I have requested for a delivery of flower bouquet on 14th Feb'17 with a promise of same day delivery. I have not received the flowers, also there has been no communication from Ferns and Petals about the status of my order. That moment of glory is lost.
I have paid whopping amount of 2026/- INR.

Company with unfair business practices. They post one price on the site and by the time you complete your transaction, the prices are changed without any notification. And they claim that the price change is due to Valentines day, wherein they had already charged a premium of Rs.200 on the original order when i started the transaction. Very pathetic and disappointing service provided by ferns and petals.
it just spoil the whole occasion by giving the false promises of delivery the product.
The product selected was mentioned as special Chocolate Truffle Cake Made from the finest chocolates, yummy chocolate covering with cherries decoration along with flowers.

I am really disappointed from fern and petals I have placed order for Belgium choco cake for mid night delivery. Firstly cake was poorly finished, plus it was very hard, bread inside it was very hard to eat. More over wrong message card send.
Because of you guys it destroyed my party. I am really disappointed I would never use or recommend any one to use ferns and petal for cake delivery....

Ferns and petals! Sounds fancy doesnt it? Catchy name i ll give that. Its the name that trapped me and i wonder about the famous saying "what's in a name?" its the name that fooled me.
I should have gone through the dismal customer service reviews before placing an order. Yes! That's my error.
Placed 2 orders. One of the orders was successful. Very nice! Don't know how that successful feat was achieved. May be in a one off case...

At 3 pm, I got the message that the order is out for delivery. At 6 pm I called the customer care regarding the order and he told us that it will be delivered within one hour. I have been placing orders from years however when I wanted to deliver tomorrow before 3pm two representatives simply denied. U know what u have lost a customer who used to order at least 5 -6 orders through her own and relatives. Now you have lost this customer. Thanks for trying to spoil my dad's birthday.

I had booked a bouquet online on 2nd dec, 16 to be delivered in the time slot 12pm to 3 pm.
When i called to enquire at 3.30 pm asking why the bouquet was still not delivered to the recipient, i was told that they have an issue with the vendor and that the bouquet cannot be delivered, else it can be delivered between 6 pm to 9 pm. When i questioned...

Order no 1238034 was placed on Dec 8th 2016. It was supposed to be delivered on December 9th night. First thing, you guys know it's birthday so you guys are supposed to be delivering cake and gifts 5 or 10 minutes before 12. My husband placed two seperate orders with ferns n petals yesterday, that is on 06/12/16, for same day delivery through 15th dr.[protected]@gmail.com id [protected]@rediffmail.com.
But I have not received them yet.
Also I have sent them e mails but I have not received any reply from their end..
They have provided only one helpline number on their website and I tried it many a times (which is NOT toĺl free by the way),...

I ordered a cake for my mother on 1st December. By some mistake I chose the wrong date and payed them online. Later when I realized this, I called them and modified my order. I thought my surprise would reach on time but it never did. Instead, I got surprised by their false promises. And if they are running an online business, their customer executive service should be available 24*7 but nopes. No one takes call after 6 or 7.
