Worst service ever, if I could give zero stars to them. I ordered my rakhi on July 21 to Gurgaon, Haryana. the delivery address is just 1 km away from Huda city center metro station, still, my rakhi gift is undelivered. when I contacted them I got this response:
"please be informed that the order is returned and we cannot make the redelivery before rakhi as it is 21st today. please let us know if we can arrange the delivery.

Our company values all our CUSTOMERs and any feedback that is provided. It’s what keeps us improving.
We look forward to continuing our relationship with you and hope that we can serve you once again.

    I ordered a Rakhi that had to be delivered to New Zealand on 13August, 2021. When It was not delivered I called dnt and wrote mails. The ticket that was opened for complaint that was closed without providing me any answer and the Fnp customer service was Pathetic. Agents disconnected the calls. I spoke to Anuj he disconnected the call and even said the manger went home and supervisor was not available. When I informed that I want a resolution on this call aa I was promised a call back which was not made he disconnected the call.. Pathetic servies. I will ensure I will put this experience on social media so that people know the level of service Ferns and petals provide

      Kindly escalate this matter.
      I have sent Rakhi with Kaku Katli to USA worth Rs 2649 wherein only Rakhi was delivered. When I called customer care I was told that the missing item will be delivered within 24hr. After 24 hr I have received a response where I was offered 250 Rs. Gift certificate which was really annoying for me. Please note, I don't want any gift certificate. I want my order to be delivered ASAP. I did not expect such from FnP. I really don't understand why do I have choosen it. Please take immediate action.

        We placed an order for delivering Rakhi. First response was that they could not deliver as no one was home. Next they sent an email sending order delivered. As no one recieved the rakhi, we asked customer care and they responded that contact number is wrong and address cannot be found. This number and address is in use for many years now. How can they say no one at home if the address cannot be found. Ferns and Petals are cheating here. On top of that they say we will attempt delivery only once else our money is gone. How can such terms and conditions be considered as legal? Ideally shouldnt they just charge an ammount for delivery and return the rest to customers? Please let me know the right platform to bring this fraudulent behavior more visibility.

          I have ordered a Rakhi hamper from fnp on 17th Aug, 21 . It is a customised bottle with names on it. I mentioned the name which needs to be printed on the bottles. It got delivered on 17th only but with the wrong names, without customisation. Within 10 mins of delivery I raised the complaint in fnp but no action taken till today. Since then I m getting the mails that we will give resolution as soon as possible but till now no resolution have been given to me. Also as I call customer care they also say team is working on this. But no call no replacement nothing. I have paid 1400 bucks for the order and till now I have nothing in my hand. On 22 its Rakhshabandhan and I have nothing in my hand.

          I want to lodge the complaint against fnp as they are not atall helping.

            Please note that I had ordered for the following on 15th August 2021:

            “Ethnic Rakhi Set and Ferrero Rocher Moments Pack”

            The delivery has had been received on 19.8.2021 and the product received is a set of two Rakhis with a Cadbury Celebrations packet instead of the Ferrero Rocher Moments pack that I had ordered.

            Please resolve the issue of wrong delivery as the payment of Rs 1124/- has already been made by me.

            Please note that I had been charged Rs 963/- for the Ferrero Rocher Moments pack whereas a Cadbury Celebrations pack worth Rs 100/- was delivered. This is being treated as cheating. Have asked them to deliver the Ferrero Rocher Moments pack as ordered and paid for and the Cadbury Pack may be taken back OR for refund of the amount pertaining to the Chocolates.

              Assorted chocolate box been ordered on 16th August 2021 and till 20th August its not been delivered ([Ticket#[protected]]ref. Order#[protected] and customer care is pathetic who argues with the customer on the same.

              Unbelievable local courier taking this much of time to get delivered in Delhi itself.

              The occasion of the person has been passed and will need a refund.

                Placed an order 25 days back for rakhi for my brother in USA. 1 week back i got a message it has been delivered but my brother said it hasnt been delivered. Since then i have called and tried getting info from them thousands of times with a new lies every time:
                1. Its a system error sorry, it will be delivered
                2. No it has been delivered provide us with the address proof like drivers licence of your brother
                3. Here is the USPS link of your order - which showed the parcel hasnt reached USPS Florida by the way
                4. There is some issue with international order, it will reach by Monday
                5. Going back to - it has been delivered
                6. Sorry but it will be delivered tomorrow however their USPS link still showed parcel hasent reached them
                7. I asked for refund to which it again changed to - it has been delivered

                    They delivered and wrong rakhi and when I complained they said the picture are just indicative. Does that mean that you show a Rs. 500 rakhi and send a rs. 50/- thread saying that pictures are indicative. This pure fraud. Never am I going to order from FNP again.

                      I want to file complaint against the Customer Care Agent of FNP name Gurupreet Singh -- I raised a query last week after learning that the order I placed at least a month back with FNP (to make sure rakhi's get delivered on time) was only partially delivered . The Lumba Rakhi set which was part of this order was not delivered. This agent just mentioned that we are sorry that rakhi was not delivered and we are issuing you refund of INR 149 where I paid $16.48 . This guy was so irresponsible that he didn't even bother to reply on my multiple queries to check if order will atlast will be fully delivered or not and if not i should get paid full amount of 16.48 dollars not juts INR 149 . he just said someone will contact me from relevant department but noone ever contacted me and noone responded on my multiple queries . Atlast I had to order rakhi again from someother site to save Rakhi occasion for my brother . BUt this was very unprofessional behaviour of a customer care agent/service who is involved with a company who claims to deliver emotions. Is this the way emtions are delivered wrong or partial delivery and then never responding back on multiple asks forget about refunding the amount.

                        I ordered a rakhi on 9th August to be delivered in New Zealand, the site and email said 4 day delivery 13th August when asked on 16th Monday, they said they’re too busy but will deliver by 20th and on 18th sending an email, there’s lockdown now. So won’t be delivering it and when requested to cancel the order. Not even cancelling the order.

                          I have ordered a rakhi from ferns & petals costing Rs. 500+. But consignment delivered was wrong. When i asked for the solution they offered Rs.99 which is totally unprofessional. Product delivered is of no use for me. And it hurt my sentiments attached with the occasion of rakhi.Cannot digest such a foolish response from FNP. Either delivery right product before rakhi or i need my refund.

                              Pathetic service would not recommend ferns n petals ever I wanted to send a rakhi to my Mama on my mom's behalf had placed an order on 6th of August & it was supposed to delivered on 7th according to to system. But it is 18th August today it has not reached still & I still have no assurance as too when willl it be delivered, it is not said that we will try to deliver it by rakhi. What is the whole point if he gets the rakhi later

                                This is the second time I am facing search problem with your company, both the time the item which was delivered was different than the one I have ordered, first one I have ordered on 14th of February 2021, but I did not allow Aaj I complain about that because I was too busy in my own marriage, Patna I got one product delivered and that was different than the one I have ordered from your website, I have ordered a a basket of roses with white colour small flowers named baby's breath, and instead of that white colour competition of flowers your company have put Green Leaves. .. which certainly reduces the value and the look and feel of the product. .

                                I never wanted to order only roses ..never. .
                                Pathetic service from Ferns and petals.
                                I will not be using this from now on.

                                    I would really like to bring to everybody's attention a curious case of non delivery of an item which I understand must have been or can be an inadvertent mistake in multisided platform businesses like yours, however the ensuing apathy, mismanagement, deniability, calousness, false updation, promises and disjointed operations cum omnichannel communications failure is not only palpable but astonishing, and unheard for, from a brand that is associated with emotions.

                                    The item never got delivered however FernsNPetal kept insisting it has without any proof.

                                    The consigent never got delivered to the consignee. Nobody from the courier company called to intimate about the
                                    packet. Also I had been updating Ferns N Petals on emails as well as through calls that the packet has not been delivered for manydays, to this I used to get a standard response that 'we are taking this urgently, we are tracking the consignment, we will call you and update you, share proof of delivery etc.etc.' but no one called and updated, instead I used to get a message that the 'Ticket is closed' and 'Packet is delivered'.

                                      Despite charding additionally the firm failed to deliver and customer care informed the firm cannot deliver as per the time slot selected .Though I have asked for complete refund .I want the firm to refund with interest @ 12 percent for the breach of promise and time taken in refunding the amount.I shall be sharing on all social media, the extremely poor customer service and placing a complaint in the Consumer Court too.One of worst customer service.The firm has gone to dogs over the period of time .Surprisingly the firm has the pettiness to keep on increasing the charges and holding customer on phone and wasting time in telling Do YOu Know but the firm itself doesnot know How Poor is it's Services.

                                        My ticket has been closed twice without solving the issue. The cake I ordered was filled with so much colour that entire cloth of baby who was cutting the cake is spoiled. Whosoever touched the cake is filled with dark blue patches that didn't even goes off after multiple times of handwashing. I want full compensation, I have uploaded all proof in the tickets.
