I had placed an order for FIFA Special Cup Cake 6 and a Tiramisu 1Kg cake on 23rd Aug 2018, the order ID being 6780894 and[protected] respectively. I had paid them through online banking from my hdfc account.

Ferns N Petals cancelled the order of cupcake worth Rs 999. It has been 13 days since, but I have not received the refund back. I have spoken to customer care executives but with no results. I request you to help me get my money back.

Secondly, the expensive Tiramisu cake that I had ordered (Rs 1749), was not Tiramisu cake. It was very substandard. I need to be compensated for that too.

This company is a fraud. the whole experience has put me in a stress. They are cheating people.

Please help me get back my money that they owe me which is Rs 999, with a compensation for substandard cake Rs 1749 and the amount I have spent to make numerous calls Rs 100, also for the unwanted stress this is creating Rs 10000
Therefore total amount : Rs 12848

    My order id is 6705045 (Rakhi to the UK) was booked on 20th August for a guaranteed delivery by 26th, the product was not delivered until 28th August as committed, but I receive an SMS that product has been delivered but actually, it was not. The customer care executive did not have the update. Next day on 30th again I called Customer care and he confirmed that the product is still in the post office and they need some time to check the reason and they shall revert soon. Since then the process of chasing the customer care began and which is still going on. I have tried to share my grievance by calling Customer care, by sending emails, registering complains on their website, but no action.

    The customer care calls took forever to get connected, I have all the images of how many times i called and for how long was put on hold.

    Every time I register a complaint on the website, in return I receive an email that my request has been closed. I have all the emails and their Non-delivery incident number and the subsequent emails that say, THANK YOU FOR GIVING US THE OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE YOU. YOUR REQUEST ID NO[protected] HAS BEEN CLOSED.

    Every time I registered a complaint online or through customer care, the complaint is closed email was sent to me.

    Every time I try to chat using the option given on the website, the person on the other side either didn't respond or goes disconnected. las time I waited for 40 mins to chat with the executive, but no response.

    I am mentally and emotionally drained by Ferns and Petals and their noncooperative attitude. I do not know who to contact and where to get the resolution of my problem and the irony is the product is still not delivered.

    I need my refund and the compensation of the amount of time, the energy that has gone in chasing Ferns and petals, the emotional torture that despite spending Rs1400, the rakhi could not be delivered and fake messages are being sent to the customer that the product is already delivered. highly unprofessional and fraud company.

    Please please please help me in this case. Its the most agonizing experience of my life.

      Hi i placed an order #6632643 for rakhi and chocolates to be sent to germany on august 18th and it was supposed to get delivered on 24th august.
      But it dint get delivered on 24th and hence i called customer care on 25th august and i was told that the order would be delivered by end of day but it was not delivered.
      Once again on 26th august i called customer care and again i was told that the order will be delivered by end of day. By afternoon i got a mail saying that the order has been delivered but it was not delivered.
      Then on 27th august i called up customer care and also sent a mail saying that the order has not been received and once again customer car said they have raised an international incident and it'll take time some time to find out where the parcel is. Then onwards the same thing is happening. I keep calling customer care and they keep informing that they are looking into the issue and meanwhile i gel email from them saying that the order has been delivered. But the tracking code in the mail clearly shows that the order is still in the warehouse and has not been delivered.
      International incident #[protected] had been raised but they keep saying that it has been delivered.
      Please note that the parcel is still not delivered and it costs rs.3399.
      I have used ferns and petals before for delivery within india and it was delivered correctly.
      But this time i am very disappointed and will never recommend ferns and petals again. They seem to be fooling customers in the name of international delivery!
      Requesting you to refund my money.

        I placed an order on 11 august, order number 6514459, which was to be delivered on 13 august, to abu dhabi. It was a rakhi order, to be delivered to my brother. Not only the rakhi wasn't delivered, but also no money was returned (The whole order costed around inr 3000/-) the order has still not been delivered.

        I have been a regular customer at fnp and have been facing problems with every order. I & my family members used to avail their services, on a regular basis (Had problems with every order). I will make sure none o[censored]s and my friends ever approach fnp for further celebrations.

        And fnp, you better return my money, asap.

        I have received a message that my payment is in process, and I will receive the same in 10 working days, but what about the mental agony I went through? My brother did not receive Rakhi, for the first time in these 30 years. I am more upset about this.

          I have place an order surprise anniversary gift to my wife. They completely spoiled my anniversary surprise this year.

          Order status was showing pending for payment. I have tried again and again to make the payment. Now three times £47.22 amount has been deducted from my account. And still they are saying payments are not receive yet !

          Please find the three payment confirmations in this email.

          Its reached you late in your account could you please refund three payment to my accounts?

          As this order not deliver and I have make a payments three times. I tried again and again from your sent link in different card still showed to me payment failed. In total I made the payment £141.66 and its had been deducted from my account.

          I have contacted my bank they said amount been transferred to you and you only refund the amount to my account. Please cross check to account department three £47.22 payment you should received which ordered items is not deliver yet.

          I look forward to hearing from you.

          6859582 order delivery never happened. Money paid and never returned.
          Fraud website.
          The order number is 6731332.

          The order was to be delivered on Rakhi (26 Aug) and its not been delivered yet. Every time I speak to them they come up with the same reply: "We will file a complaint". They even charged $20 for same day delivery. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are frauds.

            I placed an order for rakhi to be delivered on 24h aug 2018. They display on their website that it will be delivered by saturday, 25 aug. On 25th evening i received a message that they have attempted delivery but it failed as recipient phone number is not working. I called up their call centre and give another number, they promised to deliver on 26th aug sunday. I called them up again they said they will definitely deliver it asap.

            I did chat with them on monday again they again gave me false promise.

            Today i received email from them they said that they will not deliver product now also will not refund any money. I think they are cheating with customers and they never did attempt any delivery. My family was always available at home and waiting to receive this gift. Unfortunately i tried this unreliable company for such important delivery. Hope other will not fall in such traps.

              I placed an order for rakhi to be delivered on 26h aug 2018. It has still not been delivered. I have been trying to reach then frantically but they are deliberately disconnecting my call.

              Even senior managers are not telling me the status. I don't understand how this company is doing the business. It should be closed right away.

              Please don't trust this company. They are big frauds. They just take money from you and deliberately don't deliver the order. This is how they are making money.
              Their customer service numbers are always not reachable. They hire 10th fail students who don't even know how to talk.

                Hello, i had placed an order last night where i was explained that my order wasn’t going to reach at the same time because one of them was cake and other was a plant which would be a courier. I was ok with it and made my order made the payment, the after i call up again they tell me there is no service to the particular pincode and that they are going to cancel my order. Before i could change my address ur business hours were changed and i couldn’t speak to anyone. After a long wait early in the morning my call was transferred to more then 4 people then they tell me that my preset has been canceled where i received no mail, text or call. It is such a shame that before placing an order i get 100 people calling me to ask me if they should send me a link to make the payment and as the payment is done we have to wait for hours to speak to the customer care. I haven’t had this kinda problem in any other country. This was the worst experience ever. So unhappy that india’s customers service is only before payment and people can go to hell after the payment has been done.
                I would really like to get an email or a call regarding my concern

                  You guys are the biggest losers ever!!

                  Why do you cheat your customers by showing scheduled delivery when you can't even make it. Do you guys have any importance of occasions?

                  I made an order for rakhabandhan which was supposed to get delivered on august 26th and i had no update on when it is going to get delivered despite getting hundreds of mails and messages that it's going to get delivered today.
                  If you can't make it just cancel it and refund on time or inform atleast if you guys are not going to deliver at all.

                  I'm so disappointed with the services. You guys are the worst in market. I have never seen such bad customer service even from a small vendor in my life.
                  Useless!!!
                  Never going to place any order from ferns n petals ever again.

                    This is worst site, don't go for it please, there is neither any tracking of your order and neither they deliver your item.

                    On time delivery is too far, they don't even deliver it... No one support in their office, neither anyone knows about tracking and no one would respond. They would say yes today it will reach... And you would just be calling customer care every now and then

                      Fern n petal claims for delivery on time but i think its highly unprofessional on their part that they do not deliver their product on time. I had other options to send rakhi to my brother but i selected ferns n petal which was a major blunder on my part. Action must be taken against them. On the top of it they do not handle customer queries and do not pick up the calls.

                      A cake was booked from Rishikesh on 19 August 18 to be delivered in Gorakhpur but it is not delivered yet as it is 7:30 pm now

                        I had placed an order for a gift for my wife in usa for her birthday. There was some mistake with the address and when notified, i was given an option to change the address and through it i changed the address. By this time the order was already 2 days late. Later on i was informed that the product cant be delivered and there is no option for re-delivery or even a refund.
                        Customer care service of ferns n petals is not at all appreciable. Being such a reputed company, customers look for the quality. Every time my son tried contacting them, his phone was put on hold and eventually the call was cut from their side.
                        Till now no proper answer has been given by them.

                          I have been sent a anonymous order from ferns and petals. I called customer care to know the sender's name. After multiple call transfers, one guy said i'll give you 3 clues if one is right i will provide you the senders name. He told me three fake names and i selected one. Then he laughed. Then he provided me with a email id saying this is senders email id. This email id is not even registered with ferns and petals as i have checked it. I have the whole call recording with me. This company is clearly making fool of their customers in the name of support.

                            I have placed a order which has to be delivered on 23 of august, they told that receiver was not available. At that time, they asked extra amount for redelivery on the same day and payment was done, after that also it is not delivered and when i tried to call they disconnected it for several times. That was a very horrible experience. I think i lost all the money which i have paid. All the planning of that day was spoiled.

                              Hey, I had ordered a rakhi for my brother in the USA. But I was extremely disappointed when the one that got delivered was not the one that I had ordered for him. I had also sent an extra rakhi and even that was a completely different one. This is not how delivery is supposed to work and this is not the first time it is happening. I can understand if the one in the picture doesn't look similar in reality but the one that got delivered is a completely different one which looks bad as well. I had spent around 4k so that a good one gets delivered but in the end, it was a ### one which looks like it was of a lower price as well. This is not done.

                                My order nr 6505692 for flowers was to be delivered for rakhi on 25th august as per contract agreed by me.

                                After taking advance payment when they made mistake & delivered the flowers 3 days in advance & instead of either re-delivering on the due date or refunding the payment - their customer support executive nitish kumar says we apologise and on phone mr prashant says that is all we can do!!!

                                Highly unprofessional + unethical + fraud on clients who paid in advance

                                Order nr 6782216 Bouquet of Kit Kat Chocolates was delivered to the recipient in Kolkata in un-edible, stale & badly melted condition due to which it had to be thrown away immediately. No resolution yet by the company.

                                Last year Stale & Smelly oil Sweet Laddos were delivered to my sister in Hyderabad - so I thought Chocolate this Rakhi will be safer but unfortunately they seem to be taking clients for a ride on busy festival occasions !

                                  Hi,

                                  I have ordered rakhi for delivery in australia and after few days they just mailed mel saying they attempted to deliver it.

                                  After that i have tried calling them several time and later on they are saying they will come up some solution after discussing it with their management.

                                  Are we people stupid trusting them?

                                  Their agent didn't even bothered to call the receipient.

                                  Is this your service making false promises of guaranteed delivery??

                                  I want an strict action against them.

                                    I had placed order no. 6589488 on 16 august for delivery of rakhi on the occasion of raksha bandhan but not delivered the same product i send picture also on there email i’d till now no response customer service is poor.

                                    I wrote to them emails - but no replies.

                                    Their phone are not reachable anymore.

                                    They have cheated me and i do not know how many customers.

                                    They are a total fraud and noone should do any dealing with them

                                      I would like to request for a full refund for the cake.
                                      The cake that i ordered is completely and totally different form what i received.
                                      You'll notice by the looks of it, my order is a round cake, what my husband received is a square cake with full of smudges from a cheap cake box.
                                      I paid for $144nzd and i didn't expect it would end up my day to be really frustrated as they have poor customer service as well.
                                      The receiver is absolutely unhappy and so do i.
                                      I paid for a high price to get my loved one enjoy his birthday but the cake is very disappointing.

                                        So, i decided to use ferns n petals to send rakhi to my brother who is in singapore. I was thrilled as in website, they mentioned shipping is free for rakhi international... But guess what! It isn't free when you have to send to singapore. Got in touch with an agent who offered me 5 to 7% discount and said that she will. Jngirm the team about this. I didn't want a discount really but wanted to know why put false information on internet. I didnt take the discount and sent the rakhi online rakhi package to my brother, order number 652101. He received it on 16th august but it was incomplete. What i paid for was different from what he received. I put in the complaint hoping someone will reply but i get a reply stating my complaint status is closed whereas no one had tried to get in touch with me and explain why the order sent was incomplete. Again i tried to chat with them online and all i get was that the concerned team will look into this and again the complaint status shows closed. How can a complaint be closed when no one has explained to me as to why my brother recd an incomplete order.
