Hello team,

I had ordered a cake on 11th september and was sent a sub standard cake. When logged a complaint the cake was to be picked up and money should have been credited.

After numerous phone calls, chats and e-mails no one came to pick up the cake but they promised for the amount of ₹549 to be credited.

Today 10days later still the amount has not been credited and when i sent an e-mail a vague response was sent saying that the tat will be longer. I called the customer care and still no update.

Please help me end this mental harassment and also get my money back.

Still no update on the amount refund TAT from Ferns & Petals. It has been close to 15days and they are not providing any proper response as to by when the money will be refunded.

    I have ordered cake many times feom ferns n petals but sometimes they write anything wrong on cake, sometimes it they are doing fraud regarding coupans.
    But this time i am super angry because a big fraud happened with me from your company i have order choco chrunchy cake which contains dry fruits n all many thing but i got a fake bad quality cake than expected. So i am going to file a report in police station or whereever i can.its worst thing i have ever seen regarding cake delivery.

      Dear sir,

      I had ordered a cake to be delivered for my partners birthday. I made the order 2 weeks in advance. I even called 2 days prior to make sure it got delivered. But it never did. They made excuses saying no one was home and they tried to call but my partner never got an calls and waited the whole day for the delivery. I asked it to be delivered the next day then but they said they can’t. I asked for a refund but they said company policy does not give refunds. Now my partner has to collect the cake from a place 20 kms away!
      Can you please look into this matter?

        I requested a rakhi order to be delivered in germany on the said date. I received an email back that it was delivered and i called my family to confirm but they informed me that nobody showed up as they were home all day, as unfortunately we had a death in the family a few days ago and everybody was home. I contacted the company the same day that the order was never delivered and they were persistent that it was delivered and asked me to check the post office. My brother went to the office and called me from there to inform me that the package was returned back to the vendor. Since then i have contacted the company a few times, written to them called them but they are just ridiculous. They have only one answer, we made an attempt you nobody opened the door so we cannot refund you the money. But what part they fail to understand that you got your merchandise back and i want my money back as i never got the product. They refused to refund me.in what part of the world is there a policy where your merchandise is returned back to the vendor and you still have to pay for it. This company is fraud, thieves. They can claim whatever they are but they surely don't know how to do ethical business. You don't take somebody's money without delivering a product or when you are in possession of the merchandise that was returned back to you. So that's how you have made all this money in all these years by ripping people off. I am sure there accounting books are all fudged, they need to be audited for such unethical practices. Why do we entertain such companies and why do we allow such companies to conduct business. They should be put out of business. Well what goes around turns around. The most ridiculous company. I had a couple of friends and family members who had used them, i told them to stay from them completely. Sorry to say i have wasted so much time and money on this company for what??? Another rotten indian website and company. You all need to be ashamed of yourself.

          On 30th august 2019 i ordered a bunch of flowers for one of my friend residing in bangalore, it was promised to be delivered on 31st august 2019. On 31st morning i received a call from the ferns n petals customer service that there is an issue with the address can you please reconfirm it, i did it twice letter by letter. Even after that their delivery guy called the recipient for the address, she confirmed it. Later in the evening i received a message from the company that the flowers has been delivered and handed over the to concerned person, but it was never received by the recipient. They delivered it to someone else only, and now are claiming that it was handed over to the concern person only. Please look into the matter.

            I have booked my order through ferns & petals on 16th aug’19.
            My order i’d : 11965914
            Sub order i’d: [protected]
            But as today we didn’t get our items.

            When i complain through ferns & petals apps, every they registered our complaint, after some massages is coming, your complaint ticket is closed without problem they are closing ticket.
            Number of time i ask please tracking no courier, but no body response.

            Please have a look our asap.

              I am a returning customer to ferns and petals (Fnp), this time placed an order for delivery of flowers for birthday. This time again fnp customer support calls me on the day of delivery and tells me that the order cannot be fulfilled for those flowers which i wanted. Instead they can substitute it with something else. First of all, i went to their website, spend so much of time in selecting a products. Then checked the availability and time of delivery at the destination pincode. Once all was good only then i placed the order and paid the whole amount. Now when it is the day of delivery, they revert back saying that they can substitute with some other flowers. This is their always routine and has happened with me in past as well. I shouldn't have choosen fnp this time, but to give another try i did it. I know it is my mistake. Ferns and petals have listed all kinds of products on their website which they cannot fulfil with the right quality. Very pathetic experience with fnp. I would not recommend fnp.

              FnP refunded the complete amount that I paid to them for the order. And also since the flowers that I ordered was not available, they sent a complimentary set of 8 Roses instead.

                My sister sent me a rakhi and birthday gift (Order #[protected], worth ₹3849 to me in madrid, spain, which was due to be delivered on 20th august but has still has not reached.

                The delivery was due to be received on 20th august, which it did not. She kept chasing and was told that the delivery will be made on 23rd august, 3 days after the delivery due date. After chasing again on 23rd and today 24th august, she has been told that the delivery will not be made (Neither the amount refunded) because apparently the address is incorrect. She also sent a copy of my national identification card as a proof of address and was told that the addresses do not match, which is not correct becasue i live here and know the address is valid!


                The address on my national identity card (Most important document for my entry in spain) is the same as she has provided.in fact, i get all my deliveries here without issues except this one, which is being claimed to be incorrect!

                If the delivery driver could not find my address, they should have at least tried my phone number was also provided!

                I am extremely disappointed to see that fnp is not being very helpful to her!

                  My order number is 11876520, It was mentioned to deliver One Designer Rakhi, Complimentary Roli and Chawal, Packed in a Hexagonal Rakhi Box- 5 x 3 inches, 4 Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolates- 13.2 gms each, almonds- 100 gms, Cashewnuts- 100 gms, Raisins- 100 gms.
                  As per the order[protected] what I have received I have not got below things as per your commitments.
                  1. almonds- 100 gms (only 7 piece Almond)
                  2. There is no Packing done for Rakhi as shown in the image.
                  3. Both Cashewnuts and Raisins are simply dumped in one netted piece.
                  The item was delivered to my relative ON 14th Aug in Bilaspur.

                  I have raised many complaint by calling to customer care also and for the same. I have attached image of bad quality delivery in Ticket number #[protected]. One more complaint i have done with ticket number[protected]. Ragunath got a call from your end in which they just asked that have you got Almond and he told yes but is 7 piece Almond is 100GM and as per image it should be seperate in 3 packet but in my delivered item its just in one packet and Rakhi is simply a normal rakhi without any properly packaging shown in image. Today also when i called customer care he told that as the seller thought its proper in this packaging so he delivered. Is this the proper answer then why are showing attractive image and sending worst product.

                  For this type of quality product whether we are paid 1000rs to you. Is this the quality maintained by you.
                  Let me know your resolution ASAP for the same. I have attached the image of product what they have mentioned and what i got from them.

                    Placed an order for a plant delivery on the 16th of august. The product ad on the website mentioned that delivery would happen latest by 19th august. Until the 19th there was no communication regarding the delivery. When i reached out to fnp customer care they mentioned that it would be delivered by an external delivery provider so would take more time. They shared the awb of the courier company. Based on the info on that the item was picked up only on the 19th. On the fnp tracking page, it showed my order as confirmed only on the 19th, 3 days after i had placed the order.
                    My order was finally delivered on the 21st, 2 days after the committed delivery time.
                    The product was also broken, for which fnp took no responsibility, and blamed the courier company.
                    Basically, fnp will absolve itself from all issues, blame everyone from the courier company, to climate change, and never accept any mistakes.

                      I ordered a plant costing 1740 for delivery in germany and paid 600rs extra for next day delivery. When i queried them, they said they can't say anything about the status until 24-48 hours of delivery and immediately after that, they changed the status to delivered. I was on call with the recipient and he checked the entire house but nothing had been delivered. Next day i raised another ticket, which they closed saying it had already been delivered. It's a fraud company stealing money from everyone.

                      I have ordered a rakhi from fnp which was of Rs.1200. They delivered a different Rakhi which was totally different from what I ordered and was of very low quality. When requested to refund the money back as they delivered wrong product and of very low quality. They refused to refund the money.

                      The time for the delivery of the gift was from 8:00am to 3pm!!! Now it’s 7:30pm still the product has not been delivered!! Very disappointing and not expected from such a renowned brand!! Even now the customer care are not picking up the call! Kindly look into the matter! Order ID is 11952403

                        This is regarding order id (#[protected] i have ordered rakhi for my brother international delivery... They dint delivery the order and saying it was attempted but i don't have any proof of it. Now they're saying that we won't do reattempt and refund the amount. Indirectly they are looting people saying they do international services. So i want them to resolve my issue by returning my money back.

                          Fraud website to trap people and loot money and time.

                          My order id is 11645165. I have booked raki to usa on 8th august 2019 through ferns n petals ltd and received false notification that product was delivered even through product
                          Didn't reach the recipient, i dont know how many people they are deceiving daily. Please dont fall inti their trap. Because of this
                          Trap i lost money (1000), time.
                          Daily i need to call them and they open a ticket and close the ticket without resolution.
                          If we call they ask us about order and then they make us to wait until we dissconect.

                            Frens n petals is cheating to public by charging amount and delivering product of quality and on appropriate time.
                            People generally use services of this company for good wishes of sentimental moments. Company misuses sentiments of public and charge higher amount. Public pay even high amount expecting delivery on time.
                            After schedule date, on calling to customer care, terms and conditions are referred stating that date of delivery is expected date and delivery date may change.

                            Please do not use service of this company. There are many more companies in market offering better service.

                            Despite various telephone calls to customer care no resolution provided.
                            Payment for cake was made as the amount got deducted from bank account but still the website is asking for payment to be made. It is the first time that something like this has happened. Need to resolve this by tomorrow as cake delivery is for day after tomorrow.

                              I ordered rakhi for my brother w ho is staying in usa ordered date on 31st july 2019 through ferns and petals. My order number is[protected] they charged me rs 1699 for the same and till date the product has not been delivered. I have tried to contact the customer care and every time they give silly excuses. That means they charge you, keep your money and don't deliver the things... Pathetic service of fnp, not delivered product and no calls, no msgs, no emails from them.
                              I dropped emails more than 10 times, but only reply that we will forward your concern to appropriate team. Thats it.

                              I never recommended fnp to anyone and i want my refund immediately otherwise i will complain to delhi police.. I am not just saying i will definitely do it if ferns n petals will not refund my money.. If i will go to track my order it is showing delivered but it is not delivered actually.. Why this type of game u people are playing with the customer.. Stop making fool to customers...

                                I have placed an order of rakhi combo in 12th august, 2019 for raksha bandhan t9 my brother in uae. They promised to deliver it on 15th august 2019 from 9a. M. To 12 noon then 9 to 9 hrs.
                                Even after so many calls n email
                                Product is not reached yet by 18th august, 2019
                                I have put a claim og refund along with compensation for hurting our emotions.

                                  The order was accepted by ferns n petals and the amount was paid fully.
                                  After that, there is no update on order status from ferns n petals and the delivery date was overdue without a delivery.
                                  On reaching to ferns n petals customer care, they nicely said, there is no stock with their vendor.
                                  My questions are,
                                  1. Why they accepted an order when they don't have stock
                                  2. Why they didn't inform priorly about their no-stock even after accepting the order
                                  3. What ferns n petals wanted me to do during placing orders to verify the stock availability in their vendor warehouse.
                                  4. Why ferns n petals not adding interest on order amount while refunding for the non-deliverable order, as they are holding customer amount for those many days.

                                    Since last 10 days ferns n petals is cheating & doing fraud with me & harassing me. They have cheated me and i do not know how many customers.
                                    I have not ordered a single order. But four orders are done automatically & amount from paytm deducted without any otp/message.
                                    When i complained to customer care & asked to block my account immediately & refund my all balances. They cancel & refunded the first two order, but did not block my account so again it happening again & again, some orders done & all paytm balance deducted automatically & then they are ordering as cash on delivery & calling me to pay the amount.
                                    So many times, i have called the customer care to block my account as i am not able to do. But they are not looking into this matter & asking me to do fir.

                                    They have cheated me and i do not know how many customers.

                                    They are a total fraud and none should do any dealing with them.

                                    Due to this, i am not able to use paytm. I put amount in paytm & immediately it will be deducted by ferns n petals again & again.

                                    Please suggest.

                                      I had ordered cake and flower to a friend living in germany but recipient did not receive any of the orders (Ref:order no: 11871525, complaint no: [protected]) scheduled for delivery on 16/08/2019. The status against cake shows that it has been delivered, however, it has not been delivered and am being shown the incorrect status against my order. And there is no update on the flowers as well

                                      Ferns n petals!, just managed to ruin an entire surprise planned for someone very special.in addition, their customer care is pathetic and have no clue about the order. What they categorically do is to put the call on hold for a long time such that any customer can be pissed off.

                                      People sending gifts via fnp beware!!
                                      You cannot rely on this company. They can't be counted upon plus they are not friendly as well. Pathetic experience

                                        On 15th August, i. e. today I ordered the best sweetness package for my brother who stays in Kolkata. The website mentioned & had an image of rakhee, so an papdi, chocolates. My order no was[protected].
                                        Everything else was delivered except the rakhi. The whole thing was for Rs. 1749.i feel so cheated by them today. I can't help myself. Tried contacting them on d contact no, but no response. I had to deliberately order one rakhee again which has again costed me around Rs. 749.
                                        Well done ferns & petals for making me so sad on this festival day
