I ordered the few things on the occasion of my little sister birthday. Whole birthday was spoil to unactivness of your executive. I waited whole day for the order delivery. But at the end they said ordered was cancel due to non picking up the cal by the addresses. Thats really harsh.
This is compalint of your life time . I want to spread it everywhere and registered this complaint also.

    I have ordered personalized led cushion from your site. Today they have delivered me the product when i checked it was a normal personalized cushion and it was not a led one.

    I have attached the product which i have received and also the product which i have ordered from your site for your reference.

    And also they didn't pack the product properly. They gave the cushion without any packing.

    So kindly i request you to take action on this and replace me with the led cushion by today

      I team, i need the response from ur team in all these aspects
      1. I want to get delivered the product at the time f 8. Am in the morning, for that i requests the executive several because he has to go out of the home, the courier partner is calling at 8:45 that it will again take 15-20 min, when i called him he said yes it will take time, he also mentioned that in the order details there is no timings specification mentioned, so we were not aware, it means you guys are not specific wwhat customer says, so with that i said to cancel the product as i am giving money then too you guys are not delivering at time, then i get msg at 8:58am, that the item received the product,... Am i sitting here fool???
      2. I ordered red flowers they are wat flower i am not aware... Not looking like a flower mainly, i want the american roses, which is been seen in the poster bbut ehen the person received, dont know what color of flower and what varierty of roses it was, so want to know why???
      3. I have selected a covered packed ferraro rocker and i received it open... Why???
      4. I was told that i will b getting the complimentary card, in spite of that i got a photocopy paper...???
      I really want to know the answer of all my queries... You people only focus on the order but what the customer is saying you guys are not concerned for he same.
      Need the ans of every single ans... Why it happened???
      After paying you all full amount...
      Want ans frequently... Otherwise putting in escalation... You people think i m stupid... Paying you all then too not getting the best service... Cant say for best not getting the product on tiome. For that need to call to executive for asking the delivery... Want the call from any senior... As soon as possible

        I had ordered chocolates and dry fruits on 16th may 2019 to fernsnpetlas. Its delivery date was18 may but my order is not deliver till today 22nd may. I am frequently calling their call centre and mailed on theirs complain forum. Every time they only assured that order deliver today but not deliver yet today. They are not delivering my order nor refunding my money. Its mental torture to take service of ferns n petals.

          I have a home with a family of 8 family members at home. All i asked these frauds was to deliver mother's day flowers for my mom placed the order 10th may to be delivered on 12th may 2019. All i see on their website is that they attempted delivery (Out for delivery on 11th may) and not delivered till yet first telling me that no one was available on a sunday morning 10:30am at my house which was a pure lie as all my family members were home, not even 1 or 2 all 8 members and second they reattempted delivery which dsnt show on their website but according to them, my mom (With whom i kept checking and apologizing about flowers getting delayed) shouted on the phone to not deliver the flowers again. Well - they need to get better excuses and find out other ways to keep people's money. Now after a week i thought they would some day deliver the product.. Today is 21st may 2019, i check with them again and they mention that a) product cant be delivered b) they are not even refunding my money. Below is the latest chat that i have saved for reference and attaching a screen # of their website before they change it there!

          They did a similar thing to my previous order for my friend, telling a lie that she is not home when she was home all day since she was sick and then they delivered the flowers on next day. (Order no.[protected]

          I would like a refund and a compensation for what they have done emotionally + lied and cheated on an order that i placed sitting miles away from my mother trusting on them.

            I have ordered a cake for my mother on mother's day. To get it delivered during a certain time slot i. E. Midnight, company charged inr 250/-, which i paid.

            However, the order did not arrived and i received a text on next morning that the address could not be found.

            Though my number was mentioned, nobody called me up for the address.

            Also, when i contacted the customer care, the person told me that he will get it redelivered.

            Does that make any sense to deliver the cake after the occasion, even when the company has charged the delivery charges that too inr 250/-?

            Also, i have written mails but no further update has been provided on the same.

            It seems like the company is into fraud now and just duping the customers in the name of express delivery charges.

            It's been more than a week now but i haven't heard from the company.

            Very bad service. They show different. Deliver different. I ordered a fruits cake which had a bunch of fruits topings.. but what came is really disgusting. Very aweful taste as well. First image is what i ordered. Second is what i got..Very bad ferns n petals.. it is no way an 800 rupees worthy. Please return my hard earned money u cheaters.

              These guys are just deducting amount on the name of fixed time delivery, mid night delivery and morning delivery but they never deliver on the the fixed time and will never return back the amount as well. The customer care team is highly inefficient. They just keep you on hold for longer hours and will not come back with a solution. They will just say "sorry" and nothing else. They also use a taunting tone with the customers.

              Is this a way to deal with your customers? A company is good when you have a best customer service.

              Ferns & petals is just a fooling their customers. I have lost the trust in ferns & petals. Will take this issue to the next level.

              These guys are utterly unprofessional.bad customer service. No escalation channels. An order placed for delivery 15 days prior was delivered one day later than scheduled. Explanation provided - we can't control delivery. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. AVOID USING THIS WEBSITE.

                We had placed order no. 10313120 dtd. 11/05/19 on my daughter's birthday who is in us, which contains flower bouquet, teddy bear and heart chalk late box to deliver on 15/05/2019. But delivery was only few flowers on her birthday occasion. We had great expectation from f & p which has emotional attachment but sorry to say.. Its very serious. Please tell me what to do.                   I had booked personalized led table lamp online and then called call center [protected] mr rahul jaiswal was the excecutive i requested him that i wanted to see a preview of the product with my personalized msg but he was not able to understand so i requested him to call his senior on call but he denied saying seniors are not available and dont know when will he come then i asked him that there would be someone senior above him on that he replied me that seniors are busy hence cannot come on call.
                  I really pitty if this is the status of call center what can we expect for services.

                    I had ordered two products from ferns n petals on 11.05.2019 for sambalpur location, odisha. Order id[protected] and sub order id - [protected]. The products are 1. Money plant in glass vase with best mom tag worth rs 750/- and 2. 1 kg gulab jamun worth rs 499/-, total rs 1, 249/- paid via online transaction. On the day of delivery, i got a call from ferns n petals customer service stating money plant product is not available for sambalpur location and i replied them to cancel that product and return that amount (Rs 750/-) to my account. But, after getting the delivery i found that i was charged rs 999/- (499/- for 1 kg gulab jamun and 500/- as shipping charges). It is highly unprofessional to charge rs 500/- as shipping charges for a packet of gulab jamun for a small place like sambalpur which by the way was not mentioned during the transaction and was added later when i cancelled the first product. Also, i ordered for 1 kg gulab jamun but after delivery i got to know that it was rasgulla instead whose date of manufacturing was oct 2018 and whose original price was rs 185/- as mentioned in the label. This is totally unacceptable to loot one of the regular customer like this. I was charged 1 kg rasgulla worth rs 185/- originally as rs 999/-. This is untolerable and hence i am writing in this forum. A response will be highly solicited.

                      I have not received it yet it is 11 pm now.
                      Customer service number has not been reachable since yesterday.
                      No support is given from their so called chat support system.

                      I am duped by this, very pathetic service they have.

                        Hello,

                        Seems your vision to start this organisation called ferns and petals is when you see people happy, it brings you immense satisfaction.

                        However, looking and experiencing such services from your organization made me realise that your vision is as weak as the people working with you.

                        I want to truly thank your team & vendors for yet not sending mother's day cake to my mum. The cake that planned and ordered 2 days ago if still on the way for my mum to receive it. Wow! I really appreciate your vision and services.

                        Now, this experience gives me immense satisfaction to inform you that your organization has ruined the happiness n feelings i wanted to share with my mother on this special day. I have been trying to reach your customer service people since morning, however, none of them responded but hung up on me. Finally, when i get to speak with an agent called achar, he could not understand my issue so asked to transfer the call to his supervisor. His name was shantanu - escalation manager.

                        However, now i want to also report an escalation for the escalation manager cz he seemed to me too busy that he hung up on me. A few minutes later, vendor calls to confirm the address mentions that he was asked to deliver the cake half n hour ago.

                        I genuinely do not appreciate this illiterate behavior and service to a regular customer like me. Highly unacceptable and unprofessional attitude.

                        I definitely will now spread my words of mouth of making this beautiful mother's day a crap experience. This post goes everywhere cz the resolution should not expected be expected i'm sure.

                        Yet looking forward for a solution i[censored] guys genuinely understand the gravity of my experience with you all.

                          I ordered something for mother's day from this # website. When i made the payment, i got the message that payment has been declined but amount was deducted from my side. They told me i will get back the amount in 24-48 hours. Big liers. I haven't got the amount yet.

                          I made the payment for order to get delivered. On mother's day when i called to know the status of delivery, they told me that it will be delivered the next day. I cancelled the order. And still waiting for the payment for cancelled order.

                            This company is absolutely pathetic with no customer value. I ordered flowers and cakes from this company. They did not deliver the cakes and flowers then instead of refunding the money they issued me a gift certificate with a validity of only 3 months. Are you freaking kidding me!! When i talked to them they tried to push it on me that we have records that you agreed for gift certificate. I was so pissed off. Yes, i agreed for a gift certificate but not for 3 months validity. The gift certificate anywhere is given for 12 months. This company will basically take your money and not return your money and then force you spend your money within a ridiculous time frame. Basically, they messed up in their services and customer will pay for company's mistake. I am surprised that this company is allowed to do business with such unethical practices.

                              I have booked a gift delivery through online booking, it has never been delivered and ferns n petals guys say that they have delivered it. Their vendor at the remote location is giving me diffrent information about order tracking email but still my gift not delivered it just spoil the whole occasion by giving the false promises of delivery the product.

                                For the above order id the order is still not delivered which was out of delivery since 2 days.
                                On calling ferns n petals they r least bothered about delivering it.
                                Only thing the say is it wl be delivered today
                                The address was perfectly correct.
                                When asking for refund they talk rudely.
                                Mr shantanu said he cant help until he gets revert from bluedart and its not their job to track the order. They are only there to pocket money of customers. I wanted the order to be delivered on 29-04-19 due to an occasion. But on 01-05-19 also i am struggling for the order.
                                Please whosoever is reading this do not deal with ferns and petals. They r the worst.

                                  I am really frustrated with the service by ferns and petals.

                                  I made and order [protected] which was suppose to be delivered on 29th april between 8-12 pm and today till 10 pm 30th april, you have not delivered the product.

                                  It was a birthday surprise present and you guys have fully ruined everything.

                                  I do not understand why your delivery guys are not able to find the address, only response i am getting is that you guys are not able to coordinate with recipient and she is not responding to her calls.

                                  I gave her three contacts, i am able to call her every time and talk, i even did a conference call with your delivery guy, but somehow fnp cannot connect with her. Such a nonsense excuse you guys are giving.

                                  As per the feedback given by others, it seems these guys are doing fraud by asking for payment of order and not delivering it all.

                                  When i ask to cancel the order, you cannot cancel it too.

                                  I made the order last year also and it was delivery on time without any issue, so what happens now and why on earth they guys cannot use gps to find address.

                                    I had ordered a gift at a location in bhubaneswar, orissa on april 22, 2019 with mentioned confirmed delivery date of april 26, 2019 but the order was not delivered even after complaining for 2 days continuously.                                       This is with reference to order number 10021028. I had made an order that was to be delivered on the 19th of april 2019 and today being 27th of april it has still not be delivered. The first time they had mentioned that the pin code was wrong but my previous order which was scheduled for the same address last year was delivered. So i fail to understand their reasoning. Numerous calls and complaints on their app have not been addressed at all. The only assurance that the customer care executives give me is that it will be delivered at the earliest. The status of delivery on clicking on 'track order' option on their app shows 'to be delivered on the 24th of april'. I have also attached a screenshot of the same. I definitely want to know the order status for sure.

                                        Last year i started placing orders from ferns and petals. The experience was awesome. Last 2 orders have been pathetic.in fact i had to place the order on 22nd april as i didn't have a choice! The flowers were not fresh at all. Most of the roses were dried. Last order the cake was stale. When i raised a complaint for the cake i got a call back and was told that the bakery was responsible and not ferns and petals. Still i gave it a try and ordered only flowers this time. But this time also my bad!! Don't they understand that we order to gift someone just because we aren't able to be with the person gifted on their special day!! With this service not only the gift is spoilt but also the emotion behind it is gone for a toss.. And now when i am trying to call them to let them know they are just hanging up on my call!!!
