I was supposed to get a delivery on Wednesday - 28th October, 2020.
Issue 1: Delay
It was delayed on that day which was understandable.
Issue 2: False promise
I waited another day; still did not get the package. So I called the customer care on Thursday evening : I explained how it was delayed and why I needed it urgently before weekend. The customer-care executive promised that the delivery will be made on Friday afternoon no matter what. But that did not happen.
Issue 3: Using lies to hide their mistakes
Today - Sat 31, October 2020 - I checked the shipment tracking page and it said "Customer not available". Since I never received a call from them nor did they visit my place, I called customer care again who gave the number of the delivery executive.
Upon calling the delivery executive (807422xxxx), he said that he could not call me due to network issues, so he marked it as "customer not available". When I asked him why he did not visit the address, he said he was not familiar with the city, so he did not come.
Expected resolution:
Refund of delivery fees plus compensation fees for the delay.
FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by MohanC123456 No reply for more than a month. No response to emails either. I had to pick up the parcel myself form their warehouse after travelling 15 kilometers.
