I had purchased a gift from ferns n petals, for my wife on our anniversary. It was supposed to be delivered on 25th july. Blue dart, the courier people, called my wife twice in the morning to confirm the delivery address. But they didn't deliver and updated their site as 'adresss incorrect, consignment held at location'. I receive a number of courier deliveries from different sites but have never faced this issue.
The whole purpose of purchasing this gift seems defeated. I feel cheated by ferns n petals.

Cake is totally different from the cake which is shown in ur app n it is not mentioned from which shop it belongs so how can i consume it n weight is also less than 500 grams...earlier when i ordered the cakes it was mentioned there that it was from particular bakeries..dis time there is simply a cardboard box nothing written on it

    I placed an order for a dry cake about a week back for 24 july delivery. I called their customer care team on 21st and requested them to change my cake to a normal cream cake. Their team forwarded that request, next day on 22nd i received an email that they cannot modify the cake as it has been couriered already. So when i asked them that how is it a fresh cake then if they have already baked and shipped it 3 days before the delivery date and what is the shelf life of cake they did not give any specific reason and said it can't be modified or cancelled.

    After which i sent them an email, on which they replied back that can't do anything i asked them reason but they simply again mailed back giving same auto response that can't do anything and not giving any reason. So now i seek your help here neither they are cancelling the order nor they are modifying the order.

      The cake that got delivered on july 17th (Order no.[protected] was very sour and was having a foul and pungent smell. The quality of the cake was pathetic. We requested for either a new fresh and good quality cake to be delivered, or, a refund of the entire amount back to the account. However, ferns n petals are not addressing the concern. Could you please look into the matter.

        I Ordered a bouquet of flowers for an occasion on 7-Jul-2019.

        When the flowers were delivered the bouquet was made of Old flowers.
        I send various emails to the Customer Care and they didn't accept the flowers were stale and always gave a dumb response that "The images displayed on the website are indicative in nature and the actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability."

        Even when I tried to request them to escalate this issue to higher management, they kept on closing my request and sending same response.

          I had placed an order[protected] on Jul 5 2019 for a birthday cake to be delivered on Jul7 2019 between 8am and 3pm.

          At 2pm on July 7 2019 I get a automated message sayin the delivery slot has been changed!! No prior intimation, nothing.

          There is a reason I choose a certain time slot, and if you can't keet it, might as well inform atleast a day prior!. Not last minute.

          This order was meant to be a surprise we planned for our Uncle's birthday. It seems these guys suprised us by their poor service.

          Plus their customer care always says " we'll deliver asap", when I call to complaint that delivery is not done within time slot!!!

          As of this time when I write this complaint, I still haven't received the order!

          Such horrible experience with Ferns&Petals. Will never ever again order from you FNP for any occasion. Nor will suggest to my friends and family!

            They cancelled my order and did not even inform me. I ordered a potted plant for my parent's anniversary and it reached them in a bad shape... Which withered the very next day. So, i decided not to order from them for my dad's bday. But they called me and assured me that my order would be personally checked and delivered. I ordered set of 6 cupcakes... Which didn't reach them within the delivery time range. When i called the customer care, to my shock they mentioned the order cannot be processed! I was not even informed about this and guess what the excuse was — delivery boy met with an accident (A common false excuse). The lady who had taken the order under her assurance, does not even reply to my messages or take my call. The customer support person did not even put me in touch with manager.

              I am a regular customer of ferns n petals, and this is the pathetic service which they are giving to their regular customers, i had place an order for my sister b’day which was on 2 july and the order did not get deliver on her b’daycomoant says that they had sent it through bluedart and there was delay from bluedart’s side, i am not concerned with that as i dis not place the order on bluedart.                 I ordered a cake from ferns n petals. I got delivered and i came to know that the cake was very hard and smell was coming from cake cream. I bought for birthday party but totally my mood is spoiled. I don't know what went wrong. I paid around 1300 but received a old cake. I want ferns n petals to provide me with the immediate resolution and i feel that money was just looted by them. Very disappointed and shame on ferns n petals. Selling old cakes...

                  I'm totally disappointed with the bouquet arrangements i ordered. The flowers and arrangement not at all what is shown in the photograph on your website. As per order it should be 10 roses, 3 lilies and button mums but the bouquet delivered has no button mums, less than 10 roses and some yellow and white jeberas/carnations. Very badly arranged/presented.

                  The bouquet was dilivered in goa.

                  How do you compensate for this?

                    Ordered 11 bamboo sticks online. The sticks were received without roots and the leaves started to fade within a day having been kept in right conditions as advised. I called up the customer care the next day and the lady advised to wait for 5-6days and it would get fine. Gradually the leaves have started turning yellow and pale. The called again on 24th and the lady said they couldnt take a complaint as it was beyond 24-48hs of registering a complaint.
                    I paid almost 6k fir these sticks and the older ones that i have at home are absolutely fine fir the last 2yrs.
                    Highly irresponsible team who does not want to take the ownership of wrong product. If the complaint is not addressed i shall seek the consumer court’s help in this matter as this is clearly cheating the customers.

                      I am manish verma, i have ordered a cake for my mother's birthday, from ferns n petals on 18th june 2019,

                      Order details:

                      Ref order no: [protected]
                      [bluedart]. Awb number is [[protected]].

                      The cake was supposed to be delivered by bluedart on 22nd june. The delivery person called my father on 22nd and said that the cake will be delivered by 5 pm. He asked for the directions and my father helped him with that. He was clear with the address then and also mentioned that he is just 3 kms away.

                      He didn't come, so my father called him again and the delivery guy kept promising that he will reach by 8 pm and then later he switched off his phone. The status on bluedart says 'consignee's address unlocatable/landmark '. This indicates that he never intended to come and hence updated a false status.

                      Since he made false promise of coming and delivering the cake, my father didn't arrange another cake. My mother's birthday got spoiled.

                      I raised a complaint with ferns n petals. They are not ready to address my issue. They say its not their responsibility, then i asked them to investigate the issue with blue dart but they didn't help me on anything.

                      Please help me in this issue i don't want that cake anymore as it will be delivered on 24th and it will be of no use to me. I want order cancellation and refund.

                      Blue dart came for the delivery of the cake on 25th June. I have not accepted the cake, as I already mentioned it to Ferns N Petals that I don't want the cake as they didn't deliver on the birthday.

                      Even the delivery person who came for the delivery also agreed that the cake should have been delivered on 22nd, as I got a call from the delivery guy on that day.
                      I showed him the phone number of the delivery person who called on 22nd and he said he knows the delivery guy.
                      He also said, if we are out for delivery and call the customer, we have to deliver the product.
                      He said you should get a refund.

                      Apart from the birthday is over and i don't need the cake, Even if I would have accepted it, what would have been the quality of the cake which was shipped so many days ago.

                      Even if bluedart is accepting their mistake, Ferns N Petals is not ready to give refund.
                      Please help me in resolving this matter, i want a refund on for the cake
                      Terrible experience time & again...everytime they promise but dont deliver on time..they charge you extra for Express delivery...then customer care tells you its going to be delivered by 9pm when you want it by morning...really horrible experience chasing them to deliver the combos..never going for it again..

                        I would like to file a complaint against the ferns n petals in Prayagraj (Allahabad) India. From Los Angeles I made an online order from the ferns n petals website for mothers day and my mothers birthday. On my mothers birthday June 11th order number #10699460 the ferns n petals in Allahabad delivered a cheap set of roses and a horrible cake from another very cheap florist shahenshah in Allahabad. The same was done on Mother Day for order number 10187632 where another cheap set of flowers were delivered from shahenshah. I am paying full price online in dollars for ferns n petals and these cheats in Allahabad are pocketing the money and delivering the cheapest flowers and cake. This is extremely dishonest and shameful on ferns n petals. I want a refund of my money and strict action to be taken against the ferns n petals management/owners in Allahabad. I am attaching the tag of shahenshah on the flowers. The tag is a bit crumpled it was thrown in the trash but my mother found it and took a picture.

                          I had ordered a Birthday Cake for my Daughter. Order No. 10893757 booked at 10AM on 20-Jun-19 to be delivered between 6 to 9PM on 20-Jun-19. When I called them at 9:15PM on 20-Jun-19, to my surprise they told me that they cannot deliver the order due to technical issue. They want to suffer their customers because of their Technical Issue and they don't bother about the customer and they are reckless to inform the customer in the day time if there is an issue at their end. When the customer has called them, then only they are saying they could not deliver the order. In turn they are suggesting to take the delivery of the cake next day (they want to celebrate the Birthday with one day delay). The situation is very pathetic that I cannot celebrate Birthday of my daughter this year.

                          In turn, they are blaming the customer that the order has been placed at 10AM and payment made after 10 minutes delay. There was a Technical issue. This is very strange.

                          They are not consumer friendly and I don't know how long they run the business by blaming their customers for their mistakes.

                            My daughter Risha Hussain sent me a sweat box on Fathers day gift on 16.06.2019 from U.K. by despatch Id10852038 through Fern N Petal. It is shameful firm part that you delivered such a rotten sweats in open box which you can see In photographs. The box was open having rubber band over it. Please let me know the name of franchisee in Jaipur who supplied rotten sweats so that I can initiate against him.

                              I had placed a order of cake for 12th of june. The courier company is saying that they are not able to locate the address and the phone number provided is switched off and they force me to re deliver it nxt day for which i had to pay again some money as the address is far away when i refuse to them to redeliver it next day. Now they close my complain itself.

                                I placed an order on 15 th june for a bouquet of 15 lilies.well it was midnight delivery and when i looked at them in the morning they had sent 12 buds and 3 bloomed flowers only!!i paid 1500 for buds!!?

                                I complained 4-5 times and they keep closing complaint saying that water the buds flowers will bloom.The buds are now FALLING OFF in 2 days!!

                                I need a refund or redelivery pls!!asap!

                                  I am just fed up of your system since last two days due to non delivery of order on time and behavior of your executive name"Abhay Kumar".

                                  I just ordered gift for My father on "father's Day occasion" on promise it will be deliver on 16th June but late hours on 15th june i received a call that it cant be deliver on 16th due to sunday and its courier produst that can be deliver one day later i.e. on 17th June.

                                  Again today when i called on customer care for getting the status of delivery then executive said that now expecting delivery is 19th June.

                                  What is this... You spoiled the occasion and even after one day not able to do the deliver and i am not getting any written communication about the delay delivery. If it will not deliver today i will file legal complaint in RTI against FNP who always promise on time delivery.

                                  Executives denied to transfer my call to any senior every time. I just need delivery today only.

                                    I placed an order for a jar of assorted dry fruits on the ferns and petals website. I was given the option of selecting the delivery date as well which is 16th June 2019.

                                    However today, I received a message from the courier company with whom blu dart partners stating that my order will be delivered on the 17th only. What is the point of delivering the product after the father’s day occasion!? The helpline personnel blatantly told me that ferns and petals can not commit to delivering on time!
                                    They are duping consumers but taking the money and make an outright refusal when asked for refund.

                                    Pathetic service. I will never use their service again. Request complaint board to take some action as I have seen many consumers with a complaint similar to mine.

                                    I’’m willing to provide my order number to if action will be taken.

                                      Horrible Experience-Raises a big concern on quality check. I have ordered a cake on 10th June 2019"order no.[protected] and it was for the birthday celebration for a 1 year old baby. After eating one slice of cake we noticed that there is some colour mixed in the cake and it was all over in our face and hands. We tried to wash it 5-6 times but it was still there on our body. It raises a big question on FnP whether they check quality or not, they have added colouring chemical which is very harmful for health. When we raised a complaint in FnP, next day someone from the franchise visited our home and requested not to escalate it further, he accepted that the quality of cake is not good and they have made a mistake.
                                      As per FnP the query is resolved, they have redielverd the cake which we never requested. The never understood our concern that there negligence can lead to serious health issues.

                                        I had placed order no. 10710526 on 9th june for delivery of personalised mug n cushion on the occasion of Birthday which was supposed to be delivered on 12th June on or before 9 pm but its not yet delivered.
                                        I knew you guys will do something like this hence 12th afternoon only I called to check the status but the customer representative was so rude and he asked me to wait till 9pm even I requested for the call back but nobody made attempt to call me.
                                        When I called after 9pm another representative said it's not getting delivered today, it will be delivered tomorrow
                                        What is the use of sending it tomorrow when it is for someone's birthday .
