My order number is 8310467, payment is done. It was suppose to be delivered on my office address but because my office is restricted area... I had told them in advance they have to give me a call when they reach my office... There is no call from them.. From 3 days the delivery is just being cancelled. They have completely spoiled the occassion... I called customer care so many times... They have stupid policies which does not help customers...

This the second time continuously we get the flowers which are not fresh and not having any fragrance all waste of money, will never use this to send flowers. I ordered flowers for my friend and payment was done in advance. My order was not delivered to the mentioned recipient and not even an attempt was made to contact the recipient. Ferns n petals delivered my order to some wrong person and when i complained about it, they sent me the bill with the signature of that wrong person in the recipient's signature section.

As the order number was 8088478 and on the mail it is showing that order had been delivered but it has not been delivered yet. I have been taking follow ups from the time i received the order delivery mail but nothing has been done yet.

This is to inform you that yesterday morning i have received a gift containing cake, chocolates, cutting knife and candles from some unknown person (Order id:[protected] via ferns n petals. The person did not share any personal details regarding his/her identity.
I called the customer care of ferns n petals asking the sender's details to return back the gift, but they told me that neither they have the permission to disclose the sender's...

I placed an international order and paid online more than 5000/- for birthday products including the delivery charges.
The order was not attempted to be delivered. They updated fake details stating the address could not be found while i have been staying at the same address for many years.

1. No delivery done.
2. No re-delivery attempt made.
3. Very rude on the call (Wait time more than 30 min)

My order no. 7898984 was supposed to be delivered today. But it was not delivered and the reason mentioned was address could not be found.

For your information address was 100% complete and other companies like amazon, flipkart, archies, flower aura etc. Have been delivering orders to the same address without fail.
I tried to call customer care multiple times but it was busy even after waiting for more than 5 minutes...

I have ordered cake from ferns and petals and last moment they call us and tell that they will not be able to deliver in the area. This is really disappointing that at the time of occasion they refused to deliver and we have to face the disappointment due to this. I want this company should be given some punishment for doing such behaviour with the clients...
