I had very bad experience with fnp. I did place an order by consulting with them on the way they communicate to the precipitant and the way the flowers can get deliver. I have placed the order almost couple of weeks prior only. Whatever they have promised prior ordering the order is completely different than the way they have done the communication and delivery. My order was around 6000 INR which I felt not at all worth for what they have supposed to deliver. They are wrong with respect the way of communication with precipitant. I did call them multiple times on the gap in the communication which is not as they have promised while placing the order. But still they were not able to address the customer concern. They are wrong on the number of flowers supposed to be there in my order. They are wrong with the freshness of the flowers. I don't suggest to my friends to go for this when they want to gift dearest people. It might be worth for lesser price orders but am not sure because my first experience was very bad. My opinion is completely not happy with their business. I can't suggest this site to the people who want to gift some special people.

    Again they have cheated and not sent the complete order[protected]. After having the long discussion we were agreed that they will sent the apology note with bookey of 20 Flowers to complete my order. As expected they have again not full filled the commitment and feel like they cheated me again .

    I cant followup them again and again since I am in US, I want some serious action against them so that they will not do same-thing with anyone else.

    I spent like my 4 hours with them in talking to many Ferns N Petals guys however they all are not serious about their job. This time I need full compensation of my time and efforts.

    First time i am using the ferns n petals however i have very pathetic experience with the services. Even after commitment nobody is ready to listen anything and just passing the ball from one court to another.

    I was promised that the same would be delivered between 9am - 6pm, however no one turned up to deliver, when i called the company for the same they said the same were sent, which is completely untrue as there is no acknowledgement, when i asked for refund they refused bluntly.

    Here is the details

    I am in us and using the ferns n petals, my friend placed the order[protected] well in advance on behalf of me for flowers and chocolates. Even they know how important on time delivery was for me but nobody was interested in paying the attention. As a result they have not shipped my order and even stopped picking up my call.

    I am very disappointed that they played with my emotions.

    Now onward i am not gonna to use your services and also i will suggest the same to my friends.

    I need my money back with the compensation of my time and efforts.

    After today's discussion on number +[protected] they confirmed its delivered however nothing has been delivered so far. I inquired again and then they said they attempted to deliver however its not delivered.

    I am seriously fed-up with baseless statement they are giving to me. I am waiting for immediate action on this, if not then i will go for next escalation.

    I need some serious action against them as they have cheated me again. After having long discussion with Ferns N Petals customer support guy on number (+[protected] we were agreed that they will send bookey of 20 flowers along with the apology note. However again as expected they have not full filled the commitment.

    I cant followup them again and again since I am in US and working in different time zone, please take some serious action so that they will not repeat such type of mistake.

      Ref subject order no. which I had requested to be delivered on 9th feb before 4 pm... which they told me flatly was not possible as they have a fixed time of 9 am to 9 pm... and worst case scenario the product should have been delivered by 9 pm.. but their delivery guy called at 11 pm to ask if he could deliver it the next day... well the whole point of delivering on the day of the birthday was ruined in any case and to top that what they show in the pictures is very different from what they deliver... they delivered a plant that was almost dead. I wonder why anyone should pay soo much for a dead plant...

      I will make sure that everyone knows never to order from fnp.

        Experienced horrible service by Ferns N Petals. I was charged significantly extra for an order of fllowers and boquet to be delivered on Feb 14th. The ordered was not delivered on Feb 14th.
        When I tried to followup on their helpline number, it was put on a voicemall suggesting all orders are out for delivery and no updates are available. Call next morning at 8 am. When I was finally able to reach them on the morning of Feb 15th, they tried to #### me by saying they had 15000 orders and lots of orders were unfulfilled. I find it ironic that the customer service representatives boast of incapability. The service rep promised to deliver a fresh bouquet of flower within the next two hours with an apology letter and a gift coupon.

        A non-fresh bouquet and a chocolate box was delivered separately on Feb 15th. No apology letter or gift coupon were delivered. I do not have a photo of the flowers as this was for my fiance. The company really knows how to spoil a Valentine's day.

          I had placed order for flowers with chocolates to be delivered, I was promised that the same would be delivered between 6am - 9pm, however no one turned up to deliver, when I called the company there is no response. Support people just kept my line on hold and nobody responded for more than 10 mins. Very poor customer service. I have never seen such a worse website ever in my life.

          I request the appropriate authority to help me get my money back

            Its has been very shame for the company to cheat there customer and not delivering a order on a promise date and time to mention venue. my order no is 1843624 which has done on 13th feb and order has to delevered on 14th feb for which they charge extra and money got deducted but still not oder has been delivered to the mention address, totally fake company and worst service and worst respoxe towards there customer and earning money by cheating there customer. its a request to all people dpnt book anything through this website.

              I have ordered a cake with a midnight delivery of 15th feb 2017 but accidentally i have put 15th feb i wanted it to be delivered on 14th feb (midnight) because occasion is today i.e. 15th. so i wanted to change my time slot of delivery

              i tried to contact the company but they are "not answering the calls". i have paid 1500 INR.

Post raising a concern got a reply that since they were not able to locate my address(what happened to google maps or they could have called me) my order stands delivered and I wont have a refund. They are simply cheating customers and would request one and all not to order from them. Please raise the awareness and if possible raise your concern at customer forum so that the company is penalized legally.

                    I had placed an order using the ferns and petal online website (Order # 1798165) and made full payment via credit card for delivery of assortment of items (Flowers, cake, chocolates) for midnight delivery on valentine's day. The company charged extra rs 500 for this. Order no 1798165.

                    However i received just one email at 11pm that your order is out for delivery with no more details of the delivery person or anything. It was supposed to be delivered by 11:59 pm. However, no response and nothing happened past midnight.

                    I tried calling their customer support and their was no response and they asked to call me between[protected] pm. When you are accepting midnight delivery why harass customers?

                    The email support service and online help are again just for show as no one looks into those or replies to the queries.

                    Typically a big fraud company. Wish these guys are punished. And the company be shut down.

                    Horrible experience of ordering gifts for your near and dear ones. I want a full refund of the amount paid and those responsible be adequately penalized.

                      Company with unfair business practices. They post one price on the site and by the time you complete your transaction, the prices are changed without any notification. And they claim that the price change is due to Valentines day, wherein they had already charged a premium of Rs.200 on the original order when i started the transaction. When i spoke to the support team and the ordering team, they just make commitments to call back and leave you hanging without any fix. Wrote multiple times but received canned messages because no one wanted to take the time and effort to try to help me. Everyone was busy making money for Valentines day. I understand this is an opportunity but i didn't know every customer didn't matter to them. I even provided evidence of price change as i had a mail from them with the old price for the delivery of 14th Feb, but they refused to acknowledge it. They were okay to find a bug in their system and instead of fix it, they chose to ignore me. Will continue to post this everywhere to create awareness so that others don't get impacted.                         Very pathetic and disappointing service provided by ferns and petals.
                        it just spoil the whole occasion by giving the false promises of delivery the product.
                        The product selected was mentioned as special Chocolate Truffle Cake Made from the finest chocolates, yummy chocolate covering with cherries decoration along with flowers.

                        Instead of delivering the same, they delivered something which is highly inferior and not even one fourth of the price as the original product - even after taking into account their exorbitant prices.

                        when i called them back to make a complain, they had put my call on hold while i was in middle of conversation, they even not listen to my complain.

                        They have cheated me and I do not know how many customers.
                        They are a total fraud and no one should do any dealing with them

                          I am really disappointed from fern and petals I have placed order for Belgium choco cake for mid night delivery. Firstly cake was poorly finished, plus it was very hard, bread inside it was very hard to eat. More over wrong message card send.
                          Because of you guys it destroyed my party. I am really disappointed I would never use or recommend any one to use ferns and petal for cake delivery. I would like refund my whole amount. Kindly initiate the refund process.

                            I have ordered a birthday gift for my mother in india and paid thru credit card. I have also recieved email confirming the order early in the morning that the items will be delivered the same day. I have not gone to any other vendor since i trusted fernsnpetals. However i made several calls after 3pm since it was not delivered and its already evening, came to know that they cannot deliver what was promised and cancelled the order. To me it was shocking and highly unacceptable in the last minute."fernsnpetals" just ruined our celebrations being not professional. Myself and my husband was totally disappointed hence never order in future or recommend ferns and petals to any one.

                              I have made an order with this website with preferred delivery date. Which they promise to do deliver on selected date. But for the first time placed order with this website to buy a gift and to deliver it to my girl friends place on our anniversary. What i would say now.. it just spoil the whole occasion by giving the false promises of delivery the product. And thats why i am here to make aware other people about this website. Please do something with these fraud online firms.

                                Ferns and petals! Sounds fancy doesnt it? Catchy name i ll give that. Its the name that trapped me and i wonder about the famous saying "what's in a name?" its the name that fooled me.
                                I should have gone through the dismal customer service reviews before placing an order. Yes! That's my error.
                                Placed 2 orders. One of the orders was successful. Very nice! Don't know how that successful feat was achieved. May be in a one off case there was proper coordination between the teams.
                                However, the 2nd order was not successful as the address was incorrect. Wow!! Its the same address for more than 40 years, ofcourse things around the address have changed in 40 years time but the address is the same but as per fnp the address is incorrect.
                                They tried contacting me but my phone number was incorrect. Really?? Looks like fnp knows my phone number better than i do. Way to go fnp another wow!! For that. Yes!! Its another wow! Yes!! Take it incorrectly because thats a sarcastic wow! (In case you failed the understand the sarcasm)
                                The phone number on their website doesnt work. Don't know since when the phone number is not functional. May be they have had enough of handling customer complaints over the phone. I requested multiple time to speak with someone who has authority to get some resolution but as expected all efforts in vain.
                                Way to go to meet customer expectations by being horrendously pathetic.
                                Before dismissing anything as incorrect use some sense and validate the information. But using sense was a mistakenly high expectation that i had for fnp.
                                I feel like trying to get a resolution from ferns and petals is like talking to a bunch of rocks! You can talk to a rock but you know already what you ll get in return "nothing"
                                Hope the fnp team is meeting goals with being pathetic, dumb, appalling and a 3rd class customer service.
                                Before placing any orders go through the reviews. Think about it! And then take a decision and hope that you dont have to deal with a bunch of rocks!!

                                  I had placed the order (order no: 1430466)for cake and flower bunches for my father's birthday in the morning. I got a slot of 3 to 9 pm. At 3 pm, I got the message that the order is out for delivery. At 6 pm I called the customer care regarding the order and he told us that it will be delivered within one hour. And we waited, at 9 pm I got the confirmation of deliverance in the form of an email and a message in spite of the fact that nothing had been delivered in real form. there was no sign of any cake or flower bunches. At 9:30 pm, I got a call from the delivery guy that he would be delivering it within one hour. At 10:30 after many calls from our side, he refused to deliver it claiming he had forgotten the cake and flowers and both will be delivered in the morning. Now I don't understand your false claims of delivering happiness. It certainly has broken our trust in 'the ferns and petals'. I don't understand how one can cut a cake on next day of his birthday. If you guys take a responsibility, try to fulfill it or don't commit at all.Since fnp connects with a person's special occasion, you need to make sure of the standards.

I said to write on cake happy birthday handsome. But you wrote happy new year n birthday. I am gighly disappointed from you. And i will not suggested your site to any one.

                                    I have been placing orders from years however when I wanted to deliver tomorrow before 3pm two representatives simply denied. U know what u have lost a customer who used to order at least 5 -6 orders through her own and relatives. Now you have lost this customer. Thanks for trying to spoil my dad's birthday.

                                    When I wanted to discuss the matter with managers your team was least concerned and just said no one is available.

                                      It is very disappointing to receive such pathetic service from ferns and petals.
                                      I had booked a bouquet online on 2nd dec, 16 to be delivered in the time slot 12pm to 3 pm.
                                      When i called to enquire at 3.30 pm asking why the bouquet was still not delivered to the recipient, i was told that they have an issue with the vendor and that the bouquet cannot be delivered, else it can be delivered between 6 pm to 9 pm. When i questioned who has given them the authority to change the delivery time, they had no answer.
                                      What's the point in delivering the bouquet after the recipient has already left.
                                      I was told that the order would be cancelled and the refund would be initiated and i would receive the credit within 7-8 days.
                                      I called up customer care to check on the status since my bank account was not reflecting the refund. And was shocked to know that till date the refund is not even initiated, forget the credit. It has been 14 days now and the refund is still not even initiated.
                                      The supervisor did not have the time to attend the call when i requested to speak to a senior personnel.
                                      I am very annoyed with this type of service. The very purpose of booking the bouquet was lost. It is not about the refund but the experience that i was left with!!!
                                      It's been almost a month but i haven't received any revert on the mail, neither have i received refund.
                                      For sure, this would be my last visit to ferns and petals website. I would never ever recommend it to anyone.

                                        Birthday cake was supposed to be delivered on 14th Dec. Order was placed 10 days prior - not a last minute order
                                        On 14th Dec, no cake was delivered nor was any contact made to the telephone number provided
                                        On 16th Dec, I called customer service and complained. I was told that in 24 hours, they will revert.
                                        No revert or response for 72 hours. I called again and then I am told that the courier could not locate the address.
                                        First, FNP does not bother to call back within the promised time, Then they have the gall to tell me that the address is not found! Thousands of students stay at that hostel in the center of Berlin and a courier cannot find the address? If I google it, I can see the exact location. The courier should have called the number which was provided (which is the very purpose of providing a phone number)
                                        Now, not happy with the fact that they completely ruined the Birthday surprise, they say that a refund will not be made!
                                        When I questioned this, they say that they will now deliver the cake this week! How cool is that - to get a cake one week after your birthday?
                                        I need a refund of the money I paid - not delivery of a stale cake.
