I had ordered two products from ferns n petals on 11.05.2019 for sambalpur location, odisha. Order id[protected] and sub order id - [protected]. The products are 1. Money plant in glass vase with best mom tag worth rs 750/- and 2. 1 kg gulab jamun worth rs 499/-, total rs 1, 249/- paid via online transaction. I had ordered a cake for my mother on mother's day occasion two days ago and the schedule delivery time was 6pm to 9pm.
I have not received it yet it is 11 pm now.
Customer service number has not been reachable since yesterday.
No support is given from their so called chat support system.

I am duped by this, very pathetic service they have.

This company is absolutely pathetic with no customer value. I ordered flowers and cakes from this company. I have booked a gift delivery through online booking, it has never been delivered and ferns n petals guys say that they have delivered it. Their vendor at the remote location is giving me diffrent information about order tracking email but still my gift not delivered it just spoil the whole occasion by giving the false promises of delivery the product.

At 5.45 pm, i get a call asking for clarity on my f-in-law's address. The address was given in full details, with nearest landmark, and, so easy for anyone to track down. I have ordered flowers from this company to be delivered in abu dhabi, uae, the price was 5, 500 rupees. I provided my friend telephone number also because the delivery was in the office.

I ordered for using fnp on 20th march. Order no.: 9654131. They completely ruined the ocassion by not providing message card instead wrote that message in bad handwritting and wrong spellings on top of the cake box.
Secondly, giving 3 chocolates when i paid for 5.
No name on top of the cake.
No candles.
