This is regarding a cake order for my wife's birthday, which was placed with ferns n petals on 10th sept 20. This was meant to be delivered on same day. Last cut off time promised from them was 9pm in the evening.
It is already over the promised timeline and when i raise query on their website, they keep saying that i will get the delivery within promised time. They do not even get that, the delivery time is already over..!!
And over to that, our speacial ocassion is successfully spoiled.!!! The order still shows confirmed status... Thats ridiculous!!
I need a strong solution in my case.. I need to raise consumer complaint...!!

    The company do not allow us to cancel the item. We are unable to cancel and the company should not cancel the item. There is no cancel option in ferns n patels web site. We are waiting like a fool and wait according to ferns n patels time. We choose the time slot of 10-2 pm. Ferns n petals peoples ruined our plans. I called them and told them to cancel but they do not cancel the order. The services are very bad and my request is to change there services norms. We are paying the money and do not get good service.

      I had placed an order for flowers delivery in Germany. Order # [protected]

      Few days later the order was cancelled and the reason given to me stated RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE AT THE ADDRESS.
      Whereas the recipient was available the whole day at the given address and neither received any call from the delivery agent.

      This is how the firm is cheating the consumer by making fake delivery attempts and by not providing any refunds.

      Disappointed & CHEATED

        I had placed an order to Germany with order ID 18160449.

        On next day, they informed me that they attempted the delivery but failed because of wrong address.

        I checked the address on google map and address is correct.

        I raised the complaint. But, they want address proof of recipient, which is impossible for me to get, obviously.

        They are fraud, they cannot trust authencity of Google map.

        They never attempted the delivery.

        I want my refund as soon as possible.
        Otherwise, I will make a consumer complaint

          I had ordered gift to my husband at qatar on 23rd july 2020 the amount i paid was 4698. It had to be delivered on 30th july. But it was delivered only on 5th july. They took extra 2000 rs (100 qar) from my husband for delivery. When i asked the team. They said pay the amount and we will refund you. The order was also not proper. Out of 3 items to be delivered only 2 of it got delivered. For the 3rd item they refunded 650 back. Now i am asking about the delivery charges. They are saying its ur head ache. I paid total of 6698 for a small custion and photo frame. What a fraud they are and false promise. I made more than 30 complaints for this product alone.

            I order for a cake on 9 aug 2020 around 5pm and delivery time was before 9 pm. First fnp confirmed the order but after some time they replied to me that deliver is not possible by some reason so we can process refund if you want. They processed for refund on next day (10 aug 2020) and told me amount will be credited to your account within 5 -7 working days. But now more than 15 days gone and i didn't received any amount. I also contact to the bank they told me no refund initiated with the given transaction id. My order number is 17838569. Transaction amount is 968.
            Kindly help me get the refund!

              I had ordered a birthday cake by paying extra for same day delivery. However the birthday went by and still there is no sign of cake. Customer service is useless as they are unable to reach their own delivery partner it seems. I asked them to refund and they are still trying to reach the deliver partner. Order id 18034770

                  We had a very unfortunate incident that the orders were ordered on the 8th of Aug'2020 for the delivery to be made on the 18th of Aug'20.

                  The delivery was not made on the 18th Aug'20 and after calling the customer care for almost 5 times we come to know that the orders have been kept on hold.

                  The service industry does not mean this way and servicing of the orders on time is important. I have lost the precious occasion for the delivery and want to file a legal complain for the compensation from ferns and Petals.

                  Kindly help me guide on the process and the way forward. I feel cheated and betrayed.

                  I would like to file a legal complain against the company for not informing on time and taking away the precious moment and the happiness from me. Would like to be compensated for the same.

                  Hi Team, I have not received any product or compensation. Think that FNP has done some fraud and is now trying to cheat on us. Kindly help us government to protect the poor and unaware people. I want the case to be reopened please Thanks Chetan.

                    Hello sir/mam,

                    I have a pathetic experience with ferns and petals.. Yesterday (15th aug 2020) i ordered the cake and candles worth price 983 from them … but the only thing that i received is broken cake. While trying to connect them no body has responding the calls.

                    I tried to raise the issue about the same to customer care and after several times of calls.. On agent has picked up the call and put me hold for 20 min then disconnected the call. Till then i haven't received any kind of response from their side.

                    I guess they don't care about the consumer's problem and don't care about the sentiments of consumer. Even they are not afraid of anyone.

                    I need my refund and some action must be taken to them so that they can value their customers and not wasting their money.

                    Please do the needful here.

                        Address: Ferns and petals

                        I had made a payment for an order on 26th july 2020. The payment got debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I raised request at my bank and the merchant but neither got resolved. On enquiring my bank they have confirmed me that merchant has received the payment and have also provided transaction number.
                        I have made repeated requests for refund of my money to ferns and petals but they have denied.
                        Also they are not even responding to my mails as i have confirmatory details regarding successfull payment.
                        Please help me get my refund.

                          Hi team,

                          I have called multiple times and reported the issue. My amount rs 476 rs got transferred to fnp and order not placed successfully. But when i try to reach the ferns and petals customer care they are telling amount was not credited. Asking me to pay the amount again to place the order again.

                          This is the refrence number paid through airtel payment[protected]

                          But i have the successful transaction i'd paid to fnp from airtel payment bank.

                          You have made a payment to fnp you have made a payment of rs.476.00 at from mobile no *.. Tnx id [protected].

                          It seems wiered and fraduelent from fnp they are not confirming my payment and dint returning my amount too. (My order id - [protected]) and dint transferring my amount too. Still they are saying, like my amount was not credited to their account.

                            Terrible first experience with ferns and petals. They were great when i was placing the order to send rakhi to my brother in the us.. They even gave me a discount! But till date the package hasn't reached my brother. When i enquired i was told the delivery was made but to whom.. Nobody knows. It's standard practice to take the name, signature and contact number of the person who takes delivery. Instead, they are asking me to check with the 'mailroom/porch/apartment manager/security room/neighbour/front office'. I have written to them several times to either make the delivery or give me a refund. Their call centre is the worst.. Nobody picks up the phone.

                              The international deliveries of rakhi done much after rakhi date even if the order was submitted much before the due date and it was promised to be delivered 1 week before rakhi. I followed up regularly. The delivery was done afterrakhi was over. I have sent so many emails to get refund but nobody answered. Calls to helpdesk also did not help. The agent just promised action without any follow up later.
                              I request full refund of both the orders.

                                I placed a Rakhi order to Canada. It was supposed to be delivered on 31st July. Rakhi was on 3rd of August. My order or any delivery was not attempted till then. My order is not delivered till date. I am continously chasing the customer support from 7 days however no support I got. I now get an update that the address is wrong when I told them to issue refund. My brother is living there from the past 15 years and he gets all the packages on that address. They are giving me false excuses. My product is not delivered so they should issue me a refund which they are not. Amount is rs 1500

Because of some technical issues from your end, the order was canceled by you and the refund was initiated, i got a message that i will get back my money on or before 03.08.20. But till today i didn't receive any.

                                      This is regarding order no 17668570 which was family rakhi set with cadbury celebration box of rs 949. It has to be delivered to kurukshetra on the same day ie 2nd aug

                                      First of all rakhis which are shown in this were not delivered. They were replaced with some other rakhis which is not acceptable at all.
                                      Secondly, there is no mention of ferns and petals anywhere on the order for which we are paying such a huge price because of your brand name.
                                      Some kurukshetra florist was written on the card which again is a big disappointment.
                                      It was an occasion of rakhi and due to your negligence, it has been spoiled.

                                      From now onwards, i will not recommend ferns and petals to anybody and also will not go myself

                                        I recently placed an order from the fnp.com website on 1st aug 2020. It was an international order. I mistakenly put the wrong address while placing the order, later on, i called the fnp customer care and asked to change the delivery address, that time the order was only in confirmed status. I also asked if this cannot be changed then cancel this order, i'll place a new order with the updated address, but the fnp team didn't listen to me and asked to wait for 24 hours. I waited, after 24 hours, i was still seeing an old address and again called customer service, they told to wait for 24-48 hours. I said okay. I again waited for some more time, but now the order got shipped to the old address. The date was 3rd aug 2020. I called again and asked to change the address as it is shipped now, but now they told me the order is shipped and they cannot change the address. So i asked to refund my money and cancel this order, they told we'll not give you a refund. I want my money back since the order is not going to deliver to the correct person and that will ultimately come back to fnp.
