Ferns n petals have refunded my money in form of gift voucher and i was promised that it can be used for any order in ferns n petals. But i trying to order but i unable to use the gift voucher for the same, i tried to contact them, but i got to listen ivr stating that due to lockdown they working with limited resources, so help email us. So i email them on 10th may, 2020 and i got a reply on 11th may that somebody will call me and they closed...

I ordered a cake for my parents on 5th may that was suppose to be delivered on 9th may 2020. I got a confirmation from ferns and petals that its confirmed and will be delivered on time, however ferns and petals did not deliver the cake and they have put the status on hold. I have raised multiple tickets on their website ticket#[protected] which have closed without providing any response. I need a refund asap.

I have placed an orser of bday cake on 11 may'20 morning... By mistakenly i have selected wrong dilevery address and city also. Within 2 hrs i realised my mistake and from that tym continously i am trying fno customr care number they are nit responding, even the ivr asked ti raise issues ti ther help portal... I have raise multiples query for cancellation of order but they are not responding as per them the order will be dilevered on time......

Had ordered for mothers day cake on on 1st of may 2020 for a fixed slot 10th may delivery.
Yesterday i waiting for the time slot and without no initimation or apology or a call my order was put oh hold and later i found that it was not delivered.
They are not operating on phone due to covid 19 but on email where i sent many complaints, all were closed saying we will get back.

I just want to say that this is the most unprofessional company i ever ordered from and request every to not get fooled by this company... Pathetic tracking which is never updated... You don't know if you will receive your order... You do not get what is portrayed and will get a shock when you see what you ordered and what you received... Worst company ever...

I ordered a combo of flowers and cake and a greeting card to be delivered on 5th of may. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, i was told (That too not by mail) that the flowers could not be arranged fue to lockdown. They closed the ticket on their own. I have ordered personalised anniversary chocolates - 18 pcs which was suppose to delivered on 7th march 2020.
But fnp team has not delivered on time and also not informed on time that it will not be delivered.

They have only booked my items through customer care and said that it will get delivered but today when i called them they are saying that this item will not be delivered.

I ordered a personalised sequin cushion for my parent’s anniversary. I placed the order on 12th february and opted for delivery on 19th february. They delivered the product on 17th february but it was not the picture which i gave them. It was someone else’s picture. I filed a complaint on the same date, they told me that they would deliver the right cushion cover on or before 20th february. I did not get the order on 20th and then i again...

Very horrible service, very horrible delivery, beware in ordering anything from here, it’s not just me but a lot of other people are complaining. Had ordered for a cake (Paid it in full) for mother's birthday and the cake was to be delivered on 31 jan 2020 @ bangalore but neither the cake was delivered on 31 jan 2020 nor they have refunded the amount.

Whenever i call their call center, they give lame excuses about the non fulfillment of the order.

My boyfriend ordered alluiring beauty and i've received roses & lilies bouquet.
That's not it, the flowers i received are aweful!

I have ordered (Order no[protected] bouquet on 12th feb for my husband for the occasion of valentine day which was 14th feb 2020. I have requested so many times via phone to the customer care team that flower should be delivered...

My order no 15306051 was supposed to deliver on 14th feb but it wasn’t later when i call to customer care the response was like we can’t do anything and nothing help can be provided. I accepted that ok and asked for refund but customer care is giving some excuse to avoid this request. I written mail to their support team but no response yet. I want my refund in my account soon....

I had ordered a personalized mug (Order id[protected], sub order id - [protected]. The mug was delivered in a polythene bag open with out any cardboard or anything. It was clearly mentioned by me that it is a personalized gift. It is highly embarrassing that a gift is delivered so cheaply. When you charge woofing so much just for a mug you should ensure that it should look branded. Didn't like the way it was delivered....
