Address: Globally Apprently!

The order worth 7800/- had to reach Germany with all details provided and the contact no of the reciever as well. All that was said to us on the day of delivery was, delivery attempted wrong adress. They have not even tried to call the reciever to check.from the 14th of this month since they are trained to tell allow us some time to get back to you nothing else has moved positively so far..we have been trying to get back to them with an alternate adress, asked them for a refund, self pick up. Again all they say is allow us time to check with the team, we are on the 23rd and its the same response. We do not have an adress proof ! Since the reciever is a student and has registered for one. But all other deliveries with the same adress other people sent have reached her with no problem at all. Having said that, we have given an alternate adress close to the place so the reciever can go and collect them personally, that also they dont follow.
One is that we have lost so much money trusting them and the time waiting for them to act on something.
Two is they just dont follow up and make the changes quickly
Unbelievable service !
Please do not opt for ferns and petals ! Unreliable, untrustworthy, useless. You will loose money, embarass yourself and waste time in following up.

We need a refund on our order considering they have been uselss so far !!

    I have ordered cake with FNP card. First vendor delivered wrong cake which got replaced but again replaced cake was also a wrong product. And there is no FNP card. I did 3 complains to FNP and called many times to customer care. Customer care executive didn’t respond and complain get closed without informing me or any consent of mine. What kind of services FNP given to the customers. I need immediate resolution otherwise I will take this to consumer forum

      I have placed an order no [protected]. However the hr department kept insisting that they did not receive payment and to repeat payment when my bank insisted that payment was debited to them which reflected in the statement. Six months have passed and the money was not remitted and the birthday party was spoilt as the chocolates were not received. I would empathize with ferns n petals staff and management for not getting business during the pandemic but that does not mean they thrive on people's saving and cheat them in the name of celebration. My earnest and humble request is to remit my money Rs.1500/- as I too have expenses to bear and the chocolates were for my mother. Ferns n petals please do the needful at the earliest.

        I Placed an order on 24th Sep 2021 ( Order ID[protected] and paid online Rs 1, 528/- for a birthday cake for my MOM which was supposed to be delivered on 03.10.2021.

        On 30.09.2021, I had received a message stating that the order will be delivered shortly.

        Since the status of the order was not updated in your website, I tried contacting you on today on +91 [protected]. The Representative said that the order cannot be delivered since the area is remote. If this was the case then why didn't I receive any communication regarding the same earlier. Am I supposed to know about it at the last minute?

        I was expecting for the order to be delivered tomorrow. If you would communicated to me earlier, then I could have at least thought about an alternative plan. Till I myself called you, there was no communication received from your end. I have been dealing with FNP since many years and this is the first time I have experienced such a pathetic service.

        I haven't expected such poor service/communication from FNP which was so far a very trusted firm in my eyes. I feel heavy hearted to express my guilt for considering FNP as a great choice to make the occasion special. I'm disappointed with FNP customer service and feel cheated.

        NEVER AGAIN. and would never recommend anyone else as well.

          I booked a balloon decoration for friend's birthday. I'm not available in the same city so I was not personally present there.

          The order included -
          2 balloons - Bottle and Glass Shaped
          2 Lights
          50 balloons - Spread on floor.

          What was delivered -
          2 balloons - Both small bottles
          1light
          50 balloons - half of these were used to support the bottles

          The experience was so bad and now they're not agreeing that it was not as per the description.

            This is really embarrassing to inform you that the subject mention order I did thru your website is in worst condition with in few hours of delivery. This is really unacceptable when we have our special day occasion. Kindly resend the order with fine items or refund our money. Pls do the needful to avoid any further escalations. Attach are the pictures of the item which gone down with in few hours of delivery.

                Disappointed with the taste of the cake that is given a rating of 5 by a number of people.

                  Hi

                  This is regarding corporate gift order number ngt81437342 which is placed on 23rd July, I have not received the order till now.

                  I have written multiple emails to Kapil Dhal ; Geetika Banga ; neha.b ; kapil.dhal who are our account managers, every I got date of dispatch in reply, which is not met again and again.

                  I have never seen a unprofessional service like FNP till now in any of the online portals, they mess with your corporate orders, don't even have the track of your order.

                  I don't know whom to escalate this to higher authority in fnp so i am writing it here

                  Please someone look into this ASAP

                    I had called FNP 4 times before placing my order to be delivered in Nainital and they promised it will be delivered on 22nd Sep. Hence I placed the order on 16th September 2021 well in advance.

                    I got so many calls from FNP to confirm my order before I didn't place order because I was not sure if they will deliver it. I called yesterday and called today to track my order and it was mentioned that it has reached near by area and will reach by 2:00PM,

                    Now I don't receive any message, email and when I track order on their website it shows hold, and they say that it cannot be delivered today. This is so disappointing literally no sense of responsibilities these guys have for their orders.

                    First when we are in doubt they give us assurance that ma'am we will deliver the order there right time. And now this is result they provide, ruining my day and the person's whose birthday it is. This has happened twice with me from their end.

                    I swear I am literally not going to recommend your service to anyone and going to provide this feedback on all platforms.

                    Pathetic service!

                      The cake was send without any message over. A plain cake was send and I had confirmed 10 timings is the message captured and will it be send the same was assured and confirmed by the ferns petals executive And I have the call recording as well .

                      But it is a pathetic and shameful thing that ferns n petals did with me they send a personalised message on a scrap a 4 size paper . This is so embarrassing and I have already raised a complaint n stopped the bank payment .

                          Highly unprofessional behaviour and harassment of the Ferns and Petals company. The customer service people have such unethical practice, I was trying to order in the night and somehow didn't order and decided to do it in the morning, but I got a call at 12.30 in the night!!! just to force me to make the payment and buy the product. And last night, they crossed their limits by calling me at 3.30am in the night!!! that too when I had already placed my order.
                          Complete harassment of the customers and no boundaries while contacting the customers. I would like to make a serious complaint against the company.

                              I am contacting regarding my recent order Order ID #28264587 for Ficus Ginseng Bonsai In Sea House Planter. The recipient told me
                              that the planter arrived broken on Sep14th afternoon. I am very disappointed with the fnp service and quality. I already bought this to the attention of customer service requesting for either replacement or return for refund. But Jatin /payal from the customer service team was unable to resolve my issue. I also attached pictures of the plant and sent in the ticket.
                              I would never rely on fnp for gifts in future. I raised the complaint within 48hours of delivery, however fnp fails to understands its customers. The customer service team is useless, you get different answers from different people and they close the service request without resolution.

                                I had a very pathetic experience today with ferns and petals I had ordered Double Lucky Bamboo In Bombay Sapphire Bottle Planter this was my Order ID #28329345.

                                My Name is Khyati and my number and email is mentioned below in signature. As this was for special occasion we had ordered from FNP I had placed ordered around at 1:00.p.m and paid 50 extra for delivery.

                                I got call at 2:30 that the Bombay Sapphire Bottle is broken and is not available so they can send 2 small bottles instead. I said I need to see the picture I waited till 3:30 no one has sent me any picture and then I called up again I explained my situation and they told me they will call back in 10 minutes no one called me I called up again I explained whole story that lady kept me on hold and It got disconnected after that I called you again that lady told me to be professional I didn’t even abuse her and still she told me this I hope you have recorded your calls after that call also got disconnected in middle of conversation and while not getting any response from your end, I decided to chat with you guys on website that guy had sent me picture of what he is sending unfortunately that is not the product I am receiving it is antiquity 2 small bottles and in picture it was something else.

                                    Rakhi was sent to Brisbane on 12 Aug, and while booking only date mentioned for delivery was 31 Aug... Though this date was after rakhi which was on 22 Aug still I booked, hoping that since I am booking on 12 th it shall reach in 10 days..Hut today it is 1 se and rakhi has still not it's destination...I am highly disappointed and now would like to cancel my order and want refund...As the main purpose and date is gone, hence would like to cancel this order...

                                      I had ordered a guitarist experience from Ferns n Petals for my dad's bday and had selected a time slot of 8-9 PM. The guitarist called me at 8:03 to get the songs and as I was in a meeting I didn't pick up but dropped him a Whatsapp message to chat here as the performance was also supposed to be delivered throughWhatsapp. He didn't respond hence I had to call him in between my meeting at 8:09 and he said he has seen the message but can't reply as he is driving and he will call me back once he reaches his place. I didn't received any call back hence I again sent a message and called at 8:49 to which he responded saying he is still driving and he would be able to give a performance will be at 9:30 PM. My guests would have left at 9:00 PM hence I refused to take the performance at 9:30 PM. Ferns n Petals is refusing to refund my money and the reason for that is that the guitarist called me within the selected time slot. I don't understand if he was driving since 8:05 PM then would he have performed while driving or stopped on the roadside to give the performance? The customer support team is completely useless, they promise me a call back from their seniors each day and I never received it. This shows how much they care about their customers once they have paid the money.

                                        This is to inform you that yesterday morning I have received a gift containing red roses, cake, chocolates, bamboo tree and candles from some unknown person (Order id: [protected]) via ferns n petals. The person did not share any personal details regarding his/her identity.
                                        I called the customer care of ferns n petals asking the sender's details to return back the gift, but they told me that neither they have the permission to disclose the sender's name nor do they have any policy to return back the gift.

                                        How could a company like ferns n petals take such orders from anonymous to send gifts to people? It is not expected from a company like this to show such nonsense activities for arbitrary people. How come they do not have the policy to return back such gifts? I believe everyone has their private space and everyone needs to respect that at least. Some spoiled my birthday just because of their company policy. Currently, I'm facing big issues at my home because of this incidence.

                                        I want you to take the necessary steps towards the person who got the permission from the company to show that much audacity and be responsible for such a disgusting incident.
                                        Looking forward to the earliest action from your side.
