- on 18th of january, 2019 was the scheduled date to reach flower at london
- since morning 18th of january, 2019 i am following up with them
- today is 21st jan, 18 and lame answer which i have got is that incomplete address
- when birthday was on 20th then what's the point to deliver it after that
- once after that, we have asked for a refund they denied
- fraud company
- pathetic service

    Hi,

    This is for order number #8679452 i had placed the order for a 25th wedding anniversary on the 18th of jan 2019 and paid extra amount for express delivery in the time slot of 08 :00-12 :00 hrs...

    I got the call at 12:58 p. M. When i was in a meeting that the order was not able to reach on time and that they are trying their best to make sure the order reaches as soon as possible... I was furious but i said please ensure it is sent asap... As was in a meeting thinking it would be an hour delay or something...

    At 02:00 p. M. I reached out to their online chat service to report that the order was still not received... However the customer support guy disconnected the chat box without providing proper clarity...

    Again at 3:00 p. M. I reached out with another chat on their online chat box stating the issue post getting a confirmation that the order reached arround 2:00 p. M. And the discussion was as below:

    If you see the way the customer representative disconnected the chat while i was talking that itself is insulting & not to forget that in the ecommerce of today when companies become big they less respect their customers or disrespect them as they are no longer interested in individual experience...

    I have been using this service for almost 2 years now but when i faced this issue today i have firmly wanted an investigation to be taken inplace to ensure no more o[censored]s are harassed by companies who become arrogant when they achieve a share of the market...

    No company shall ever forget the power of a consumer & a costumer no matter big or small shall always have the power to ensure the company abides to the service that is promised specially in such service industries...

    It is my plea to the consumer complaints forum to guide me to ensure that fnf shall suffer the same shame that i have felt today as a customer and shall be penalised for their wrong doings & hopefully never have the guts to repeat such an issue again...

    I got a refund of INR 49 towards the above issue as a token of apology from FNP... They think that for a customer for the past 2 years my time and my occasion is worth INR 49 and an apology {over mail } ... This is not a case of false commitments this is a case of fraud & disrespecting the customers... This is a case of forgetting what a customer's right is and to under-gudge the power of the consumer... I urge Consumer Complaints forum to kindly get intouch with me & to make sure we take a firm step on a company who should be responsible for making customers occasions a better experience & not in the worse sense...

      I am really frustrated and going to consumer court. How can a person get birthday wishes but not a call from cake delivery agent. Provided 2 numbers still no call instad a text received stating delivery attempt failed. Order 8611532 and their chat executives are arrogant and don’t know how to talk to customers. Now they are saying cake will be delivered bw 12-3pm. I had given midnight delivery charges but they are delivering in afternoon and for that i need to cancel my plans for lunch. And wonder how i am paying for services and i am the one who has to sit idly to chevk when cake will come. I am going to file a complaint against ferns n petals. Such a loser you are

          Dear Authorities,
          I am a serving Army Officer. I had ordered midnight delivery of flowers through FERNS N PETALS on 30th Dec 2018. I waited till 1:00AM & the flowers were not delivered. I had paid a total of Rs 599 for flowers & additional 250 for midnight delivery. It spoilt my surprise for my wife.
          Ferns n Petals after repeated complaints finally refunded my money but caused me grave Harassment with their Unprofessional behaviour & False Assurances on their website. It's really sad that even after complaining numerous times, Ferns & Petals have done hardly anything regarding their Unprofessional behaviour. They have simply tried to cover up the situation by refunding my money. What about the fact that Ferns n Petals were unable to keep their assurance for delivering at the time they claimed. This calls for Compensation to the customer for the Harassment. Hope somebody in Ferns n Petals authorities are listening. I would also urge people to spread around the word regarding this kind of poor service by Ferns n Petals.
          I asked Compensation from Ferns n Petals which they simply refused. I want to request Consumer Forum to assist me in getting compensation from them.

            I ordered sunglasses order number[protected]... It was not delivered on 31st december 2018... Till now i am still waiting... When i write to support fnp email... It replies by telling my order is closed... Harshita sharma replied telling that they are working on it... But sahil bhutani in live chat said product unavailable... Leaving me in confusion... I need a solution... When my money is stuck with them, they said case is closed... What is this?

              Order no - 8468327 for fruit cake, product is totally worst in quality. They have named fruit cake but delivered normal cream cake having 3-4 small slices of pineapple on the top. It has been delivered by local cake shop sweet & ice, we can easily purchase it at the cost of max rs. 200-250 for 1/2 kg but ferns n petals charged 799 for it. Delivered cream cake instead of fruit cake on website.
              Customer care is asking to share pic, but on the basis of pic how anyone decide the quality of cake? Its worst product & service. Customer care having no solution to change or cancel order also they not delivered candle & knife as it mentioned free in description. Such type of fraud online services must be banned who cheats public. People usually get help of online service if products are not available in his town/city as per his/her desire but this website has delivered local product with high value its totally fraud.

                My order number is 8386865 i’ve ordered for my wife in us there were some problem in the address ferns and petals didn’t called me back either didn’t updates me about the address and time to time i was kept on calling them they said your order will b deliverd on 27th august and on the other side they said your address was incorrect they emailed me call us in 2 hours to update your address i called them to updated the address they said we will email you they emailed me in night at 10:30 pm for modifying the address through ups delivery process ferns and petals contracted with them but ups emailed me and they said we didn’t get any address update regarding to your order ferns and petals didn’t updated us that’s y we are discarding your order and ferns n petals not refunding my money i’ve paid extra charge for the delivery too that’s the worst thing that ever happend to me this site ferns n petals is all #

                  Would give zero rating if there was such option. Ordered a beautiful hoya plant from ferns n petals and what they delivered isn't even what i ordered and damaged. The quality was bad, leaf was broken off and present separately in the box and pot contains only soil. I requested for return and sent them the photos for reference. The customer service is so pathetic that they are not responding through mails or chat or calls. They are just saying from 3 days that they are resolving the issue and its under process. And the mobile app of fnp is not working properly. The product is deliverd by deliver boy on 25th dec and its updated on the app that product is delivered @ 26th dec. Do not order from ferns n petals. Its a waste of money and bad customer service.

                    I ordered a product, - product code 8363538 which wasn’t delivered on the specific date. Site provided the wrong information they took my money and didn’t return me. And on complaining they provided me the wrong information. That your product has been delivered. Even after requesting for three times they didn’t listen to me. They refused to return my online payment. And even on the third time the guy gave me the fake information about delivery. And also they didn’t attend my call two times.
                    Please take action against this they are fooling customers.

                      Hi myself Praveen from Chennai I placed the order in FNP my order no is 8378527 and I have paid 1145 for 8 rose with stem and 1/2 kg chocolate flour cake .but I received only chocolate cake with melted condition no bokey as received . really it's a worst customer care agency it's fraud cheated agency I cal'd mr Manoj contact no [protected] agent guy for complaints with out response he told he can deliver the same cake with flowers for tmr.i don't how this guys are working with brains I have placed the order for surprice birthday event for today but the guy told he can deliver gud product for tomorrow .really today I have worst experience in this fake web site I have full details photos for the product .I'm going to raise the issue in social media note: there is a customer care but no use of contact them worst response and support from they side from 23rd Dec 18 eve continuously calling and communication the person to deliver my product at 24th afternoon 1 pm but they deliver my product at 5.58pm totally worst product don't trust I have lost 1145 rs and my happiness .pl don't trust and fall in fake product

                        My order number is 8310467, payment is done. It was suppose to be delivered on my office address but because my office is restricted area... I had told them in advance they have to give me a call when they reach my office... There is no call from them.. From 3 days the delivery is just being cancelled. They have completely spoiled the occassion... I called customer care so many times... They have stupid policies which does not help customers at all... Pathetic service received.. I want my money back

                          I have ordered flower arrangement order ID 8300763 from Ferns&Petals. Firstly, I have paid extra for choosing midnight delivery. Then there was a problem with this particular time slot and the reason given was that the area was not safe for midnight delivery. I agreed for standard delivery but they have delivered on altogether different date and not even to the person mentioned in order. I am really unhappy and disappointed by this inconvenience.                             I have ordered midnight delivery for a special occasion on 18/12/2018 wide order no 8322303 however after placing my order I received an update o[censored]navailability of delivery that too before few hours of expected delivery time. This was pathetic experience of fnp. When I have ordered well in time and paid full amount then why I have to accept a different time slot and that's also when I have paid extra amount for my special request and the same was confirmed.

                            This is really lethargic and unacceptable answers received from fnp which is not at all acceptable.

                            This website is making people fool with wrong commitments and playing with others emotions. Strict action is required against such websites or should get permanently closed.

                            Moreover they are promising midnight delivery however they are not reachable after 22:30 hours which left you totally helpless and frustrated. No one try to understand the commitment of time and even taking money well in advance they are not delivering promises.

                              This the second time continuously we get the flowers which are not fresh and not having any fragrance all waste of money, will never use this to send flowers.                                 I ordered flowers for my friend and payment was done in advance. My order was not delivered to the mentioned recipient and not even an attempt was made to contact the recipient. Ferns n petals delivered my order to some wrong person and when i complained about it, they sent me the bill with the signature of that wrong person in the recipient's signature section.
                                I have been complaining to ferns n petals since a week now and i haven't got a single reply since the wrong bill from their support team.
                                I am attaching the photo of the wrong bill in which some guy named raju prasad received my order.

                                  I am major sumit. For my anniversary on 12dec18, i placed order of a cake which was supposed to ve delivered on 12 itself between 10 to 2 pm in jammu.
                                  Till eve 5pm when order was not delivered i contracted your call centre again n again, and it was a poor response when first time my call was kept on hold for 18 min second time the female out there said they will reach in half an hr.

                                  Anyhow i contacted my other officer in jammu and told them to deliver one cake after purchase from market in eve, which they did.
                                  But on 12 dec 2018, for the day i placed my order for my wife who is staying with her parents was not delivered at all, till 11:45pm 12 dec 18.

                                  Now at midnight i m getting messages around 2 am 13 dec 18, that order was delivered.

                                  Are you guys seriously insane or stupid, or behaving to be so stupid.

                                  First of all that order was delayed by one day. So it list its importance.
                                  Second when u was not able to deliver it on 12 den keep the cake yourself and should be eaten by your staff, by delivering on 13 at 2 am, what your outlet in jammu was trying to proof. Your rep was really stupid.

                                  There is no point of delivering a item when it has lost its importance. And now you kindly refund my money and take that cake for ur staff in jammu and ask for few portion in ur head office please.

                                  And take it as advice, if you cannot deliver a product in time kindly don't take order.

                                    I ordered from ferns n petals.. A potted plant with laughing buddhas.. Order no is 8064628.. Which was to be delivered to my fiancè today.. I. E.8th dec.. But he got a msg yesterday itself that the order could not be delivered due to address issue.. Why am i not being communicated about anything.. Since the order was placed by me.. And also what's the procedure to get refund now??

                                    I had placed an order (Order no 8208764) . on 10 th dec 2018 for a plant to delivered in Hyderabad on 12 th dec 2018 . It was not delivered and there is no communication from ferns n petals in this respect .

                                      I placed an order on 2nd dec.18 of a cake which was to be delivered on 4th dec. 18
                                      As the order number was 8088478 and on the mail it is showing that order had been delivered but it has not been delivered yet. I have been taking follow ups from the time i received the order delivery mail but nothing has been done yet.
                                      I have also got the complaint no.[protected].

                                      But they are totally doing fraud as they haven't refunded any amount nor they are replying to the complaints.

                                        Good morning, sir/mam whosoever is reading this message of mine, so i need to tell you i've asked you guys about why the picture was not sent to me while giving it to recepient as what you are supposed to do so you have not done that so i am able to manage the picture from the recepient so kindly tell me and match the picture is it kind of same gift as it can be clearly seen that flowers and decoration shown in the picture is different from what you guys had offered and what i have choosed and even though i have talked to some agent of yours while my order was in cart he called me many times to pay for the order and helped me and on the same time he has told me when asked that order will be remaining same as shown and delivery boy will call me when he would be out for delivery, he said yes so kindly tell me anyting which you guys have mentioned regarding order, have i got anything and for proof i am sending you the picture's of what i ordered and what i got. So kindly do needfull and i am writing this mail to your top authorities. So kindly do needfull. And i must tell you this is not my first experience, it is my second time and i must request you to check my history along the order. So i must request you to kindly do needfull or otherwise i will take serious legal step.
