I had placed an order on fern n petals as per the order id: 15281008 on 13th feb, 2020.

The order comprised of a personalized printed cup and roses. I had sent a photo to be printed on the cup.
However, a wrong product has been delivered with wrong photo printed on the cup of some random people.

I want this product to be delivered today itself on today’s occasion (14th feb) for which i had paid extra amount as well. Either deliver the corrected product today itself or i want the whole refund back.

I am calling again and again for this issue and there is no revert.

Further to this ridiculous service from you, i want to highlight that you have hampered the privacy of me, the customer here and i want to get the compensation for this as well from fern n petals.

How can you send the photo of some other couple printed on a mug to me? This means that you have sent the printed mug of our photo to someone else. This is disgusting and needs to be escalated on serious grounds of privacy to higher consumer forum level. I want the apt response and compensation for this asap.

I have updated the tickets[protected],[protected] with the photo of the wrong product delivered by you guys irresponsibly.

I am hereby also warning other customers to never rely on fnp's pathetic service especially when it comes to your personalized gifts.

What is the Update on my refund of Rs.2500 ? I need it immediately as you have already ruined yesterday’s occasion.

Moreover, now you are sending my recipient’s personal address and personal details to someone else through email. Attached is the email. This is serious case of hampering privacy again from you guys. Need explanation on this.

    Ordered a cake online on feb 3, 2020 to deliver to philippines on 13 feb 2020 between 9 am to 9pm. The cake was not delivered yesterday at all and i have raised ticket query, some of the tickets were just closed without the cake being received yet. I messaged their facebook and said that delivery will be yesterday. The cake is supposed to be for valentines day feb 14. The day will be over soon but the cake is not yet delivered until now.

      My order i'd :14930621
      I had placed a an order on feb 5th, and they had shown that it will be delivered on feb 10th, and i didn't receive it by that time, so i immediately contacted them as i need before feb 12th, as am leaving from my place (Visakhapatnam) and no one will be available to collect it, and that's the reason i had placed order very early to the occasion and i informed them the same, they said they will inform it to the courier team to deliver as soon as possible. Again after that i did not receive any information from them regarding my order delivery, so i contacted them again, and this time they said that it's not their work regarding the delivery of the courier.! I got pissed off with them and asked for an proper status of my order, they said they will but they didn't.!
      Again feb 11th, after contacting them several times, and then they responded that they will try to deliver on feb 12th before 8pm, i informed them that no one will be available at my place after 12pm, they said it's not possible, so i asked for an address change and they gave me commitment that they will deliver to bangalore on feb 14th.! Today me after reaching bangalore i got a message that my order got delivered to some random person at visakhapatnam without contacting me before delivering it.!
      How can they be so irresponsible without contacting the actual recipient, how can they deliver it to some random person? I asked them the same and they said the courier people won't contact like that we don't know! Such a pathetic response,!!! If that's the case then why did they hire those courier people in ferns nd petals.?
      Aren't they responsible to deliver it to the right recipient when i ordered through ferns nd petals even after informing them several times that no will be available after that particular time.!
      Either i need my money refunded back or i want my order to my updated address, please do help.!

      I have ordered a gift for my husband on our anniversary it didn't reach till now as our anniversary has passed now i am trying to cancel my order and they are not reverting to call and sending a very stupid reply on mail, i need my refund.

        Hi i gave an order number: 14959721. It was attempted on 6th february after office hours. After that i made half dozen attempts on customer care number, your chat center and email. No response. Either u should make another attempt, or u can ask us to come and pick at nearby location. Nonresponsive is not good. Track my orders u understand i order quite regulat across country from u.
        Can someone act. And get this delivered tomorrow

          There was a n order from ferns and petals order id:15086260 which i ordered for 10 th feburay 2020. They had taken charges and said it will be ddlivered by this date. But to contrast it was not delivered and there was no reason why it was not delivered when it was to be deliverd from ddelhi to ghaziabad. They have cheated me and taken my money which is rs.800/-. Kindly help

            Pathetic, ridiculous service by fnp.. didn't recv my product which used to be deliver today 2nd Feb. They ruined my moment. When I asked to cancel ..nobody cared about that. Coz I made the payment online.
            Is there any way to teach them or do I need to file complaint in the court.
            As per their site the earliest delivery was by today but due to their pathetic service i couldn't gift.
            They people really don care about customer.
            Pls let me know if online complaint will work or do I need to file complaint in court.

              I ordered a cake to be delivered in up today but the service which i got from ferns and petals in vikas puri kg 1 was pathetic
              The cake did not reached on the time as promised to me as well as the cake design is different from which i ordered even the message what i gave to be written on the cake is also not the same.
              This is the worst experience for me from ferns and petals.
              Paying rs4600 and getting service like this was really bad.
              Such a big chain and the experience was expected to be good but unfortunately did not match to my needs.
              I really want the company to look into this and give me a solution

              I have ordered a Personalised Photograph Cushion and I have given a black and white picture to be printed on the cushion. But they have printed the picture on cushion with purple shade on the whole picture. It should be black and white( original picture colour). Please see into this.

                Order #14267785

                I had placed an order for a green olive rose to be delivered in italy, i got a call from ferns n petals while i was placing the order and they offered me a discount. I placed the order with a message for the recipient who was supposed to get this as a surprise gift.

                A few days before the estimated delivery date, the recipient received a mail from dhl where he was being asked to pay 4, 000/- as the custom tax. My surprise gift went for a toss.
                After contacting ferns & petals, i was assured that the recipient won't be required to pay anything.

                I tried to track the delivery but the tracking was not getting updated. It was showing as 'order confirmed' even a day after the estimated day of delivery. I raised a complaint again and i was informed that the delivery in a couple of days.

                A few days later i got a message that a delivery was attempted but the gift could not be delivered due to incorrect address. The recipient was never contacted. I contacted again and i was informed by ferns & petals that there won't be a second attempt of delivery, nor will my money be refunded.

                I asked them to submit a proof that my recipient was contacted, but they didn't submit any proof.

                In fact, they closed all complaints without my permission.

                  I ordered for delivery of cookies on 10th jan 2020. The delivery slit was between 9:00a. M to 9:00p. M. At 3:00p. M. Call was made to my son but ge could not take it since he was in class. Later when he called back, the call could not be connected. I complained about non delivery, where upon i was told the recipient was not there. I was promised a delivery before 1:30p. M. And after 6:30p. M. On the 13th of jan but it has still not been done

                    I have ordered flower & birthday cake with order no 14303208. I had taken standard delivery with timeslot 8am to 12pm on 1st jan 2020. It costs extra rs 99 as shipping charge.

                    At 1.05pm I came to know that the delivery was attempted but could not made. Within 1hour I received email that the order delivered successfully. As its my mom's birthday, I asked her and came to know nothing has arrived. Immediately I called helpdesk and they said 'successful delivery' message was sent by mistake.

                    On further conversation with helpdesk team, they assured that they will deliver the order in evening slot on the very same day i.e. 1st Jan and will also return rs 99 as shipping charge as they missed the said slot.

                    I waited till 12am at night but no delivery happened. Its really disgusting and utterly frustrating that because of their unprofessional behaviour, this special day is completely ruined. I have raised couple of tickets against the said order but the team closed all of them without any solution.

                    At this moment I claimed my entire money back (Rs 1398) though I do not know how they will compensate this bigger loss of ruining my mom's birthday.

                    Ferns N Petals mailed me that they are not doing any refund as their delivery team attempted to deliver on 1st jan. My query if they attempted after my time slot is over then what is the requirement of that delivery. They charged extra rs 99 and did not match delivery time but being a customer I have pay all these stuffs. I received it on 2nd January because they firmly replied me no refund will be taken place. Now I want atleast rs 99 back for shipping chage of standard delivery which they failed to do. But still they are not giving me back any of the money.

                    My query to consumercomplaints, one unprofessional step ruined my special day, threatening me not giving my money back..what they are wanting to proof.

                    Needless to say, this is my last business with this company and I already spread this news to social media so that no more general people like me would get harrased.
                    I specifically said, to type "Happy Anniversary"on the cake, but it said "Abhinav"

                          Inspite of giving a date, they delivered it on wrong date. Their site do not specify "any day delivery" but when complained they say, their website has a a clause that anyday it may be delivered as this is a courier delivery. What does it mean? Is their courier is monitored or contracted by customers? What concern the customer has with the courier? It is utterly nonsense of the fnp to take benefit of the courier's irresponsible delivery system that, fnp is fooling customers.

                          It is ridiculous that, they indulge into violation of monopolies and restricted trade practice. They have no regret for their mistakes and manmani and extracting money of poor customers.

                            My children who live abroad made the effort to send me orchids and choco cake for me on my 72nd birthday. We always order from ferns n petals. The cake was dry and old. I was not allowed to eat it. Sorry is not the answer as a beautiful day of a very senior citizen has gone waste. Moreover the writing on top was zhabbily written in block capitals 'ma'. Italucs looks good on such occasions. Clearly shows the disinterest in carrying out the order. Am very uoset on my birthday.

                              I have oddered cake on 24th dec and called customer care too on that particular time to deliver the product by midnight, they saod they camnot so i asked them to deliver it on 25th between 7am to 8:30am as the receipnt will be out of station, they said ok. Next moring again i called c. Care at that point of time they said they cannot deliver at that time, they lied me on 24th as they knew if they tell on 24th i will canvel the product and if its on 25th i cannot cancel it nor they will refund it. It mentioned witbin 3hours they deliver but they did not.
                              I called c. Care again to deliver the product at other location but they are not doind that too.

                                My order wasn't delivered to my parents (For their anniversary). Fnp claimed that address was incorrect. I confirmed that address wasn't incorrect. Fnp helpdesk then proposed that they will re-deliver the order even though it is perishable order. I waited for 10+ days for them to re-deliver. They didn't. Now i am being told again that re-delivery is not in policy and the issue with original delivery was unanswered call to the contact number provided. Firstly, the reason for non-delivery seems to be changing (From wrong address to unanswered phone call). I don't think the courier team tried to make the delivery, as my address is very clear and landmark was also provided. The discrepancies from fnp also reconfirm by doubt. Secondly, they had agreed to redeliver (Documented in tickets raised to them) and are now refusing to do so.

                                  Hi i have placed an order on 16th dec and the date of delivery is 22nd. No body in ferns and petals have contact service to customer that your order photos are pending or anything is pending from customer side so please complete so that we can deliver the same on time. They charge you alot and they don't give service i would request all users for ferns and petals to not to choose them as they are spoiling persons emotions
                                  I will right mail to pawan gordia ceo of ferns and petals then will see how much professional he is to understand that he have bunch of illiterate people who just fees customer

                                    I ordered a bouquet from the “premium flowers” action from fnp website worth 1500 with special printed ribbon neatly tied into a bow and neat jute wrapping and much more...
                                    Wat I got was utter disappointment. I can share the pictures also
                                    The ribbon is sheer ordinary and just ties carelessly, the jute wrapping in wrinkled and jute stings are coming off...
                                    Imagine sending this on their birthday...
                                    And screwing up my day which will not return

                                      I bought 4 indoor plants set for gifting on 15th december. Plants committed to be delivered were of 5-6 inches.. Out of 4 pots one black pot is also of small size and other 3 are of different size. Height and looks of plants are none of the commitment done. Totally dissapointed with the way you cheat your customers.. Will definitely take further actions.

E. 11/12/2019 for a very special occassion but is been really disappointing that ferns and petals could not render it even after placing the request one day in advance and also after multiple calls.
