I had placed order no. 2243015 on 16th April 2017 for delivery of Mango cake as a surprise Birthday gift on 17th April 2017 but they did not deliver it on time.
I called them twice and requested about the time of delivery before 3 pm but my cake was delivered after 5 pm when my friend had left the office and cake was eaten by his security guards when it arrived after office hours.
I called them and I wrote to them emails and urged them to send this delivery again next day.
They have do not have respect for customer's order they do it for the sake of it.
Please do not order any thing from them they are anyway charging vary high price for very poor service.

    Ordered a flower bouquet on their website. Description on website said there could be a 'SLIGHT' variation in the actual arrangement. However, they sent something completely different from the picture on website. They send 12 roses in a glass tumbler whereas the description says 12 roses, rectangular glass vase and seasonal leaves. Upon requesting them to fix the issue, I received an email from Derryl Daniel saying that a slight variation is not an issue. Attached are the pictures on website and actual picture of bouquet sent.
    I am appalled by their low quality service more than anything else. Complete ignorance and lack of empathy. No interest in solving customer agony. Horrible.

      I had ordered a cake and a red zerbera plant 3 days before my husband's birthday. When I was expecting the deliver on that day, I got a call from ferns and petals saying we don't have any stock of zed flower plants and you can choose either yellow or pink. What the hell !! Okay I agreed with the pink one. After that they delivered a plant with two left almost dried and died with a flower which had a just 2 petals left !! Also the cake already messed up !! Do we want such service ?? Also I was humiliated infront of my husband's friends because of this.. NEVER EVER I will use Ferns and Petals.

        Ferns & petals sucks
        I wanted to gift my father a personalised message on his birthday so i selected the product "message in the bottle" and wrote a personalized message on it.
        But my father received a different message and when i complained about it, f&p team responded with the fact that it is not a personalized product.
        Now the question is that if it is not a personalized product then why did i got a option to write my own message.

          This is to bring to your notice that one of my order Order no: 20584411
          . Account details[protected] was scheduled to be delivered on 16th April 2016 in Germany

          Its been almost 12months now but the team has not been able to give me any update on it

          As per them it was delivered on 28th April, on asking them to share the vendor details as to who has delivered it they have not been able to share the same

          Each time when I have approached the call centre I have been given a different version.

          Almost thrice the team has agreed that there is a mistake at their end & the amount will be refunded still nothing has happened

          Five times my complaint request raised has been closed without any revert.

          My records were deleted from my login id.. wrote to mail Id of MD .. still got no response.

            I had worst experience
            Ferns and petals I am very disppointed by your services My two orders which i had made online payment with order Nos 2145421 and 21452101 have been misplaced /delivered to some other person Delivery was for Gurgaoin Sector 70 while i booked froM mUMBAI its worst experience of my life I have one more order in queue with this behaviour its no less than a fraud and would never like to puruse again in life or suggest any one It has caused me mental trauma besides money loss and insult and i want either redlilvery on urgent basis today only or refund me back What is the purpose ofvsuch sites then Its breach of trust

              I was supposed to receive a gift courier for which a delivery was attempted on 15th March, 2017 at my address but at that time, nobody was at home. So, the delivery boy went back.

              On following up with the delivery boy, I was told that he has given the courier back to 'Flower Hub', Sector 57, Gurgaon, the shop from where this courier was dispatched. Ever since then, I have been regularly following up but every attempt went in vain.

              I called customer care ample number of times but either the call doesn't connect ( shows the quality of services fernsnpetals provide) or 1 or 2 times when the call got connected, I was told that without knowing order id, they can't help me in any way. I tried making them understand that it was a gift and I am a recipient for it, how can they expect me to know the order id but it was of no use. Company's guys put the call on hold and never come back.

              Seriously, really moved with the kind of services it provide. A sheer fraud it is doing to its customers. I mean, how on earth can a company which claims to provide services in 140 countries not track the order based on the recipient's phone number, address details and date and time of delivery. Is it that much lacking in terms of technology it has ?

              I strongly recommend others to refrain from using fernsnpetals as medium to deliver any kind of good wishes to your loved ones. If you do, never expect your items to be delivered to the recipient.

                I had ordered a birthday cake 3 days in advance(order number[protected] in Pune from Ferns N Petals to be delivered on March 13, 2017. I also made sure by asking them personally that will it will be delivered on time. They said yes. The chosen time was 11:00 AM to 17:00 hrs.

                But the product was never delivered in spite of several reminders.

                They do not have a proper follow up system neither do they have any kind of information provided on time. We cannot even track the status of the product.

                Please do not order anything from Ferns N Petals you will be embarrassed in front of your guests and the person to whom the gift is intended.

                Guests are here and I do not have a cake for my child.

                  Hi,

                  I had ordered a plant (Order number:1566141) from ferns and petals (www.fnp.com). the product delivered was a dead plant with a low quality pot completely different from what was shown in the image while purchasing. Contacted fnp multiple times on mail and phone. They asked me to share images of product which i did. But they haven't responded since then despite numerous requests. I paid rs. 699 for this product. Their pathetic delivery and service not only did spoil the occasion for which i had ordered this plant as a gift to someone but also caused a lot of harassment to me as a consumer. It seems that fnp is not bothered at all and they do not care about the consumer once the product is sold.

                    It’s very frustrating for me, I ordered Butterscotch cake-1 kg for my Wife Birthday and I got Vanilla Cake from Ferns& petals. It’s not expected at this blunder from there end.

                    Most Importantly F&P is not ready to expect mistake, I talked to Representative & vendor team no response, This will surely not encouraged to order anything from Future.

                      I had very bad experience with fnp. I did place an order by consulting with them on the way they communicate to the precipitant and the way the flowers can get deliver. I have placed the order almost couple of weeks prior only. Whatever they have promised prior ordering the order is completely different than the way they have done the communication and delivery. My order was around 6000 INR which I felt not at all worth for what they have supposed to deliver. They are wrong with respect the way of communication with precipitant. I did call them multiple times on the gap in the communication which is not as they have promised while placing the order. But still they were not able to address the customer concern. They are wrong on the number of flowers supposed to be there in my order. They are wrong with the freshness of the flowers. I don't suggest to my friends to go for this when they want to gift dearest people. It might be worth for lesser price orders but am not sure because my first experience was very bad. My opinion is completely not happy with their business. I can't suggest this site to the people who want to gift some special people.

                        Again they have cheated and not sent the complete order[protected]. After having the long discussion we were agreed that they will sent the apology note with bookey of 20 Flowers to complete my order. As expected they have again not full filled the commitment and feel like they cheated me again .

                        I cant followup them again and again since I am in US, I want some serious action against them so that they will not do same-thing with anyone else.

                        I spent like my 4 hours with them in talking to many Ferns N Petals guys however they all are not serious about their job. This time I need full compensation of my time and efforts.

                        First time i am using the ferns n petals however i have very pathetic experience with the services. Even after commitment nobody is ready to listen anything and just passing the ball from one court to another.

                        I was promised that the same would be delivered between 9am - 6pm, however no one turned up to deliver, when i called the company for the same they said the same were sent, which is completely untrue as there is no acknowledgement, when i asked for refund they refused bluntly.

                        Here is the details

                        I am in us and using the ferns n petals, my friend placed the order[protected] well in advance on behalf of me for flowers and chocolates. Even they know how important on time delivery was for me but nobody was interested in paying the attention. As a result they have not shipped my order and even stopped picking up my call.

                        I am very disappointed that they played with my emotions.

                        Now onward i am not gonna to use your services and also i will suggest the same to my friends.

                        I need my money back with the compensation of my time and efforts.

                        After today's discussion on number +[protected] they confirmed its delivered however nothing has been delivered so far. I inquired again and then they said they attempted to deliver however its not delivered.

                        I am seriously fed-up with baseless statement they are giving to me. I am waiting for immediate action on this, if not then i will go for next escalation.

                          Ref subject order no. which I had requested to be delivered on 9th feb before 4 pm... which they told me flatly was not possible as they have a fixed time of 9 am to 9 pm... and worst case scenario the product should have been delivered by 9 pm.. but their delivery guy called at 11 pm to ask if he could deliver it the next day... well the whole point of delivering on the day of the birthday was ruined in any case and to top that what they show in the pictures is very different from what they deliver... they delivered a plant that was almost dead. I wonder why anyone should pay soo much for a dead plant...

                          I will make sure that everyone knows never to order from fnp.

                            Experienced horrible service by Ferns N Petals. I was charged significantly extra for an order of fllowers and boquet to be delivered on Feb 14th. The ordered was not delivered on Feb 14th.
                            When I tried to followup on their helpline number, it was put on a voicemall suggesting all orders are out for delivery and no updates are available. Call next morning at 8 am. When I was finally able to reach them on the morning of Feb 15th, they tried to #### me by saying they had 15000 orders and lots of orders were unfulfilled. I find it ironic that the customer service representatives boast of incapability. The service rep promised to deliver a fresh bouquet of flower within the next two hours with an apology letter and a gift coupon.

                            A non-fresh bouquet and a chocolate box was delivered separately on Feb 15th. No apology letter or gift coupon were delivered. I do not have a photo of the flowers as this was for my fiance. The company really knows how to spoil a Valentine's day.

                              I had placed order for flowers with chocolates to be delivered, I was promised that the same would be delivered between 6am - 9pm, however no one turned up to deliver, when I called the company there is no response. Support people just kept my line on hold and nobody responded for more than 10 mins. Very poor customer service. I have never seen such a worse website ever in my life.

                                Its has been very shame for the company to cheat there customer and not delivering a order on a promise date and time to mention venue. my order no is 1843624 which has done on 13th feb and order has to delevered on 14th feb for which they charge extra and money got deducted but still not oder has been delivered to the mention address, totally fake company and worst service and worst respoxe towards there customer and earning money by cheating there customer. its a request to all people dpnt book anything through this website.

                                        I had placed an order using the ferns and petal online website (Order # 1798165) and made full payment via credit card for delivery of assortment of items (Flowers, cake, chocolates) for midnight delivery on valentine's day. The company charged extra rs 500 for this. Order no 1798165.

                                        However i received just one email at 11pm that your order is out for delivery with no more details of the delivery person or anything. It was supposed to be delivered by 11:59 pm. However, no response and nothing happened past midnight.

                                        I tried calling their customer support and their was no response and they asked to call me between[protected] pm. When you are accepting midnight delivery why harass customers?

                                        The email support service and online help are again just for show as no one looks into those or replies to the queries.

                                        Typically a big fraud company. Wish these guys are punished. And the company be shut down.

                                        Horrible experience of ordering gifts for your near and dear ones. I want a full refund of the amount paid and those responsible be adequately penalized.
