I placed an order on 11 august, order number 6514459, which was to be delivered on 13 august, to abu dhabi. It was a rakhi order, to be delivered to my brother. Not only the rakhi wasn't delivered, but also no money was returned (The whole order costed around inr 3000/-) the order has still not been delivered.
I have been a regular customer at fnp and have been facing problems with every order. I & my family members used to avail their services, on a regular basis (Had problems with every order). I will make sure none o[censored]s and my friends ever approach fnp for further celebrations.
And fnp, you better return my money, asap.

Updated by Akku10 I have received a message that my payment is in process, and I will receive the same in 10 working days, but what about the mental agony I went through? My brother did not receive Rakhi, for the first time in these 30 years. I am more upset about this.
