Pathetic customer service, low quality products, high price, no refund. Paid 250 extra for mid night delivery which they failed to deliver and no refund was made.

    The worst experience i had with ferns n petals..poor services, poor quality of cake and after all that they dont even try to accept there mistake rather they blame the customer. Some times they send rotten cake or somtimes they forget to send the cake..such a wonderful services these guys have..and when i talk with customer care executive they blame the customer in return.they don't even know how to talk with a customer.

    They do not agree to refund the amount for the faulty and rotten cake which had smells all over . I have got kids, will they pay the hospital bills if they get sick .

      @FernsNPetals service is pathetic. I ordered an anniversary gift (order I'd[protected] sub id [protected]) for my friends anniversary to deliver midnight(31st October 2020) as a surprise. They ruined it totally.At 10:30 pm I got call from one of their representative that it can not be delivered .These guys charged 250/- (apart from 1200 + Rs for the items) and extra as mid night delivery charge and now saying it can not delivered mid night as the outlet is closed. Why the hell they took the order on first place for midnight and then charge 250/- as mid night charge but can not delivered it.And then informing it on the 11th hour..when I was not able to order it anywhere else... ruined the occasion totally. Now I want the refund as well as the order to be delivered as complimentary. This is second time in row.

            HORRIBLE SERVICE BY FERNS N PETALS!
            Do NOT Order from them, see below points :
            1. ORDER NOT DELIVERED but charged a bomb for same day delivery
            2. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AVAILABLE!
            When they did not deliver our order, then we called them 9 times - BUT they kept transferring us from Support team to Sales team to Escalation team - AND SHOCKINGLY no one had any clue how to handle a straightforward issue!
            3. They committed callback 3 times, BUT didn't call even once.

The management has taken my feedback and has assured that such missed would be avoided to best in future.             MISBEHAVE BY SAUMYA/SANYA or whatever her name was who was on a 1 hour 4 minutes long call with me on October 24, 2020 at 7:19pm IST from FERNS N PETALS SUPPORT TEAM!
            She sais she spoke to her MANAGER/ SUPERVISOR & that he is not ready to take my Escalation Call.

            I am awaiting a resolution call from Ferns N Petals Management.

            Details of call :
            -I called at number [protected] on October 24th at 7:19 pm to get help from customer service.
            -I want to raise an escalation for severe misbehave from a customer service agent named SAUMYA/SANYA or whatever her name was who took that 1+ hours call with me. She kept raising her voice on entire call and also misbehaved with me. She was disrespectful, audacious and not letting me talk.

              Sir tomorrow is my sister's birthday. We need to cut cake at 12:00AM. I paid extra 250Rs. For mid night delivery. And now I not getting any answer from their side. What to do. They spoiled the day. Seriously u people r not trustworthy.

                I have ordered a truffle cake for my birthday. My delivery slot was 3pm to 6 pm. Firstly they changed my slot to 9pm. Then also they didn't deliver it. I called customer care two times. Then my order got out for delivery.

                Then when i received the cake, it was a different cake. Which is from some other bakery " Daily dose sony bakery ". Mine was of 550 price and the one i received was very cheap, 200-250 in price. Cake was in a very bad condition. Handwritten note was there, which was supposed to be printed. Name written on cake was spoiled, cake was melted. Waste of money and they spoiled my whole day too.

                i want my whole money back.

                This was my order and they delivered me some other cake. Presentation was completely different, taste was worst and cheap. Flowers were not fresh. Everything was of bad quality.

                  I booked 1 cake on 3rd October, the payment was declined and it was done through Deutsche bank, but it was deducted. The moment it was declined, FNP Sales did pestered calls and asked me to try again, which I did again from the Yes bak, payment was accepted. On the 6th October, payment from Deutche was accepted and no record was created for the cake, when i asked them to return money they said, they have not got it and told lies, when i showed them bank screenshots, "MUEED KHAN" said accepted and mentioned returned money order, to tll this date I have not got it. The customer team is unhelpful and they are worse.

                      My brother send me cake with great feelings he lives so much far away from me he gave my correct address and phone number . status is showing that cake has been delivered but actually it's not. It's so bad for the reputation of ferns and petals. I will fight against it because it's just fraud in cheat. Order ID is 19293767. Even not any delivery boy called on my phone.

                        I have received the wrong product. I have ordered a bamboo plant my order number is 19134932. but they delivered a very clumsy money plant even without pot. Which is not value for money. Fern and petals is a reputed company it is highly unexpected.
                        The behaviour of delivery was so shady and intimidating. He didn't talk properly on call. It should be delivered between 8 am to 3 pm ..but he came at 7 in the evening. It was my first order from fern and petals and it is very disappointing.
                        I want my refund and want you to look into this matter.
                        I have attached a photo of the product that we have received. Please look into this matter and I expect a quick response

                          Hi, I have ordered cake from fern n petals site well in advance. Scheduled time of delivery is 7th Oct 20 but product still showing shipping status. Service center department does not know when the product will deliver nor the superior.. Each time response is same, will let you know after 48 hours.
                          "Customer is giving order well in advance. So cake should deliver on birthday. But these guys are making sure that it won't happen".
                          1. No proper tracking of product
                          2. No value to your customers
                          3. Charging money but providing no services

                          When I asked about refund then their response is " You won't get refund" now as your product not yet deliver.. I have ordered cake. It is more than 48 hours. Just imagine, "What will be condition of cake"

                          1st: they are not delivering product on time
                          2nd: no courtesy to updating the tracker
                          3rd: not even giving any delay report
                          4th: In each phone call conversation FNP giving new excuses and then the standard reply, "will update after 24 hours"

                          I really need my money back. FNP are doing fraud business. Charging money but service.

                              I have been raising complaint since thrurdays. It was a bad decision to order a cake from you guys. I have spoke to 6 agents and raised almost 3-4 online query. I have never heard back. The order was not delivered and the status is set to complete. Upon complaining about the same, the agent said it was a mistake and the order will be delivered in an hr. This has been a week and no order has been received yet.
                              The agent is making me for an image. I wish I had a super power to generate an imaginary image of something I never received.
                              I was promised that my refund will be done in 48 hrs. its been more than 144 hrs and not a single world form you guys. Your agent put me on hold to transfer the call to manager and then disconnects it after 30 minutes of me waiting. Another agent promise a call back in 10 mins and now it has been an hr.

                                I reordered a cake from Ferns n Petals for my sister on 26/07/2020 but the cake which was delivered was different from what was shown in the image. So I raised a complaint a day after. Ferns n Petals asked me to return the cake so that they could check it, which was impossible as it was for birthday and we had guests, so it was consumed. So to resolve the issue the FnP team gave me a discount coupon of 20% which is not what I had expected but I did not want to extend the matter so I accepted it.

                                Few days back I was trying to use that coupon, It wasn't working. I tried applying it on different products and it didn't work. Disappointed with this, I again wrote a complaint to FnP to replace the code. That is what every customer service team does. But they say that their sales team will call me. I don't understand why the sales team is involved in this and I asked several times about this, but they totally ignore the context of email. They just copy paste the same response every time.

                                If they call, and my number is busy, they immediately ask me to provide a suitable time to call. How in the world I can ensure that the time I have given them, nobody will call me on that particular moment. I gave them time too when their sales team had called me once and they didn't call at all, I had to write to them again and same response. If my line is engaged they do not call back.

                                I tried reaching them out through social media as well, but no improvement.

                                This is harassment. This complaint is not about what I paid and what I lost. But this is towards their unprofessional and unethical attitude.

                                  One of the items from my order: 16155385 was not delivered on time. After I raised a complaint on this forum, Ferns N Petals arranged for a gift voucher of 649/- as a refund.

                                  The gift voucher has an expiry of Dec, 2020 & I have been constantly trying to use it on my orders. However, every time I face an error saying that the voucher is not applicable on my order. There is no information available on how I can use this voucher.

                                  I have been messaging their Facebook page & raising tickets (id:[protected], but to no avail. I always get a standard response with no action in the end. When I called their customer care, I was told that another team will look into this, but there was no luck there either.

                                  Please look into this. Either an 'actual' refund or the ability to use it 'actually' on an order will work.

                                    I was clcecking some products on ferns and petals but hadn't placed any order and i got a call from their side after 10.00 pm thay why i hadn't placed order. First thing is why are they calling, its up to me thay i want to order or not and second is why they are calling so late. Never ever use the ferns and petals site as they have such pathetic people.

                                      On 07/09/20 for my anniversary in bilaspur chhattisgarh i ordered 1 lucky bamboo with flamingo worth899₹+charges=1118₹, rose with fish bowl +chocolate= 3297₹. Total 4415₹
                                      At 3pm when i received my delivered product had no wrapper on gifts, no covering on chocolate a food item in this corona crisis.
                                      Secondly the bamboo plant pot was not the same it is a old pot used one. Marks seen. The rose pot was also the same used one and by night on 07/09/20 rose petals and off and stale rotten smell coming as it was stale product sprinkled with water.
                                      Continuously i rang to fnp, send feedback, mailed many times they couldnt provide solution. One fnp associate told same pot got over we knew it but forgot to update in fnp site. What nonsense is this? It's one week i waited for their replacement but no initiative. Horrible cheating people they are.
                                      For wasting my money, playing with our emotion and provide unhygenic food they offered me 100₹ gift voucher as if i am begging them. All images provided. Ferns and petals is not a trusted company fully loaded with cheaters cheating customer.
                                      Please do the needful to change the fake product. Today they cheated me 4415₹ tomorrow they can cheat other common people with more money. I will never refer this company to anyone cheaters and looters.

                                        I am highly disappointed with my experience with fern n petals. I ordered (Order no - [protected]) a decorative bottle with personalized photo having lights for my wife's birthday. The gift arrived on 30th august and my wife's birthday was on 31st august. After 2 days ie 1st september itself the photo on the bottle started coming out. I called fern n petals on 2nd september and they say that complaints within 48 hours from the delivery are only considered and they can't really do anything regarding this issue.
                                        It's really disappointing to hear such a thing from a reputed company like fern n petals. They were not interested in hearing any complaint and even not taking it in their system too.
                                        I told them even i don't want them to return my money but please have a quality check done from vendor's side and if possible replace my order. If nothing can be done, please credit this money to my account so that i can order something else as i have been a very loyal customer of fern n petals over last 6-7 years.

                                        The gift had lot of sentimental values attached as it was for my wife's birthday but seeing such a response from fern n petals, i am quite surprised.
