Ordered one cake for someone's birthday, ordered delivered 15th october, after cutting the cake we found exact truth of fnp services, they charged rs.2300 for a single 2kg cake and then wonderfully scammed us. They sent a rotten stale cake, cake was so hard to cut. Clearly realised that pantry sent us 6-7 days old cake. After ordering so expensive cake received this kind of service. Customer service even more pathetic, they took 72 hours to understand what exact issue, then started giving excuses like they would not be able to entertain my request as 48 hours already passed, the cake was already rotten and they waste 4 days more. Now they are lying continuously that they mailed me on 16th october where i didn't receive single mail from them. Immediately take action against them and request other also not to order cakes for important events like birthday or something. They clearly cheated us and now lying. Dont trust or rely on them. Shame on you fnp

    I am writing this to you when i had loosen all my hopes and that probably last order from your company.
    My name is manu abhishek and i ordered a product for my sister's birthday on 19.10.2019 which was giving an optional date to be delivered by 20.10.2019 but since i had a good experience with your delivery and decency i made it for the specific date of her birthday that was 21.10.2019 and here what i did blunder trusting you.
    Later the product was in the desired hub that is ghaziabad from 20.10.2019 itself as confirmed by customer care but they failed to deliver that on the date.
    I called customer care and literally requested them to get it delivered as its a sister's birthday and that will be of no use to me if that is getting delivered later.
    In morning they can't commit but they will try. This was a shock for me as ferns n petals never delay (So far i know) and they keep on repeating that it may be delayed and taking a cover of the policy. I respectfully said i'm that fine with your policy but please try to get this delivered to date which was committed while placing the order but that doesn't help.
    I kept my patience whole day and again called in evening around 7 and got same answer. As i was not satisfied i asked for a supervisor thinking that they may help in other way so at least i can give my sister any gift and the birthday won't be spoiled from my side at least and here once again i trusted and that was thrashed
    I would like to take the name mr. Sahil who is working as floor supervisor attended me and gave the same response.
    What you can expect when you ask for escalation? Minimum same answer in a different way or at least a person who can handle you well and help you to calm down?
    But things were opposite to me while talking to this gentleman. He was so casual, no empathy as well as commutation skills were pathetic as he switch to hindi by his own.
    In the meantime he was explaining saying me "dekho" and i agree and apologize that by seeing this unprofessionalism of his i lost my patience and was literally started shouting. Then i asked for manager as i was hell lot of pissed by this approach and surprisingly he said that he is the final authority available without any asst. Manager or manager.
    Like seriously if this is the way you people are handling customer service then trust you will be in deep trouble and you all are wasting all the efforts of mr. Vikaas gutgutia which he is putting for this company since 1994.
    I never seen this kind of customer service ever and leave the order this will be a reason that i will never come back to you again.
    May be you also will be least bothered about a customer leaving you like me but for me values are important which can't be compensated.
    Most humbly i am requesting that please go through the call recording of mine in the evening.

    Its really disheartening that i have to reach you for this but that is required now as such approach of supervisor can't be tolerated and that will lend in destruction of any organization.

    I would request you please see this as this is critical.

      I have placed an order from fnp on the 11th of october, 2019. The oder id is :12836963. The order was to go via courier and was promised to be delivered on the 14th.

      As i have ordered from fnp before also, i knew that the deliveries from couriers can get delayed by a few days.

      I raised an enquiry on the 14th, ref:[protected]
      Then again on the 15th, ref:[protected]
      Then on 16th, ref:[protected]
      Then on 17th, ref :[protected]
      Then on 18th & 19th as well.

      Throughout all these days, i have called each day seeking help from the "customer care executive", who without fail, don't live up to their designation. There was not a single executive that provided a solution, everyone had their script ready and just read from that.

      I had also sent an email to [protected]@fnp, but that was also of no use. It has been 2 days since the email, there has been no response from their team.

      This has been an absolutely shocking experience for me, because it shows that my once favorite delivery site, is not caring about it's customers anymore.

        Hi,
        Due to some personal reasons i needed to close my ferns and petals account, i have raised so many concerns with the respective team also, they have not listened to my request and because of that my engagement got broken, and i am facing so many issues, i raised this request to disable my account a month ago. I want either compensation or strict action against the team.

          This kind of rude and scam this people are doing by taking the order and not delivering it. The people they are hiring for the delivery for international orders are useless. They purposely don't intimate us nor call us and take the perishable things to themselves. This is the scam running by their team for cheap cuts. I have ordered the cake from their company which was never delivered to my husband to singapore. These people are spoiling everyone's special days. Bloody # people with # thoughts.

            They are pathetic company with pathetic service for international delivery. They are liars. They pretend to call the person to whom they have to deliver and don’t send the delivery. Their delivery guy will never respond and they don’t mention while placing the order that they will not contact the person before leaving and addition to this their clause is once contacted and not responded means they will cancel the order even if you reply within 5mins.

              I ordered an item for my sister in silchar and the delivery date was 25th sep for her birthday (Which was on 22nd sep). And requested for expedite the process as she will be gone on 26th sep night.
              The item did not reach her yet and its 27th sep already. The status i get is the deliver personnel needs a landmark of a small town. My sister informed them a landmark (Assam university, which i suppose anyone in silchar will know) on 24th sep but still it is not delivered.
              If landmark is so important then why is it not mandatory field in address section of ferns and petals. Why is it optional?

              I informed fern and petals customer care that she will not be available so get it delivered on time. They said it depends on courier service and closed the incident/ticket i raised as they are holding the item in their location and not delivered (As per status). Neither did they try to contact my sister on 25ht or 26th for delivery. No solution of their delivery process and nothing on full refund as well.
              And in fern and petals they mention on on-time delivery.

              As its a plant i ordered and no one is their to collect, they neither refunded me the amount and nor the item has been delivered. Just kept it with them.

              I am so disappointed with the customer service of ferns and petals as they do not give any solution, just that we cannot do anything. Is this the service they should provide to customers?
              After complaining them multiple times since 24th sep, they stopped responding and acting on the complaint i raised.

                I have ordered an Aloe Vera plant as a gift to one of my friends. Post 2 days, I saw that there was an insect in the plant which had eaten up its roots from inside. Now the insect was in the outer environment and can be seen eating the leaves as well. Within 2 .5days the plant is dead. No roots in the plant.
                After raising multiple calls, they fail to address the concern stating the policy is for 48 hours only.
                They have no value for their customer and just totally spoiled the gift that was shared.

                  On 2nd sep 2019 we ordered a wedding anniversary cake to my parents try www.FNP.com with a very specific timing to deliver on 3rd sep 2019 before 12noon since the family members will be traveling outstation around 3pm. Even before placing the order, thru call center verified the possibilities and placed the order. Since no such schedule available at online order process we selected 7am-9pm and marked a special not to deliver before 12noon.

                  On 3rd sep 2019. I contacted the call center around 2pm, 4pm & 7pm but call center said, sure will deliver before the schedule (9pm) and i was asked to track the situation but call center team said its not possible even after that i requested to connect supervisor he said will contact the delivery partner to do the needful.

                  But the whole day was spoiled even after 3 reminder calls & mail to call center. Finally the delivery team contacted late night around 9.15pm (After the schedule) for the delivery and mentioned in 1 hour will deliver which we denied.

                  After such next day (4th sep 2019) customer service contacting me saying apologize and saying can we deliver today (4th sep 2019)??? Is it sensible??? I requested to process the refund but advised me to raise request which i made online and reminder has been sent 4 times but no action so far.

                  Such kind of care less e-commerce organizations must be actioned by the authorities.

                    Delivered foul cake to the recipient. Took back the cake without re-delivery or refund. Now they are blatant lying that they did try to redeliver birthday cake that too next day. Also, their customer care uses rough and rude language, disconnects the call randomly and keep denying refund on the cake.
                    Simply cheating customers of money. Money gone & no cake.
                    Please avoid these fraudsters and go for local service providers.

                      Hello team,

                      I had ordered a cake on 11th september and was sent a sub standard cake. When logged a complaint the cake was to be picked up and money should have been credited.

                      After numerous phone calls, chats and e-mails no one came to pick up the cake but they promised for the amount of ₹549 to be credited.

                      Today 10days later still the amount has not been credited and when i sent an e-mail a vague response was sent saying that the tat will be longer. I called the customer care and still no update.

                      Please help me end this mental harassment and also get my money back.

                      Still no update on the amount refund TAT from Ferns & Petals. It has been close to 15days and they are not providing any proper response as to by when the money will be refunded.

                        I have ordered cake many times feom ferns n petals but sometimes they write anything wrong on cake, sometimes it they are doing fraud regarding coupans.
                        But this time i am super angry because a big fraud happened with me from your company i have order choco chrunchy cake which contains dry fruits n all many thing but i got a fake bad quality cake than expected. So i am going to file a report in police station or whereever i can.its worst thing i have ever seen regarding cake delivery.

                          Dear sir,

                          I had ordered a cake to be delivered for my partners birthday. I made the order 2 weeks in advance. I even called 2 days prior to make sure it got delivered. But it never did. They made excuses saying no one was home and they tried to call but my partner never got an calls and waited the whole day for the delivery. I asked it to be delivered the next day then but they said they can’t. I asked for a refund but they said company policy does not give refunds. Now my partner has to collect the cake from a place 20 kms away!
                          Can you please look into this matter?

                            I requested a rakhi order to be delivered in germany on the said date. I received an email back that it was delivered and i called my family to confirm but they informed me that nobody showed up as they were home all day, as unfortunately we had a death in the family a few days ago and everybody was home. I contacted the company the same day that the order was never delivered and they were persistent that it was delivered and asked me to check the post office. My brother went to the office and called me from there to inform me that the package was returned back to the vendor. Since then i have contacted the company a few times, written to them called them but they are just ridiculous. They have only one answer, we made an attempt you nobody opened the door so we cannot refund you the money. But what part they fail to understand that you got your merchandise back and i want my money back as i never got the product. They refused to refund me.in what part of the world is there a policy where your merchandise is returned back to the vendor and you still have to pay for it. This company is fraud, thieves. They can claim whatever they are but they surely don't know how to do ethical business. You don't take somebody's money without delivering a product or when you are in possession of the merchandise that was returned back to you. So that's how you have made all this money in all these years by ripping people off. I am sure there accounting books are all fudged, they need to be audited for such unethical practices. Why do we entertain such companies and why do we allow such companies to conduct business. They should be put out of business. Well what goes around turns around. The most ridiculous company. I had a couple of friends and family members who had used them, i told them to stay from them completely. Sorry to say i have wasted so much time and money on this company for what??? Another rotten indian website and company. You all need to be ashamed of yourself.

                              On 30th august 2019 i ordered a bunch of flowers for one of my friend residing in bangalore, it was promised to be delivered on 31st august 2019. On 31st morning i received a call from the ferns n petals customer service that there is an issue with the address can you please reconfirm it, i did it twice letter by letter. Even after that their delivery guy called the recipient for the address, she confirmed it. Later in the evening i received a message from the company that the flowers has been delivered and handed over the to concerned person, but it was never received by the recipient. They delivered it to someone else only, and now are claiming that it was handed over to the concern person only. Please look into the matter.

                                When i complain through ferns & petals apps, every they registered our complaint, after some massages is coming, your complaint ticket is closed without problem they are closing ticket.
                                Number of time i ask please tracking no courier, but no body response.

                                  I am a returning customer to ferns and petals (Fnp), this time placed an order for delivery of flowers for birthday. This time again fnp customer support calls me on the day of delivery and tells me that the order cannot be fulfilled for those flowers which i wanted. Instead they can substitute it with something else. First of all, i went to their website, spend so much of time in selecting a products. Then checked the availability and time of delivery at the destination pincode. Once all was good only then i placed the order and paid the whole amount. Now when it is the day of delivery, they revert back saying that they can substitute with some other flowers. This is their always routine and has happened with me in past as well. I shouldn't have choosen fnp this time, but to give another try i did it. I know it is my mistake. Ferns and petals have listed all kinds of products on their website which they cannot fulfil with the right quality. Very pathetic experience with fnp. I would not recommend fnp.

                                    My sister sent me a rakhi and birthday gift (Order #[protected], worth ₹3849 to me in madrid, spain, which was due to be delivered on 20th august but has still has not reached.

                                    The delivery was due to be received on 20th august, which it did not. She kept chasing and was told that the delivery will be made on 23rd august, 3 days after the delivery due date. After chasing again on 23rd and today 24th august, she has been told that the delivery will not be made (Neither the amount refunded) because apparently the address is incorrect. She also sent a copy of my national identification card as a proof of address and was told that the addresses do not match, which is not correct becasue i live here and know the address is valid!


                                    The address on my national identity card (Most important document for my entry in spain) is the same as she has provided.in fact, i get all my deliveries here without issues except this one, which is being claimed to be incorrect!

                                    If the delivery driver could not find my address, they should have at least tried my phone number was also provided!

                                    I am extremely disappointed to see that fnp is not being very helpful to her!

                                      My order number is 11876520, It was mentioned to deliver One Designer Rakhi, Complimentary Roli and Chawal, Packed in a Hexagonal Rakhi Box- 5 x 3 inches, 4 Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolates- 13.2 gms each, almonds- 100 gms, Cashewnuts- 100 gms, Raisins- 100 gms.
                                      As per the order[protected] what I have received I have not got below things as per your commitments.
                                      1. almonds- 100 gms (only 7 piece Almond)
                                      2. There is no Packing done for Rakhi as shown in the image.
                                      3. Both Cashewnuts and Raisins are simply dumped in one netted piece.
                                      The item was delivered to my relative ON 14th Aug in Bilaspur.

                                      I have raised many complaint by calling to customer care also and for the same. I have attached image of bad quality delivery in Ticket number #[protected]. One more complaint i have done with ticket number[protected]. Ragunath got a call from your end in which they just asked that have you got Almond and he told yes but is 7 piece Almond is 100GM and as per image it should be seperate in 3 packet but in my delivered item its just in one packet and Rakhi is simply a normal rakhi without any properly packaging shown in image. Today also when i called customer care he told that as the seller thought its proper in this packaging so he delivered. Is this the proper answer then why are showing attractive image and sending worst product.

                                      For this type of quality product whether we are paid 1000rs to you. Is this the quality maintained by you.
                                      Let me know your resolution ASAP for the same. I have attached the image of product what they have mentioned and what i got from them.

                                        Placed an order for a plant delivery on the 16th of august. The product ad on the website mentioned that delivery would happen latest by 19th august. Until the 19th there was no communication regarding the delivery. When i reached out to fnp customer care they mentioned that it would be delivered by an external delivery provider so would take more time. They shared the awb of the courier company. Based on the info on that the item was picked up only on the 19th. On the fnp tracking page, it showed my order as confirmed only on the 19th, 3 days after i had placed the order.
                                        My order was finally delivered on the 21st, 2 days after the committed delivery time.
                                        The product was also broken, for which fnp took no responsibility, and blamed the courier company.
                                        Basically, fnp will absolve itself from all issues, blame everyone from the courier company, to climate change, and never accept any mistakes.
                                        Ferns N Petals customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
