I have placed an order of rakhi combo in 12th august, 2019 for raksha bandhan t9 my brother in uae. They promised to deliver it on 15th august 2019 from 9a. M. To 12 noon then 9 to 9 hrs.
Even after so many calls n email
Product is not reached yet by 18th august, 2019
I have put a claim og refund along with compensation for hurting our emotions.

    The order was accepted by ferns n petals and the amount was paid fully.
    After that, there is no update on order status from ferns n petals and the delivery date was overdue without a delivery.
    On reaching to ferns n petals customer care, they nicely said, there is no stock with their vendor.
    My questions are,
    1. Why they accepted an order when they don't have stock
    2. Why they didn't inform priorly about their no-stock even after accepting the order
    3. What ferns n petals wanted me to do during placing orders to verify the stock availability in their vendor warehouse.
    4. Why ferns n petals not adding interest on order amount while refunding for the non-deliverable order, as they are holding customer amount for those many days.

    Ferns N Petals reverted back via email stating they initiated the refund by cancelling the order. The amount has been credited back after 2 days of their refund initiation. Thanks for your support and followups. The issue has been closed now

      Since last 10 days ferns n petals is cheating & doing fraud with me & harassing me. They have cheated me and i do not know how many customers.
      I have not ordered a single order. But four orders are done automatically & amount from paytm deducted without any otp/message.
      When i complained to customer care & asked to block my account immediately & refund my all balances. They cancel & refunded the first two order, but did not block my account so again it happening again & again, some orders done & all paytm balance deducted automatically & then they are ordering as cash on delivery & calling me to pay the amount.
      So many times, i have called the customer care to block my account as i am not able to do. But they are not looking into this matter & asking me to do fir.

      They have cheated me and i do not know how many customers.

      They are a total fraud and none should do any dealing with them.

      Due to this, i am not able to use paytm. I put amount in paytm & immediately it will be deducted by ferns n petals again & again.

      Please suggest.

        I had ordered cake and flower to a friend living in germany but recipient did not receive any of the orders (Ref:order no: 11871525, complaint no: [protected]) scheduled for delivery on 16/08/2019. The status against cake shows that it has been delivered, however, it has not been delivered and am being shown the incorrect status against my order. And there is no update on the flowers as well

        Ferns n petals!, just managed to ruin an entire surprise planned for someone very special.in addition, their customer care is pathetic and have no clue about the order. What they categorically do is to put the call on hold for a long time such that any customer can be pissed off.

        People sending gifts via fnp beware!!
        You cannot rely on this company. They can't be counted upon plus they are not friendly as well. Pathetic experience

          On 15th August, i. e. today I ordered the best sweetness package for my brother who stays in Kolkata. The website mentioned & had an image of rakhee, so an papdi, chocolates. My order no was[protected].
          Everything else was delivered except the rakhi. The whole thing was for Rs. 1749.i feel so cheated by them today. I can't help myself. Tried contacting them on d contact no, but no response. I had to deliberately order one rakhee again which has again costed me around Rs. 749.
          Well done ferns & petals for making me so sad on this festival day

            We had placed order on august 4th for delivering rakhi gift to usa by 9th august. Order number - or 11574983 or so [protected]
            Till now 17:48 pm india time not delivered - i called them just now and asme standard answer like a parrot given by bpo person - most annoying and frustrating; we have been raising complaint on mobile by ticket nos every day from 10th and calling their customer care number[protected] every day - each call takes anywhere between 15 mins to 45 mins - every day they have been promising to deliver. It already rakhi today and no sign of anything.
            Dont even beleive their promises - they keep lieing - they have audacity to cloe the ticket complaints by giving standard answers that we will be informed by sms in 24 hours which never happens;
            I have been asking the customer care person to give me the number of their md/ceo - their standard answer that it is not allowed; asked them to give agency name and tracking number in usa - they say they dont have and cant give it - for every question same stonewalling.
            Its a useless company with 3rd class customer service team.
            I only hope the md /ceo will call me after seeing this.
            I have asked the customer care person to
            1- ensure courier is delivered today by end of day in usa
            2- i want to talk to md/ceo
            3- how is comapny going to compenaste for all the trouble we have gone through

            Any other customer who is planning to order through ferns and petals - please dont do it - if required i can give all the details of how much trouble we have gone through!!!

              I ordered rakhi for my brother, which is supposed to be delivered on 12th aug 2019 and still not delivered (15th aug 2019 5:15 pm) having been chased multiple times since yesterday (14th aug. 2019).

              Staff is highly unprofessional and don't even listen to the complaint of customer. This website is unable to manage high traffic of deliveries and don't even ready to listen what impact can it make to emotions of people.

              Some serious action should be taken against them, otherwise they will keep doing that same thing with someone like me in future as well.

                On 13 aug 2019 i have ordered birthday cake. I haven't received the item and payment also done. Later i got msg saying that cake is delivered to concern person which i haven't received yet, called to customer care and wrote so many mails.. Customer care executives telling same thing that cake has been delivered, i asked them for receiver sign also but for that also they are not agreeing. And also not ready to do refund also... They are just cheating their customers nothing else... Fraud company. Very bad experience... I suggest all not to select this company for online services.

                  On ferns and petals website, i booked a rakhi hamper with ferns and petals, which had bhai rakhi, bhabi lumba rakhi, two mugs one for bhai and one for bhabi. This parcel was for delivery to lucknow. When parcel was delivered i was informed that only one rakhi was inside, there was no lumba rakhi, and also the two mugs delivered are both for brother. I sent email to ferns and petals customer care but their response is very poor. According to them product can vary from the picture. But it's not just a case of difference in appearance. It's about sending wrong product and also missing one item. Either they should refund my money or ship the missing items. My order# is [protected].

                    I have ordered rakhi for brothers and had given the exact address and time for the delivery, but the order has not being delivered yet. The issue with this platform is that it does not have option for the cancellation of the orders. And sometimes ferns and petals cut the charges and do not deliver the order.                     This a serious issue.. Please kindly solve it as soon as possible.

                      Ordered a cake yesterday italian renaisssance which was to be delivered in manila philippines at the given address. But instead of the cake which was being ordered they processed a wrong order and was being delivered to the recipent. Regarding this matter mailed was being sent to resolve this issue but yet no confirmation report is being received from them.

                      I have been called back by one of the executive from ferns and petals and was asked for the alternate choice from the previous order and was replaced with the cancelled order. And the amount which was left was provided as gift certificate for redeemed on next order which is valid for three months.

                        I ordered rakhis and sweets for my brother in singapore. The order was supposed to be delivered on sunday aug 11th. I specifically chose the date because everyone is home that day. It is rakhi day already and nothing has been delivered yet. Very disappointing. I have written to them a couple of times but they keep closing the ticket with incomplete information and unsatisfactory response. I am in the usa for the past few decades and have never experienced such service from amazon and many other websites i use regularly. Very disappointed!

                          I order on ferns n petals and he cannot deliver because of non serviceable area and then i call customer care executive and i say my order was not delivered and i get a message due to non serviceable area so then i cancel my order and say give me my refund he say sir refunded will deposit within 5 to 7 business day in your bank account and now the refund was not come in my bank account plz help me..

                            Absolutely worthless delivery service and pathetic customer care. I have placed my oder for rakhi delivery with sweets to Singapore on 3rd Aug (order. #[protected]. They attempted delivery but the address being incomplete they could not. I have updated the address right after and since then I am following up with them from 11th aug till now but rakhi still not delivered. Every time same story from customer care after long call waits that they will confirm but till today nothing has happened. Will my rakhi reach before rakhi celebration tomorrow (15th Aug)? Shame on you, to use taglines like delivering emotions!! Refund my money back. Will never use fnp in future and discourage everyone to use it

                              On such an important festival of Rakhi, I ordered 2 rakhis and sweets package on behalf of my wife for her siblings. To be on safe side, I scheduled it to be delivered on 13-Aug knowing that Rakhi is on 15-Aug. It is now 9pm on 14-Aug and the package is not yet delivered. Please see attached snapshot. Customer care call not answered after waiting for 20 mins. No response on chat. No one has an idea of where my package is. Terrible service. Zero accountability.

                                I have placed an order on 3rd august 2019 but the payment failed as your executive called me and had sent me link for 2nd transaction yet a sum of rs 349/- was deducted from my balance in the first transaction but it was not received by your organisation as said by your customer care executive.
                                I confirmed from my bank that amount has been received by merchant i. E. Ferns & petals on 3rd aug, 19 at 12:58:46 hours. Even i have received a mail from you of confirmation of my 1st order and getting the amount.
                                What is this misconception you guys have been on to!! I want my refund of rs 349/- immediately.

                                  How can it be a coincidence that last time on Bhai duj, the packet that i ordered was misplaced and even this time on Rakhi, they have missed the main thing in the packet that was Rakhi. Even after calling them 4-5 times, be on hold for longggg time but still pathetic executive talks rubbish, in ill mannered way. This is a question of common sense that if My packet was delivered completely why the hell I would waste my time in listening to their hold tones, but they are a brand and not ready to listen. They are telling me the same story that delivery team confirmed that packet was delivered completely. Even i ordered 10 loose choclates as the name and pic suggested that it will be delivered in a bouquet but rather they sent in a cartan. For 10 choclates costing Rs 10 each, I paid Rs 379 what for a cartan? ###. I will never recommend such pathetic service provider to anyone.

                                    Hi, my order id is [protected]. I had ordered rakhi from india to usa. And i paid rs 719 for a rakhi. Today i got a message from ferns & petals saying "your item could not be delivered as recipient is unavailable. And since it is perishable product, we can't attempt delivery again." this is ridiculous. While ordering, i have mentioned the name address and mobile number of recipient. The delivery team can always call and deliver the same. Since, both the members of the recipient family are working, there are chances that they might not available at home. That doesn't mean they can't call and deliver the product. I raised a complaint also at ferns n petal but i only got a mail saying that the said item is lying in post office and cant attempt again for delivery as it is perishable product. I fail to understand how come a "rakhi" is perishable product.
                                    After 2 complaints, i did not get satisfactory response from them.

                                      I ordered a rakhi and sweets to be delivered to the usa through ferns & petals. Payment was taken but a message sent that delivery attempted but failed. When i called them they refused to either attempt re-delivery or return my money. This despite having given them two contact numbers at the delivery address, and being in possession of my number.
                                      I cannot even begin to imagine how they can do this, given that deliveries are put into mailboxes/left outside the door in the us, and not handed over to persons. Clearly fraudulent.

                                        I have been following up with fnp complaints team but no proper response. They close the ticket each time without addressing all the issues. I had ordered "white" anterium plant but they delivered anterium plant. Also the quality of plant was really bad. Instead of bhaiya bhabhi rakhi that i selected they sent only bhaiya rakhi that too really bad one. While placing order executive named ashish called multiple times but now when order is placed they are bothered to close the ticket anyhow without getting into the matter. Another order is 11626381. This product was to get delivered on 9th aug under two days delivery scheme. But it is still not delivered. Team says it will get delivered before rakhi. This is how you portray your service of two days delivery??? Product in attached image was selected which clearly shows two rakhis bhaiya and bhabhi
