Very disappointing experience. I ordered cake for my baby's 1st birthday on 19th june. I called up customer care to confirm if my cake will be delivered the same day. I got confirmation for the same.
When it was around 5pm, i again called the customer care, where they mentioned that address was not found so could not deliver but will try to re-deliver.
I patiently waited till 9pm and then called again, which was then not reachable due to closed office hours. Since, i had to have a birthday cake for my baby's 1st birthday, had to rush last minute to some shop, which was btw difficult to find in this covid situation.
So, unfortunately because of you people there was no cake for my baby.
Basically, you spoiled her birthday. And the next day when i asked for refund, i got a response no refund we can re-deliver.
I told them fine, then re-deliver for that now they are saying since it is a perishable item can't re-deliver.
Isn't it a wow response. You are neither ready to refund nor re-delivering the item. So the customer is at total loss and not to mention the emotional trauma which we had to go through because of the service.
I urge you to please look into this case, and provide a solution. You say, we deliver happiness and bring smile and all, so please do that. I do buy items frequently from your site, but going ahead will not because of this horrible experience. Do not let your loyal customers leave you like this.
