When i have sent my query to ferns and petals id - [protected]@fnp.com the mail were getting failure stating delivery to this receipient mail ids is over exhausted and mailbox is full. I don't know this was done intentionally.

Hi team,

Sorry to say this is my last order in your website and ensure this feedback i will share it other customers for their reference never place an order through online because of delay in delivery, miscommitment even after discussion and mail from sales lady meenakshi and your call centre executive arijit.

We guys are working in corporate should know your ethics and service tobcustomer.

I have placed an order of 50 qty which is manually order placed by meenakshi after she confirms for timely delivery which is 7.3.18 because of women's day celebration and then after i agreed to pay the amount for huge qty.

What is the use of this gift if i will receive only 10 out of 50 what i will answers to my hni customers to whom we have taken appointment to celebrate special day with women's.

She used to make hurry to do the payment before 12pm so that we can deliver your products on 7.3.18 and i have made a payment on 5.3.18 at 11.20am but i received the message on 5.30pm that your order and payment has been received and your products will delivered on 8.3 18 what the nuisance activity we are doing with customers.

Let me know whose fault is this and need immediate action of this.

I need my money back of rest 40 qty of cushions for women's day orelse i will put a consumer case against your company for cheating with customers.

I am too facing the similar problem. I cancelled my order on 2nd Aug, 2022. They told me the refund will be processed within 7-10 days. I waited but it was not processed. Then I wrote back requesting for my refund. They reverted saying it the refund will be processed in 3-5 days. But it never happened. My reference order ID-[protected]. Such a disgusting service provides by fnp. Seriously, it is really sad and shame to see such companies gaining popularity.

    The cake I got does not the same I ordered. These guys show something else.. & deliver something else that too in very high prices. I ordered rosy pink choco cake & what I got that does not have even properly designed roses on the cake..that was totally different from what I saw in their site. Also they didn't deliver on time. Their service is very poor.. I literally hate ferns & petals now. I won't order again. These guys are fraud.

      I had placed an order on fnp... They debited my account twice and are refusing to refund the amount.

      I have provided them with details about the transaction including the aggregator id. But no response from them. I have written multiple emails to [protected]@fnp.com and [protected]@fnp.com

      Their call centre is of despicable quality. These guys don't even understand the query and disconnect the calls. I have called 10 times and then given up.

      I have been a customer of fnp for almost 5 years, but i vow never to use them again. Their service standards have dropped below rock bottom.

      I also plan to drag them to consumer affairs court, and post my experience in social media.

      I placed an order for cake delivery. Order was not delivered on the mentioned date and despite of 3 requests for cancellation, the team shipped the cake after 2 days. Now they are not ready to provide me a refund and are ignorant of the fact that they delivered it late. Attached is the screenshot.
      P.S. I paid Rs.2499 for a silly cake.

        Hii... I ordered a boucket... I paid 499 for 10 roses of 4 colours. They have delivered on time. But the flowers are sooo bad and was not fresh at all... Outside we will get that for 150 rs only or even less that that... I wasted money ordering here... Plz return my money... I don't need it.

        And the card with the message also has been given separately... It was not attached also... And the print in the card was also not good and not aligned properly... Bad service... I did not like it and i don't refer to anybody.

          I have placed an order for birthday cake and order number is 4561722, and they have giving reason of wrong address of not delivering, where are other site delivered on same address.
          very very un professional people and worst service and No. 1 cheaters
          Need to take legal action on these people.

            The worst experience I had with this company.It was my mom's birthday on 20th Feb and I ordered a round vase :

            This is the product I ordered and in return I got a plain vase.But the best part is when I was placing the order and confirmed with their chat team they said we do have and would deliver the same but fake promises are need to be done.Once the payment was done they did not even have the manners to change it up even though I was continuously having a chat with them and sending mails as well.

            Later when i drafted a mail which showed their real services then they came up and gave a call and again they said they will deliver soon. Next day again I got a call stating by 27th feb the replacement of the product would've been done but till today no such thing has happened.

            I would say never to go ahead for this company services further because they very well know how to ruin the special days of your loved ones.

              I purchased a hand bouquet from ferns & petals malad mumbai for rs. 900 on 18th feb 2018 in the morning for my mum's birthday. The hand bouquet was already made and on enquiring if it was fresh the lady in the shop and the workers confirmed about the quality of the flowers which was a mix of carnations and lily.
              On reaching home, i did ensure the flowers were kept in water. The lilies lasted only till next day afternoon. When i complained by calling them, i was told that they cannot assure us about nature. I was very disappointed with their answer. I will never ever pay that amount and purchase any flowers from them

                Sir i ordered a birthday cake combo on 29 jan 18 around 1456 hrs approx. while order was confirmed it was showing delivery date as 29 jan itself. i immediately called FNP & told to change delivery date as 30 jan. they accepted my request but next day(30 jan), cake which was delivered to me, smelling badly. when i inquired delivery boy, he told me that it is the same cake which was prepared yesterday and it was not kept in freeze due to this it is smelling. i refused to accept the cake as it was not eatable . delivery boy called company and reported matter. they told that you have to accept the cake otherwise they would not be able to lodge a complain as it is their policy not to refund the amount if customer denies accepting order. they told me that you accept the cake so that they can lodge a complaint. but after accepting order they just denied from any refund or product replacement due to change in delivery date.mr sourav rai from FNP told me that cake is perishable item and life is 24 hrs only but they delivered me a cake which was one & half day old.
                i have used their contact no +91 [protected] and filed online complaint on [protected]@fnp.com. on 13 feb around[protected] pm while called on [protected] their agent Mr Ajay told me that sir cake will be redelivered to you on 14 feb 18 but product will be same(birthday cake) as ordered on 30 Jan. i thanked him but on 14 feb no one delivered me the cake and again they started telling that refund/replacement will not be possible.
                but they are denying now. pls help me.
                they are even denying to provide FNP's fssai license no. what to do? they are telling file FIR for license no.

                  I ordered a valentine s special package of flowers and teddy bear worth 1740 and i paid 200 rs extra for 14th feb delivery. Courier person never ever called and aparantly i got a msg on 14th that they couldnt deliver and it will be attempted again on 15th.. But 15th too no response
                  Finally got a call on 16th saying courier guy came or called in fact they were themselelves confused. I mentioned them to forget and cancel as valentines was 3 days before and for which they accepted.
                  Yesterday called customer care thrice and had a call of easily 30-40 mins each but they said they cant cancel as the courier guy attempted. But my point is it hasnt reached yet. No calls from him. And he didnt even try one to come to ny house.. No one came ever.. And no no delivery n they say no refundtoo..
                  This is mere cheating the customer. Rs 1940 was spent and that too for a special ocassion and if they are unable to do so atleast now refund.
                  Horrible services horrible customer care
                  Noone is willing to atleast understand the concern!!
                  Customer care is not even able to find details they say system is slow
                  Very unprofessional and unexperiences staff

                  Request ferns and petals to pls look into it and refund my money on an urgent basis

                  They will not deliver his product on time .there delivery time they mentioned is mor 6 to nit 9 but they will tell nit 12 o clock v will come but security is not allowing as y u can call me and ask as y u not call as they not refund the amt also, u cheating and u grow do one thing go beg on road side .cheap fellows .
                  I ordered a cake to be delivered and it was not delivered. No information was also given. Amount also not refunded.

                    In spite of placing order on 4th feb 2018, with complete and correct address and phone number, the gift is not delivered on 14th february 2018!! Fake and false promise by ferns and petals. Their representatives called me to confirm my order on 4th feb 5 times.. Even i spoke with their customer care representative with a humble request to deliver it in time. Inspite of saying standard delivery between 6 am to 9 pm, the sms says it is out for delivery at 22:16 pm!! And you are attempting the delivery at 22:40 pm - when people are sleeping.

                    I am mentally disturbed because of personal loss because of non-delivery of the gift on such an important day.

                    I have tried customer care no. [protected] but no response and keep hanging on music!! No courtesy yet of non-delivered item.

                      This is to bring into everybody kind notice that with the pace of company growth, they are not able to manage the things properly, have received once bouquet and a cake on 13th feb 2018, when i cut the cake and had one bite... It was overloaded with pathetic essence that me along with my family members are not able to eat and vomit it that time only,

                      It seems lot of work load and lot of business of the company, is enabling them to take care of quality.

                        My self khushboo rani, i placed order 1190rs for cake plus flowers on 23rd october 2017 but they not delivered my things even they can't returning my money & close their shops for three weeks & they cut my calls i m very disappointed.                         So i'm very disappointed from your service at least they can attend my call & give me a good reason but they disobey me.

                          I thought of buying flower bouquet on the occasion of valentines day for my wife and was browsing through ferns and petals's website online.

                          Also added one product in the cart and as i was not been able to make up my mind as to which product to select i thought of buying it little later when i am free, in the mean while i was contacted by sandeep from ferns and petal's contact center who convinced me to make the payment by offering 15% discount on the ordered product against the 300 rs discount offered through the website, he initially pitched in for midnight delivery at an additional cost of 799 rs but when i told him that i am working for 3 pm to 12 am shift along with my wife and there won't be anyone available at home to accept the delivery, he then promised a callback in 10 mins to arrange the delivery within a specific time knowing the fact there would be huge rush on the occasion of valentines day.

                          As per sandeep's words i went ahead and made the payment of rs 4036 against the order no - 4791761. But he never called back. I waited till 8:00 am for the contact center of ferns and petals to open and spoke with one of the executive who looked into the system and said he is gonna arrange the delivery before 12:00 pm as per the fact that there won't be anyone available at home after 1:30 pm and also promised to revert once he is able to arrange the delivery after consultation with the delivery team which never happened.

                          I even got text messages confirming that my products are out for delivery and would be delivered by 12:00 pm where in the standard delivery time is between 6:00 am till 9:00 pm.

                          Upon waiting till 12:00 as there was no sign of the delivery guy i again had to call up the contact center for status update as the mobile app of ferns and petals was not helpful in tracking the order.

                          I ended up speaking with chetan who very rude and instead o[censored]nderstanding my concern o[censored]navailability at the delivery address after 1:30 pm to accept the delivery he apologized on behalf of his colleagues and said the delivery is not possible by 12:00 or may be 1:30 which was earlier promised to me due to huge rush on the occasion of valentines day.

                          When i wanted to speak with a manager instead as he was not of any help he refused stating apart from him there is no one busy and even if i speak with any of the manager on the floor i would be told the same thing what he has told.

                          This a pathetic service offered by such a huge service provider.

                          Really very disappointing.

                          Just spoiled the whole occasion.

                            My order id is :-4722900, i have the issue with this product like the tape is not properly stick and the bubble is coming out inside the photographs. Quality of the pictures is good but the tape is the main issue and it is not looking good i didn’t expect this thing from ferns and petals kindly replace my product before 16 th of feb.

                              I had ordered a perfume from them because they claim to offer the service of delivering on desired date, meanng i can choose the date i want the gift to be delivered.

                              They delivered the gift way before time.

                              They sent a bottle of fake perfume. It was an expensive perfume costing around 3500 rupees. I contacted their customer service and the reply is copy pasted below. It is a joke! They are cheating customers. Be careful about this company,

                                My name is maya lakhmani and i ordered a chocolate and flower bouquet from ferns and petals worth rs.484 (Order no. 4715867). I chose the time slot between 6 am to 9 pm and the delivery address was of gurgaon, my office. My shift ends at 9.30 pm and it was 8.30 when i reached the representatives of the company and one of the executives namely sandeep said that my parcel is on the way and will reach within 10 minutes. It was 9.30pm my order did not get delivered and was standing at the office gate. I called the company and the representative rahul verma took the call and informed me that my parcel would take half and hour more. I was stunned to hear that as the other executive gave me wrong information. I was about to leave office and was highly frustrated. Still, i requested the rahul verma to arrange the delivery at my home address ie. Pitampura. He gave me assurance that it will reach at my home address before 12 am as it was my first anniversary and i wanted to surprise my husband. However, he was also a fraud guy who communicated with the courier company that i was ready to take the parcel at the gurgaon address at 12 am which i never said. I did not believe his assurance and asked him to give the courier company's contact number. He gave me that and later i asked him to be on hold. Meanwhile i talked to the courier company and was shocked to hear the truth. When i tried resuming the call to rahul verma (Who was kept on hold), i was again surprised as he put my call on hold and later after approximately half an hour, he disconnected. I called the company and ajay took the call. When i asked him to transfer the call to supervisor as i was highly frustrated, he hung up the call on my face. Out of much frustration, i rang them back and had a word with the supervisor jitendra chawla who was totally in denial mood. He denied to deliver my parcel at my pitampura's address. I was left with nothing to surprise my husband as it was 11 pm and all the shops were closed. I was deeply hurt and frustrated with the company's behavior. I dropped them an email for compensation but they are left with nothing but apologies.in fact, i faced a huge humiliation from the company's representatives as they hung up the call on my face.

                                  The product that i have ordered is not delivered at the right time and date.
                                  When i called the customer care they told me that your product will be delivered after two days bcoz services are not available on sunday.
                                  My concer is that if your company cant not deliver the asked product on the day when it need to be deliver, than why your app and site shows the day nd time on which it cant parcel the product.

                                    Have placed order on 26th jan 2018 for my brother's wedding anniversary, order no - 4538193. It was suppose to delivered on 1st feb 2018, somehow today is 3rd of feb it is not delivered yet.

                                    Despite of calling ferns and petals approx 15+ times, i unable to reach one supervisor/manager because they all are busy. (I dont know where probably in making customer experience worst.)

                                    I must say, bad services.

                                      I have placed my order on 18 Jan 2018. committed Time was Standard Delivery
                                      18th Jan 18 18: 00-21: 00 Hrs. by them. It is not delivered until now.

                                      they do not contact for anything. when I called them today they denied for refund my amount when I said It was required only at that time still they denied for revert back.then I ask them to deliver so they said 150 rs more wil be charged for redelivery. I denied for that amount then they said I am a valuable customer so they wave off. again they commit that order will be placed by 12 pm to 5 pm but still not delivered.

                                      This is kind of fraud and wrong commitment is waste of time. I want strong action for wrong commitment.

                                        I placed an order for a bouquet at 11.44 hrs. The team promised delivery between 12-3pm but it was unsuccessful because as per the delivery boy the recipient phone was not reachable. Again the delivery was reattempted between 3-6pm which again was unsuccessful. Also i have been in touch with the recipient throughout the entire day. How do i be assured that u guys attempted delivery? Despite several interactions with your team to call me if the recipient is unreachable, no one tried contacting.
                                        This is my first and last experience with u guys as it has been very harassing.
