I had placed an order for a green olive rose to be delivered in italy, i got a call from ferns n petals while i was placing the order and they offered me a discount. I placed the order with a message for the recipient who was supposed to get this as a surprise gift.
A few days before the estimated delivery date, the recipient received a mail from dhl where he was being asked to pay 4, 000/- as the custom tax. My surprise gift went for a toss.
After contacting ferns & petals, i was assured that the recipient won't be required to pay anything.
I tried to track the delivery but the tracking was not getting updated. It was showing as 'order confirmed' even a day after the estimated day of delivery. I raised a complaint again and i was informed that the delivery in a couple of days.
A few days later i got a message that a delivery was attempted but the gift could not be delivered due to incorrect address. The recipient was never contacted. I contacted again and i was informed by ferns & petals that there won't be a second attempt of delivery, nor will my money be refunded.
I asked them to submit a proof that my recipient was contacted, but they didn't submit any proof.
In fact, they closed all complaints without my permission.
Ferns N Petals customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
