Hi, I have ordered cake from fern n petals site well in advance. Scheduled time of delivery is 7th Oct 20 but product still showing shipping status. Service center department does not know when the product will deliver nor the superior.. Each time response is same, will let you know after 48 hours.
"Customer is giving order well in advance. So cake should deliver on birthday. But these guys are making sure that it won't happen".
1. No proper tracking of product
2. No value to your customers
3. Charging money but providing no services

When I asked about refund then their response is " You won't get refund" now as your product not yet deliver.. I have ordered cake. It is more than 48 hours. Just imagine, "What will be condition of cake"

1st: they are not delivering product on time
2nd: no courtesy to updating the tracker
3rd: not even giving any delay report
4th: In each phone call conversation FNP giving new excuses and then the standard reply, "will update after 24 hours"

I really need my money back. FNP are doing fraud business. Charging money but service.

    Seeing these many complaints here, it's better to give complaint in crime branch, there is something criminal here

      I have been raising complaint since thrurdays. It was a bad decision to order a cake from you guys. I have spoke to 6 agents and raised almost 3-4 online query. I have never heard back. The order was not delivered and the status is set to complete. Upon complaining about the same, the agent said it was a mistake and the order will be delivered in an hr. This has been a week and no order has been received yet.
      The agent is making me for an image. I wish I had a super power to generate an imaginary image of something I never received.
      I was promised that my refund will be done in 48 hrs. its been more than 144 hrs and not a single world form you guys. Your agent put me on hold to transfer the call to manager and then disconnects it after 30 minutes of me waiting. Another agent promise a call back in 10 mins and now it has been an hr.

        I reordered a cake from Ferns n Petals for my sister on 26/07/2020 but the cake which was delivered was different from what was shown in the image. So I raised a complaint a day after. Ferns n Petals asked me to return the cake so that they could check it, which was impossible as it was for birthday and we had guests, so it was consumed. So to resolve the issue the FnP team gave me a discount coupon of 20% which is not what I had expected but I did not want to extend the matter so I accepted it.

        Few days back I was trying to use that coupon, It wasn't working. I tried applying it on different products and it didn't work. Disappointed with this, I again wrote a complaint to FnP to replace the code. That is what every customer service team does. But they say that their sales team will call me. I don't understand why the sales team is involved in this and I asked several times about this, but they totally ignore the context of email. They just copy paste the same response every time.

        If they call, and my number is busy, they immediately ask me to provide a suitable time to call. How in the world I can ensure that the time I have given them, nobody will call me on that particular moment. I gave them time too when their sales team had called me once and they didn't call at all, I had to write to them again and same response. If my line is engaged they do not call back.

        I tried reaching them out through social media as well, but no improvement.

        This is harassment. This complaint is not about what I paid and what I lost. But this is towards their unprofessional and unethical attitude.

          One of the items from my order: 16155385 was not delivered on time. After I raised a complaint on this forum, Ferns N Petals arranged for a gift voucher of 649/- as a refund.

          The gift voucher has an expiry of Dec, 2020 & I have been constantly trying to use it on my orders. However, every time I face an error saying that the voucher is not applicable on my order. There is no information available on how I can use this voucher.

          I have been messaging their Facebook page & raising tickets (id:[protected], but to no avail. I always get a standard response with no action in the end. When I called their customer care, I was told that another team will look into this, but there was no luck there either.

          Please look into this. Either an 'actual' refund or the ability to use it 'actually' on an order will work.

            I was clcecking some products on ferns and petals but hadn't placed any order and i got a call from their side after 10.00 pm thay why i hadn't placed order. First thing is why are they calling, its up to me thay i want to order or not and second is why they are calling so late. Never ever use the ferns and petals site as they have such pathetic people.

              On 07/09/20 for my anniversary in bilaspur chhattisgarh i ordered 1 lucky bamboo with flamingo worth899₹+charges=1118₹, rose with fish bowl +chocolate= 3297₹. Total 4415₹
              At 3pm when i received my delivered product had no wrapper on gifts, no covering on chocolate a food item in this corona crisis.
              Secondly the bamboo plant pot was not the same it is a old pot used one. Marks seen. The rose pot was also the same used one and by night on 07/09/20 rose petals and off and stale rotten smell coming as it was stale product sprinkled with water.
              Continuously i rang to fnp, send feedback, mailed many times they couldnt provide solution. One fnp associate told same pot got over we knew it but forgot to update in fnp site. What nonsense is this? It's one week i waited for their replacement but no initiative. Horrible cheating people they are.
              For wasting my money, playing with our emotion and provide unhygenic food they offered me 100₹ gift voucher as if i am begging them. All images provided. Ferns and petals is not a trusted company fully loaded with cheaters cheating customer.
              Please do the needful to change the fake product. Today they cheated me 4415₹ tomorrow they can cheat other common people with more money. I will never refer this company to anyone cheaters and looters.

                I am highly disappointed with my experience with fern n petals. I ordered (Order no - [protected]) a decorative bottle with personalized photo having lights for my wife's birthday. The gift arrived on 30th august and my wife's birthday was on 31st august. After 2 days ie 1st september itself the photo on the bottle started coming out. I called fern n petals on 2nd september and they say that complaints within 48 hours from the delivery are only considered and they can't really do anything regarding this issue.
                It's really disappointing to hear such a thing from a reputed company like fern n petals. They were not interested in hearing any complaint and even not taking it in their system too.
                I told them even i don't want them to return my money but please have a quality check done from vendor's side and if possible replace my order. If nothing can be done, please credit this money to my account so that i can order something else as i have been a very loyal customer of fern n petals over last 6-7 years.

                The gift had lot of sentimental values attached as it was for my wife's birthday but seeing such a response from fern n petals, i am quite surprised.

                  This is regarding a cake order for my wife's birthday, which was placed with ferns n petals on 10th sept 20. This was meant to be delivered on same day. Last cut off time promised from them was 9pm in the evening.
                  It is already over the promised timeline and when i raise query on their website, they keep saying that i will get the delivery within promised time. They do not even get that, the delivery time is already over..!!
                  And over to that, our speacial ocassion is successfully spoiled.!!! The order still shows confirmed status... Thats ridiculous!!
                  I need a strong solution in my case.. I need to raise consumer complaint...!!

                    The company do not allow us to cancel the item. We are unable to cancel and the company should not cancel the item. There is no cancel option in ferns n patels web site. We are waiting like a fool and wait according to ferns n patels time. We choose the time slot of 10-2 pm. Ferns n petals peoples ruined our plans. I called them and told them to cancel but they do not cancel the order. The services are very bad and my request is to change there services norms. We are paying the money and do not get good service.

                      I had placed an order for flowers delivery in Germany. Order # [protected]

                      Few days later the order was cancelled and the reason given to me stated RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE AT THE ADDRESS.
                      Whereas the recipient was available the whole day at the given address and neither received any call from the delivery agent.

                      This is how the firm is cheating the consumer by making fake delivery attempts and by not providing any refunds.

                        I had placed an order to Germany with order ID 18160449.

                        On next day, they informed me that they attempted the delivery but failed because of wrong address.

                        I checked the address on google map and address is correct.

                        I raised the complaint. But, they want address proof of recipient, which is impossible for me to get, obviously.

                        They are fraud, they cannot trust authencity of Google map.

                        They never attempted the delivery.

                        I want my refund as soon as possible.
                        Otherwise, I will make a consumer complaint

                          I had ordered gift to my husband at qatar on 23rd july 2020 the amount i paid was 4698. It had to be delivered on 30th july. But it was delivered only on 5th july. They took extra 2000 rs (100 qar) from my husband for delivery. When i asked the team. They said pay the amount and we will refund you. The order was also not proper. Out of 3 items to be delivered only 2 of it got delivered. For the 3rd item they refunded 650 back. Now i am asking about the delivery charges. They are saying its ur head ache. I paid total of 6698 for a small custion and photo frame. What a fraud they are and false promise. I made more than 30 complaints for this product alone.

                            I order for a cake on 9 aug 2020 around 5pm and delivery time was before 9 pm. First fnp confirmed the order but after some time they replied to me that deliver is not possible by some reason so we can process refund if you want. They processed for refund on next day (10 aug 2020) and told me amount will be credited to your account within 5 -7 working days. But now more than 15 days gone and i didn't received any amount. I also contact to the bank they told me no refund initiated with the given transaction id. My order number is 17838569. Transaction amount is 968.
                            Kindly help me get the refund!

                              I had ordered a birthday cake by paying extra for same day delivery. However the birthday went by and still there is no sign of cake. Customer service is useless as they are unable to reach their own delivery partner it seems. I asked them to refund and they are still trying to reach the deliver partner. Order id 18034770

                                  We had a very unfortunate incident that the orders were ordered on the 8th of Aug'2020 for the delivery to be made on the 18th of Aug'20.

                                  The delivery was not made on the 18th Aug'20 and after calling the customer care for almost 5 times we come to know that the orders have been kept on hold.

                                  The service industry does not mean this way and servicing of the orders on time is important. I have lost the precious occasion for the delivery and want to file a legal complain for the compensation from ferns and Petals.

                                  Kindly help me guide on the process and the way forward. I feel cheated and betrayed.

                                  I would like to file a legal complain against the company for not informing on time and taking away the precious moment and the happiness from me. Would like to be compensated for the same.

                                    Hello sir/mam,

                                    I have a pathetic experience with ferns and petals.. Yesterday (15th aug 2020) i ordered the cake and candles worth price 983 from them … but the only thing that i received is broken cake. While trying to connect them no body has responding the calls.

                                    I tried to raise the issue about the same to customer care and after several times of calls.. On agent has picked up the call and put me hold for 20 min then disconnected the call. Till then i haven't received any kind of response from their side.

                                    I guess they don't care about the consumer's problem and don't care about the sentiments of consumer. Even they are not afraid of anyone.

                                    I need my refund and some action must be taken to them so that they can value their customers and not wasting their money.

                                    Please do the needful here.

                                        I had made a payment for an order on 26th july 2020. The payment got debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I raised request at my bank and the merchant but neither got resolved. On enquiring my bank they have confirmed me that merchant has received the payment and have also provided transaction number.
                                        I have made repeated requests for refund of my money to ferns and petals but they have denied.
                                        Also they are not even responding to my mails as i have confirmatory details regarding successfull payment.
                                        Please help me get my refund.
