Seems your vision to start this organisation called ferns and petals is when you see people happy, it brings you immense satisfaction.
However, looking and experiencing such services from your organization made me realise that your vision is as weak as the people working with you.
I want to truly thank your team & vendors for yet not sending mother's day cake to my mum. The cake that planned and ordered 2 days ago if still on the way for my mum to receive it. Wow! I really appreciate your vision and services.
Now, this experience gives me immense satisfaction to inform you that your organization has ruined the happiness n feelings i wanted to share with my mother on this special day. I have been trying to reach your customer service people since morning, however, none of them responded but hung up on me. Finally, when i get to speak with an agent called achar, he could not understand my issue so asked to transfer the call to his supervisor. His name was shantanu - escalation manager.
However, now i want to also report an escalation for the escalation manager cz he seemed to me too busy that he hung up on me. A few minutes later, vendor calls to confirm the address mentions that he was asked to deliver the cake half n hour ago.
I genuinely do not appreciate this illiterate behavior and service to a regular customer like me. Highly unacceptable and unprofessional attitude.
I definitely will now spread my words of mouth of making this beautiful mother's day a crap experience. This post goes everywhere cz the resolution should not expected be expected i'm sure.
Yet looking forward for a solution i[censored] guys genuinely understand the gravity of my experience with you all.
