I have ordered a flower plant that's needs to be delivered by 9th Feb between morning 10AM-12PM but even after multiple time chasing to customer case I received a different kind of excuses for not delivering the product and after 3 days I received a call from the manager for refund. It is the service you are providing. If you are not able to deliver in 72hours then why you are guaranteeing same-day delivery. I need justification and action against the complaint.

    I had ordered a wall clock. On receiving it, it was found that it was not finished properly. And after two days the sticker of Radha-Krishna started to peel off. Every time on filing a complaint the customer care issues a ticket and then close it without giving any possible solution. The most fraudulent site one will find on the net. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM.

      Frauds and cheaters!!. They promise you refund and then they say they cannot refund. Absolute Rubbish ! Money making useless people ! I am not going to let this matter go easily. Ticket no.[protected]. Order no. [protected]-02. Where is my refund you cheaters ???!!

        It's my Son's b'day celebration today at 12 midnight. I order a Chocolate Truffle half kg cake, 2 sparkle candles and 2 party poppers. The cake I received is of very poor make quality. They didn't deliver the candles.
        I kept raising complaints for about 3 hours from their website but no one responded. On the contrary, by mistake one order got added to shopping kart while I was sending reminder for the complaint already raised about the delivery. Since I didn't buy the product, CUSTOMER service of FnP calls me and asks me why I haven't bought the product after adding to the kart, if I am having ANY PROBLEM. I told him it got added by mistake, but I have raised a complaint of one delivery that I order today. He simply said, CUSTOMER support would CALL TO resolve the same.
        So you'll can imagine they are just acting as money earning company without worrying about consumer and their feelings for the order we make.
        Consumers are getting looted by their intentions and actions. I am left with nothing now but to celebrate my son's bday with he ### that FnP did to my day.
        Please do something about this. FnP is a company which should live on making consumers day special but they are living on just the money earned, once the payment by is received, they care a damn what pain consumer has to go through, especially on such auspicious occasions.
        Please provide your kind help and support. They should know that consumers are not here to get looted. If we pay for a service we expect quality service.

        Please see the cake...look at the make..poor layering for a 800Rs cake. And it's a bday cake. Who designs a sad face with chocolate on the cake. Please see the sad face made there. And icing on the cake is the plastic piece that was in the bite of the cake which my son was eating...what a ###...
        Please please help in making them realise, such businesses are not here long to run...it's a matter of helath issue too now...imagine the plastic piece...it's sort of thick piece, very harmful to a kids health.
        I am hoping for the justice be served in this matter. I am utterly heartbroken as a consumer.
        Please help me with the justice.

          When I was placing the order on 4th of February, the product was showing the price of 799 Rs., which I had to canc due to some reason. And I had to pay 899 Rs. on placing the order on 6th of February. Another thing is, the product should be delivered by 8th of February as shown in my order details, but I still haven't received it, due to which, we had to cancel the plan to visit my sister to gift her. It is very disappointing for me. The service is not reliable.

            I had placed a order in the morning for same day delivery for today but they didn’t delivered the product and the delivery guy saying is phn is damaged and i returned to my home & i can’t help you.They have taken my money and now they are not delivering the order. Kindly take action against them and i want my money back

              This is regarding my order. I would like to share that my experience with ferns and petals has been the worst for me. Being overseas, ordering from ferns and petals for congratulating my friend on her wedding has been my biggest mistake.

              My order was one day delivery on the 3rd February (I paid extra for delivery) but it was not delivered on 3rd February. The order was delivered next day but a wrong cake was delivered with random birthday message. It was my friend's wedding and I had ordered a cake with a personalised note. There was no note with the cake. I have attached the screenshot of the cake.

              It's surprising how much Ferns N Petals is charging for their poor service.

                Boquet doesn't reach even on slot timing with which I had to take alternative to greet my higher official with boquet..very insulting as I got delayed meeting d higher official due to d delay caused by ferns n petals...at any case I want refund...worst experience with ferns n petals.

                  This is regarding my order 31830451, it’s for your information that this order ( cake & flowers) has not been delivered today even after several complaints to your customer care . This is really silly excuses given by them that recipient didn’t attend call.. what does it mean? The person has not visited at address physically. My mother is an old lady who never goes out . Why your representative has not visited physically ? The other gift send by other relatives through Fern and Petals only has been delivered. Why not mine ?
                  I need my money back .
                  Really sad to say that it’s totally unprofessional behavior.
                  Shame ..

                    I have ordered the product through fnp application on 1st of feb 2022 to get it delivered on 2nd feb 2022. And while ordering also paid 19rs extra convenience fee for getting the early delivery.
                    When the product was not getting delivered on time and no information or communication from the site, i tried connecting the customer care and check the status of the product. Instead of explaining the situation he started being so irresponsible and said it won't delivered on 2nd feb and will be delivered on 3rd. When i asked why then its not communicatted and also delivery was supposed to be on 2nd feb no response has given also when i asked to connect with higher official he simply cut the call. Is this is the right thing to do with the customer who paid extra amount just to get the delivery on right time?? It was my special day with my husband and i ended up not gifting him anything with FnP's wrong promises.

                      Order was placed for 24 Roses bouquet along with add-ons ..IFernNpetals charged for 24 Roses bouquet .. But they delivered an ordinary 12 Roses simple bouquet without any fillers ... Highly condemnable job .. Not reliable they are .. I will not recommend it to anybody ..
                      Spoiled all our excitement to send gift to my loving ones .. it all created bad mood ..
                      We condemn FernsNpetals over all ..

                          Hi,
                          This may be a small concern for you but a big deal to me.
                          I once sent a gift to someone and that person died a year and month back and ferns and petals still sending me reminders to me send another gift.
                          I have called them 5 times and everytime they confirmed that its gonna stop.
                          Now i just wanna know there process of sending gifts to hell or heaven.
                          Because they are not taking my words that the person they want to send gifts is dead.
                          Please help me on this

                            On 30th December 2021 I ordered a bouquet of flowers of sum total Rs.8147 from Ferns and Petals. The date of delivery was 31st December 2021. When I tried to contact them about the whereabouts of my order on 1st January 2022, they said that they would get back to me in 24-48 hours since it was an international order. However, no one got back to me. On 3rd January 2022, the status said delivered on 3rd January 2022. However, the recipient did not receive anything. She enquired even in the lobby but they said that nothing had been delivered. When i contacted them on 3rd January saying that recipient did not receive anything, they sent a mail saying according to the delivery partner, the order had been delivered. But there is absolutely no proof of the same. Usually, the delivery partner takes a picture of making the delivery once it's made. But even that was not done and they are just claiming that the delivery was made! .
                            They said that the team is looking into the matter and that they would get back to us in 24-48 hours. However, no one got back to us as usual. I then demanded for a refund but they did not even pay heed to me. I kept reaching out to them henceforth, and they kept saying that "the team is working on my concern" and that "they would get back to me in 24-48" when in reality, no one got back to me. I am very very disappointed in their service. Every time i opened a ticket regarding a concern, they would close it without even clearing my concern.

                            I did not receive any delivery or refund.

                              I placed an order (order id[protected] on 30 December 2021.. which was supposed to be delivered on 31 December 2021 for my friend's birthday..but it was not delivered ..contacted customer care many times..but there was not adequate response..and on 2 Jan 2022 still the order was not delivered..so i cancelled the order and they said I will get refunded within 7 days..now it's been 7 days and I didn't get my refund..so i contacted them ..and they are telling that the refund is already processed ..but the amount is not yet credited.Really disappointed with ferns n petals.. irresponsible and fraud site

                                I would like to share my pathetic experience with them.I placed my order (order id :[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 31st december and then you guys changed it stating it cannot be delivered and now it will be delivered on 2nd jan. However, on 2nd jan also it was not delivered and when i tried to reach their customer care
                                1stly they dont reply just raise query and close it saying wr'll get bacj.. it was too difficult to chase them.. and when i was finally able to contact them for the poor service and to cancel- get my refund, they were rude to say that on site it is showing delivery date 3rd jan and we cannot cancel it. Thankfully, I had the screenshot of them stating it eill be delivered on 2nd jan'
                                else these guys have left no stone unturned to fool a customer..Also it is not a 1000 rs order it's approx 10, 000rs . customer doesn't deserve this. Attached screenshot for your reference.

                                The surprise has been spoilt, it's no longer useful to me I don't care now it gets delivered or noty order was not delivered as promised and thats what I was charged for. Because of your companies' illegibility and fake promises, also no one contacting back even after raising so many tickets..I would like my refund back. That's my right.

                                  This is not the first time this cake has been ordered for the same address and by the same account. Last time this same order was made was on 22nd December, 2021 which was delivered on time. (Order #[protected].

                                  At 5:30PM I called (using phone number [protected]) to ask about the status of delivery and update my phone number but it was not entertained by the customer care rep. I was told that the order will be delivered within time i.e. by 9 PM. I requested to expedite because of celebration plans but certainly the service standards of ferns and petals do not allow that but was given a standard response denying my request. The rep refused to update my phone number as well.

                                  At 8:37 PM, I received an email that delivery attempt has been made and unsuccessful because of incomplete address and if that i must call them back in 2 hours.

                                  I called them and asked that the same cake was delivered to the same address on 22/12/2021, how is it possible that the address became incomplete in a matter of days? There was no answer. I requested to speak to the manager but i was told by customer care rep, Prajwal, that the manager was busy and that I would be getting a call in 2 hours by concerned team and the manager. A ticket was raised for this by #[protected]. I did not receive any call but received a reply saying that I shall not get a refund because of XXXXXXX discalimer of delivery.

                                  This is really infuriating and a mockery of customer's loyalty to FNP. I have been denied service and also my money. This is cheating and if this is not resolved FNP should realise we live in a digital world underpinned by social media.

                                      Product was delivered unpacked and the agent was saying that he had to take pictures of the product as per the company policy and hence opened it. Also the SMS message stating that the product was delivered even before the agent had visited our residence. Completely unhappy .

                                        Ordered a cake to be delivered in USA for my daughter’s birthday. But they never delivered it. They keep saying the delivery is delayed and will be delivered after 4 days!!! What do we do with the cake 4 days after the birthday. They ruined her birthday entirely. I want a refund of Rs. 5199 and they’re are not ready to provide it. Never using their website again. Order ID 30780289

                                        The order was placed on 22Dec 2021. It was to be delivered on 24 Dec 2021 and its 26 Dec already and I haven’t gotten refund yet. I don’t want anything to do with the cake anymore, just refund the money.
