Updated by ManishVerma96 Blue dart came for the delivery of the cake on 25th June. I have not accepted the cake, as I already mentioned it to Ferns N Petals that I don't want the cake as they didn't deliver on the birthday.
Even the delivery person who came for the delivery also agreed that the cake should have been delivered on 22nd, as I got a call from the delivery guy on that day.
I showed him the phone number of the delivery person who called on 22nd and he said he knows the delivery guy.
He also said, if we are out for delivery and call the customer, we have to deliver the product.
He said you should get a refund.
Apart from the birthday is over and i don't need the cake, Even if I would have accepted it, what would have been the quality of the cake which was shipped so many days ago.
Even if bluedart is accepting their mistake, Ferns N Petals is not ready to give refund.
Please help me in resolving this matter, i want a refund on for the cake
