Hi Ferns & Petals !!

There is no requirement to remind for some birthdays which you do through your mnessages. Sometimes we dont want to look back to some days!!! Days changes quickly !!! People who were there last year may not be there this year so stop reminding Please!!!

    I ordered three products in first week of Dec 2021.
    But all the orders were wrongly delivered.
    It led to time and money wasted. Also, the celebration dates passed without gifts.
    There were personal pictures to be printed.
    But these FERN and PETALS people are ridiculous and services are pathetic.
    Please provide me explanation and solution for this.

      Regarding my today's order: Unprofessional irresponsible way of committing to deliver & least bothered to or no effort at all to get the job done. These guys will screw up your valuable occasions. STILL WAITING FOR A REVERT FROM RESPECTIVE STAFFS AFTER LONG DISCUSSIONS. Let's see how serious they are in their business & will take further action.

          THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!

          I order cake for my mother-in-law, i am newly wed an live overseas, I relied on F&P services and this was her first birthday for me to celebrate with her. I am not in India physically so I wanted the best services for her cake delivery. My biggest mistake that I chose F&P.

          Cake was ordered way ahead of time, around early morning hours of 30/11. I selected standard delivery between 8am-9pm. The order didnt move till around 7pm. I tried to reach to them on live chat which they claim they are live on till 10:30pm, but no one replied to me. In fact I was forced to send query instead (email). Which I did. Someone replied me in few minutes saying - dont worry we will deliver your cake on time. I kept asking again and again can I know the store location which is going to deliver, but NO, they chose to intentionally not disclose any information to me.

          Since I was assured it will be delivered, I slept and then next day I got an email saying - we attempted to deliver but no response. Also they boldly mentioned we attempt only ONCE. And then I get another email, the number was not reachable!!!

          WOW! Just WOW!!! the numbers in India are mostly not reachable for fraudsters like these!!!

          My concerns are:
          1 - Why was I not informed proactively and why is it not mentioned on the website CLEARELY in BOLD that the client's will only be contacted ONCE even if the all is unreachable.
          2. The phone has never been unreachable and my dad is using it since a long long longggg time.
          3. Even if it was unreachable, the address was super easy to get to, my dad is a famous doctor and the clinic is at prime location, same as our house address, so there was no way for any delivery to get missed.
          4. Why was I not disclosed the information about the store that is going to deliver the cake?
          5. Why is there no complaint email on the website? Only 1 email where you have tow ait for days for resolution.
          6. When I tried to ask for details about escalation on online chat I was told the same email ID and no other information, why?
          7. I asked for Manager's name or contact details, but I was told that's personal, how on earth can a manager's name be personal ?
          8. I asked for turnaround time, and I was told there is none, wow!

          The false and misleading information on your website must have made your company earn the millions o[censored]SD revenue over the years, but not anymore. This is our hard earned money, be it small or big, we own the right to get the services/product we asked for. This is illegal and unacceptable, unethical, inhuman, and much more!

            On my wedding anniversary ordered one cake from them. They delivered the cake on time, but when my wife was cutting in, in quarter cake she found 3 long strands of hair. After that she threw it in the bin. The cake was ordered on 21-Nov-2021. The ideal resolution would be to refund the money for cake but F&P said we can only refund within 48 hours and close the ticket.

              It was such a pathetic service which I get I suggest to everyone never place an order on this website if you from abroad and thinking to plan something for your loved ones then never try something with this website, first of all, there is no wider range of time slot choices. second, they will give you a time slot of 8:00 am to 9:00 pm according to this time that birthday person has to wait for them all day he can't go out or celebrate his/her birthday. it was such a worst experience which I had. please guys never place an order from this website, the staff literally irritates the receiver as well as the sender too .

                Hi,

                This is Roshni from Bangalore. I had ordered for ‘Birthday Balloon Decor for Husband’ which was supposed to be delivered on 18th of Nov, 2021 by 2pm but it wasn’t delivered!!!

                Amount paid- 3007/-
                Amount said to be refunded by your staff Vishal- 2999/-

                Well, when I put the item in the cart, I immediately started getting non stop calls from the Customer Care staff saying he will give me 8-10% discount if I make the payment right away!! And I did! And he promised me that two items will be delivered by 2pm as requested!!

                But NO! The first item was delivered at 16:26 and the other item was not delivered at all. It was a surprise birthday celebration for my husband but everything was ruined because of these unprofessional people..

                And when I reached out to Customer Care at 13:30 for help, the lady was so cold in her behaviour while talking and says she will try that item is reached ASAP! Nothing happened! I called up again, she dint listen to me and I asked the person on call to connect to the superior, she then put my call on hold without asking and after several minutes of wait she returns to call and says I will get a call back from the supervisor!!

                Well I waited for 3 hours for the call and when I raised several queries on the app, I finally get a call at around 5 pm from the Supervisor ‘VISHAL MISHRA’ who was immensely RUDE!! I was surprised as I kinda trusted the service and the professionalism but he wasn’t ready to help and without listening completely to me, he was like you will get the item in sometime!

                When I told him that the surprise is ruined for my husband and I want the order to be canceled, he straight away said NO to me and said the amount will NOT be refunded no matter what!
                I had already spoken to the delivery guy who had not even started from Hennur till 16:45 and we stay in JP Nagar! That’s the reason I was requesting Vishal to cancel the order as there’s no point of getting the item so late as the party is ruined!!

                He was continuously arguing with me and was very adamant, finally when I told him that I will take you guys to Consumer Court and his name will be there as he is harassing the customer, that’s when he tells me he will process the refund!

                Is this the way ferns and petals handle things?!!! And how unprofessional your people are???? My husband was so annoyed seeing me upset as this person was very rude! I am seriously so disappointed with the service and behaviour!!

                I am waiting for the refund which he told me I will get in 7-10 working days!! And then will delete the app for good!!!

                And I request the higher management of ferns and petals to relook at the kind of staff you guys hire and take stringent action against this staff VISHAL MISHRA as he doesn’t fit for his job!!!

                  Hi,

                  This is Roshni from Bangalore. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed at the service you guys deliver and the staff handling the calls are the worst!!
                  I had ordered for a Birthday Balloon Decoration, order number[protected] and when I had put the item in the cart, immediately I stared getting non stop calls from customer care to make the payment saying they will give some 8 to 10% discount and he will ensure it is delivered on 18th November at 2pm as I requested!!

                  I made the payment worth 3007/-

                  Guess what?! The item wasn’t delivered on time and after several follow ups with the team, I got to know that it will be delivered by 6 in the evening.
                  When I asked the lady on call to connect to her superior, she put me on hold without asking and then comes back and tells the senior will call back!
                  I waited for 3 hours and then a supervisor by name ‘VISHAL MISHRA’ calls me and he was immensely RUDE to me and was very adamant in talking!! It was a surprise birthday party for my husband which was already ruined as the delivery was so late, So I asked him to cancel the order and refund the amount!! But, he straight away said NO to me without listening and told me that this is how it is, amount will not be refunded no matter what!

                  I then asked him to connect to his manager and he again straight away said NO!

                  And then when I told him that I am gonna take you guys to consumer court and will write a feedback stating your behavioural issue as you are harassing the customer and have no courtesy at all to speak properly.

                  That’s when he tells me he will get back to me in 5 mins, and then I got a mail for the refund of 2999/-

                  Being a loyal customer of ferns and petal, I am highly disappointed and I am gonna wait for 7-10 days until I get my refund and will delete the app for good!!!

                  You guys seriously need to take action against this staff Vishal Mishra as he doesn’t fit for his job!!

                    I placed an order for 184$ on ferns n petals on 17 th November 2021 for a friend's special occasion in Sharjah, UAE. Unfortunately, as they were at the wedding place the recipient was not able to accept the gift and requested the gift to be delivered today 19 th November 2021. But Ferns n petals, now has come up with a policy stating that they won't re-deliver the product nor would they refund the money to me. These details were not mentioned earlier. I even told them I am willing to pay the extra charges for re-delivery still they are not willing to deliver the gift nor refund my payment. I called and spoke several times to the customer care number but no action is been taken. I would like to get the product delivered to the same address or get a refund back from thee company as I am loyal customer. From the customer end I have done what I can do and even told I can pay the surcharges for the extra delivery. But not delivering the item and taking the money is extremely not acceptable. That is not how they treat the customer. I am demanding for my right as a consumer to the Indian consumer complaint organisation. Kindly do the needful.

                      I ordered cake and firstly they selected wrong delivery time 8am to 2pm instead of 2pm to 6pm. Then I called multiple times on FnP customer care and they changed the timings and confirmed me that it will not delivered early. I then selected 2pm to 10pm and asked them to update notes to deliver after 5pm and they said they will update respective team however, they delivered cake by 12pm which was not the delivery slot at all. I also asked them not to ring door bell instead a delivery person should call me however, he rang the bell.

                      I asked last agent that I want to speak to manager however he didn't transfer instead told me that I will get a call with in an hour but nobody called me.

                      This is such a PATHETIC service I have ever come across. I have asked delivery person about the slot timings mentioned in his list
                      It was 2pm to 10pm only but he said that he had only two deliveries in this area so that's okay.

                          I placed an order for a delivery ( 2 desk plants with a box of chocolates ) on the 10th to be made on the 12th in the state of Goa for a birthday. The order was dispatched from New Delhi and it went to Bengaluru. And is sitting there in their sorting hub since then. I have raised numerous complaints since then. All that they say is it is bluedarts fault . i made international calls of value which was worth more than my order value. But i got the same sorry lame excuse. Not one of their agents were able to tell bluedart to move my order, I am sure my plants are wilting and chocolates melted by now. There is no estimate date given for delivery yet.
                          I am extremely disappointed. They have either lost my package or the items are spoilt by now. It has not only been a waste of money for me but the whole purpose of placing an order with ferns and petals is so that gifts can be delivered when they have to make some ones day special. I can very well order the same things from amazon ; It will be cheaper and at least they are not promising that they will deliver it to make some ones day special.

                            They have cheated me. I ordered a cake and cup for my friends bday depending ok the slot alloted. Now they holded the process .when I called customer care they disconnected me twice and didn't respond. After that they are give me reason like u ordered less than 2 hours, technical issues and will be delivered by midnight...I feel they are fraud and trying to corn people and take money. But the ordered gift for a occasion is never delivered. I want somebody to close there business. In 2020 feb I faced the same issue and I got my refund only by may 2020. Pathetic. Please close the services and safe customer who will be ruining the special moments or I will take it to the consumer court

                              I have placed an order for same day delivery by paying Rs 200 for each order for confirm delivery between 9-10 pm on 6th November. However, the product was not delivered on the same date even though the product was a prepaid order. This is totally a case of cheating and inefficiency as the non delivery resulted in spoilage of the occasion.
                              Strict action has to be taken against the same.

                                Pathetic customer service. Placed an order for my grandmum on Diwali, they not only didn't deliver, but stopped responding to my follow ups. No delivery attempted, no refund initiated, and no responses from them anymore either

                                  I ordered a cake for my mother birthday. They didn't delivered the cake and when I contacted them they started giving lame excuses and never delivered the cake. I asked for refund but they refused that as well. They ruined the occasion and giving lame excuses and not issuing refund. Thats just ###.

                                      Firstly I want to say that the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I ordered photo cushion, Flowers and chocolates for my wife on karwa chauth and they totally spoiled our celebration. When I ordered the products they promised to deliver by 6:00 PM on the same say for which have paid extra amount for fast deliver. But they haven’t delivered. Then I called on their customer service centre. One of there representative promised me that the order will be delivered by 8:30 PM for sure. I appreciate and accepted. But till 9:00PM i was waiting for the order but not delivered and i got a text in which they have that your address is not found able.Then i again called to customer representative they was saying the different story that the delivery boy met with an accident. This was all ridiculous story made by them. They also not refunded my money. Now I am going legally. I strongly recommended to everyone not to shop from this site.

                                        I placed an order [protected] on Ferns and Petals app for Ferra Rocha chocolates however the hr person kept insisting that they did not receive payment when the bank says payment was debited. I even got an sms message from the bank. The Ferro Rocha chocolates were not delivered and amount Rs.1478/- not reimbursed. They also have the nerve to keep sending you sales promotional emails and sms when they fail to do their job. Tried following them on twitter for justice, first they say they did not receive payment, then they ask for bank statement but refuse to give any concern person email address and contact details, then they give blank calls, then give excuses, then say they are sorry and expect you to accept it without giving you refund. Then the same pattern keeps following again and again. They try your patience and see if you will give up without taking refund. I have seen many complaints about Ferns and Petals on this site. How can they treat clients like this. I want justice at all cost and want Ferns and Petals app to return my money of Rs.1478/-.
