This is a bad experience with Ferns and petals and very shameful and pathetic customer service I pre ordered a cake for my Girlfriend’s birthday and the delivery was in Los Angeles I got a message saying that the shipment is out for delivery and will reach on 21st at 12.06 pm. How irritating is this it was all of a surprise to her and it all went in Vein. We can’t trust ferns and petal
And their company is earning big time by fooling customers online. The time has already gone and i don’t expect an apology mail from your team as well because by saying sorry nothing can be change now.
Please refund me my money back before I take any legal actions against your company and put you all up in a fraud case.

    I needed my order yesterday and I was told that it will reach yesterday before 9pm and to check the status I called your CUSTOMER CARE thrice and they all conveyed that the time of delivery is till 9pm, you have to wait. I waited till 8:20 and again I called the fourth time and that is when I am told that the order will not be delivered because the courier people will not do so.

    I needed the gift yesterday for my brother who was leaving for Australia today morning at 5am and who won't return before 5 years now. What the hell will I do with the order. Rascals. You took my money and you didn't give me my order in the time allocated.

    I need a refund and I don't need the order at all. That shining glass bottle had my grandmother's pic on it just for my brother to have a look daily and there were emotions attached to it. But you all ruined it all. Why the hell did you do this. [censored] and dogs. What the hell will I do with the oder now. I need a refund.

      I had ordered a delivery of rose flowers for 11th July 2018 by paying additional 200rs for delivering between 11-2 pm..they first messages saying they will not be able to deliver flowers at that time due to bad weather conditions and told will deliver by 4 pm the same day..they got a message saying " we are feeling very bad that your order #6129575 could not be delivered to Rogy Jacob due to Office Address (Premise Closed). ". Who closes office by 4 pm?
      Ferns n Petals r not reachable through phone or email.
      Email got bounced back and they are not even picking up the phone.
      I do not know if i will get my money back.

      This is the worst services I ever have experienced..they ruined my anniversary..

        The company has very bad reviews about timings, how should someone trust the company for such beautiful occasions ?
        Kindly look into it and deliver it on time when somebody orders as it is connected to the surprises that one gives.
        Let somebody trust you on such occasions.
        And kindly shorten the 350 characters as the complaint thing.
        Why do you want yourself to take in more bad reviews.

          The WORST delivery point for the gifts delivery on Special Ocassion !
          NOT taking responsibilities for complaints as well !
          Even i[censored] register complaints for thrice or many times ! The customer care will say the person will revert u back ...which is NOT !
          For me the bouquet, cake, and sweets were ordered by my friend on my birthday JULY 1, 2018 and it was so in bad condition ...that the roses were not fresh not even decorated properly and it was ordered 4 feet bouquet and delivered to me was just 2 feet, the cake was damaged badly and the sweets were not fresh which they gave surety that they will deliver the best ! And I complained about the bad delivery of the products on the SAME day ... but still no actions were taken by the the customer care !
          Again on the next day I called back but same statement they said ...your product will be exchanged or money will be refunded back ... BUT THEY are false in they verdict !!
          And again on 4th July evening I complained about the slow service still they said tommorow; but no response still and today is 7 JULY, 2018 and no response I get !!
          They are just money minded gifts delivery point where they are nothing to deal with the customer satisfaction or to deliver the gifts in a good position ...WORST !! WORST !! WORST !!!

            I had ordered a birthday gift for my cousin a week back but it is not yet delivered. The birthday is also over but they are not informing when the product will be delivered. While ordering they mentioned it will be delivered on 6th of july but unfortunately I have not received and they don't have any clue. The customer service team on phone is very casual and it seems they don't care at all about the emotions attached to the gift.

              I have ordered a cake on 28 june for one of my relative.. And your vendor or i can say fnp team have made that day worst for me.. Just opposite you have done what you guyz are promise to the customer. I request to refund my money... Because i try to reach out you guyz many time but your customer support persons not replying they are trying to avoid my query.. But you guyz dont one review can change your business too.. I can provide you the picture also so that you can confirm with your vendor and their valuable service.

              Pathetic

              You cant do this with your customers.. This will surely affect your business, giving worstest service and over that not respond of queries.. I was a regular customer of fnp but this time its over 😡 i request you to refund my money or give a better way to recover it.

                I ordered cake for my father today on Father’s Day. The cake was really very bitter. I trusted this site and placed order for my father but I am really very much disappointed by this.

                  Day before yesterday it was my father's birthday and the kind of cake you people had delivered has spoilt my father's birthday.

                  The cake was totally melted. You were very kind enough to redeliver the cake but even that cake was damaged. I

                  I fail to understand that if you people do not have the calibre to deliver the cake properly, then why do you have to take orders.

                  And today to add to my shock my father received a copper wire in the cake while he was having a piece of cake which he has kept it.

                  You people have failed and this time very miserable on my dad's birthday.

                  I need a proper explaination and please i do not need your discount vouchers like last time to order again as i am never ever gonna repeat this mistake of ordering through you people and spoil my loved ones special day.

                  their phone are not reachable .

                  They have cheated me and I do not know how many customers.

                  They are a total fraud and noone should do any dealing with them

                    I am extremely disappointed by this type of pathetic service... The gift i have order to send my husband is completely different... Here is my order id 5767963 i have order mango cake from them which is totally changed to something like cowdung... It spoil my whole mood... It's not even worth it... I have paid 1368 for this... Completely ridiculous... Please check the cake i have attached photos with this & please compare this item with what i have ordered... And please do reply me toward this cheat act.

                    then still didn't deliver on time...customer care wasn't helpful as they couldn't contact the delivery partner
                    why give gaurantee when you cant fulfil it...highly disappointed with fnp for the first time

                      1. I just added the cake but i didn't order due to delivery time was inconvenient (Which is mentioned as 11am - 17pm) but i need it at 1pm. Then i got a call from customercare to make the order. They convinced me to make payment and they assured order will be delivered at 1pm. Finally i have placed an order after they assured that the order will be delivered at 1pm.

                      But i did not received on time. And it was delivered at 4.50pm only

                      I received a deffective cake which was broken here and there and the words are all broken too. It was so embarrassing to gift it to the birthday person.

                        I had ordered cake on 31st for my daughter birthday.. Order no. 5678512.. I had selected a slot between 11am to 5 pm..
                        I did not recieve the cake so i called them up at 4 and they assured will reach by 4.30... Again i called up and they said by 5 for sure...
                        The delivery happened at 5.30 and to our horror the cake was all ruined and broken... The delivery person said he will get it replaced in 1 hrs time and we trusted him...
                        At 6pm he called up and said it can be delivered by 8pm...
                        We had to rush to arrange for a cake in the middle of a birthday party and continously follow up with these irresponsible people... Not only did they ruin the birthday... Caused embarrassment...
                        Never ever order from these guys... I dont want anybody to go through what i went through..

                          Dear management,
                          This is regarding order no. 5481547.
                          The order was never delivered and occassion was spoilt and after multiple follow-ups and complaints when fnp realised their mistake, i got a call to get confirmation if the item can be re-delivered the next day. But the next day never came.
                          Nobody responding now, i need my money back. This is pure cheating from your side. Please dont mentally harass me further and just refund my hard earned money.
                          I gave a 2nd chance to fnp but now i feel its not worth it. You lost a customer fnp by your carelessness.
                          Now what can be done - please just refund my money.

                            I had ordered a chocolate mousse cake for my daughter's 25 th birthday ... it was a midnight delivery so apart from the cake charges I paid the midnight delivery charges and I also ordered a flower musical candle . I had also ordered Flowers which was a separate order but I got that much before time .
                            I am disappointed that I have never experienced this with FNP .. I got the cake damaged and very late around 1 :15 AM .. I escalated the same in the morning ...I was asked to send the pics of the cake which I did .. I emailed the requisite at 10 am .. then I got a response at 12:30 from their team stating they would send me a apology card and replace the cake today .. I replied the time of delivery to them within 10 mins of me getting the email .. they also stated they called me which they did not .

                            I again called them at 5 pm to confirm the same but got a very bad customer service experience I was kept on hold for 21 mins ..then another agent refused to transfer the call to a supervisor ... another agent said I would receive the cake by 1900 hrs ..then I again called at 1920hrs when I did not get the cake .. I was asked to re send the snap shot . Though the last representative I spoke to Sameer was very professional and patient . he actually understood and saw through the notes to see what was happening on my account ... he has stated that I would get an email or a call from the supervisor and that I would get a re fund however, am not sure if this will happen ... Really disappointed that the supervisors don thave time to take escalation .. they have very rude untrained associates at the feedback complaint que ... they have better people at the order status queue where Sameer helped me out . ... where I appreciate the efforts with Sameer .. I am disappointed with Ferns and petals .

                              It was my grandmother's birthday, I had ordered a 1kg chocolate truffle cake from ferns and petals thinking that they're a trusted brand, but they sent me a 500gm cake, but they collected the money for 1kg cake, there is also no cash on delivery option, if it's there then please chose that option and check the cake before paying for it, also the cake wasn't fresh, very bad and now I want a refund or at least for them to send me another 500gms cake, it's fair

                                Totally dissatisfied with the worst service ever received from ferns and petals. The Gift was supposed to be handed over at Today 5/14/2018 before 9 PM as it is the 35th anniversary gift. I called the customer care and they informed me that the gift cannot be delivered because of technical reasons. They did not even asked me what best we can do to compensate this delay.

                                It was one of the precious gift for the 35th wedding Anniversary. Just need to know what excuses fnp can tell for not getting delivered it on time and delivering it on a day when Anniversary is over. I need an answer from FNP and compensation for this.

                                  I am Shreyashi Chakraborty, from kolkata working in ABP NEWS NETWORK.. I Had order a cake for a special purpose on 14.05.2018 with full payment in advance.. which was subject robbery delivered on the same day within 9pm ..
                                  they conviniently didn't deliver the product without any information or refund .. after complaining in their official website they called me to ask for another date of delivery and spoke very rudely ...

                                  How can any office clerk speak without courtesy especially when at fault..

                                  This delivery was v imp and all my people at home was waiting ... re arranging the same product is not possible at such an hour..

                                  Hugely traumatic situation .. would request to take action so that common people don't get harassed without any information ...

                                    I (Ashish ranjan) ordered a cake from usa on mother's day and selected one beautiful cake that costs me $17.0. They delivered the cake on time but the cake was in very bad shape and completely damaged. We asked to take it back but they asked me to send the pictures to their customer care department and they will take appropriate action against the vendor, and i did that as below -

                                    Kindly check the order details for order #5545066

                                    The delivered cake is in very damaged condition and of very poor quality. I dont think it exactly weighs half kg either, and kindly check the attached photographs -

                                    Please take appropriate action to either refund my amount with apologies or deliver another piece as soon as possible. If no action being taken in next few hours then i'll escalate the issue. I'm calling up from usa and not reachable from my registered number, so either contact me @ +[protected], or call at the number provided in the delivery, ie. +91 [protected]

                                    You already completely spoiled the mood and spirit of mother's day that can't be refunded but atleast do as much you can compensate.

                                    So far i tried to reach out to them for followup but each time receiving same response that they can not do much about it.

                                    Right now they can't fill the gap that happens between the celebration that i planned from here and i just want a formal apology with full refund of my paid amount. I'm attaching the image of the cake that was delivered, and you can figure out by yourself if that is required or not.

                                      Ordered a plant for mother's day and i waited whole day, but they just couldn't get it delivered. On asking customer care, they are of no use as well. They won't help with order queries. Veey poor service. If you can't deliver orders then why take so many orders on a single day. Also can you not inform about the delay or anything. Calling to customer care takes a good 20 mins for them to pick them. I have never seen such bad service my whole life.

                                        This is shere shame i am a regular customer my order had a landmark issue i recieved a call on 11th may and the person from ferns and petals took my details of my address and then he gave me the commitment that my order will be delievered on 12th evening or 13th morning positively and my order has not yet been delivered and my friend is leaving tomorrow i. E on the 14th so my money is wasted and my order will not be given to my friend on her birthday the customer service girl she cut me off din even listen to me and kept on talking my order no is 5497140. The no from which i got call for my address details ‭+[protected]‬. I am soo disappointed. I will surely escalate the matter further if i don’t get my order today.
