I paid for a birthday cake and paid extra for midnight delivery. Ferns and petals couldn’t deliver my order even on confirming from them again and again. They gave me silly excuse that they couldn’t find the address. It is completely nonsense. This company should not be even open. Ferns and Petals are scammers.

    I ordered a personalised sequin cushion for my parent’s anniversary. I placed the order on 12th february and opted for delivery on 19th february. They delivered the product on 17th february but it was not the picture which i gave them. It was someone else’s picture. I filed a complaint on the same date, they told me that they would deliver the right cushion cover on or before 20th february. I did not get the order on 20th and then i again called them on 22nd february. They assured me that i will get my order latest by monday that is on 24th february. But i did not even get it today. I again called them and they are saying that now they will send it to me tomorrow. Now i am fed up of this behaviour. Either they send my product tomorrow or they return my money.

      Very horrible service, very horrible delivery, beware in ordering anything from here, it’s not just me but a lot of other people are complaining. This is my first and last try, they never delivered my order, everytime i call customer care, there’s always some excuse with no resolution. Placed an order on 14th february *update* now it’s been 8 days, my original order of 3 items didn’t get dispatched because one item was not in stock and customer service never bothered to inform me, i asked for a replacement which they have delivered but my other 2 items never got delivered. On 17th feb, customer care said it will get delivered on 19th, on 19th they said it will get delivered on 21, now on 22nd they are saying it will get delivered on 24th. *update* 24th feb and still not delivered. I have called customer cars more than 10 times with no resolution, called on 24th and they said another 2 days

        Worst experience which such a reputed company.

        Had ordered for a cake (Paid it in full) for mother's birthday and the cake was to be delivered on 31 jan 2020 @ bangalore but neither the cake was delivered on 31 jan 2020 nor they have refunded the amount.

        Whenever i call their call center, they give lame excuses about the non fulfillment of the order.

        Friends - the company has trained their call center employees in such manner that they would always blame you for non delivery of the order and they would never accept their mistake and entertain any refund claims... Beware - don't get cheated by ferns n petals or rather fraud n phishing

          My boyfriend ordered alluiring beauty and i've received roses & lilies bouquet.
          That's not it, the flowers i received are aweful!
          Flowers should make you feel loved and beautiful, with your flowers, i felt ugly and upset!
          Please refund if you will not make this right.

          That didn't end right there. I sent a whastapp message with the number they are showing on webpage. She aren't helpful. She asked me to contact the customer service? Isn't that already your customer service number? I had to call her even to respond to my complaint.

          My complaint is being ignored hence i am raising this.
          This is unacceptable.

          Hello,

          My husband ordered for me a beautiful bouquet of roses for V-Day, from abroad . I was shocked to see what I received the roses were wrapped so badly and the petals have started withering. Above all it was overpriced overpriced for what was delivered(INR 699+ 20 ) . This was not expected of Ferns and Petals. Highly disappointed.

            Very pathetic and disappointing service provided by ferns and petals.

            It just spoil the whole occasion by giving the false promises of delivery the product.

            Never use this site.
            I have ordered (Order no[protected] bouquet on 12th feb for my husband for the occasion of valentine day which was 14th feb 2020. I have requested so many times via phone to the customer care team that flower should be delivered between 12pm to 5 pm which was not delivered. When i request this, no body told me that it's not possible. I told them that my husband will be available in office till 5pm. When i asked for the refund, customer care team refuse that and they told to me that we can't do this. I want money back.

            I placed an order on 13th feb which was prepaid and promised to be delivered by 16th feb but it didn’t show up. On 17th I got a mail saying that the parcel is delivered but I never got it. No refund given, no help done. Liars and cheaters. Never use this site to order anything ever.

              My order no 15306051 was supposed to deliver on 14th feb but it wasn’t later when i call to customer care the response was like we can’t do anything and nothing help can be provided. I accepted that ok and asked for refund but customer care is giving some excuse to avoid this request. I written mail to their support team but no response yet. I want my refund in my account soon.

                I had ordered a personalized mug (Order id[protected], sub order id - [protected]. The mug was delivered in a polythene bag open with out any cardboard or anything. It was clearly mentioned by me that it is a personalized gift. It is highly embarrassing that a gift is delivered so cheaply. When you charge woofing so much just for a mug you should ensure that it should look branded. Didn't like the way it was delivered.

                  I have ordered few things, it is supposed to deliver on 13 feb, they have delivered only 2 items, rest of the items pending. Today is 15 feb, still, now they haven't delivered, when i contact customer care they are saying, it will get delivered in 1 hr, then i waited for 2 hrs nothing happened. Again i called, again they said 1 hr and the day over. Next day also same. Seriously, this company is fraudulent. They will take money from customers, and ruined there happiness

                  Dear friends plz don't order items from their site. They will definitely gonna screw your happiness

                    Stop making fraud claims, only matters to you is the money paid. Rest you don't care of. I have ordered (Order no:15294692 with rs.2000/-) on 14th feb. Till now what i receive is status updates and dummy customer care mails that we value your blah blah. No you dont.
                    Only because delivery boy says the door was locked you say you have attempted. Are you serving us or your vendors?
                    A delivery was attempted but the recipient refused to accept it, because of which the order could not be delivered. - this is what you keep repeating in your tickets and happily closing the tickets (Tickets[protected],[protected],[protected],)- you guys accepted that its delivery person mistake, but still you are not attempting to deliver again. Where is refusal, where is attempt? Where my money went, who is responsible for this?

                      I have placed an order (Order no:[protected] on 14th feb'20 for delivery of flower bouquet with worth of rs.2000/- but it was not delivered and updated a wrong comment saying recipient is not available.
                      I called to customer care multiple times and raise multiple tickets on this. Customer care too agreed that delivery boy updated wrong comments. Even after multiple requests they have neither delivered my product nor did refund. Completely fraud company cheating many customers.

                        I have placed and order for my wife to be delivered by ferns and petals to bandel and payment was done on 30th jan 2020 which was an advance payment given to the company. As per the delivery schedule the product has not been delivered to my wife which is being playing with the emotions of the customers. I would like to highlight that i need a compensation for not delivering my product on time which has been delayed by so long.

                        courier was received late night at 11:00 pm which was supposed to be delivered by 9:00pm in evening. Product was ordered from ferns and petals for which premium was charged as per ferns and petals. after receiving the product it was stale flowers and cake was delivered from a local shop which was also not fresh. And complaint is not resolved its just company has closed it. I am not satisfied with them till now

                          I had placed an order on fern n petals as per the order id: 15281008 on 13th feb, 2020.

                          The order comprised of a personalized printed cup and roses. I had sent a photo to be printed on the cup.
                          However, a wrong product has been delivered with wrong photo printed on the cup of some random people.

                          I want this product to be delivered today itself on today’s occasion (14th feb) for which i had paid extra amount as well. Either deliver the corrected product today itself or i want the whole refund back.

                          I am calling again and again for this issue and there is no revert.

                          Further to this ridiculous service from you, i want to highlight that you have hampered the privacy of me, the customer here and i want to get the compensation for this as well from fern n petals.

                          How can you send the photo of some other couple printed on a mug to me? This means that you have sent the printed mug of our photo to someone else. This is disgusting and needs to be escalated on serious grounds of privacy to higher consumer forum level. I want the apt response and compensation for this asap.

                          I have updated the tickets[protected],[protected] with the photo of the wrong product delivered by you guys irresponsibly.

                          I am hereby also warning other customers to never rely on fnp's pathetic service especially when it comes to your personalized gifts.

                          What is the Update on my refund of Rs.2500 ? I need it immediately as you have already ruined yesterday’s occasion.

                          Moreover, now you are sending my recipient’s personal address and personal details to someone else through email. Attached is the email. This is serious case of hampering privacy again from you guys. Need explanation on this.

                            Ordered a cake online on feb 3, 2020 to deliver to philippines on 13 feb 2020 between 9 am to 9pm. The cake was not delivered yesterday at all and i have raised ticket query, some of the tickets were just closed without the cake being received yet. I messaged their facebook and said that delivery will be yesterday. The cake is supposed to be for valentines day feb 14. The day will be over soon but the cake is not yet delivered until now.

                              My order i'd :14930621
                              I had placed a an order on feb 5th, and they had shown that it will be delivered on feb 10th, and i didn't receive it by that time, so i immediately contacted them as i need before feb 12th, as am leaving from my place (Visakhapatnam) and no one will be available to collect it, and that's the reason i had placed order very early to the occasion and i informed them the same, they said they will inform it to the courier team to deliver as soon as possible. Again after that i did not receive any information from them regarding my order delivery, so i contacted them again, and this time they said that it's not their work regarding the delivery of the courier.! I got pissed off with them and asked for an proper status of my order, they said they will but they didn't.!
                              Again feb 11th, after contacting them several times, and then they responded that they will try to deliver on feb 12th before 8pm, i informed them that no one will be available at my place after 12pm, they said it's not possible, so i asked for an address change and they gave me commitment that they will deliver to bangalore on feb 14th.! Today me after reaching bangalore i got a message that my order got delivered to some random person at visakhapatnam without contacting me before delivering it.!
                              How can they be so irresponsible without contacting the actual recipient, how can they deliver it to some random person? I asked them the same and they said the courier people won't contact like that we don't know! Such a pathetic response,!!! If that's the case then why did they hire those courier people in ferns nd petals.?
                              Aren't they responsible to deliver it to the right recipient when i ordered through ferns nd petals even after informing them several times that no will be available after that particular time.!
                              Either i need my money refunded back or i want my order to my updated address, please do help.!

                                Hi i gave an order number: 14959721. It was attempted on 6th february after office hours. After that i made half dozen attempts on customer care number, your chat center and email. No response. Either u should make another attempt, or u can ask us to come and pick at nearby location. Nonresponsive is not good. Track my orders u understand i order quite regulat across country from u.
                                Can someone act. And get this delivered tomorrow

                                  There was a n order from ferns and petals order id:15086260 which i ordered for 10 th feburay 2020. They had taken charges and said it will be ddlivered by this date. But to contrast it was not delivered and there was no reason why it was not delivered when it was to be deliverd from ddelhi to ghaziabad. They have cheated me and taken my money which is rs.800/-. Kindly help

                                    Pathetic, ridiculous service by fnp.. didn't recv my product which used to be deliver today 2nd Feb. They ruined my moment. When I asked to cancel ..nobody cared about that. Coz I made the payment online.
                                    Is there any way to teach them or do I need to file complaint in the court.
                                    As per their site the earliest delivery was by today but due to their pathetic service i couldn't gift.
                                    They people really don care about customer.
                                    Pls let me know if online complaint will work or do I need to file complaint in court.

                                      I ordered a cake to be delivered in up today but the service which i got from ferns and petals in vikas puri kg 1 was pathetic
                                      The cake did not reached on the time as promised to me as well as the cake design is different from which i ordered even the message what i gave to be written on the cake is also not the same.
                                      This is the worst experience for me from ferns and petals.
                                      Paying rs4600 and getting service like this was really bad.
                                      Such a big chain and the experience was expected to be good but unfortunately did not match to my needs.
                                      I really want the company to look into this and give me a solution

                                      I have ordered a Personalised Photograph Cushion and I have given a black and white picture to be printed on the cushion. But they have printed the picture on cushion with purple shade on the whole picture. It should be black and white( original picture colour). Please see into this.

                                        Order #14267785

                                        I had placed an order for a green olive rose to be delivered in italy, i got a call from ferns n petals while i was placing the order and they offered me a discount. I placed the order with a message for the recipient who was supposed to get this as a surprise gift.

                                        A few days before the estimated delivery date, the recipient received a mail from dhl where he was being asked to pay 4, 000/- as the custom tax. My surprise gift went for a toss.
                                        After contacting ferns & petals, i was assured that the recipient won't be required to pay anything.

                                        I tried to track the delivery but the tracking was not getting updated. It was showing as 'order confirmed' even a day after the estimated day of delivery. I raised a complaint again and i was informed that the delivery in a couple of days.

                                        A few days later i got a message that a delivery was attempted but the gift could not be delivered due to incorrect address. The recipient was never contacted. I contacted again and i was informed by ferns & petals that there won't be a second attempt of delivery, nor will my money be refunded.

                                        I asked them to submit a proof that my recipient was contacted, but they didn't submit any proof.

                                        In fact, they closed all complaints without my permission.
