Pathetic customer service
Disappointed to another level.
Have received a different Rakhi from what i ordered looks like a cheap 5 Rupees Rakhi.Chased alot of times but no response over mail or website

    They delivered and wrong rakhi and when I complained they said the picture are just indicative. Does that mean that you show a Rs. 500 rakhi and send a rs. 50/- thread saying that pictures are indicative. This pure fraud. Never am I going to order from FNP again.

      I want to file complaint against the Customer Care Agent of FNP name Gurupreet Singh -- I raised a query last week after learning that the order I placed at least a month back with FNP (to make sure rakhi's get delivered on time) was only partially delivered . The Lumba Rakhi set which was part of this order was not delivered. This agent just mentioned that we are sorry that rakhi was not delivered and we are issuing you refund of INR 149 where I paid $16.48 . This guy was so irresponsible that he didn't even bother to reply on my multiple queries to check if order will atlast will be fully delivered or not and if not i should get paid full amount of 16.48 dollars not juts INR 149 . he just said someone will contact me from relevant department but noone ever contacted me and noone responded on my multiple queries . Atlast I had to order rakhi again from someother site to save Rakhi occasion for my brother . BUt this was very unprofessional behaviour of a customer care agent/service who is involved with a company who claims to deliver emotions. Is this the way emtions are delivered wrong or partial delivery and then never responding back on multiple asks forget about refunding the amount.

        I ordered a rakhi on 9th August to be delivered in New Zealand, the site and email said 4 day delivery 13th August when asked on 16th Monday, they said they’re too busy but will deliver by 20th and on 18th sending an email, there’s lockdown now. So won’t be delivering it and when requested to cancel the order. Not even cancelling the order.

          I have ordered a rakhi from ferns & petals costing Rs. 500+. But consignment delivered was wrong. When i asked for the solution they offered Rs.99 which is totally unprofessional. Product delivered is of no use for me. And it hurt my sentiments attached with the occasion of rakhi.Cannot digest such a foolish response from FNP. Either delivery right product before rakhi or i need my refund.

              Pathetic service would not recommend ferns n petals ever I wanted to send a rakhi to my Mama on my mom's behalf had placed an order on 6th of August & it was supposed to delivered on 7th according to to system. But it is 18th August today it has not reached still & I still have no assurance as too when willl it be delivered, it is not said that we will try to deliver it by rakhi. What is the whole point if he gets the rakhi later

                This is the second time I am facing search problem with your company, both the time the item which was delivered was different than the one I have ordered, first one I have ordered on 14th of February 2021, but I did not allow Aaj I complain about that because I was too busy in my own marriage, Patna I got one product delivered and that was different than the one I have ordered from your website, I have ordered a a basket of roses with white colour small flowers named baby's breath, and instead of that white colour competition of flowers your company have put Green Leaves. .. which certainly reduces the value and the look and feel of the product. .

                I never wanted to order only roses ..never. .
                Pathetic service from Ferns and petals.
                I will not be using this from now on.

                  I have placed 3 orders, in which 2 have been delivered 2 days delayed and in which one items is printed wrong. I had mailed them about it but no action taken from their side. Its worst site don't trust them.

                    I would really like to bring to everybody's attention a curious case of non delivery of an item which I understand must have been or can be an inadvertent mistake in multisided platform businesses like yours, however the ensuing apathy, mismanagement, deniability, calousness, false updation, promises and disjointed operations cum omnichannel communications failure is not only palpable but astonishing, and unheard for, from a brand that is associated with emotions.

                    The item never got delivered however FernsNPetal kept insisting it has without any proof.

                    The consigent never got delivered to the consignee. Nobody from the courier company called to intimate about the
                    packet. Also I had been updating Ferns N Petals on emails as well as through calls that the packet has not been delivered for manydays, to this I used to get a standard response that 'we are taking this urgently, we are tracking the consignment, we will call you and update you, share proof of delivery etc.etc.' but no one called and updated, instead I used to get a message that the 'Ticket is closed' and 'Packet is delivered'.

                      Despite charding additionally the firm failed to deliver and customer care informed the firm cannot deliver as per the time slot selected .Though I have asked for complete refund .I want the firm to refund with interest @ 12 percent for the breach of promise and time taken in refunding the amount.I shall be sharing on all social media, the extremely poor customer service and placing a complaint in the Consumer Court too.One of worst customer service.The firm has gone to dogs over the period of time .Surprisingly the firm has the pettiness to keep on increasing the charges and holding customer on phone and wasting time in telling Do YOu Know but the firm itself doesnot know How Poor is it's Services.

                        My ticket has been closed twice without solving the issue. The cake I ordered was filled with so much colour that entire cloth of baby who was cutting the cake is spoiled. Whosoever touched the cake is filled with dark blue patches that didn't even goes off after multiple times of handwashing. I want full compensation, I have uploaded all proof in the tickets.

                          I ordered a set of flowers from Ferns and Petals. They were received damaged, broken totally! when I requested for a refund from them, the representatives, especially someone known as Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh spoke on the phone so rudely, completely off the subject, not accepting the mistake. Though he accepted that the product was totally damaged, he bluntly refused to refund. They are cheating customers. Ferns and Petals is fraud.

                          Also, the company fights with the customers on petty issues. They are totally cheating customers on the pretext of sending products as seen in the picture and then refusing to accept when the product received is damaged, broken, or totally different from the one shown in the picture on their website. They should be banned in India.

                            My order id Is [protected] And my name is megha, ferns and petals stop fooling your customers, they trust you for their special days and dont ruin them.. this is the worst experience so far.. i hv never seen such unprofessionalism.. last time i ordered i ddnt recieve it and a day after i m recieving an apology.. so hey after ruining my day wht you giving me an apology ???? Today also it was my mothers birthday i planned to make it special for her because i wasnt there and you ruined it you didnt deliver my order which was suppposed to be delivered by 3pm ..thank you soo much 🙏🏻 Even after contacting around 5 times to your customer care the delivery hasnt been done .. stop fooling your customers..

                                I had ordered for chocolate fudge . But the cake delivered was of extremely bad quality. It was only brown in colur but not chocolate. It was too soggy as if soked in water. I returned the cake to FNP . I want my refund not another cake coz I don't trust their quality anymore

                                  Please keep different time slots dt we can choose accordingly.. It is not possible for working people to collect orders at 9am in the morning. I called and requested the delivery executive to deliver at a later time.He refused .thank god he was kind enough to deliver to my place of convenience atleast..glad about that..I hv been a regular customer. Kindly look into this! Atleast keep time slots! 8am to 10 pm is such a big range.. How will i know what time ur delivery executive will come while placing the order!

                                    Hello Sir/Mam,

                                    My order ID with this stupid organization is 25644918. I have ordered a cake, bouquet and chocolates for June 20 2021. They haven't provided with the actually cake that I have ordered and also the chocolates and bouquet is totally different from what u have ordered. I am totally disappointed with the service they have provided. Also I have raised a complaint with their CUSTOMERs care team wherein the team is also full of irresponsible ### with it. They never care for the CUSTOMER satisfaction. Please take legal.action with this team and provide us a proper justice all my amount 2900 is in vain with this team. Please help me with this.

                                      Order no, 26076589 was not delivered. money should be refunded . i will take you to consumer forum. this is stealing money from people in carona times. order was for kolkatta and was for 6/7/21. no attempt made for delivery and reponse on complaint poor. i am a soldier and you are looting money.

                                        Horrible service. They have zero sense of responsibility.
                                        I have ordered a cake for a birthday occasion which was supposed to be delivered by 8 am to 2 pm the same day. They don't even have the courtesy to atleast inform early that they will not be able to deliver that. A lady called me at 6:30 pm the birthday night and said that they will not be able to deliver the cake today. And the nonsense act was that she was asking me to postpone the delivery to tomorrow as if the birthday can be shifted.Then I received the out for delivery message with the delivery boy details at 8pm, by that time I have ordered another cake to celebrate the occasion.So I called the delivery guy who has not even started for the service. When I booked the slot of 8-2pm, why the delivery was getting attempted at 8pm night. Now they are not even refunding my money.
