This is to inform you that 25/7/2020 evening i have received a gift containing cake, cutting knife and candles from some unknown person (Order id:[protected] via ferns n petals. The person did not share any personal details regarding his/her identity.

I called the customer care of ferns n petals asking the sender's details but they told me that they don't have the permission to disclose the sender's name.

How could a company like ferns n petals take such orders from anonymous to send gifts to people? It is not expected from a company like this to show such nonsense activities for arbitrary people. I believe everyone has their private space and everyone needs to respect that at least.

I need to know the details of the sender because they not only know my phone number but also to which address to deliver.

Looking forward to the earliest action from your side.

    I ordered a birthday gift for my wife. Placed order on 19th july for delivery on 21st july. No information shared related to delivery on 21st. Nothing on 22nd too. Raised online complaint, no response on 22nd. Website showed out for delivery by 22nd evening but not delivered. Called customer care... They said delivery is sent by courier so we can't guarentee delivery. They will arrange delivery within 2 days max. Requested for cancellation, was refused cancellation as order is already on transit. Asked for escalation. Received reply on 23rd night that they closed my compliant ticket as delivery is through courier n they can't guarentee delivery.
    Its 24th, no delivery yet and no refund, no courier online status or courier service name or tracking number shared with client. We don't know if the product has been shipped or not, is struck where? Is this way a business operates and treats customers... # cheaters... I take oath not to use fnp ever again and spread the word on all social media and advise everyone else not to use fnp too.

      I placed an order on 15th july which was to be delivered on 20th july. I wanted to make some modification in the order which the company policy allows till before 48 hours of delivery. I tried contacting on 15th itself for such change and i was denied all that with some copy pasted reply of regret. If you cannot follow your own policies why bother making them.

      On 16th i called again for the modification well within 24 hours of placing the order. No matter how many times i communicated all the company did was send the same mail of regret. Now the product remains undelivered and refund denied. I want refund.

        Hi,
        I have ordered in ferns and petal.my order on 5 of july and it should be deliever on 15 july but it still not delievered, I have to daily take follow ups for that and no resolution provided to me and infact they change the delievering date again and again without informing me first changed it 20 july and now changed to 31 july. If I have to deliever my order after 1 month only. I would have delievered it that time only. This is totally fraud that they change the date without informing the customer and customer has to take follow ups from half an month now. This is not the way how to do a business. They don't know the procedure also not telling me why it is taking so much time like a month. My order id is 16651024 . Such a fraud company very disappointed

          I ordered a package for Rakhi which was suppose to include a sweet. Costed me Rs. 400 for two rakhi and some ammount of kaju katli not mentioned.
          FRAUD PEOPLE DID NOT DELIVER THE SWEET. THE RAKHIS LOOKED TOO CHEAP. HAD BEEN WORTH SOME RUPEE.
          FURTHER WHEN YOU COMPLAIN, IT IS CLOSED IN MINUTES BECAUSE THEY ALL ARE CHEAT. NO CALLS, NO TRYING TO RESOLVE. NO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE TELEPHONIC NUMBERS ON THE SITE.
          PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE WEBSITE.
          ITS A SCAM.

            I placed order on fern and petal on 15/07/20 for delivery of rakhi at dubai, which they committed to deliver on 17/07/20. The charges i paid was very high in comparison to other market players, just to ensure they meet commited date of delivery i. E, 17/07/20. Fern n petals confirmed delivery date as 17/07/20 while placing order. Unfortunately even on today 21/07/20, while writing compliant it is not arrived. Several follow up with them yielded no confirmation of delivery.
            I have been misled about delivery date based on which i paid a very high charge demanded by fern n petals.

              I had ordered a flower bouquet through ferns n petals on june 29 and the delivery was expected to be done by 3 pm on june 30. Not only the order was cancelled without any prior notice but we were informed by a mail/notification at 5 pm on june 30 when the time of delivery had already passed. They said they did not have any carnations and wanted to check if they can send a cake instead. But they did not wait for us to respond and cancelled the order. Since then we have been trying to contact them through email, phone call and by raising tickets on their website but we have had no luck. They are closing our tickets without any solution provided. Later they said they will refund the said amount of 658 ra in 5-10 days but we have not received the refund yet. Kindly look into it.

                Please see order number 16820176.till date not delivered in USA. Need refund.
                Not getting information. Have sent Many mails calls. No one is helping. Have requested twice for supervisor call but no one calling back. Worst experience ever in life. 13th July I ordered Rakhi. Till date 20th July 2020 not delivered no information being provided. Please arrange refund. Please help.

                My order number is 16820176.i placed order on 13th July and was suppose to be delivered on 16th July but till date parcel not delivered in USA. They say it will get delivered before Rakhi. But no concrete information. The supervisor doesn't talk nor call backs. Numerous mails and calls have been sent by me. Please arrange my refund or please arrange my parcel delivery.

                  Hi i had ordered a cake Order no. 16923506, on 20/07/2020, at 3:00 Pm, but it has still not yet delivered and customer support are of no use. they are no help to me when i call them for inquiry they put me on long holds. either refund my order or deliver it. Also dont ask for feedback next time when u cant take one

                    They had placed my order and when that's order was delivered to me..that's defective and damage most of the places.. after this i mailed them to their mails id but no one do called me and when i called there customer care no. There employees disconnected my calls. Still they didn't contact me and didn't start any activity related to my order.. i need my money back and must do action on them...my order is 16855310..and cost price is 1899.. please do action on it ASAP..

                      Writing this in terms of order[protected] with ferns and petals. I had placed this order of rs 1470 on 19th june 2020... The order was for 4th july 2020 but they couldn't deliver the order so i had to raise a cancellation for that. That informed me that the refund was done on 6th july, today is the 9th working day and the money has still not been refunded to my account. I had used google pay to make the order so ideally the money should have come back to my account but that did not ha not happen till now. Ferns and petals told me to check with bank, i went back to the bank which is kotak mahindra and they informed me after their research that the refund has not been given from the source only... I informed the same to ferns and petals and they have been telling the same thing, so the company is safe, bank is safe and it's my hard earned money that is at stake here... Noone wants to take responsibility about this... I am losing 1154 rs, this is the worst experience i have had with online shopping and 100% not to use and recommend ferns and petals... This is extremely disappointing and i m suprised at the fact this company treats it's customers... I will make sure things are reported on every public forum so people are not fraudulated this way.

                        For last two orders, i am having a very very bad experience with ferns and petals. Last year i ordered a plant which didnot survive after two weeks. Same i ordered two plants this year as a gift, which also is showing some diseases within two weeks.
                        Customer care is very bad, as they are very rude. Looks like no value for our money.
                        I am very very disappointed with this order.

                          I placed an order on july 7th, 2020 on their website (M. Fnp.com) and proceed with paytm to make the payment. On the payment page, when i put the otp i got the message that the order was not confirmed, however my money got deducted from my wallet. Since then i have been contacting the said company (Ferns n petals) through emails and calls but they are least bothered to entertain their customers. I have also shared the payment proof (Screenshot) with them but they are saying that they have not received the money and sending me another payment link on my registered mobile number. I contacted paytm as well, but according to them the merchant has received the payment. When i did some research by visiting their facebook page and google reviews, i found that i am not the only one who has gone through all this, there are a lot of people like me who were scammed by this company and they are also suffering alike me.

                            I had booked a cake and flowers for my sisters birthday !!
                            It got delivered at evening 6:47 pm and that too ... only the flowers.
                            Cake was not delivered.
                            Inspite mailing them and raising a complaint ..
                            No one got back to me even to ask or consider the matter.

                              I ordered a cake on wednesday 11pm, same time i asked them for two requests and i was straight away told that nothing can be done. On thursday 9pm i raised a cancelation request and same response i received again that nothing can be done now.
                              My friend has got corona now and that cake is a complete wastage for me now, what will i do with the cake, i tried to connect with the agents but they too said that nothing can be done now.

                                The condition of the cake on delivery was so pathetic that i felt like throwing it in the garbage dump. It’s so annoying that such cakes which are meant to mark celebrations give us sorrow.
                                I am annoyed disgusted and feel irritated to see the cake

                                  I ordered flowers bouquet and cake for my mother's birthday yesterday and, moreover i paid extra for preferred delivery.
                                  The order was supposed to be delivered this morning but it never was delivered.
                                  Yesterday when i tried the payment first time it failed (I wish i did not try again). A guy called me from ferns n petals i think his name was iqbal and he said he is sending me a link and i should follow that and complete the payment.
                                  So i went ahead and paid.

                                  However there is when i tried to call him again this morning it says the number belongs to delhi and the number doe snot exists. True caller says it is a fraud.

                                  I need my refund.

                                    Very disappointing experience. I ordered a chocolate box on 2nd july and it showed that it will get delivered by 4th july. I called up customer care 4 times to confirm if my order will be delivered on 4th july. I got confirmation for the same.

                                    When it was around 5pm, i again called the customer care, where they mentioned that the product is shipped using the services of their courier partners and they can’t gaurantee to get it delivered on 4th july, however they still assured us that it will get deliver by 4th only.

                                    Firstly, nothing was mentioned there that if shipping is through courier partner then it may take extra time to deliver. While ordering they showed me time slot of 9:00am to 9:00pm

                                    On 5th when i again called to confirm when it will get delivered customer care said they don’t deliver on sundays. I was like is it a joke going on

                                    It was a birthday gift and still not delivered

                                    Highly unprofessional very disappointing service. Never ever recommend FNP to anyone because its not first time they did like this

                                      I have order a cake from siliguri, wb... And it has been delivered just now but only the outer resembles the online cake's pic... But the inner cream it totally different... I have ordered a chocolate truffle cake and i very well know what is a chocolate truffle cake looks and taste like... Ive contacted ur customer also... I want my money back as soon as possible. It highly dissapointing for me.. I want my money back..

                                        Very disappointing experience. I ordered cake for my baby's 1st birthday on 19th june. I called up customer care to confirm if my cake will be delivered the same day. I got confirmation for the same.

                                        When it was around 5pm, i again called the customer care, where they mentioned that address was not found so could not deliver but will try to re-deliver.
                                        I patiently waited till 9pm and then called again, which was then not reachable due to closed office hours. Since, i had to have a birthday cake for my baby's 1st birthday, had to rush last minute to some shop, which was btw difficult to find in this covid situation.

                                        So, unfortunately because of you people there was no cake for my baby.
                                        Basically, you spoiled her birthday. And the next day when i asked for refund, i got a response no refund we can re-deliver.

                                        I told them fine, then re-deliver for that now they are saying since it is a perishable item can't re-deliver.

                                        Isn't it a wow response. You are neither ready to refund nor re-delivering the item. So the customer is at total loss and not to mention the emotional trauma which we had to go through because of the service.

                                        I urge you to please look into this case, and provide a solution. You say, we deliver happiness and bring smile and all, so please do that. I do buy items frequently from your site, but going ahead will not because of this horrible experience. Do not let your loyal customers leave you like this.
