    Ordered cake on 3rd may, They try to delivered it after 9 i.e not the promised time and rejected the cake. Immediately called to customer care while delivery boy is at doorstep and they promised for refund. They are taking complaint and closing immediately without resolving the issue. Its been 10 days everyday calling and they are closing the complaints. Im fed-up with their response and process.

    Customer care team is very recluses and Irresponsible. They are claiming that wrong address and wrong number.

    Here are complaints i raised tickets.

    There is not resolution against this issue. Just simply closed the complaint. Please refund the amount.

      I have ordered a 1Kg Tom& Jerry cake for my son’s birthday. Today I received a very small cake (not even 1/2 kg), a completely different looking candle packed in a non fnp box. I paid Rs1637 on 7th May’21. Customer care is non functional that too during lock down! Taking full advantage of the situation and fooling around with the customers. Great. Now if It is not resolved within 2 hours I am going to communicate this to the consumer forum. Will definitely float my experience in the social media. Order # : 24537384

        Even I have told to cancel my order[protected] but still it is not cancelled and without my consent product was modified by Abhishek Kaushik
        Abhishek Kaushik is really very unprofessional and due to him I am very much tensed and facing issues.

        I have called and sent messages so many times but no one in the chat and call is responding for this.

        I want to cancel this order.

          I ordered the cake from Ferns and Petals. First of all they cancelled the order in the eleventh hour. Also the cake was completely different from the picture which they have uploaded on their site. They were also supposed to deliver the complimentary gift along with the order but they didn't. Next day I tried to get in touch with the customer care but even after calling multiple times no one bothered to pick up the calls. Guys they are just fraud. Wastage of time and money.

              Dear Madam
              Have placed order for Cake & Flowers on time with fixed time delivery charges on 29 th April21 for delivery on 02 nd May21 which is a birthday of my Grand daughter who stays abroad & came back to her maternal house after Three years
              We are Senior Citizens & staying at Thane, Mumbai
              This is 5th year of birthday
              AM a regular customer of you
              On 2nd May Got a SMS in morning Consignment is out for delivery. Thereafter got a mail that it will be delayed - I replied over mail requesting to deliver in haste. Reply recd it will be done by 6PM.In the evening got SMS it has been delivered. But Not. Next day 3rd May it was delivered.Daughter in law tested cake & observed it is spoiled. She asked whether Cake was kept inside the Fridge ? Reply Negative
              My Question are-
              1) WHY not delivered on time when order placed in advance with Charges
              2) WHY intimation or Call not given that to effect delivery on 01st May
              3) WHY spoiled item was delivered ?
              With utter surprise I got mail from your office that Issue is closed
              We are Sr Citizens, its a hard earned money
              Some dates are Red letter Days in our journey
              Is it the way to respond to grievances of Customer

                Dear Team,

                We spoke on this.

                Please find attached snapshot.

                Below error and we are really upset with your service.

                1. Happy bday spelling wrong in box, really unprofessional vendors.

                2. No msg on cake

                3. No birthday wishes card.

                4. Given in plastic bag of cheap quality

                5. Weight only 500gms .

                6. No sparke candle given for which money paid

                7. From 2 days wrong commitmet

                Pl refund full amount along with penalty.

                Really upset with fern and petals.

                  Dear Mr.Vikaas,

                  I am writing to you from Dubai, locally with FNP we are happy with a very reliable service. However, International orders dont give the same confidence, we recently ordered for a cake delivery to my son on his birthday in Magdeburg, Germany.

                  However, your customer service people kept coming back that the location was not correct ...even when google map location, phone number etc was provided to help your partner... no one even bothered to get in touch with either o[censored]s !!

                  Your customer service has been below par, trying to close the service ticket with out even resolving the matter ... this doesnt help the brand you have built.

                    I ordered a cake for my mothers birthday which happened to be of the worst and poor quality. It only had cream and no cake thank you ferns and petals for gifting my mom some whipped cream and embarrass myself that to with paying money to a so called reputed online company. Its such a shame i[censored] say that u r best in town and cannot deliver what u show in the picture then you should quit this job once and for all because i strongly believe business cannot be robbery in broad day light. i don't hope to get a reply from such a low company because seeing your products and the time taken to to deliver it after the event shows your efficiency. If i can i am requesting for a refund or compensation for what have happened to me.

                      Hi Team,

                      Would like to raise a complaint for an order I placed of 2 items (1 orchid bouquet and 1 notebook) through Richa - she chose 2 different addresses by mistake.
                      Order no: 23982912
                      Recipient: Kamalika Sengupta

                      Richa placed the order for me while I was on call, and put 2 different addresses for the 2 items (one in Kolkata & one in Mumbai) - though I told her to use the Mumbai one clearly.
                      The Kolkata address was an old address saved and that's useless - so the item that got delivered there was a waste of my money.

                      I called FnP customer care 5 times yesterday and every time a different person picked up and assured me that a request has been raised and that I will get a call-back from a senior within 1-2 hours. But that never happened.

                      I have gotten zero support from the FnP team so far on actually course-correcting this. Can you please help me with this?
                      I've been using FnP for a long time now and I really expect better customer support from you. I am tired of trying to get my money's worth - which is the bare minimum.

                        I had ordered for orchids and the company replaced it with carnations without my consent

                        They claim they sent me an email( my late night) but I never said that it was ok to replace .

                        If the company does not have a product they should refund and not replace by another product. I feel cheated .

                          Order was placed before 5 PM on April 12 and standard delivery shows that the product will be delivered by 9 PM. The same was confirmed with the customer service guy "Anshul" over the telephonic conversation. However, upon checking with the customer care team post 9 PM, they mentioned that due to come issues. It can't be delivered today. It's my fiancé's birthday and you guys have ruined the occasion for us already!
                          And now the order is showing as cancelled (Payment is done already)!!

                              So, I ordered a birthday cushion from Ferns N Petals, ordered placed from my side on 18th July 2020. I have till date not received the item and on 2nd April 2021, I received an email from them confirming order delivered today.

                              I raised a complaint with them and they are being utmost UNHELPFUL. Horrendous experience of dealing with them so far.

                                  I ordered a red rose bouquet from ferns petals online app for my in laws with a message note.
                                  Considering its covid situation, i raised a pre query to understand the status of my order. Representatives assured me that they will deliver the correct product with the note on time.

                                  When the product was delivered, it was stale roses and far different from online pictures. Also they didnt deliver the note.

                                  On top of it they charged 300 rs extra for remote location delivery. They charged me 1100 for these stale18 roses delivery.

                                  When i raised the query
                                  1. They have given wrong contact numbers in their application & numbers are out of service.
                                  2.They are not responding to mails & closing the queries without any proper update.

                                  They have literally harassed me emotionally & now mentally too.

                                    I placed the order before 9pm today for tomorrow's delivery to Canada (Vancouver, British Columbia). And now the agents of Ferns and Petals are refusing to update the delivery address saying that it could have updated only before 48 hours. But how’s that possible if I have placed an order today for tomorrow's delivery? I am very dissatisfied with the services of Ferns and Petals.

                                      We received red velvet cake today. It was old cake. Had fungus on it. It tasted sour. Very disappointed. Please don't spoil your reputation giving cake like this.
