I would like to request for a full refund for the cake.
The cake that i ordered is completely and totally different form what i received.
You'll notice by the looks of it, my order is a round cake, what my husband received is a square cake with full of smudges from a cheap cake box.

We ordered a bonsai plant (Ficus) with a diffuser set to be delivered in nagpur as a congratulatory gift. We had to call multiple times when the gift did not reach. I ordered a bamboo tree for my friend birthday to surprise him. I make a delivery date as august 14, 2018 but they has delivered by august 13, 2018. Order no - 6269281, order was placed, payment was made. The packet didn't reach on time. After following up and after repeated lies the packet was delivered 3 days after, it was supposed to be delivered. The quality was cheap and worst possible, colours didn't match by miles. This is a bad experience with Ferns and petals and very shameful and pathetic customer service I pre ordered a cake for my Girlfriend’s birthday and the delivery was in Los Angeles I got a message saying that the shipment is out for delivery and will reach on 21st at 12.06 pm. I needed my order yesterday and I was told that it will reach yesterday before 9pm and to check the status I called your CUSTOMER CARE thrice and they all conveyed that the time of delivery is till 9pm, you have to wait. The company has very bad reviews about timings, how should someone trust the company for such beautiful occasions ?
Kindly look into it and deliver it on time when somebody orders as it is connected to the surprises that one gives.
Let somebody trust you on such occasions.
And kindly shorten the 350 characters as the complaint thing.
Why do you want yourself to take in more bad reviews.

NOT taking responsibilities for complaints as well !

For me the bouquet, cake, and sweets were ordered by my friend on my birthday JULY 1, 2018 and it was so in bad condition ...that the roses were not fresh not even decorated...

I have placed order for international delivery on 7th june. For delivery on 20th june to london. They did not deliver the oder on that day. After that also they did not deliver it next day.
They are not giving details for international delivery as well.
