THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!

I order cake for my mother-in-law, i am newly wed an live overseas, I relied on F&P services and this was her first birthday for me to celebrate with her. I am not in India physically so I wanted the best services for her cake delivery. My biggest mistake that I chose F&P.
Cake was ordered way ahead of time, around early morning hours of 30/11. I selected standard delivery between 8am-9pm. The order didnt move till around 7pm. I tried to reach to them on live chat which they claim they are live on till 10:30pm, but no one replied to me. In fact I was forced to send query instead (email). Which I did. Someone replied me in few minutes saying - dont worry we will deliver your cake on time. I kept asking again and again can I know the store location which is going to deliver, but NO, they chose to intentionally not disclose any information to me.
Since I was assured it will be delivered, I slept and then next day I got an email saying - we attempted to deliver but no response. Also they boldly mentioned we attempt only ONCE. And then I get another email, the number was not reachable!!!
WOW! Just WOW!!! the numbers in India are mostly not reachable for fraudsters like these!!!
My concerns are:
1 - Why was I not informed proactively and why is it not mentioned on the website CLEARELY in BOLD that the client's will only be contacted ONCE even if the all is unreachable.
2. The phone has never been unreachable and my dad is using it since a long long longggg time.
3. Even if it was unreachable, the address was super easy to get to, my dad is a famous doctor and the clinic is at prime location, same as our house address, so there was no way for any delivery to get missed.
4. Why was I not disclosed the information about the store that is going to deliver the cake?
5. Why is there no complaint email on the website? Only 1 email where you have tow ait for days for resolution.
6. When I tried to ask for details about escalation on online chat I was told the same email ID and no other information, why?
7. I asked for Manager's name or contact details, but I was told that's personal, how on earth can a manager's name be personal ?
8. I asked for turnaround time, and I was told there is none, wow!
The false and misleading information on your website must have made your company earn the millions o[censored]SD revenue over the years, but not anymore. This is our hard earned money, be it small or big, we own the right to get the services/product we asked for. This is illegal and unacceptable, unethical, inhuman, and much more!
