Placed order for 2 rakhi and sweet with order no 27343855 to be delivered to canada, which was delivered without sweet. No action or compensation for the same, even after raising a complaint and doing continuous followup. Very disappointing service even after charging huge amount for service.

    I ordered rakhi (order[protected], they attempted delivery on Aug 20, 2021, and mentioned the recipient was not at home. At the time order was placed, it was clearly stated that no contact delivery will be used and the package will be left outside. They just took the package back with them and emailed that delivery will be reattempted on Aug 23. Today is Aug 25th, now they say "oh we only try to deliver once, and if the recipient is not home we just keep your gifts as well as your money and no refunds". This is totally ridiculous. Did they tell the recipient that they won't come again so that recipient would have suggested some alternative. Who knows they actually attempted delivery or what? I asked to either redeliver or refund, and their customer service representatives stopped answering and taking calls.

      I Ordered Rakhi for my cousin, which is supposed to be delivered 15Aug and still not delivered 25th Aug. (Festival already over.) I have been chased multiple times since 18 Aug . I was a telephonic order and the exicutive has not put complete address. But they are hardly bother about it. Team just mailed that redelivery or refund is not possible. When I asked the address where my cousin will go and pick the rakhi they said they don't have courier partners details. They charge more than 1200 for simple tread rakhi and don't want to give service.

      Staff is highly unprofessional and don't even listen to the complaint of customer. This website is unable to manage high traffic of deliveries and don't even ready to listen what impact can it make to emotions of people. They just disconnect the call.

      Some serious action should be taken against them, otherwise they will keep doing that same thing with someone like me in future as well.

        On 20th August 21 I order a Cake of sum total Rs.1500 from Fern and Petals. The deliver time was on 21 August 21. between 06:00-21:00Hr. when i tried to contact them that delivery is not done on 21st. and cancel my order. then they send me a mail for this saying the are in Follow-up with there local partner for current status.
        On next Day 22nd August 21 around 18:00hr we got a notification that the item is delivered to given address. as nobody came to give the item to my house. again i contact to Fern and Petals that item is not delivered but status is showing delivered. Again they send me a mail that item is delivered and we closing your ticket. i tried to contact them by raising complain ticket but there team is working on it. till now i did not get any specification from there side.

        i did not received any delivery nor any refund

          Hello, i have placed an order and paid through gpay.initially first time i got

          Again I have used the same email content mention as

          "Nothing to worry about. You can place your order again.
          Please make the payment, before it is too late to accept this order!

          28thAug 21 between 09:00 -21:00 Hrs.

          MAKE PAYMENT NOW ₹ 552"

          And paid also.the amount debited first still its not refunded and also i dint receive any notification regarding the same.

          Kindly initiate my refund process and refund the anount 552 soon

            I have placed order on FNP for rakhi delivery to Australia (Order ID #[protected]. The order is not yet delivered 3 days after delivery date. FNP was highly irresponsible and no update is given till now. I have been following up for past 3 days but all service centre guys do is close ticket without proper resolution. What is the meaning of Rakhi delivery after Rakhi even though it was booked 15 days earlier. I need refund but there is no response...just closing tickets that all. Disgustive service, , , , I do not recommend fnp.

                My sister had ordered some gifts on birthday. However, that didn't reach me at all and when we are trying to contact, no one is receiving the call. It is the worst experience a customer can experience. If someone places an order, it means they trust u but u guys are very good at breaking that trust. It is very disappointing. Decided not to consider Ferns and Petals anytime in future as you guys dont even care about the customer's emotions.

                  I had placed an order and the company had cancelled the order and said that the refund will be initiated with 7-10 business days but it's been more than 18 days I waited for the refund but they have not initiated it

                    Placed order on 31 July 2021 to send Rakhi to Australia, it was going to be delivered by 5 August 2021, when inquired on 7th August it was told that it will be delivered by 18 August, again no update on the status till 18 August, when I inquired again on 19 August it was told that it will be delivered in a week, the shameless customer care person bluntly denied to refund and didn’t give confirm time when it will be delivered, there should be some provision to file police complaint against these cheaters.

                      Hello fern & petal guys...ur services is very bad .i m very disappointing. .my order ID 26698226 and SUB ID-[protected].I m order at 30 July 2021..and estimate delivery date 10 th August but today is 21 august but not deliverd. ..very poor side...I can't suggest any one

                        I have placed rakhi order it my amount deducted twice. Also registered complain regarding that but haven't received any response. I do have bank statement its clearly visible that amount deducted twice. Kindly give my money back.

                          Worst service ever, if I could give zero stars to them. I ordered my rakhi on July 21 to Gurgaon, Haryana. the delivery address is just 1 km away from Huda city center metro station, still, my rakhi gift is undelivered. when I contacted them I got this response:
                          "please be informed that the order is returned and we cannot make the redelivery before rakhi as it is 21st today. please let us know if we can arrange the delivery.

                            I ordered a Rakhi that had to be delivered to New Zealand on 13August, 2021. When It was not delivered I called dnt and wrote mails. The ticket that was opened for complaint that was closed without providing me any answer and the Fnp customer service was Pathetic. Agents disconnected the calls. I spoke to Anuj he disconnected the call and even said the manger went home and supervisor was not available. When I informed that I want a resolution on this call aa I was promised a call back which was not made he disconnected the call.. Pathetic servies. I will ensure I will put this experience on social media so that people know the level of service Ferns and petals provide

                              Kindly escalate this matter.
                              I have sent Rakhi with Kaku Katli to USA worth Rs 2649 wherein only Rakhi was delivered. When I called customer care I was told that the missing item will be delivered within 24hr. After 24 hr I have received a response where I was offered 250 Rs. Gift certificate which was really annoying for me. Please note, I don't want any gift certificate. I want my order to be delivered ASAP. I did not expect such from FnP. I really don't understand why do I have choosen it. Please take immediate action.

                                We placed an order for delivering Rakhi. First response was that they could not deliver as no one was home. Next they sent an email sending order delivered. As no one recieved the rakhi, we asked customer care and they responded that contact number is wrong and address cannot be found. This number and address is in use for many years now. How can they say no one at home if the address cannot be found. Ferns and Petals are cheating here. On top of that they say we will attempt delivery only once else our money is gone. How can such terms and conditions be considered as legal? Ideally shouldnt they just charge an ammount for delivery and return the rest to customers? Please let me know the right platform to bring this fraudulent behavior more visibility.

                                  I have ordered a Rakhi hamper from fnp on 17th Aug, 21 . It is a customised bottle with names on it. I mentioned the name which needs to be printed on the bottles. It got delivered on 17th only but with the wrong names, without customisation. Within 10 mins of delivery I raised the complaint in fnp but no action taken till today. Since then I m getting the mails that we will give resolution as soon as possible but till now no resolution have been given to me. Also as I call customer care they also say team is working on this. But no call no replacement nothing. I have paid 1400 bucks for the order and till now I have nothing in my hand. On 22 its Rakhshabandhan and I have nothing in my hand.

                                  I want to lodge the complaint against fnp as they are not atall helping.

                                    Please note that I had ordered for the following on 15th August 2021:

                                    “Ethnic Rakhi Set and Ferrero Rocher Moments Pack”

                                    The delivery has had been received on 19.8.2021 and the product received is a set of two Rakhis with a Cadbury Celebrations packet instead of the Ferrero Rocher Moments pack that I had ordered.

                                    Please resolve the issue of wrong delivery as the payment of Rs 1124/- has already been made by me.

                                    Please note that I had been charged Rs 963/- for the Ferrero Rocher Moments pack whereas a Cadbury Celebrations pack worth Rs 100/- was delivered. This is being treated as cheating. Have asked them to deliver the Ferrero Rocher Moments pack as ordered and paid for and the Cadbury Pack may be taken back OR for refund of the amount pertaining to the Chocolates.

                                      Assorted chocolate box been ordered on 16th August 2021 and till 20th August its not been delivered ([Ticket#[protected]]ref. Order#[protected] and customer care is pathetic who argues with the customer on the same.

                                      Unbelievable local courier taking this much of time to get delivered in Delhi itself.

                                      The occasion of the person has been passed and will need a refund.

                                        Placed an order 25 days back for rakhi for my brother in USA. 1 week back i got a message it has been delivered but my brother said it hasnt been delivered. Since then i have called and tried getting info from them thousands of times with a new lies every time:
                                        1. Its a system error sorry, it will be delivered
                                        2. No it has been delivered provide us with the address proof like drivers licence of your brother
                                        3. Here is the USPS link of your order - which showed the parcel hasnt reached USPS Florida by the way
                                        4. There is some issue with international order, it will reach by Monday
                                        5. Going back to - it has been delivered
                                        6. Sorry but it will be delivered tomorrow however their USPS link still showed parcel hasent reached them
                                        7. I asked for refund to which it again changed to - it has been delivered
