Booked an item on 26th to be delivered on 27th. Followed up on 27th morning and was told by the representative that "it is out for delivery". When by evening it was not delivered, I called again and inquired about it. This time I was told that "since it is a courier product it may be delivered the before or after the date". This is the exact statement.
I said what-the-hell! You had told me in the morning that it is out for delivery and now you are saying that it will be late? I checked the shipping confirmation email and there they had sent BlueDart tracking no, which showed that the item was dispatched from Delhi on 26th with estimated delivery of 1 March.
Now there is not one chance in a million that a courier sent from Delhi should reach Goa in one day. Hence, the fact that Ferns and Petals calendar allowed the date to be booked was deliberately cheating and fraudulent, meant to steal my money.
I pointed this out and the representative quoted their disclaimer saying that "for courier items the delivery can be before or after the date chosen". I particularly pointed that since Delhi to Goa cannot be serviced in one day, it was deliberately cheating that you allowed me to believe it could be delivered on 27th, they again robotically quoted the disclaimer.
I asked for refund because it was not delivered on the promised time; they said, "NO REFUNDS" policy.
So, they will mislead you into believing that it will be possible and then steal your money.
DO NOT USE FnP; it is obvious that they are fraud and deliberately stealing your money.
I am a longtime customer and I observed that they are no longer professional or customer oriented. It is obvious that for reasons best known to them, they have turned into a fraud company.
