I had placed and order and the time slot provided was between 2 pm to 9pm indian time..my parents waited for the order and the concerned delivery guy didnt show up ..he had given miscals which wasn’t noticed and later when they called back they answered that their business hours are over..and in the system these delivery team had reported that the door was locked where in reality no one came home as my brother never left home. To avoid such confusion right from morning i have been asking the help center to provide me the local supplier details so that we could keep a track of the delivery.. very disappointed with the service .

    I had ordered a cake for special occasion, which was to be delivered by 9pm on July 4th.
    However the order has not been delivered and the occasion for which I booked the cake has passed.
    So I would like to get a refund into my bank account, however ferns N petals are not responding regarding my refund request .

        I had ordered a cake and sweet box (motichoor laddoo) from this site. Order ID : 25929337. I did not receive the laddoo box and the cake was wrong flavour. I have been writing to their support team for refund as this is really a ridiculous way of looting people and not responding to Customer Complaints. I asked them to refund my money but there is no response.

        I had paid an amount of Rs 1117 including all delivery charges. The delivery guy told that he is not aware about the second item ( laddoo box) and handed off the wrong cake.

          I had ordered a cake and sweets from this Website. I have already paid the amount and they have not delivered the sweet box. Plus the cake delivered was not the one I ordered. No response from the support team apart from we will get back to you. I have requested for a refund and no one is looking into this. Such a great way of looting people. And such a terrible company. I am going to put this review everywhere wherever i can and make people aware of such frauds. Worst Customer Service and worst website. Please do not buy any item from such frauds.

            I had ordered a Caramel Cake and it was supposed to get delivered on July 2nd, 2021. I already paid beforehand Rs 900-plus which includes the delivery charges. I got a message that it will be delivered between 7 am to 9 pm on June 2nd but the cake was never delivered. Later, I got a mail from the Ferns and Petals team informing that the delivery will not be possible and even in their call centre, a single executive does not attend to calls.

            They have the most lousy service and are cheating people. They have not mentioned anything about refunding my money in their mail. Ingenious way of looting people.

              My order was supposed to get delivered today at 7 pm and it's not delivered, please let me know what's the status and get back and I request you guys not play around with people like this please get back soon or else i will have to take action

                    On 18th June 2021 I placed an order for delivery of a food hamper for the upcoming birthday of my niece - her 21st birthday, mind you! I received and order confirmation that delivery would take place. This is an international order for Vancouver, Canada delivery.

                    Suddenly one Zeeshan emails that there would be a delay until 29 June 2021. Discussions with Nisha, Zeeshan etc from FNP all fall through as they have not alternatively delivered cake and flowers on 23 June 2021 as promised by them. Then the scheduled date of delivery on 29th June 2021 of food hamper is completely botched up by Seller, FedEx and FNP - that should be taking ultimate responsibility. We are on 1 July 2021, no delivery had taken place yet. Please praying for a 100 percent refund or delivery! The 21st birthday has passed!

                      Incorrect info of product being delivered

                      I rec'd an update for the delivery with the below msg in the evening although it was a midnight delivery: Dear Kishwar, Your Ferns N Petals Order 25913030 for Rafiq khan, is out for Delivery with ajfnp (mob:[protected]). For help, visit https://bit.ly/2KGEK1C
                      I get to know around midnight that there has been no delivery, although it reflects on the app as delivered
                      I need a revert asap....

                      I ordered some gifts for my friend birthday. I ordered the gifts 15 June ..and the delivery date was 21st June . But they didn't deliver the gifts to the date given by me ..and not yet . They delivered my 1 gift at wrong address and they cancelled my 3 gifts from their convenience and didn't even informed me . They told me that they gave POD so I have to wait 2-3 days but it's been 5 days they didn't even send me POD and they didn't delivered my 2 gifts ..not even send me my orders status and confirmation ..i talk to them many times ...but their services are worst ..it was my first time ..and my experience was worst than worst ... I'm totally received disappointment and worst responses from their side . They are not sending me my money refund.that is worst experience of mine

                          The company claims to deliver gifts in India and 60 other countries. One would like to use their services for sending gifts to their friends/relatives or loved ones and of course this certainly will have a lots of emotions. Actually, they play with the emotions of people when they take the money and don't deliver. It happened with me very recently when I bought a birthday cake to be delivered in Kanpur. Before placing the order, I checked the site and it confirmed the delivery to the pin code. On the day of delivery, the delivery guy called and said to come and collect the cake as he can not deliver. The real struggle started after that when I tried to contact their customer service. I tried both by phone and by chat. Horrible experience with chat. Finally, someone could spoke to me and said we will certainly help you out but within 5 minutes I got a message that my order is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. The refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days. Shameless guys, they even did not give me full refund, instead they deducted the convenience charge. Guys, with my experience, please please don't ever use this site for any gifts delivery because it does not only hurt you financially, mentally but most importantly emotionally because when someone think of sending any gift to anyone, it is not only the gift but the emotions. They really hurt me. Extremely disappointed with Ferns N Petals...

                            Placed online birthday gift on 22/6/21 with order number 25725583 where they specifically mentioned that it will reach by 24/6/21 so I placed order but it got delivered on 26/6/21 that to after regular follow up and reminders in lieu of I have been mentally harassed and financial loss.

                              I placed an order for cake & plant combo. Both were delivered on time but the cake was smashed & spoiled by soil in the plant and the chocolate melting all over. Very disappointed on the service quality. As it was sent to recipients who are senior citizens, they were left in a very awkward situation to share further details by taking a picture of the spoiled cake. Please let me know if the cake can be re-delivered (or) you can refund the amount to my account immediately.

                                I have orderd a cake and cancelled two days before the delivery as I found a lot of complaints against the company.I called them regarding the refund as stated on thier refund policy I'm eligible to get the full refund.Every time I call them they give me a response that they arr not able to connect to the vendor.They asked me to call after some time.I would have called atleast a ten times and got the same response every time.I later got an email from them just stating refund not possible in this case.I really dont understand the meaning of the same.

                                  Hello Pawan,

                                  I had ordered for a cake for a friend s anniversary celebration to be delivered on 21st June 2021. Ordered for cake n flowers but only cake got delivered and with a good delay.
                                  Kindly look at the pic of the cake delivered and after I raised the concern, one of the cust care executive called and told me that another cake will be arranged by 10 pm which never happened. Post which I tried reaching cust care numbersg given in contact us section and none of them were reachable. I had shared feedback n raised query..but no satisfactory response..still on worse case I was informed that a compensation cake will be arranged for 22nd June..But no response till now.

                                  1. I want my refund back
                                  2. Fnp made fun of my name in front of my friends by sending such ugly n broken cake.. please send an apology card, choclate n cake as a compensation

                                  Kindly revert in priority.. hopefully this email id is correct and not cheating me agian.

                                  Tired of explaining the situation n raising the query..

                                    I ordered last night, it said it will reach between 9am -9pm today, why do they commit when they can't serve, now on the tracking it shows it is on hold? like without stating a reason?
                                    I called the customer care, the woman said ma'am they can't deliver at the location, like why do you take orders if you can't deliver ??????
                                    Horrible experience with such a massive site. I understand pandemic times are rough for everyone but I do not support such unprofessional

                                      I have placed an order with order ID 25679985. However the order was placed on a different date despite me selecting same day delivery. There is no option for refund or modifying the order. The service from Ferns N petals is one of the worst I have seen.
