Absolutely worthless delivery service and pathetic customer care. I have placed my oder for rakhi delivery with sweets to Singapore on 3rd Aug (order. #[protected]. They attempted delivery but the address being incomplete they could not. On such an important festival of Rakhi, I ordered 2 rakhis and sweets package on behalf of my wife for her siblings. To be on safe side, I scheduled it to be delivered on 13-Aug knowing that Rakhi is on 15-Aug. It is now 9pm on 14-Aug and the package is not yet delivered. Please see attached snapshot. Customer care call not answered after waiting for 20 mins. No response on chat. No one has an idea of where my package is. Terrible service....

After discussing with customer care about perishable product being sent to Mexico with Rakhi, they assured me that Ferns and Petals will succesfully deliver the same and if I place the request within 10 mins they are going to give me a discounted price (4887/-). Rakhi was supposed to be delivered on 1st of August, 2019.
My brother gets a call from customs(DHL) of Mexico that it cant be delivered . And they return...

I received the order just now and on opening i was shocked to see that you guys send me 2 layered bamboo?? I ordered 3 layered not 2 layer.
2 layered price and 3 layered price are far different.
Is this the service and quality of fnp?? Just see the picture of the product shown on site and i got... Pathetic isnt??

These guys are utterly unprofessional. Bad customer service. No escalation channels. An order placed for delivery was delivered later than scheduled. Explanation provided - we are not able to contact our channel partner... Big disappointment. Avoid using this website....

I had purchased a gift from ferns n petals, for my wife on our anniversary. It was supposed to be delivered on 25th july. Blue dart, the courier people, called my wife twice in the morning to confirm the delivery address. I placed an order for a dry cake about a week back for 24 july delivery. I called their customer care team on 21st and requested them to change my cake to a normal cream cake. Their team forwarded that request, next day on 22nd i received an email that they cannot modify the cake as it has been couriered already. So when i asked them that how is it a fresh cake then if they have already baked and shipped...

The cake that got delivered on july 17th (Order no.[protected] was very sour and was having a foul and pungent smell. The quality of the cake was pathetic. We requested for either a new fresh and good quality cake to be delivered, or, a refund of the entire amount back to the account. However, ferns n petals are not addressing the concern. I send various emails to the Customer Care and they didn't accept the flowers were stale and always gave a dumb response that "The images displayed on the website are indicative in nature and the actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability."

At 2pm on July 7 2019 I get a automated message sayin the delivery slot has been changed!! No prior intimation, nothing.

There is a reason I choose a certain time slot, and if you can't keet it, might as well inform atleast a day prior!. Not last minute.
