I am really frustrated with the service by ferns and petals.
I made and order [protected] which was suppose to be delivered on 29th april between 8-12 pm and today till 10 pm 30th april, you have not delivered the product.
It was a birthday surprise present and you guys have fully ruined everything.
I do not understand why your delivery guys are not able to find the address, only response i am getting is that you guys are not able to coordinate with recipient and she is not responding to her calls.
I gave her three contacts, i am able to call her every time and talk, i even did a conference call with your delivery guy, but somehow fnp cannot connect with her. Such a nonsense excuse you guys are giving.
As per the feedback given by others, it seems these guys are doing fraud by asking for payment of order and not delivering it all.
When i ask to cancel the order, you cannot cancel it too.
I made the order last year also and it was delivery on time without any issue, so what happens now and why on earth they guys cannot use gps to find address.
