My order number #16539707.
This Should be delivered by 30th June 2020 21:00 but still it's not delivered.
I order it in Kolkata and it's still in Delhi.
They don't provide service what they committed but charged be in advance.

Also when I placed the order they charged me 541 but when they shipped the product I received one mail and it's showing price 515.
Such a fraud business. They are not less than a thief.

      I am from jammu, i ordered the father's day cake from the website, it ws not the same which is showing on website. This is the second time i face disappointment from their side.. I ordered the cake and it was delivered in pathetic way. Have their guys have some short of money for arranging slip of father's day.. Such a ridiculous way of delivering service and the quality is getting poorer nd poorest day by day. Order number image attached and i guess you people are enough educated. Please open the image and tell me is this the spellings of "father". By facing the same disappointment second time. They took huge amount of money from their website but in return they deliver the cake which is not worth than 100 rupees.
      I need my all the money which i had spent till naw. With this they got the lesson nd will not make fun of other's emotions..
      One of the worst cake chain i have ever seen ferns and petals..
      If you people were not believing me.. Check the cake on their website that i have order and also check the cake i received. They employed such an illiterate staff. Check the spellings and writing of father and from on cake and card respectively (Enclosed attachment).
      They fooled the customer with services by showing great presentation of cake on website but in return we didn't receive the same we placed while ordering the cake. Such a pathetic and worst chain of cake.

        Order details:

        Order no: 16155385, sub order no: [protected]

        I had ordered 3 items for my mother's birthday on 3rd june: tea hamper, cookies, chocolates. Only the cookies were delivered. I have filed a ticket with fnp for delivery of the remaining items:[protected].

        I have been following up regularly for the last 2 weeks on this. They still haven't given me a delivery date. Neither are they arranging for a refund.

        Please look into this. Either an early delivery or a refund is okay.

        A company representative contacted me & apologised for the issues. It seems that they couldn't deliver the order since the items went out of stock. They arranged for a speedy delivery of one of the items & provided me a gift voucher for the other item which was still out of stock.

          Hi today i ordered a black forest cake. My order number is16254708. But they didn't deliver till now. Not getting any response from their side. Please tell what to do. Very disappointing service from them.in mail only showing that the order is processing. Not able to track my order.

            16204617 this my order no. It is highly unprofessional that u confirmed order 2 days and at last moment u cancelled the order
            I want full refund as well the reason why my order was cancelled
            I do never like to order anything from your esteem company
            Really very disappointing
            I would also like to cancel my other order and demand full refund

                Ordered a flower bouquet for 24th may. The delivery person brought the bouquet tucked under 2 cake boxes in a blue plastic bag. The bouquet was out of shape and the flowers were wilted. I did not accept the delivery.
                Raised a complaint through website and call center. Have not received any response yet.

                  Ferns n petals have refunded my money in form of gift voucher and i was promised that it can be used for any order in ferns n petals. But i trying to order but i unable to use the gift voucher for the same, i tried to contact them, but i got to listen ivr stating that due to lockdown they working with limited resources, so help email us. So i email them on 10th may, 2020 and i got a reply on 11th may that somebody will call me and they closed my ticket. I waited but no one called me. So i email them again as they are not answering the call. Again i got reply that they have arranged a call back for me or else i can reach on there number. Again the story is same, no one called me back. And more over there number are still not operational. And till date i am unable to use my refunded money. I have email where it is clearly stated that the gift voucher can be used in any order in ferns n petals. I tired using it with all the product they have but its not working. They have scammed me with my hard earned 1100 rupees. I am getting them go like this. I go to consumer court. Let all the people in fb, twitter should know that this company is cheat.

                    I ordered a cake for my parents on 5th may that was suppose to be delivered on 9th may 2020. I got a confirmation from ferns and petals that its confirmed and will be delivered on time, however ferns and petals did not deliver the cake and they have put the status on hold. I have raised multiple tickets on their website ticket#[protected] which have closed without providing any response. I need a refund asap.

                    Ferns and petals should fool customers like this!!

                      I have placed an orser of bday cake on 11 may'20 morning... By mistakenly i have selected wrong dilevery address and city also. Within 2 hrs i realised my mistake and from that tym continously i am trying fno customr care number they are nit responding, even the ivr asked ti raise issues ti ther help portal... I have raise multiples query for cancellation of order but they are not responding as per them the order will be dilevered on time... My order id is 16033278...
                      My address in incorrect what i will do if the cake dilevers at wrong address... Pls cancel

                        Yesterday i waiting for the time slot and without no initimation or apology or a call my order was put oh hold and later i found that it was not delivered.
                        They are not operating on phone due to covid 19 but on email where i sent many complaints, all were closed saying we will get back.

                        They play with customer sentiments want to sue them for this inhuman act.
                        I want full refund along with strict action, on twitter also i have seen they did same with many customers.
                        It was mothers day and they blatantly played with customers sentiments.

                          I just want to say that this is the most unprofessional company i ever ordered from and request every to not get fooled by this company... Pathetic tracking which is never updated... You don't know if you will receive your order... You do not get what is portrayed and will get a shock when you see what you ordered and what you received... Worst company ever

                            I ordered a combo of flowers and cake and a greeting card to be delivered on 5th of may. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, i was told (That too not by mail) that the flowers could not be arranged fue to lockdown. They closed the ticket on their own. I received an invoice of my order stating that the flowers worth 1799 were delivered along with the cake and the card. However i never received the flowers! I raised a query on their website and opened a ticket, but they closed it saying that they have addressed my request. I never got a refund or never heard anything from them after that. It's been 3 days. My order id was 15955725. I would like to get my refund as soon as possible.

                              My order #15990338. I have ordered for a cake and ferrero rocher chocolate which had to be delivered on may 5, 2020 between 8am to 3pm in delhi location, which has'nt been delivered. Moreover the tickets which i raised are geting closed. Please look through this order and refund back my amount as soon as possible.

                              Dint expect such behaviour from ferns n petals. Very disappointing!

                                I have raised query many times but company is not giving any response.. There is not options for refund my amount if they are not able the delivery the product.

                                    I am highly disappointed with the services that has been delivered to me recently by ferns na petals.

                                    It has a plan that has to be delivered yesterday and it has not happen yet. Instead of that its showing delivered. These guys have shared the pod but thats not my recipients signature. How dare the delivery guy can sign it by his own.
                                    From yesterday i am calling and doing it a follow a up and still no response. And how dare you guys are closing this ticket when the in actual the delivery has not happen.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have ordered personalised anniversary chocolates - 18 pcs which was suppose to delivered on 7th march 2020.
                                      But fnp team has not delivered on time and also not informed on time that it will not be delivered.

                                      They have only booked my items through customer care and said that it will get delivered but today when i called them they are saying that this item will not be delivered.

                                      Everytime this kind of headache and tension these people give, first they promise of delivery and later they say sorry we can't delivery.
                                      Please do something. Everytime i facing these kind of problem.

                                      These people are just cheating on us. These on line thing are totally fraud.

                                        I placed a cake order (Id[protected], which has to be delivered on 2 march 2020 to canada. Its not delivered yet.
                                        I am raising complaints daily but no revert.
                                        Instead of solving and checking at their end they are telling me it’s delivered.
                                        They are cheating customers and i don’t know how many more are getting cheated by this company.
                                        I am calling again and again, putting up mails but i just get a mail that it has been delivered, pathetic services. Instead of solving problem they are putting my calls on hold
