I ordered birthday gift for my husband one month back (29/09/2018) to be delivered on the day of bday that was month later (27/10/18). I selected office hours for time slot as i didnot find any other option like they say. I made 5-6 request to deliver it before 4 pm. I waited for 4 days. They neither delivered it before 4pm and i called them so many times. They told it will take two more days for delivery. Now its been 6 days of shipment the order is not delivered yet. The courier service they chose 'bluedart' called my husband and told no services are provided to the address given, while the address was shown by ferns n petals in their site and they confirmed it. They took my money and the product is not delivered. And courier services denied to deliver and told this is mistake of ferns n petals. I want my product to be delivered before 4 pm today itself as promised by them. Ferns n petals is such a fraud site and making the customer fools by giving false promises.

    I am here in dubai & i have placed an order of rs 1299/- on 10th of oct in kerala. They told me that they wouldn’t able to deliver in given address. I cancelled my order & asked for refund. They told me that i will get my money back after 7 to 10 working days but today is 28th oct still i haven’t received my money.

    It’s not about the money it’s all about the trust.
    We trust your company more valuable then money.

      The gift was supposed to reach on 12th october. So the delivery guy was been in touch with the recipient on how to reach the place. Not only the delivery guy didnt deliver the gift but he delivered it to the wrong address and the website has been update has been delivered to the correct recipient.

      How can this work. That guy has no sense of bangalore address, then why the hell would you hire that guy. Its been one week and the gift hasnt been received properly.

      I was also talking to the customer support and i always get the same guy. He says it will be delivered the next day. This is what he says everytime. The customer support staff doesnt know how to talk to other people.
      Also, i submitted a complain to the fnp. The next day i receive a mail stating that the complaint request has been closed. How the hell did this happen.

      I demand to talk to your manager/head. This is out of control. I am letting the whole world know how the people at fnp treat you.

        I have ordered one cake and two pack of chocolate and one lucky bamboo written mom. And my order no 7335227, i ordered something else but i received very low quality and the different bamboo plant and only one pack of chocolate. When i called the team the lady ms jaya she was saying ma’am please calm down and you ordered bamboo plant so currently not available on our side so we have sent you the different product and again she was telling ma’am will resolve ur issue within 48hrs. What nonsense is this if you guys don’t have the product so why on ur website showing it and why i need to wait for so long if same day delivery you guys can done so why don’t you resolve the complaint. This just a fake company i suggest to every one not to order these people don’t know how to handing customers and services. You just making money in a wrong way. Better choose other side but this one. These ppl know how to spoiled someone special day and top of the you have to wait to resolve ur issue and no one will give you a call you have to call and again and again you have to tell ur issue and they just say ma’am wait 48 hrs.. What nonsense is this seriously worst experience and waste of money. Pathetic side and zero rating you deserve

          I had ordered a cake n greeting card to be delivered between the time 9am and 12pm, but the order was not delivered within that time. On calling the customer care they said they're unable to contact the delivery team and have registered a complaint n stated that the issue would be looked into as soon as possible. On checking the status of the order later on i saw that my order has been put on hold and the same customer care number is saying to be an invalid number. Irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour.

          I am ordered cake evening 5:44 pm. the time slot 6 to 10 pm. they charged 1299/- the cake has not delivered. they are not responding properly. no customer service also. order no is 7272571.they are not responding properly as well as simply they are cut the call without answer.

            The company asked me to pay rs. 499 extra for making the delivery on the selected date. Next day after the payment i received a call from them saying we won't be able to deliver on the selected date so we are going to deliver it a day later. I wrote multiple emails to them but did not receive any calls or emails from them regarding the issue. Few hours later there were mails from their support team that the ticket has been successfully closed.

              My order id 7258988. Amt. Rs.499/-
              But i have not received my order
              And fnp refused to refund my money

              I called in customer care many time refund my money as i not received my order
              They spoil my birthday occasion
              And even not refunding my money
              I requested fnp to refund at least 80% of my amount but they clearly denied to refund any amount
              This big fraud with customers and their money. If they can't satisfy customer with good service then why runnig online business
              And also spoiling the name of other online shopper who are good


              This is cheat with online customer

                Customer satisfaction is not there concern.
                Failed to delivery a birthday cake and expect the receipant to come and collect.
                Need to know the reason why they collect 500rs for delivery.
                Have audio recording of the representative promising a delivery.
                On top of this i was in total in call for 2 hrs for resolution of this. Exploitation of customers

                Very bad customer experience
                I had placed order no. 7121978 on 18th September for delivery of flowers, cake and an envelope on the occasion of Birthday but not delivered to the concerned person as given mobile number. And status is showing received. Please look into this matter.

                  I had asked to delivered bouquet worth rs.1000 to churchgate today at 11.30 pm as its my father-in-laws birthday. Ordered was confirmed and the guy promised that it will be delivered on time.

                  I am trying to reach this guy since 11.30 pm on [protected] and he is not responding to my calls and also blocked me on whatsapp after reading my messages.

                  It is not about money but its about the time. It was important to deliver this order on time. Ordered is not delivered and this guy this out of reach.

                  Please suggest what should i do now.

                    My order no. Is 7011568. I ordered and paid for two watches on 9 september 2018 and wanted it to be delivered by 15th september. I had made a slight address mistake and because of that my delivery was not successful. So i called on the number they had provided, and made modifications to my address. They said it will come in 24-48 hours. I waited and it didn't come. I called them again and they told that they would
                    'see to this inconvenience'. I even emailed but still, no changes. I even called the courier company 'bluedart' and it was shocking that ferns and petals had not asked them to modify the address. I again made changes to it and they 'guaranteed' within 24-48 hours. There was no email, no phone calls from their end. They think that we have already paid for it so they have no responsibility to service us anymore. Now it's been 12 days since i ordered, and i had no other option left except than complaining here. I hope this problem will be solved as soon as possible.

                      I had made an order of lucky bamboo plant and lucky buddha on 12 th sep for delivery on 13th september. I received a message that order has been dispatched 9in the morning. Till afternoon i dint get the order. I enquirer from customer care and they said it can be delivered any time of the day. Later i got a msg that the same has been delivered. But thx receipient dint get the delivery. I called customer case but they don’t provide and solution. I again balled citizen care requesting them to deliver on the same day as original delivery was made to someone else or taken by delivery boy, next day also i kept following but customer care team was not supportive and rather enjoying the conversation. Senior executive sahil kalra repeatedly refused to take the call. Third day i get call from delivery boy saying that he couldn’t deliver on 13th and and asked my address. How can the delivery boy not have the address. I asked him to return the courier to the company and he took the courier back. Such was the harassment i lost money don’t get delivery and lost trust on f and p as a brand. Even local players care much considerate and helpfu.in short i would call f and p and it’s team shameless.

The person name is Sandeep Dube who took my order and provided me the confirmation that it will be delivered before 8 PM. 10 o clock when I called I got to know that without even my knowledge the order date has been changed . There was no intimation given to me . Order I'd 7001204.

                      More over the call center people we're extreame clue less. They did not provided my any information. This is second time In a row with same order. This has cost me extreame mental stress and m so disappointed with such carelessness behaviour and treatment given by such a big company like FNP.

                        Shame on management team and your customer service team.

                        1. You book orders through advance online payment.

                        2. You take preferred scheduled delivery date and time from customer online but either deliver in advance or later than the date of occasion like birthdays, anniversaries.

                        3. You hurt the sentiments of the senders who request to deliver a product on a specific date to give a surprise to near and dear ones.

                        4. All your claims of vas on the song or jingle played on your customer service numbers are fake and just to fetch orders and money of customers once.

                        5. Your customer service team sometimes don't take calls and keep customers waiting with this stupid and fake song or jingle for more than 15 minutes or an hour.

                        6. My most of orders booked with advance payments for 14 sept. 2018 birthday of my mother were either covered 2 days in advance and also not delivered till 15 sept. 2018.

                        7. My order no. 6987393 which was booked 10 days back and was supposed to be delivered on 14 sept. 2018 have not been delivered yet. Shame on all of you for such a pathetic unsuccessful service.

                        Shame on you all for exploting advance onlone payments from customers and harassing and hurting the emotions and sentiments of customers.

                        All your claims made in jingle song are fake, false and mialeading the customers.

                        Failed business ethics claimed by owners, management and customer service team of ferns & petals.

                          Hi team,
                          I don't know what is wrong with the website, but i am not able to add any products to my cart. I tried to buy it directly, still no effect.

                          It worked fine couple of hours back and suddenly it started behaving weird.

                          I asked an agent to help me on chat, but even she could not do it. Its a bit disappointing as i was trying to send a birthday gift.

                          I am also a bit surprised that your agents cannot place orders for customers if they are unable to do it themselves. Chat service is supposed to help customers. I have got a good experience in past with you, hoping to get some resolution around this asap.

                            I had order rose bouquet from ferns and petals (Order no. 6989998) on 7th sept with urgent delivery charges.
                            When delivery boy reached to that address, the recipient was not there because recipient has shifted to new place.
                            But when he told this to delivery boy he misbehaved with the customer. When customer has called to care center they said to update new address and delivery boy said that he will deliver the parcel on next day.
                            But then after sometime they said that re-delivery will be given to same address only. Due to misbehaving conduct of delivery boy my guest has also said that he will not go to that address to collect the parcel. When i asked them to deliver to new address they are denying now however previously they said that they will deliver to new address.
                            I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, they are saying it is not possible.
                            Due to all this actions my relation with my guest also gets effected and on the special occasion the parcel also hadn't deliver.

                              I have sent one little angel basket to our office employee for his new born baby. Order no is 6944274.. But ferns & petals not delivered it. When i called to customer care they told me that delivery address is out of service area so it will not deliver. After that they told me that now you can not cancel order and you have to collect this parcel from blu dart as this parcel sent by blu dart.

                              If delivery address is out of service area then why fernsnpetals process the payment from us. This website and their people not give proper information to users. It is loss of our money, time. We can not trust to ferns & petals anymore.

                                I had placed an order for FIFA Special Cup Cake 6 and a Tiramisu 1Kg cake on 23rd Aug 2018, the order ID being 6780894 and[protected] respectively. I had paid them through online banking from my hdfc account.

                                Ferns N Petals cancelled the order of cupcake worth Rs 999. It has been 13 days since, but I have not received the refund back. I have spoken to customer care executives but with no results. I request you to help me get my money back.

                                Secondly, the expensive Tiramisu cake that I had ordered (Rs 1749), was not Tiramisu cake. It was very substandard. I need to be compensated for that too.

                                This company is a fraud. the whole experience has put me in a stress. They are cheating people.

                                Please help me get back my money that they owe me which is Rs 999, with a compensation for substandard cake Rs 1749 and the amount I have spent to make numerous calls Rs 100, also for the unwanted stress this is creating Rs 10000
                                Therefore total amount : Rs 12848

                                  My order id is 6705045 (Rakhi to the UK) was booked on 20th August for a guaranteed delivery by 26th, the product was not delivered until 28th August as committed, but I receive an SMS that product has been delivered but actually, it was not. The customer care executive did not have the update. Next day on 30th again I called Customer care and he confirmed that the product is still in the post office and they need some time to check the reason and they shall revert soon. Since then the process of chasing the customer care began and which is still going on. I have tried to share my grievance by calling Customer care, by sending emails, registering complains on their website, but no action.

                                  The customer care calls took forever to get connected, I have all the images of how many times i called and for how long was put on hold.

                                  Every time I register a complaint on the website, in return I receive an email that my request has been closed. I have all the emails and their Non-delivery incident number and the subsequent emails that say, THANK YOU FOR GIVING US THE OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE YOU. YOUR REQUEST ID NO[protected] HAS BEEN CLOSED.

                                  Every time I registered a complaint online or through customer care, the complaint is closed email was sent to me.

                                  Every time I try to chat using the option given on the website, the person on the other side either didn't respond or goes disconnected. las time I waited for 40 mins to chat with the executive, but no response.

                                  I am mentally and emotionally drained by Ferns and Petals and their noncooperative attitude. I do not know who to contact and where to get the resolution of my problem and the irony is the product is still not delivered.

                                  I need my refund and the compensation of the amount of time, the energy that has gone in chasing Ferns and petals, the emotional torture that despite spending Rs1400, the rakhi could not be delivered and fake messages are being sent to the customer that the product is already delivered. highly unprofessional and fraud company.

                                  Please please please help me in this case. Its the most agonizing experience of my life.

                                    Hi i placed an order #6632643 for rakhi and chocolates to be sent to germany on august 18th and it was supposed to get delivered on 24th august.
                                    But it dint get delivered on 24th and hence i called customer care on 25th august and i was told that the order would be delivered by end of day but it was not delivered.
                                    Once again on 26th august i called customer care and again i was told that the order will be delivered by end of day. By afternoon i got a mail saying that the order has been delivered but it was not delivered.
                                    Then on 27th august i called up customer care and also sent a mail saying that the order has not been received and once again customer car said they have raised an international incident and it'll take time some time to find out where the parcel is. Then onwards the same thing is happening. I keep calling customer care and they keep informing that they are looking into the issue and meanwhile i gel email from them saying that the order has been delivered. But the tracking code in the mail clearly shows that the order is still in the warehouse and has not been delivered.
                                    International incident #[protected] had been raised but they keep saying that it has been delivered.
                                    Please note that the parcel is still not delivered and it costs rs.3399.
                                    I have used ferns and petals before for delivery within india and it was delivered correctly.
                                    But this time i am very disappointed and will never recommend ferns and petals again. They seem to be fooling customers in the name of international delivery!

                                      I placed an order on 11 august, order number 6514459, which was to be delivered on 13 august, to abu dhabi. It was a rakhi order, to be delivered to my brother. Not only the rakhi wasn't delivered, but also no money was returned (The whole order costed around inr 3000/-) the order has still not been delivered.

                                      I have been a regular customer at fnp and have been facing problems with every order. I & my family members used to avail their services, on a regular basis (Had problems with every order). I will make sure none o[censored]s and my friends ever approach fnp for further celebrations.

                                      And fnp, you better return my money, asap.

                                        I have place an order surprise anniversary gift to my wife. They completely spoiled my anniversary surprise this year.

                                        Order status was showing pending for payment. I have tried again and again to make the payment. Now three times £47.22 amount has been deducted from my account. And still they are saying payments are not receive yet !

                                        This is in reference to my order number: 6818478 and sub-order number is[protected].

                                        Please find the three payment confirmations in this email.

                                        Its reached you late in your account could you please refund three payment to my accounts?

                                        As this order not deliver and I have make a payments three times. I tried again and again from your sent link in different card still showed to me payment failed. In total I made the payment £141.66 and its had been deducted from my account.

                                        I have contacted my bank they said amount been transferred to you and you only refund the amount to my account. Please cross check to account department three £47.22 payment you should received which ordered items is not deliver yet.

                                        6859582 order delivery never happened. Money paid and never returned.

                                        The order number is 6731332.

                                        The order was to be delivered on Rakhi (26 Aug) and its not been delivered yet. Every time I speak to them they come up with the same reply: "We will file a complaint". They even charged $20 for same day delivery. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are frauds.
