I ordered a delivery of $95 for 4 days of valentine's week. And all they delivered was one bouquet of carnations and one bouquet of yellow roses and two 6inch teddy bear on 12th and 13th. They were supposed to deliver a chocolate cake and two additional mixed colour roses bouquet, a box of ferraro rocher chocolates and two dairy milk which they did not. I called their customer care and everyone just hung up after asking bunch of questions. The eighth caller registered my complaint. After 12 hrs or so they sent me an email saying that they could not contact me. I responded with my us number. 36 hours have gone by and no one has reached out to me yet or called or gave me a refund. T

    I ordered gift for valentine's day and time slot was 9.00-21.00. I paid extra for express hand delivery and my order is yet not delivered even after 24 hours of order placing. Ferns and petals has wrongly handled everything. So upset about it. My order id - 9203308. Their customer care number is not reachable. And i still haven't received any information about the mail which i have sent them. Their tracking app still shows the time to be delivered on 14th feb from 9.00-21.00.

      As yesterday was valentines day and it was my first valentine after marriage, i odered bouque and chocolates for my husband as a suroirise in his hotel, i requested to delivered it by 4 pm as my husband leaves at that time they assured me they will try their best but it was not delivered and they told will deliver till 0900 pm, at 0900pm also it was not delivered i called so they told we are very loaded sorry for inconveince will deliver it in half n hour. It was 1100pm but still their not any deliver tried calling but not able to reach them.

      My full day they wasted, they ruined my valentines pathetic cheapo people seating in their call center, they dont have manners to speak with customer.

      I am trying to them as usual line busy.

      When i asked for refund, they said we cant give refund, wtf

      Fraud company playing with people emotions and money.

        I had placed order no.9153227. On valentine's day for delivery of flowers & chocolate but not delivery same day as per order and spoiled our day.

        Even they people telling me for send voucher instead of my order.

        Their phone are not reachable anymore.

        They have cheated me and i do not know how many customers.

        They are a total fraud and noone should do any dealing with them. Not suggested this site. Very ridiculous services.

          I ordered flowers from ferns and Patel and it was mentioned that it will deliver in between 6 am to 9 pm the address which was mentioned on the oder was apparently reciver2was not able to receive at the moment he asked delivery to deliver at Mahipalpur red light which he denied then he asked deliver boy that he is coming to Ambience mall gurgaon he also denied the same and after waiting again I contacted the delivery boy Mr rohit from shop plam Vihar he said he is refunding the amount and till now I dnt received the amount I have all the screenshot as a proof need my refund back it was clearly mentioned that the item will be delivered between 6 am to 9 pm rohit called me at 6 and the discussion carried by 7pm and then I got a mail stating that the delivery boy was at 8 25 something time was mentioned which all was wrong i have all the screenshot when the delivery boy called and lst call was at which time. So plzz ferns and Patel don't share fake mails to ur customer. Need my refund back never ever i m gona shop with it. Nd till now I m following up he is not picking up the call this the way u treat ur customer

          In this screenshot it is clearly mentioned that I have received a mail at 6 36 rohit called me at 6 17 nd also it was mentioned that til 9 pm they will deliver which the delivery boy denied it I will see these guys its not about the money it was about the occasion and Rohit has spoiled it i will never recommend ferns nd petal I will complain about it every social media I have the number nd all the screenshots how a assistant can denie for the delivery to its customer I have paid extra money for the delivery from between 6am to 9 pm how can they be so fraud to the customer need a refund right away and please change your associates and specially of palm Vihar.

              I have ordered a cake through fnp (Order no. 9116807) on 11th feb 2018
              They promised to deliver on 12th before 5 pm but it was not delivered.
              Strange matter is, i got message that it was delivered and in app also it was updated as delivered.
              Pathetic customer service who cut the call with out providing the status of order. Initially they said they are unable to contact the delivery team in that location, later cancelling the call after telling to hold for 2 min.

              Wasted a good time by trusting this waste service.

                I have ordered a gift on my anniversary on 6 feb 2019 and it shows the delivery date 8th feb. But today on 12 feb its not delivered yet. No courier boy tried to contact me no update of status. You guys are promising for same day delivery so what the hell is going wrong with you. Contact me as soon as possible otherwise i will take a serious action against you

                  It was a highly disappointing experience with ferns n petals. I ordered a beautiful cake but what i received was a totally different looking cake. It looked below average. The support guy said that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Only a sorry but they did not feel responsible enough to replace their wrong order with my actual cake. So, i have a question for ferns n petals, do customers pay you money so that you can slap them with any random cake of your choice?

                    On 7th feb 2019, i have ordered a 'heart red & white roses box arrangement' from ferns n petals worth rs. 2199. For this order i have done the online transaction. One hour later, i got a call from their backend team wherein they were saying that we cannot fulfill this order as we don't have box with us. On which they said that we will send some other beautiful bouquet of 50 roses along with a complimentary cadbury celebrations chocolate box. Then i waited for 6 hours and my order wasn't arrived. At 9 pm a local guy came along with a third class bouquet without any complimentary chocolate box. I have ordered a 2200 bouquet and guy delivered a bouquet of hardly 400-500 roses bouquet. Now when i called ferns n petals immediately, so that they can take their order back and refund my amount as what they have done is a fraud, they have not even registered my complaints and passing on the phones to each other. Fraud company who display something else and deliver something else #fraudcompany i want my money back. Please help me in getting my money back.

                      I had ordered for a gift to be delivered to one of my friend. It was an office address and they tried delivery at 8.59 pm and they say it could not be delivered. Next day after the birthday is over they are calling us and asking whether that can be delivered when the function is over.in that case what ideally they should be doing is to refund which they didnt do. When raised a request for refund, received a mail simply that the case is closed without even making any attempts

                        Ferns and petals team is a total fraud.

                        They don't re attempt to deliver the order even on request of customer to delivery agent.

                        Customer care service not at all supporting and bluff only. They make money by cheating people. They don't even refund money and also not re attempt to deliver order as per receiver availability in city.
                        A totally cheat team sitting in ferns and petals.

                          They are tricksters. Don’t trust and don’t send anything. I paid $80 and they didn’t even try to send my gift. They only sent me an email which says that they tried to reach to the receipent but she wasn’t available. I put my phone number and they didn’t even try to contact me. I tried to call, nobody answered my phone. I litigate the company, but i wanted make sure just protect the other people. Don’t buy anything from this company.

                            Problem statement: the order was not delivered, and i am also not being refunded to the order. So in reality ferns and petal is taking money for nothing. Ferns and petal have been claiming that the delivery was attempted however no one was available to collect delivery & sender was contacted.
                            Me as a sender, i was never contacted - can produce call logs on demand & it is also not possible that no one was at home as there was an anniversary party at home the same night. I believe the delivery was attempted but maybe somewhere else.

                            First call: 23rd january - 19:27 (Uae time), total duration: 2 mins - no resolution, i was promised that someone will get back to me but no one cared to provide an update back

                            Second call: 23rd january - 19:31 (Uae time), total duration: 24 mins - no resolution, no delivery confirmation

                            Third call: 23rd january - 19:57 (Uae time), total duration: 12 mins - no resolution, no delivery confirmation

                            Fourth call: 24th january - 11:22 (Uae time), total duration: 18 mins - no resolution again

                            Fifth call: 27th january, 17:09 (Uae time), total duration: 14 mins - no resolution

                            Total call duration: 70 mins, these minutes were wasted from my life just to argue with a bunch of people who don't understand what customer experience/ promise even means.

                            Solution: i would like to be refunded for the order amount.

                              I have placed and order for flowers with extra money for fixed time delivery
                              The delivered flowers looks used and bruised. The delivery boy himself marked 5 stars for the feedback and went. Cheating me and fooling other customers with this feedback model

                              Called customer care and they asking to send email to another id. Once the email was send, they are closing the case. Spoiled my day. It is not just with money, i lost my time to get a replacement or buy another one on a special day.

                                Highly disappointed by the mechanism as the team as delivered the gift on a different address and to a completely different person before even making a call to me. And its 3 days since then, i am calling continuously at the customer care number and there has been no response.
                                The team is not able to contect the delivery since 3 days i mean what should i understand from it, that the co. Is highly inefficient or if fooling the customer.
                                I want full compensation for the misdeed.

                                    This is for order number #8679452 i had placed the order for a 25th wedding anniversary on the 18th of jan 2019 and paid extra amount for express delivery in the time slot of 08 :00-12 :00 hrs...

                                    I got the call at 12:58 p. M. When i was in a meeting that the order was not able to reach on time and that they are trying their best to make sure the order reaches as soon as possible... I was furious but i said please ensure it is sent asap... As was in a meeting thinking it would be an hour delay or something...

                                    At 02:00 p. M. I reached out to their online chat service to report that the order was still not received... However the customer support guy disconnected the chat box without providing proper clarity...

                                    Again at 3:00 p. M. I reached out with another chat on their online chat box stating the issue post getting a confirmation that the order reached arround 2:00 p. M. And the discussion was as below:

                                    If you see the way the customer representative disconnected the chat while i was talking that itself is insulting & not to forget that in the ecommerce of today when companies become big they less respect their customers or disrespect them as they are no longer interested in individual experience...

                                    I have been using this service for almost 2 years now but when i faced this issue today i have firmly wanted an investigation to be taken inplace to ensure no more o[censored]s are harassed by companies who become arrogant when they achieve a share of the market...

                                    No company shall ever forget the power of a consumer & a costumer no matter big or small shall always have the power to ensure the company abides to the service that is promised specially in such service industries...

                                    It is my plea to the consumer complaints forum to guide me to ensure that fnf shall suffer the same shame that i have felt today as a customer and shall be penalised for their wrong doings & hopefully never have the guts to repeat such an issue again...

                                    I got a refund of INR 49 towards the above issue as a token of apology from FNP... They think that for a customer for the past 2 years my time and my occasion is worth INR 49 and an apology {over mail } ... This is not a case of false commitments this is a case of fraud & disrespecting the customers... This is a case of forgetting what a customer's right is and to under-gudge the power of the consumer... I urge Consumer Complaints forum to kindly get intouch with me & to make sure we take a firm step on a company who should be responsible for making customers occasions a better experience & not in the worse sense...

                                      I am really frustrated and going to consumer court. How can a person get birthday wishes but not a call from cake delivery agent. Provided 2 numbers still no call instad a text received stating delivery attempt failed. Order 8611532 and their chat executives are arrogant and don’t know how to talk to customers. Now they are saying cake will be delivered bw 12-3pm. I had given midnight delivery charges but they are delivering in afternoon and for that i need to cancel my plans for lunch. And wonder how i am paying for services and i am the one who has to sit idly to chevk when cake will come. I am going to file a complaint against ferns n petals. Such a loser you are

                                        Hi team,

                                        I had ordered a surprise gift for my friend, however i got to know it has not been delivered. We tried contacting the delivery guy many times but he never denied to deliver however the delivery did not happened.

                                        I am at lose of - inr 649. Requesting for a refund.
