Dear management,
This is regarding order no. 5481547.
The order was never delivered and occassion was spoilt and after multiple follow-ups and complaints when fnp realised their mistake, i got a call to get confirmation if the item can be re-delivered the next day. But the next day never came.
Nobody responding now, i need my money back. This is pure cheating from your side. Please dont mentally harass me further and just refund my hard earned money.
I gave a 2nd chance to fnp but now i feel its not worth it. You lost a customer fnp by your carelessness.
Now what can be done - please just refund my money.

    I had ordered a chocolate mousse cake for my daughter's 25 th birthday ... it was a midnight delivery so apart from the cake charges I paid the midnight delivery charges and I also ordered a flower musical candle . I had also ordered Flowers which was a separate order but I got that much before time .
    I am disappointed that I have never experienced this with FNP .. I got the cake damaged and very late around 1 :15 AM .. I escalated the same in the morning ...I was asked to send the pics of the cake which I did .. I emailed the requisite at 10 am .. then I got a response at 12:30 from their team stating they would send me a apology card and replace the cake today .. I replied the time of delivery to them within 10 mins of me getting the email .. they also stated they called me which they did not .

    I again called them at 5 pm to confirm the same but got a very bad customer service experience I was kept on hold for 21 mins ..then another agent refused to transfer the call to a supervisor ... another agent said I would receive the cake by 1900 hrs ..then I again called at 1920hrs when I did not get the cake .. I was asked to re send the snap shot . Though the last representative I spoke to Sameer was very professional and patient . he actually understood and saw through the notes to see what was happening on my account ... he has stated that I would get an email or a call from the supervisor and that I would get a re fund however, am not sure if this will happen ... Really disappointed that the supervisors don thave time to take escalation .. they have very rude untrained associates at the feedback complaint que ... they have better people at the order status queue where Sameer helped me out . ... where I appreciate the efforts with Sameer .. I am disappointed with Ferns and petals .

      It was my grandmother's birthday, I had ordered a 1kg chocolate truffle cake from ferns and petals thinking that they're a trusted brand, but they sent me a 500gm cake, but they collected the money for 1kg cake, there is also no cash on delivery option, if it's there then please chose that option and check the cake before paying for it, also the cake wasn't fresh, very bad and now I want a refund or at least for them to send me another 500gms cake, it's fair

        Totally dissatisfied with the worst service ever received from ferns and petals. The Gift was supposed to be handed over at Today 5/14/2018 before 9 PM as it is the 35th anniversary gift. I called the customer care and they informed me that the gift cannot be delivered because of technical reasons. They did not even asked me what best we can do to compensate this delay.

        It was one of the precious gift for the 35th wedding Anniversary. Just need to know what excuses fnp can tell for not getting delivered it on time and delivering it on a day when Anniversary is over. I need an answer from FNP and compensation for this.

          I am Shreyashi Chakraborty, from kolkata working in ABP NEWS NETWORK.. I Had order a cake for a special purpose on 14.05.2018 with full payment in advance.. which was subject robbery delivered on the same day within 9pm ..
          they conviniently didn't deliver the product without any information or refund .. after complaining in their official website they called me to ask for another date of delivery and spoke very rudely ...

          How can any office clerk speak without courtesy especially when at fault..

          This delivery was v imp and all my people at home was waiting ... re arranging the same product is not possible at such an hour..

          Hugely traumatic situation .. would request to take action so that common people don't get harassed without any information ...

            I (Ashish ranjan) ordered a cake from usa on mother's day and selected one beautiful cake that costs me $17.0. They delivered the cake on time but the cake was in very bad shape and completely damaged. We asked to take it back but they asked me to send the pictures to their customer care department and they will take appropriate action against the vendor, and i did that as below -

            Kindly check the order details for order #5545066

            The delivered cake is in very damaged condition and of very poor quality. I dont think it exactly weighs half kg either, and kindly check the attached photographs -

            Please take appropriate action to either refund my amount with apologies or deliver another piece as soon as possible. If no action being taken in next few hours then i'll escalate the issue. I'm calling up from usa and not reachable from my registered number, so either contact me @ +[protected], or call at the number provided in the delivery, ie. +91 [protected]

            You already completely spoiled the mood and spirit of mother's day that can't be refunded but atleast do as much you can compensate.

            So far i tried to reach out to them for followup but each time receiving same response that they can not do much about it.

            Right now they can't fill the gap that happens between the celebration that i planned from here and i just want a formal apology with full refund of my paid amount. I'm attaching the image of the cake that was delivered, and you can figure out by yourself if that is required or not.

              Ordered a plant for mother's day and i waited whole day, but they just couldn't get it delivered. On asking customer care, they are of no use as well. They won't help with order queries. Veey poor service. If you can't deliver orders then why take so many orders on a single day. Also can you not inform about the delay or anything. Calling to customer care takes a good 20 mins for them to pick them. I have never seen such bad service my whole life.

              Delivery time was between 6 om n 9 pm dot 8.59 i get an sms delivery failed address not found, isn't it fishy, bad morale, y they need to lie i do not understanding, bad bad bad helpline

                This is shere shame i am a regular customer my order had a landmark issue i recieved a call on 11th may and the person from ferns and petals took my details of my address and then he gave me the commitment that my order will be delievered on 12th evening or 13th morning positively and my order has not yet been delivered and my friend is leaving tomorrow i. E on the 14th so my money is wasted and my order will not be given to my friend on her birthday the customer service girl she cut me off din even listen to me and kept on talking my order no is 5497140. The no from which i got call for my address details ‭+[protected]‬. I am soo disappointed. I will surely escalate the matter further if i don’t get my order today.

                  I ordered flowers almost rs 5000. My parents were whole day home and they are sending email could not deliver as no one was home and no re delivery and no refund. I emailed them saying let me pick up and also parents were home not sure if you even came. They replied cannot pick up too. They do not even pick up calls what the hell. Cheap company looting people.. Please someone do something of this company

                      I ordered a cake, chocolates along with greeting card for my sister in law, all 3 items were delivered but the cake was not eatable and bread of cake was rotten, it tasted sour and was of no use.
                      This ruined the occasion of her birthday completely.
                      I have never expceted such a carelessness from a reputed name like ferns n petals
                      However, it was more disappointing when they responded to my complaint.
                      It was unacceptable what their representative told me, they guys said that i should have stored the rotten cake in my refrigerator or anywhere so that after 2-3 days their team would come and inspect the quality of cake, surprisingly i found that the life span of a chocolate cake is 1-2 days.
                      Let me know who stores rotten cake in their refrigerator or anywhere in home for 2 days, just in a hope that he will get refund of hardly rs 600-700.
                      I really found their policy unacceptable, where they don’t mention these things on website or don’t bring this to their customer’s notice while receiving order and later on after 2-3 days of delivery they say that i should have asked my sister-in-law to keep the rotten cake for 2-3 days in her home with a hope that they might inspect it.
                      As far as i understand, if it had not rotten at the time of delivery it would have rotten after such a long period. So what would they inspect.
                      And after a long cnoversation their representative offered me a 20% discount coupon on my next purchase as comepensation, how mean?
                      When i asked them to take an appropirate action they said that they cannot do anything without having the samlpe of the cake, i could have understood this if they had mentioned this condition earlier. But after 2-3 days it is not expected of any customer to store a rotten cake in his/her home.

                      I was a regular customer of their website but i found it really surprising that they don’t even bother what happens to their customers, when their events gets ruined just because of their unresponsible devilery partner, who even didnt accept what they had served.
                      Finally, i will not recommend such an irresponsible service provider to anyone.

                        Dear sir,
                        I order for a half kg cake of rs. 999 and a candle of rs. 49 for my niece birthday on 30 april 2018. The cake has to deliver between 1700 hrs to 2200 hrs but i receive a message on my mail that the cake is delivered at the address but when i check with my cousin they told me that they didnot received any cake or candle till now. Their is a fake sign on the mail.

                        I just want to deliver that cake and candle by today evening.

                          These crooks charge double the money for the gift cause they are a brand and dont deliver. I asked for a reschedule. They say reschedule not possible. I tried calling them up for a pick up from store. Guy does not answer. And more importantly refund not possible cause order was attempted. These kind of people should be called thieves under disguise.

                            I had placed an order comprising a bouquet of flowers along with a box of chocolate. The flowers were worn out and looked absolutely dead and the number of flowers were oly 19 while i ordered and paid for 30 of them. This is ridiculous and intolerable. Certainly a poor experience with you guys. This was my first time with you and will never opt for ur service ever again and will definitely not suggest you guys to anyone whom i know.

                              I tried placing an order and they said that customer was not contactable... Which is weird since it was for my grandmother who never goes out of the house.
                              She stays with 4 adults... So not answering the phone is not a valid reason

                              When i was on their site browsing and had to shut down.. I had a person who called me in dubai and asked if i was having trouble making a payment... But for unreachable customer.. They send an email.

                              Himanshu from customer service gives me some weird logic about responding to the email in 2 to 3 hours since its flowers that needed to be delivered.

                              Order # 5220782 placed on 8th april 2018 to kochi.

                                The sewer line of 33/1, tashknad marg, near haldiram has been choked and dirty water flowing on the roads and infront of the shop and bad smell making dirty enviroment. A complaint had lodged in allahabad nagar nigam (Complain no.38001) and bharat swachta app.
                                Therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and pass the appropriate order to rectify the problem immediately.

                                  I raised a order on 19th march and it was supposed to be delivered on 22nd march but till today date it has not delivered and these people are doing everyday fake commitment that it will be delivered today or tomorrow. Who will pay my compensation, i have lost too much and pleasing these people for delivered the product but they always did fake commitment only.

                                    I am associated with fnp since 8 years. I have made one order on 5th of march of one bamboo plant, it should be delivered by 9th of march but due to some issues it can not be delivered at the specific time. I was tracking my order and had a word with 4 customer service executive and all four have given me same feed back that consignment has reached ranchi and will be delivered by 12th march, after waiting full day again i called them and asked them i[censored] guys are not able to deliver it i will send my person to receive the same at the warehouse, miss varsha has given me all the details but when my person reached the warehouse blue dart denied and said we don't have your consignment and when i called fnp they told me that consignment has not rchd ranchi.
                                    You guys are playing with someone emotions and this is one of the worse thing you had done.

                                      Let me know whose fault is this and need immediate action of this.

                                      I am too facing the similar problem. I cancelled my order on 2nd Aug, 2022. They told me the refund will be processed within 7-10 days. I waited but it was not processed. Then I wrote back requesting for my refund. They reverted saying it the refund will be processed in 3-5 days. But it never happened. My reference order ID-[protected]. Such a disgusting service provides by fnp. Seriously, it is really sad and shame to see such companies gaining popularity.

                                        The cake I got does not the same I ordered. These guys show something else.. & deliver something else that too in very high prices. I ordered rosy pink choco cake & what I got that does not have even properly designed roses on the cake..that was totally different from what I saw in their site. Also they didn't deliver on time. Their service is very poor.. I literally hate ferns & petals now. I won't order again. These guys are fraud.
