I placed an order for a delivery ( 2 desk plants with a box of chocolates ) on the 10th to be made on the 12th in the state of Goa for a birthday. The order was dispatched from New Delhi and it went to Bengaluru. And is sitting there in their sorting hub since then. I have raised numerous complaints since then. All that they say is it is bluedarts fault . i made international calls of value which was worth more than my order value. But i got the same sorry lame excuse. Not one of their agents were able to tell bluedart to move my order, I am sure my plants are wilting and chocolates melted by now. There is no estimate date given for delivery yet.
I am extremely disappointed. They have either lost my package or the items are spoilt by now. It has not only been a waste of money for me but the whole purpose of placing an order with ferns and petals is so that gifts can be delivered when they have to make some ones day special. I can very well order the same things from amazon ; It will be cheaper and at least they are not promising that they will deliver it to make some ones day special.

    They have cheated me. I ordered a cake and cup for my friends bday depending ok the slot alloted. Now they holded the process .when I called customer care they disconnected me twice and didn't respond. After that they are give me reason like u ordered less than 2 hours, technical issues and will be delivered by midnight...I feel they are fraud and trying to corn people and take money. But the ordered gift for a occasion is never delivered. I want somebody to close there business. In 2020 feb I faced the same issue and I got my refund only by may 2020. Pathetic. Please close the services and safe customer who will be ruining the special moments or I will take it to the consumer court

      I have placed an order for same day delivery by paying Rs 200 for each order for confirm delivery between 9-10 pm on 6th November. However, the product was not delivered on the same date even though the product was a prepaid order. This is totally a case of cheating and inefficiency as the non delivery resulted in spoilage of the occasion.
      Strict action has to be taken against the same.

        Pathetic customer service. Placed an order for my grandmum on Diwali, they not only didn't deliver, but stopped responding to my follow ups. No delivery attempted, no refund initiated, and no responses from them anymore either

          Hi,
          I ordered a cake for my mother birthday. They didn't delivered the cake and when I contacted them they started giving lame excuses and never delivered the cake. I asked for refund but they refused that as well. They ruined the occasion and giving lame excuses and not issuing refund. Thats just ###.

            I have ordered the customised diary. Today o received that but all pages are looking like they got wet and after dried them. I want to replace it asap. This is really disappointing.

              Firstly I want to say that the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I ordered photo cushion, Flowers and chocolates for my wife on karwa chauth and they totally spoiled our celebration. When I ordered the products they promised to deliver by 6:00 PM on the same say for which have paid extra amount for fast deliver. But they haven’t delivered. Then I called on their customer service centre. One of there representative promised me that the order will be delivered by 8:30 PM for sure. I appreciate and accepted. But till 9:00PM i was waiting for the order but not delivered and i got a text in which they have that your address is not found able.Then i again called to customer representative they was saying the different story that the delivery boy met with an accident. This was all ridiculous story made by them. They also not refunded my money. Now I am going legally. I strongly recommended to everyone not to shop from this site.

                I placed an order [protected] on Ferns and Petals app for Ferra Rocha chocolates however the hr person kept insisting that they did not receive payment when the bank says payment was debited. I even got an sms message from the bank. The Ferro Rocha chocolates were not delivered and amount Rs.1478/- not reimbursed. They also have the nerve to keep sending you sales promotional emails and sms when they fail to do their job. Tried following them on twitter for justice, first they say they did not receive payment, then they ask for bank statement but refuse to give any concern person email address and contact details, then they give blank calls, then give excuses, then say they are sorry and expect you to accept it without giving you refund. Then the same pattern keeps following again and again. They try your patience and see if you will give up without taking refund. I have seen many complaints about Ferns and Petals on this site. How can they treat clients like this. I want justice at all cost and want Ferns and Petals app to return my money of Rs.1478/-.

                  The order worth 7800/- had to reach Germany with all details provided and the contact no of the reciever as well. All that was said to us on the day of delivery was, delivery attempted wrong adress. They have not even tried to call the reciever to check.from the 14th of this month since they are trained to tell allow us some time to get back to you nothing else has moved positively so far..we have been trying to get back to them with an alternate adress, asked them for a refund, self pick up. Again all they say is allow us time to check with the team, we are on the 23rd and its the same response. We do not have an adress proof ! Since the reciever is a student and has registered for one. But all other deliveries with the same adress other people sent have reached her with no problem at all. Having said that, we have given an alternate adress close to the place so the reciever can go and collect them personally, that also they dont follow.
                  One is that we have lost so much money trusting them and the time waiting for them to act on something.
                  Two is they just dont follow up and make the changes quickly
                  Unbelievable service !
                  Please do not opt for ferns and petals ! Unreliable, untrustworthy, useless. You will loose money, embarass yourself and waste time in following up.

                  We need a refund on our order considering they have been uselss so far !!

                    I have ordered cake with FNP card. First vendor delivered wrong cake which got replaced but again replaced cake was also a wrong product. And there is no FNP card. I did 3 complains to FNP and called many times to customer care. Customer care executive didn’t respond and complain get closed without informing me or any consent of mine. What kind of services FNP given to the customers. I need immediate resolution otherwise I will take this to consumer forum

                      I have placed an order no [protected]. However the hr department kept insisting that they did not receive payment and to repeat payment when my bank insisted that payment was debited to them which reflected in the statement. Six months have passed and the money was not remitted and the birthday party was spoilt as the chocolates were not received. I would empathize with ferns n petals staff and management for not getting business during the pandemic but that does not mean they thrive on people's saving and cheat them in the name of celebration. My earnest and humble request is to remit my money Rs.1500/- as I too have expenses to bear and the chocolates were for my mother. Ferns n petals please do the needful at the earliest.

                        I Placed an order on 24th Sep 2021 ( Order ID[protected] and paid online Rs 1, 528/- for a birthday cake for my MOM which was supposed to be delivered on 03.10.2021.

                        On 30.09.2021, I had received a message stating that the order will be delivered shortly.

                        Since the status of the order was not updated in your website, I tried contacting you on today on +91 [protected]. The Representative said that the order cannot be delivered since the area is remote. If this was the case then why didn't I receive any communication regarding the same earlier. Am I supposed to know about it at the last minute?

                        I was expecting for the order to be delivered tomorrow. If you would communicated to me earlier, then I could have at least thought about an alternative plan. Till I myself called you, there was no communication received from your end. I have been dealing with FNP since many years and this is the first time I have experienced such a pathetic service.

                        I haven't expected such poor service/communication from FNP which was so far a very trusted firm in my eyes. I feel heavy hearted to express my guilt for considering FNP as a great choice to make the occasion special. I'm disappointed with FNP customer service and feel cheated.

                        NEVER AGAIN. and would never recommend anyone else as well.

                          I booked a balloon decoration for friend's birthday. I'm not available in the same city so I was not personally present there.

                          The order included -
                          2 balloons - Bottle and Glass Shaped
                          2 Lights
                          50 balloons - Spread on floor.

                          What was delivered -
                          2 balloons - Both small bottles
                          1light
                          50 balloons - half of these were used to support the bottles

                          The experience was so bad and now they're not agreeing that it was not as per the description.

                            This is really embarrassing to inform you that the subject mention order I did thru your website is in worst condition with in few hours of delivery. This is really unacceptable when we have our special day occasion. Kindly resend the order with fine items or refund our money. Pls do the needful to avoid any further escalations. Attach are the pictures of the item which gone down with in few hours of delivery.

                                  This is regarding corporate gift order number ngt81437342 which is placed on 23rd July, I have not received the order till now.

                                  I have written multiple emails to Kapil Dhal ; Geetika Banga ; neha.b ; kapil.dhal who are our account managers, every I got date of dispatch in reply, which is not met again and again.

                                  I have never seen a unprofessional service like FNP till now in any of the online portals, they mess with your corporate orders, don't even have the track of your order.

                                  I don't know whom to escalate this to higher authority in fnp so i am writing it here

                                  Please someone look into this ASAP

                                    I had called FNP 4 times before placing my order to be delivered in Nainital and they promised it will be delivered on 22nd Sep. Hence I placed the order on 16th September 2021 well in advance.

                                    I got so many calls from FNP to confirm my order before I didn't place order because I was not sure if they will deliver it. I called yesterday and called today to track my order and it was mentioned that it has reached near by area and will reach by 2:00PM,

                                    Now I don't receive any message, email and when I track order on their website it shows hold, and they say that it cannot be delivered today. This is so disappointing literally no sense of responsibilities these guys have for their orders.

                                    First when we are in doubt they give us assurance that ma'am we will deliver the order there right time. And now this is result they provide, ruining my day and the person's whose birthday it is. This has happened twice with me from their end.

                                    I swear I am literally not going to recommend your service to anyone and going to provide this feedback on all platforms.

                                    Pathetic service!

                                      The cake was send without any message over. A plain cake was send and I had confirmed 10 timings is the message captured and will it be send the same was assured and confirmed by the ferns petals executive And I have the call recording as well .

                                      But it is a pathetic and shameful thing that ferns n petals did with me they send a personalised message on a scrap a 4 size paper . This is so embarrassing and I have already raised a complaint n stopped the bank payment .
