I recently placed an order from the fnp.com website on 1st aug 2020. It was an international order. I mistakenly put the wrong address while placing the order, later on, i called the fnp customer care and asked to change the delivery address, that time the order was only in confirmed status. I also asked if this cannot be changed then cancel this order, i'll place a new order with the updated address, but the fnp team didn't listen to me and asked to wait for 24 hours. I waited, after 24 hours, i was still seeing an old address and again called customer service, they told to wait for 24-48 hours. I said okay. I again waited for some more time, but now the order got shipped to the old address. The date was 3rd aug 2020. I called again and asked to change the address as it is shipped now, but now they told me the order is shipped and they cannot change the address. So i asked to refund my money and cancel this order, they told we'll not give you a refund. I want my money back since the order is not going to deliver to the correct person and that will ultimately come back to fnp.
