I ordered from ferns and patels and paid amount double time. I complained andone of from ferns and petals said they refunded your amount but bank proces can take time.
My order id is 16695258.

Now is one month gone. I didn't recieve any amount.
I'm highly disappointed from ferns and patels and not want to give order further.

    This one looks like a fraudulent website. I am not sure if they have any real company rather than just web site and bunch of call center guys. I have given a order (Order no.[protected] and from last 3 weeks they are simply giving some reason for delayed. Till date i have to received the order. No refund either!!

    It there any way to raise a customer/police complain on them?

      I placed an order on ferns n petals website on 30th july 2020. The order comprised of 3 rakhis and 4 chocolates. The scheduled delivery date was 31st july 2020. The order id of the items i ordered are:

      I did not receive my order on the scheduled date and the status was falsely updated as delivered. I tried contacting the company through a number of e-mails, tickets and phone calls. I was assured the delivery would be done next day however did not receive it even then. They kept delaying my order and as rakhi is over, there is no point of delivery anymore.
      The company does not respond to emails or tickets or address customer complaints. The order was prepaid, hence i was charged beforehand for the order.
      In view of the above i would request the honourable court to order and direct the said company for refund of the amount paid by me for default in service and also order for suitable compensation for mental agony faced by me for not able to send the rakhi to my dear one on the auspicious day.

      The complaint hasn’t been resolved. The company did not attempt to call me or respond to my emails. I had a few conversations with them over phone where they promised me the delivery of my order. But no action has been taken whatsoever. I also wrote tickets but the customer care is not responding. I want a refund and compensation for the unnecessary trouble caused.

        I ordered one personalised table click on 31july, order no is 17563769. They accept the order and after when i make the payment they refuse to delivered my product and issue a coupon to me... On 1st aug i placed another order and want to apply my coupon, that time they said coupon is not working. So i placed a order by cash but even then they again refuse to delivered my product and give me a another date...

        Sir one of their executive told me that couple is only apply i[censored] ordered product with amt more than 1000 rs... Plz help me for the same

            I had ordered rakhies from my bro, bhabhi and kids along with olaf cushion.

            Only olaf cushion reached. My rakhies were missing on rasing a ticket they informed that they will arrange to send the rakhies and i should let them know the date. Gave them date as 31st jul. Instead of sending the rakhies they have sent me an apology and closed the ticket.

              I had placed an order on 22nd july 2020 for sending a rakhi to usa on 30th july 2020. They havent delivered anything anf fooling me again & again that it will get delivered someday. They cant even tell a date and they are spoiling the ocassions of people by playing with their sentiments.

                I have ordered one rakhi from Ferns n Petals around one month before which needs to be delivered on 21/07/2020. Since from that day I am chasing the company as the status is still reflecting as Confirmed. But the team is closing my ticket again and again by giving irrelevant responses. On escalating the issue multiple times over the mail, they responded to me on 24/07/2020 that they have further escalated the issue to delivery team but no action has been taken since from then. FNP team is trying to make me fool and not receiving my calls too.

                Finally after getting this harrassment I decided to get the refund of my order as was able to understand that they are just forgeing and are in aim to clear the bank balances of their customers. I have written mail to these people and called them multiple times...but still these people are not replying to me.

                  Money deducted but order status is still waiting

                  On 31st July 2020, i was planning to send rakhi to my brother through Ferns n petals. The total was 408 and I paid through paytm. The amount has been deducted from my account, even i have a proof which i got from paytm. as soon as i paid for it, i thought i would receive anconfirmation email or text, but sadly i didn't receive that also then i check my account in FNP. the status was WAITING. the order id is 17582096. it was supposed to reach...

                  Hi,
                  I ordered a rakhi for my brother who is canada. They deducted the money but as soon as i got charged, i got a mail saying that the payment has been declined and there is no say of return of cash. Highly unacceptable during festivities.

                      Hi,
                      On Saturday 25th July, i was thinking to order the rakhi from your site, the soon have logged in and put the product in Cart, someone your team called me and said that they will help which usually your team do it to take the order.
                      I have made 3 orders within india, then specfically i asked about that will get delivered in Germany and if yes and then providing the address i specfically asked on which date it will get deliver, post confirmation given that it will get delivered maximum by 29th, i have placed the order.
                      as all the other delivered on time, thanks for that
                      the order which i have specifically asked not delivered yet, when i have called customer care no to trace the order as i am not able to trace it as it was placed directly by ferns and petals teams so it was not there in the tracking/ordering history. So, one lady name shruti spoken to me and replied that due to some issue it has not been delivered on 28th, but will get deliver, when i asked specfically when she said that "ASAP" . I told her the rakhi is on monday, she said it will get deliver before and then i again asked as i have specifically asked the date her reply is same as "ASAP"
                      and morever her defination is that as the date of delivery is 28th so it will take more 3 days of shipping, then i asked her then why the delivery date mentioned 28th.
                      this is the response that i get it only to close the call from their side.
                      i need to know the specfic date when the ordr will get deliver as i cant assume with the words "ASAP" AND WILL WAIT TILL RAKHI WHICH IS ONLY 2 DAYS LEFT FROM NOW
                      FOR PLACING THE ORDER THE COMMITMENTS MADE BUT AT THE TIME OF NON DELIVERY NO ONE CALL SOONER.
                      IF I HAVE TO PLACE THE ORDER SEVERAL EXECUTIVES CALL BUT WHEN ITS TIME OF SERVICE WE TAKE THE TIME TO ARRANGE THE CALL

                        Hello Sir, I have been defrauded by ferns and petals and the responses received from your customer service team is pathetic. My order I'd is 17148464. Can you pls help in getting this resolved asap. I had placed the Rakhi order and paid money. Today parcel received by my brother was empty box.i had raised with ferns and petals but I am not getting any responses except that give us time and they dont revert.

                          I have ordered a birthday gift on[protected]. This was to be delivered in mumbai. Since the birthday was on 28.07.2020, i order 4 days ahead so that there will be no delay, i regret to inform that this is not delivered as on date[protected].

                          When i called there customer care, the lady who responded the call stated that "we will not guarantee the time and delivery of the products. The same is mentioned in our terms and conditions:"

                          I was surprised to hear this, this means that whatever we order we have to first read there terms and conditions and then order.

                              I ordered two rakhi packages from them and none reached till now, though the date of delivery was 20/7/2020. It's really upsetting that we trusted them and they took the order and there no track and answer from their side. I need my money back. This company should be banned, maybe they are just making money like this false online offers and not delivery the things at all.

                                I booked a gift on 25 july 2020, delivery for birthday ceremoney on 26 july 2020, but they delivered on 27 july (They promise same day delivery)
                                Apart from that we received one item missing. Not proper poduct.

                                  I placed and order for chocolate box on 24th july. After two days i got an email saying that the product is out of stock and that they tried calling me but unreachable. However i never received any call. Since that day i am trying to reach out to them to process my refund. They do not answer any calls, i raised like 5-6 different tickets on their website but they close it within 15 minutes without a resolution. I even raised a ticket simply asking to call me and requested not to close the ticket without speaking to me. They close even that without calling. Till date i have no update on whats going with my money.

                                    We had ordered a birthday cake on 24th night to be delivered on 25th..
                                    On 25th night around 8.00 pm, received a message that the ordered cake was not available.. There was no "not in stock" or "not available" tag on the cake on online dispaly.
                                    Any alternative good cake was of same value was suggested..
                                    0n 26th a cake was delivered at night around 9.00 pm..
                                    The basic purpose of the cake order was defeated..
                                    The cake delivered was of poor quality with wrong messages on it.. It did not have correct message which was quoted with the order..
                                    The company should be penalised to pay for the inconvenience & harrassment, so that it does not repeat such lapses

                                      On 11th july cake and bamboo plant of cost rs 1218 was ordered from fern and petals to be delivered on same day. They cancelled it twice and were unable to deliver till 13th july.
                                      After a lot of deliberation ferns & petal according to them initiated refund on 13th july which was suppose to be in my account within 7-10days
                                      It is been 14 days and i have still not received the amount in my paytm account
                                      Not only they have poor service but operating are fraudster
