I made an order #9524826 on 8th march 2019 with ferns and petals via their website.
The order was confirmed for the same day delivery with rs 50 additional as delivery charges.
After three hours of placing the i got a text message that delivery was attempted but premises was closed and phone unreachable.

I immediately called my mom on the same number which was marked as unreachable. My mother told that she hasn't received any call, nor has anyone attempted any delivery in last three hours!!.
I tried to call at the support number [protected] multiple times for help and cancelling the order. But no one picked up the call.
When i sent a mail for cancellation and refund of the order they responded that we can't refund as the delivery was attempted. This is rubbish..

Ferns and petals is doing fraud. It is stealing money of people by saying that delivery was attempted and premises was closed..
Their customer service and communication is pathetic. Why are they even running a website when they can't serve online orders. Website works only for placing orders after that customer is at their mercy.

It was a huge mistake that i placed an order with them and i request this forum to help me in getting complete refund aginst this order.

    I have ordered couple of time through ferns and petals and they deliver the items on time.
    Only issue is their poor support. You have to wait for 10-15 minutes to connect to an agent and that too just getting your issue forwarded to "relevant team" that will take their own sweet time.

    I would say if you had a good experience with their support, try your luck for buying a lottery ticket!!!

    Product was not as promised! Had spelling mistake on the personalised wallet much to my embarrassment! Also the product was delivered 3 days after the date promised! No support form customer care as well! Irresponsible freaks work there! Not reliable to buy henceforth.

      Booked an item on 26th to be delivered on 27th. Followed up on 27th morning and was told by the representative that "it is out for delivery". When by evening it was not delivered, I called again and inquired about it. This time I was told that "since it is a courier product it may be delivered the before or after the date". This is the exact statement.
      I said what-the-hell! You had told me in the morning that it is out for delivery and now you are saying that it will be late? I checked the shipping confirmation email and there they had sent BlueDart tracking no, which showed that the item was dispatched from Delhi on 26th with estimated delivery of 1 March.
      Now there is not one chance in a million that a courier sent from Delhi should reach Goa in one day. Hence, the fact that Ferns and Petals calendar allowed the date to be booked was deliberately cheating and fraudulent, meant to steal my money.
      I pointed this out and the representative quoted their disclaimer saying that "for courier items the delivery can be before or after the date chosen". I particularly pointed that since Delhi to Goa cannot be serviced in one day, it was deliberately cheating that you allowed me to believe it could be delivered on 27th, they again robotically quoted the disclaimer.
      I asked for refund because it was not delivered on the promised time; they said, "NO REFUNDS" policy.
      So, they will mislead you into believing that it will be possible and then steal your money.
      DO NOT USE FnP; it is obvious that they are fraud and deliberately stealing your money.
      I am a longtime customer and I observed that they are no longer professional or customer oriented. It is obvious that for reasons best known to them, they have turned into a fraud company.

        I placed an order on 17/02/2019 for a cake with a bouquet of flowers scheduled to be deilvered on 21/02/2019 at canada for my sisters birthday.
        However till today (24/02/2019) the order is not deliverd and on cantacting the customer care they seem to have no idea on international shipments!
        If fnp is incapable of. Making a delivery, then at the least they should make a refund, which they refuse to give.
        They appear to be big time fraudsters.

My order no is 8861276.plz help.i was doing complain since 6 days but they just close my request saying we will resolve it we have contacted florist partner and are awaiting response from them.i am just tired of waiting.

        I had placed an order on 1st feb for my fiance' in London for Valentine's day .it was my first Valentine's day.the order is not yet been delivered.the expected delivery date was15 th feb
        Fnp ruined my first Valentine's day and my happy moments .after that they keep repeating we will resolve it .my order no is 8861276 .plz delivery my order or cancel and refund it .plz.

          I order a cake on 13th Feb 2019 for the ocassion of Valentines day which was about to deliver by next day between 6.00am to 9.00pm.But it was not delivered on time.I was trying to contact them from 4.00 pm only to know the status of order as it was not showing anything in the my orders optio in the mobie app, it was only showing confirmed since the time I ordered the cake.But their number was not reachable(I am attesing the screenshots of call details).The delivery boy (Mukesh Rajput contact no. [protected]) called me at 9.26 pm and asked me the exact location (which was already mentioned in the summary of order)still when I told him the location he replied that it will take 1 more hour which means near about 10.30 pm to 11.00pm So I asked him to cancel my order and proceed for refund (attaching the screenshot of call details).When I called the deiveryboy for re-deIivery he refused to deliver the order then. I complaint for the same but now they are saying that my mobile number was not in reach and they attempted so they will not refund for the same.
          This is my warm request to the appropriate authority to refund my money for the order no. 9151577.

          No attempt was done on 14th. I raised complain and your reply is-
          A delivery was attempted but the recipient refused to accept it, because of which the order could not be delivered. - this statment you are continuing repeating in mails where i placed complaints so that you close the matter and happily closing the matter without refund.
          Not received the order nor my fault then not refunded me yet.

          There is no update from Ferns N Petals yet. They are just ignoring the matter as they do not want to refund.Feeling guilty as I trusted Ferns N Petals with their fake promises.Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            Stop making fraud claims. For you customer dosnt matter. Only matters to you is the money paid. Rest you don't care of. I have ordered on 14th. Till now what i receive is status updates and dummy customer care mails that we value your blah blah. No you dont.

            Only because delivery boy says the door was locked you say you have attempted. Are you serving us or your vendors?

            A delivery was attempted but the recipient refused to accept it, because of which the order could not be delivered. - this is what you keep repeating in your tickets and happily closing the tickets -

            No attempt was done on 14th. I raised complain no answer. I raised cancellation., you said you are processing. The delivery guy called, we said we have cancelled. Where is refusal, where is attempt? Not sure where is the money gone. Why no refund is being initiated

              I placed my order on 13/02/2019 for a flower bouquet with order number 9192192. My money including delivery fee rs999 got deducted from my account and order was placed to be delivered between 6 am to 9 pm on 14/02/2019

              Next day on 14th feb 2019 when i was checking my order status i saw my order 9192192 was cancelled and there was new order created with order number 9205926
              When i called in f&p customer care on [protected] customer care executives took hold for 15 mins and talked in unprofessional and abusive manner when i asked his name he said sunav

              With new order id 9205926 which was updated in f&p website was to be delivered by 9pm

              Again at around 4.30 pm i got an email that they have cancelled my order stating non serviceable are where as in the same area they have delivered on past.
              When i called customer care again and asked the reason why they cancel my order they didn’t tell anything when i asked manager to come on call he said he is busy.

              I want answers on below-

              1. How did you cancel my order with my consent?
              2. Why did your executive talked in abusive manner?
              3. How could you take order and deduct my money if it’s non serviceable area?
              4. Why customer care executive cut the call when i asked manager to come on call?

              You f&p people are highly unprofessional. Bloody keeping your customer on hope you cancelled the order at the delivery time.

              I will raise this in your facebook and try to publish in newspaper too.

                I ordered two buoquets from ferns and petals.

                Order id 9219349 - this one never got delivered, however they make false delivery mail.

                Order 9219411 was delivered but with very poor quality.

                Been such a big company and providing zero service to customer. They have no way to address issues, there custoer support sucks and dont know where to check or where to ask.

                I will want full refund of 1898. This is such a time waste and money waste and they are spoiling our occasions.

                  I have been cheated. I paid extra for same day delivery for flowers to be delivered to my wife. It is 15th february today and delivery not made. Customer care executives keep hanging up the phone and then it becomes not reachable. Online tracking says delivery attempted however, no delivery made. This is a fraud company!! Bunch of cheaters trying to take your money!
                  Never order from here.

                    As yesterday was valentines day and it was my first valentine after marriage, my husband ordered bouquet and chocolates for me. He requested to delivered it by 6 pm as i leaves at that time they assured my husband they will try their best but it was not delivered. At 09 pm they were there but noone was there at office this late it was not delivered i called but no response, tried calling but not able to reach them.

                    I email but again no replies, i must say worst customer care service i have ever seen.

                      I ordered a delivery of $95 for 4 days of valentine's week. And all they delivered was one bouquet of carnations and one bouquet of yellow roses and two 6inch teddy bear on 12th and 13th. They were supposed to deliver a chocolate cake and two additional mixed colour roses bouquet, a box of ferraro rocher chocolates and two dairy milk which they did not. I called their customer care and everyone just hung up after asking bunch of questions. The eighth caller registered my complaint. After 12 hrs or so they sent me an email saying that they could not contact me. I responded with my us number. 36 hours have gone by and no one has reached out to me yet or called or gave me a refund. T

                        I ordered gift for valentine's day and time slot was 9.00-21.00. I paid extra for express hand delivery and my order is yet not delivered even after 24 hours of order placing. Ferns and petals has wrongly handled everything. So upset about it. My order id - 9203308. Their customer care number is not reachable. And i still haven't received any information about the mail which i have sent them. Their tracking app still shows the time to be delivered on 14th feb from 9.00-21.00.

                          As yesterday was valentines day and it was my first valentine after marriage, i odered bouque and chocolates for my husband as a suroirise in his hotel, i requested to delivered it by 4 pm as my husband leaves at that time they assured me they will try their best but it was not delivered and they told will deliver till 0900 pm, at 0900pm also it was not delivered i called so they told we are very loaded sorry for inconveince will deliver it in half n hour. It was 1100pm but still their not any deliver tried calling but not able to reach them.

                          My full day they wasted, they ruined my valentines pathetic cheapo people seating in their call center, they dont have manners to speak with customer.

                          I am trying to them as usual line busy.

                          When i asked for refund, they said we cant give refund, wtf

                            I had placed order no.9153227. On valentine's day for delivery of flowers & chocolate but not delivery same day as per order and spoiled our day.

                            Even they people telling me for send voucher instead of my order.

                            Their phone are not reachable anymore.

                            They have cheated me and i do not know how many customers.

                            They are a total fraud and noone should do any dealing with them. Not suggested this site. Very ridiculous services.

                              I ordered flowers from ferns and Patel and it was mentioned that it will deliver in between 6 am to 9 pm the address which was mentioned on the oder was apparently reciver2was not able to receive at the moment he asked delivery to deliver at Mahipalpur red light which he denied then he asked deliver boy that he is coming to Ambience mall gurgaon he also denied the same and after waiting again I contacted the delivery boy Mr rohit from shop plam Vihar he said he is refunding the amount and till now I dnt received the amount I have all the screenshot as a proof need my refund back it was clearly mentioned that the item will be delivered between 6 am to 9 pm rohit called me at 6 and the discussion carried by 7pm and then I got a mail stating that the delivery boy was at 8 25 something time was mentioned which all was wrong i have all the screenshot when the delivery boy called and lst call was at which time. So plzz ferns and Patel don't share fake mails to ur customer. Need my refund back never ever i m gona shop with it. Nd till now I m following up he is not picking up the call this the way u treat ur customer

                              In this screenshot it is clearly mentioned that I have received a mail at 6 36 rohit called me at 6 17 nd also it was mentioned that til 9 pm they will deliver which the delivery boy denied it I will see these guys its not about the money it was about the occasion and Rohit has spoiled it i will never recommend ferns nd petal I will complain about it every social media I have the number nd all the screenshots how a assistant can denie for the delivery to its customer I have paid extra money for the delivery from between 6am to 9 pm how can they be so fraud to the customer need a refund right away and please change your associates and specially of palm Vihar.

                                  I have ordered a cake through fnp (Order no. 9116807) on 11th feb 2018
                                  They promised to deliver on 12th before 5 pm but it was not delivered.
                                  Strange matter is, i got message that it was delivered and in app also it was updated as delivered.
                                  Pathetic customer service who cut the call with out providing the status of order. Initially they said they are unable to contact the delivery team in that location, later cancelling the call after telling to hold for 2 min.

                                  Wasted a good time by trusting this waste service.

                                    I have ordered a gift on my anniversary on 6 feb 2019 and it shows the delivery date 8th feb. But today on 12 feb its not delivered yet. No courier boy tried to contact me no update of status. You guys are promising for same day delivery so what the hell is going wrong with you. Contact me as soon as possible otherwise i will take a serious action against you

                                      It was a highly disappointing experience with ferns n petals. I ordered a beautiful cake but what i received was a totally different looking cake. It looked below average. The support guy said that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Only a sorry but they did not feel responsible enough to replace their wrong order with my actual cake. So, i have a question for ferns n petals, do customers pay you money so that you can slap them with any random cake of your choice?

                                        On 7th feb 2019, i have ordered a 'heart red & white roses box arrangement' from ferns n petals worth rs. 2199. For this order i have done the online transaction. One hour later, i got a call from their backend team wherein they were saying that we cannot fulfill this order as we don't have box with us. On which they said that we will send some other beautiful bouquet of 50 roses along with a complimentary cadbury celebrations chocolate box. Then i waited for 6 hours and my order wasn't arrived. At 9 pm a local guy came along with a third class bouquet without any complimentary chocolate box. I have ordered a 2200 bouquet and guy delivered a bouquet of hardly 400-500 roses bouquet. Now when i called ferns n petals immediately, so that they can take their order back and refund my amount as what they have done is a fraud, they have not even registered my complaints and passing on the phones to each other.
