I have ordered the cake from "Ferns n Petals" for Birthday occasion .

ordered date : 4th June 2021

Invoice No: 2021-22/0534256

The cake was delivered completely damaged . I have shared the picture of the cake which was delivered to the customer care and they failed to provide a reimbursement for the damaged cake delivery .

I have contacted the customer care and updated the complaint and they are ignoring the request for reimbursement for damaged cake delivery .

    This is very disappointing that when we rely on u guys for some special occasion u let us down...i[censored] cant complete ur orders on time than u must get this updated before placing an order so that the sender can have other alternatives. U just send a sorry mail thats not going to resolve the issue of the sender who has planned something for someone.. this is a complete mess u have created for me. Today is the bday what the hell i will do with ur gift tomorrow man. And that too can also be ok but ur team is sending a mail saying we can send u flowers instead of gift what is wrong with u guys...

    Let it be anything either u deliver it today or tomorrow morning, i just want my gift to be delivered. This is completely last tym m going to use fnp not in future. Appreciate i[censored] could resolve my issue on time.

      I placed an order for a flower basket on 22nd May to be delivered on 23rd May (No lockdown on that day) . My order was accepted, I received an SMS on 23rd 1:02 PM that my order is out for delivery. Then at 8:48 PM I received a message that my order has been delivered. To my shock it was never delivered. I spoke the customer support but got only a standard rhetoric reply that the inconvenience is regretted, and they will resolve the issue with the delivery partner.
      The next day, 24th May around 11AM, a delivery man came to home and kept a shabby package at the door step and ran away without even informing what is he delivering.
      It is pathetic to see that he has delivered my order in a very very bad condition
      1. The item delivered was not the one I ordered
      2. The flowers were already dead and dry
      3.Instead of a card, my greeting was written on a piece of crumbled paper.
      I would never ever do business with this company again

        Hi
        I have received a completely damaged cake, also the packet was damaged. The delivery boy called me and informed that given the situation he has strict instructions from Ferns n Petals that the cake is not supposed to be delivered hand to hand to the customer's residence and can be only delivered to the residents' security. When we received the cake the packet was damaged and the cake was damaged too. Please look into this matter on priority basis. Please note that the delivery boy is not receiving my calls and has now switched off his phone.

          Sir, I have ordered cake through ferns N petals official website through online on Saturday (22-May-2021). Later I found cakes available in local bakery and attempted to cancel the order. There is no option to cancel via online hence tried to reach customer care and sent emails to cancel it. The next day(23-may-2021) one guy called and asked for the location and I replied, the order requested for cancelling. I requested him for cancelling it and arrange for refund. He accepted and confirmed that it will communicated to respective team. Later I received email saying the customer refused to take the order which is not true.

          After reaching customer care, they are trying to give wrong update

          They didn't execute my cancel request sent on 22-may instead they are trying to frame by giving wrong updates such that order was refused by myself. It is totally framing action for not accepting the gap in your end.

          Question to be answered:

          Why the cancel request ticket not completed?
          Why didn't they cancel my order?
          Who attempted to deliver the order on 23 may?
          Do they have proof any delivery boy attempted a delivery?

          Evidence attached for request sent on 22-may itself

            आपको अवगत कराना चाहती हूं कि कल की तारीख में 24 मई 2021, पता - 83/80, खुल्दाबाद, इलाहाबाद 211003 को आर्डर किया गया केक मिला जिसका आकार एवं रंग दिए गए आर्डर से विपरीत था।
            आपके द्वारा फ्रेंचाइजी प्रयागराज में सिर्फ दो जगह ही है। आपकी फ्रेंचाइजी शाॅप के माध्यम से मूर्ख बनाकर मात्र नकली सामग्री आनलाइन आर्डर होने पर भेजी जाती है।इस सच्चाई से मैं आपको वाकिफ कराना चाहती हूं। मैनें
            1kg. का चाकलेट केक आर्डर किया था किन्तु आधी मात्रा में ही केक डिलीवर किया गया । बेहद निम्न कोटि का, स्वादहीन एवं किसी नौसिखिए द्वारा बनाया गया केक था। आर्डर किए गए केक का रंग विपरीत था।
            यदि आपकी कम्पनी द्वारा चीजें आर्डर मात्रा में नहीं पहुंचाई जा सकतीं तो कृपया अपनी कम्पनी का प्रचार - प्रसार न करें।। हम लोगों के पैसे एवं उम्मीदों से खिलवाड़ करना बन्द करिए।
            डिलीवरी मैन से जब इस बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करनी चाही कि केक का आकार एवं मात्रा बिल्कुल विपरीत है तो वह भी मुकर गया एवं उसे तो यह भी नहीं बताया कि यह केक कौन सी फ्रेंचाइजी दुकान, प्रयागराज से लाया है। आखिर क्या छिपाने की कोशिश की जा रही है? कृपया सुनिश्चित करें ।आगे आने वाले समय में आप जैसी धोखाधड़ी कम्पनियों से सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है। अन्त में यही कि नकली सामान आपकी फ्रेंचाइजी /आपकी वेबसाइट के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की आवश्यकता है।

              I had ordered lilies, red carnations and roses combination (approx. Rs 2000) and a different bunch of stale flowers (stale pink roses, stale white gerberas instead of white lilies and stale dark red roses instead of red carnations) was delivered. The flowers that were delivered are firstly way cheaper than what was paid for and secondly, were stale. Please take necessary action or provide a full refund.

                I had made my order on May 22nd, 2021 at 6.30 pm evening. I had set the delivery date for the next day because, there is an occasion on May 23rd.

                I trusted your services and believed that you guys deliver even on the same day. By seeing your confidence and certificate of guarantee, I had chose your app for gifting to someone.

                Instead, Not only You Couldn't deliver on May 23rd during 6 a.m to 10 a.m, ...you couldn't deliver even on May 24th (today).

                This is really disappointing and causing customer agony. Lockdown effect might be there, but why cant you deliver during the available time ?? Why cant you get permission to deliver just swiggy, zomatoe, flipcart...etc ???

                Please don't make me write another complaint. Seriously, this is ridiculous. Make it happen.
                I really hope you guys can deliver by tomorrow on May 25th at any cost.

                Probably this is the last time I will order from you guys. And definitely I wont suggest others to use your services. My order no. Is 24914370

                  We ordered (order #[protected] a cake along with one number candle for my daughter's first birthday, we received the cake but not the candle. When I asked the delivery person he said "the candle should be in the box" . When we opened the box the candle was not there, I immediately called the delivery person and said he will deliver the candle after delivering the next order but he never returned..

                  My humble request is that, please ensure you deliver every that has been ordered. Maintain some kind of checklist.. little mistakes like this will not effect the someone's special occasion but also effect the company's reputation..
                  When a person makes a payment, they expect to receive a quality service they paid for... not delivering items after taking the money.. is not at all good. I will think twice before I order anything next time

                      I ordered a cake with order ID 24839343 today and expected to be delivered it today itself. The delivery boy called me and told that as it is raining heavily he bike has some problem so he cannot deliver it today. When i contacted the customer care he told me that as my address was not reachable so no refund could be initiated. I didn't expect this kind of service of not accepting the truth and not giving our refund. Please take this matter into consideration and initiate my refund process as soon as possible.

                        Hi Team,
                        I placed an order on 14th May for delivery of birthday cake on 15th but I got to know on 15th evening that it can’t be deliver due to some circumstances. After that on 16th I got message that it will be delivered today but it was not and than again 17th morning I got message that by today it will be delivered between 10am to 8pm but unfortunately they didn’t got delivered .So I just want to know what is this happening if you guys can’t deliver the birthday cake on the birthday than pls refund my money .
                        This is something which is a serious problem which you guys need to figure out because as a customer I am loosing faith on you guys and would think twice in future to order something .My order number is 24731096.

                          The cake order was made from Uae and it was supposed to get delivered to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu on 15th May.
                          With least amount of responsibility on 15th may morning, you people messaged saying order can't be delivered.
                          The so called tag lines you say.. Fast delivery, midnight delivery..
                          And the biggest irresponsible and irritating thing is your customer care chat.
                          The only thing they do is send automatic recorded message. My mother kept asking the status order. Absolutely no proper response. I am raising a serious complaint against this a lot of people were fooled because the cake wasn't delivered on time.
                          I want proper answer to this and justice on the basis of consumer rights.

                            This refers to my Ferns and Petals order no 24749904 where an additional delivery charge of INR 49 was paid over the cake charges of 999 and since last 2 days they have failed to deliver the order.

                            The customer care never responds to the call and closes all the ticket queries on their own with a very standard reply. Now post order cancellation they will take 7 days to refund the money ? SO will the money be rotated somewhere else for next 7 days ? Also if they cannot deliver why did they took advance .

                              Cake has not been delivered to Berlin, it costed us around 4, 500 rupees. They have cheated us and stolen the money after repeated complaints.

                              We called them several times but they either put a deaf ear or lied telling it will be delivered soon.

                              They finally lied telling since it is a perishable item and we tried reaching on mail ( we clearly provided upto 3 numbers and none of them were contacted) we cancel the order without refund.

                              Such pathetic service, if you do not have money to pay your employees please ask for charity instead of cheating customers.

                                I have placed an order for fresh 30pink rose bouquet on 4th may 2021 with 1207 INF . The product was old sunken and bad with no fragrance rose flower. Complain so many times and then they deliver me one Cadbury celebration and “sorry” written on some random company card. That too after two days.
                                1st they ruined my loved ones special day and then they are sending apology like this. I need my refund and they can take stupid box of chocolate away.

                                  I ordered 16 PC's of ferror rocher chocolates and one wish tree in
                                  jaipur for my my brother but he received only chocolate not wish tree
                                  I paid for that 1528 rupees . You guys always make a fraud with me
                                  last time you did same mistake and again you didn't deliver complete
                                  order I don't think ferns and Patel's make a this type of fraud with
                                  me this is really discusting about your services I'll complain against
                                  your I can't leave you you all are making money with innocent

                                        Ordered cake on 3rd may, They try to delivered it after 9 i.e not the promised time and rejected the cake. Immediately called to customer care while delivery boy is at doorstep and they promised for refund. They are taking complaint and closing immediately without resolving the issue. Its been 10 days everyday calling and they are closing the complaints. Im fed-up with their response and process.

                                        Customer care team is very recluses and Irresponsible. They are claiming that wrong address and wrong number.

                                        Here are complaints i raised tickets.
