is in custom form 2 days .i have submitted all the documents that are ask .but no response from them. aslo cha assigned by fedex asking me for company itr and gst computation and bank verification letter .i have already submitted ad code .but know why this document are needed by them. cha didn't know where my shipment is . please help me i am regular importer from china but never need such documents .still i have submitted all the documents . please looke up it in this matter

        Please help urgently to deliver my shipment which was shipped under overnight priority.

        Neither I’m able to track the shipment nor the tracking number shows any status post 24th October.

        Even after repeated calls/emails to the customer care and placing a complaint here, FedEx is not responding to my courier issue, it’s already delayed for more than a week now. I have paid for express shipping charges but seems to hold no value then I request the refund for the same if you can’t deliver what you ask money for.
        Hello Team,

        Today is 31st October and I need somehow my parcel to be delivered today on the failure of which I will dropping complaint to consumer forum in the event of mishandling my package and supposedly providing no status on the delivery. Also, I need my courier charges refunded for crossing the time line way past it’s expected delivery date.

        The package is lying in the same location without any update for the last 48 hours at Calicut which is just 3 hours from here, I need to know what is really going on with your team here!!

        Arrange the parcel immediately.
        I don’t understand why there is so much delay Calicut is just 3 hours from the last mile and still it’s taking so long to progress.

        if I don’t receive the shipment by tomorrow, you are going to refund me my priority shipment charges.

        Please track it down urgently.
        My shipment is now delayed for more than a week now and it still hasn’t been delivered even after repeated emails /calls to FedEx customer service. I need urgent resolution on the same.

          we have purchased used Lens from Amazon.com, the Lens which was ordered is purely for personal purpose
          The actual cost of the product is INR 83686.71 with free shipping to India from Japan.
          we have been notified to pay INR 60360 towards Customs Clearance Charges at Bangalore Gateway.

          Actual Complaint: we have requested FedEx to send us itemized BOM towards the charged amount. in spite of sending multiple emails and calls to Customer care, we don't have a reply or call from FedEx.

          our concern is custom charges should be 29 % but the charged amount is way beyond that, which is 78%. we need a proper explanation for this.
          when we have customs in HYD Airport why is it been sent to Banglore Gateway?

            My international shipment with AWB number[protected] is stuck at New Delhi with a status "Clearance Delay". The earlier delivery due date was 20/10/2020, now it appears scheduled delivery pending, and showing exception reason as "Goods are subject to regulatory review". My shipment is for individual use, and I've submitted the required KYC documents which they have already acknowledged. No communication is made from their(FedEx) end and they are taking exceptionally long time to deliver the shipment. Im attaching the screenshot of the mail sent by them about current status of my shipment. Please resolve the problem as early as possible.

              Shipment was supposed to be delivered on[protected]. But till now i.e on[protected] it is not delivered even after I received msg from Fedex that shipment is out for delivery on[protected] and it was sent from noida on[protected] to Pune. And if you call their cust care [protected] they start arguing with you. This is the worst courier service in India. Shipment no[protected]

                  My order was shipped from USA on 8th October 2020 and it arrived in India on 14th October 2020.

                  The delivery date according to FedEx was 14th October 2020.

                  It has been a while now that I have been trying to contact FedEx customer service.
                  I emailed them on [protected]@fedex.com as well and I received a generic response with no answer to my questions. The replied to me 6 days after I sent the email.

                  What has happened to FedEx?

                  Not only that, the customer service people hung up on me at least 15 times when I asked about my shipment.

                  One customer service person actually helped and forwarded my request to the higher department. They called me back.

                  And, guess what? They stopped answering my phone and even added me to the block list.

                  No one is telling me what exactly is happening with my shipment. Where is it and when it is going to be delivered.

                  FedEx has the worst customer service nowadays.

                  My shipment is worth $430, which is a lot for me.

                  All I want is my shipment to be delivered ASAP.

                  FedEx has not even updated tracking since 6 days now.

                  And, in tracking they wrote "Customer has requested non-express clearance."
                  I never asked for a slow service. Why would I ever ask for a slow service?

                  Who in their right mind would request non-express clearance.

                  This is complete cheating and fraud.

                  I want my shipment delivered ASAP.

                    We paid 200$ to fedex to send from US to Kerala. A package ( used laptop HP Chromebook 11 G5) Airway bill number[protected], with proof of warranty expired was sent ( 2year old Chromebook). We were clearly told the import tax would be 10% of the value. We assumed that by the fanciest calculations the consignee won't be charged more than 5000Rs import duty. There was a 10 day delay being held up at Bangalore customs. We called, sent enough documentation, on it being used and they still charged an import duty of 14000Rs to the consignee (senior citizen). At first we saw customs wrote the model number as the wireless card in the computer inspite o[censored]s sending formal documentation with the product and model number on the value with the product. Then they kept asking for internet price even when the value was stated at 200$ with warranty expiry. There is no point in sending documentation. They do not read through it. And you call and call to no avail.

                    Please use this as a deterrent to not send any goods via fedex. It will never reach on time and fedex is terrible brokering with customs. They will keep asking for documents as a stalling process.

                        My package AWB :[protected] arrived on 4th Oct, person from FedEx sent me an email on 8th Oct to submit value evidence which I submitted on the same day but till now Oct 14th I haven't got any single response from either customer service or the person named Manish Tomar who sent me the email. I have talked with Customer support lots of time but they say the same thing every time that they will resolve or someone will respond soon but no response. So Pathetic service, It is an international priority service but there service is very very poor.
                        Please resolve the issue asap.

                          My package had already picked up from Hong Kong 3rd October 2020 and the initial delivery date for Chennai was 6th October 2020. On 6th October 2020, the delivery date rescheduled to 8th October.
                          In these period of time my package travelled HONG KONG-JAPAN-CHINA-NEW DELHI-DUBAI-BANGALORE. At current there is no scheduled delivery date.

                          On 9th October 2020 got an email indicating that the customs need additional documents for valuation of product. Provided the documents promptly after consulting with Fedex customer care.
                          Since then there is no status update from Fedex. Rather its just mentioned "Shipment Exception -beyond our control".

                          The package is in International Priority. If the document is required can be shout by the custom department on the very same day, then how come its taking indefinite time to review and clear that product?
                          Fedex is totally worthless, they say they are following up. What kind of following up is this if nothing is happening? What kind of service is this?

                          Customer care support is not attending my calls now.
                          Lost money, time and now waiting with indefinite patience for this.
                          Any help would be really appreciated.

                          I bought the same thing as you and these incompetent people screwed up delivery of my package as well. :/

                          1. Write to these two people, https://www.fedex.com/en-in/customer-support/write-to-the-top.html

                          2. Ask Kevin(from router-switch) to put pressure from his end for a somewhat timely delivery of this package.

                          3. File a complaint on the consumer helpline govt. website.

                            Fedex is not delivering my shipment even after paying for priority for one of the shipments . The shipment delivery is delayed as per the timeline, even after repeated calls, I could not connect to the customer care, Thy dont hve any support for India delivery. Also wrong delivery status has been updated stating future date requested which I havent, I need the shipment by today delivered. This is URGENT.

                              This is regarding Fedex AWB[protected] wherein Fedex India custom clearance team filed BOE 10 days late which caused a fine of INR 75000 and in Fedex tax invoice duty advancement charges were levied when custom duty payment made to customs directly and due to delay in filing BOE demurrage charges were also levied.

                              We tried to reach Fedex through all medium be it email/Customer care phone or twitter but they didn't even bother to reply.

                              We would soon be sending them a legal notice for the same

                                I'm highly disappointed by FedEx's service. There was a packet I was supposed to receive and it has been in the delivery hub for a week.

                                I called the customer care on Friday and requested to let me know if I can pick up the delivery myself. It is something urgent. But I was assured that it would be delivered the next day. It still hasn't arrived. I was not given any contact details to the delivery hub. Can you please make sure this gets delivered today?

                                    My order from ZunRoof Tech pvt. Ltd which was shipped through FedexIndia Economy having tracking id[protected] &[protected] had reached their destination facility on 3/10/20 & 6/10/20 respectively but their final stage delivery is not attempted till now.Scheduled delivery timeline has expired that was 8th october2020, now Scheduled delivery date becomes pending.I have tried to contact Fedex customer service, Fedex social media team on Facebook, Mailed on [protected]@fedex.com regarding this issue but no response received from them and also don't get any resolution.Kindly look into this matter and help me in this regard by initiating its final delivery.

                                      My shipment is still not delivered. The product is received by the local office, and they are not delivering from past 4 days. I am in urgent need of that product, and to which i have paid huge amount.
                                      I am highly dissatisfied with the service.
