Hi my friend had ordered a ferrero rocher choclate box, flowers and cake on 13 th november 2017 for my birthday. It got delivered on time. Flowers n cake we're perfectly fine. The choclate box was covered with red covered paper. I did not open the choclate box then and there because i already had got more choclate. I opened the box finally yesterday 20 th nov. I could see all the choclate rotten. Then i checked the manufacturing date. Its of 1 st january 2017. Almost a year old choclate they had sent. They charged rs 1599 for a box of chocolates almost double the original price of rs 799. When called up their customer care they said u should call within 48 hours. Now it's my call i open the box within 48 hours or after a week. Choclate box is not a cake that it will get spoiled in 2 dayz. The choclate box was kept in fridge even. I am highly frustrated with their service. I did never expect such a thing from such a brand. If they cannot refund the amount at least they can replace the box with a current manufacturing date product. I have no issue with that. But they just replied we can't do anything. They are charging double price for a choclate box and they don't even have the courtesy to check the manufacturing date before sending it. I hope some action be taken against such companies who are charging so exhorbitant prices and still providing such rotten product. My order number was 3859222. Email i'd [protected]@gmail.com

It's a 2 nd complain i m putting against ferns n petals. I had put a complain on 21 st november. Its such a cheat company. They delivered a year old choclate box for rs1599. When asked for refund they are saying they don't give refund on perishable goods. If choclate is a perishable good then how come they deliver a year old choclate box. I need a refund of my amount. They are such big cheaters. They charged double price for a box of chocolate and provided rotten choclate.

    I have placed the order for birthday on oct 4th. But they didn't delivered on that day even though the committed to deliver b/w 6pm to 9pm. The reason they told was it was not reachable. But when i tried there was no issue. Then i have given an alt number. After sometime when i called customer care they told the recipient have asked to deliver by next day.
    But the truth was, they have never called the recipient. Finally for birthday they delivered the cake on the next day 2pm. They cheated us by saying they tried to call the recipient and recipient herself told to deliver on next day and that's the reason they are not delivering on the same day.
    Please don't order in ferns and petals.

      I wanted to return the product delivered as i have observed the quality is not good and wanted to purchase other gift.

      I have placed it to gift someone, i got a bad response from her regarding the product.
      Due to this product delivery i criticized by her and her friends, that created a very bad impression.
      I have never thought it was that much bad experience.
      At end of my words i will recommend not to place gift order with fern and petals, they are fraud, and they only have cheap quality products which nothing but only give frustration.
      Rest your choice.

        Hi,
        This is to inform you that i have placed an order (Order id[protected] with fnp for flowers on 05-sep-2017 and paid an extra amount for the midnight delivery and i also informed them to give me call if the order is not successfully delivered but they failed to deliver the order saying that the recipient did not answered the call and the address was invalid and i was as well not given any call regarding the delivery failure. So, i called next morning and complained regarding the same but they were not ready to accept that the mistake is there's and after long argument they accepted and informed that fnp called you as well but you also did not answered the call and when i asked for the time and the contact number from which the call was given there was no answer from them. I also informed from them that i'm member with fnp and every second order of mine is delivered to the same address so how that address can be invalid. So, i wanted them to process the refund as they were unable to provide me the services they bluntly refused to do so and want the ordered to be delivered again. I informed them that the occasion has already been passed so there is no point of delivering the order now but they bluntly refused to help me and when i'm sending any emails there is reply from them except automated email. I will be thankful of them if they look into the concern and give me my hard earned money back.

        The order no is 3472045 The delivery was supposed to be done at 1.00 pm EST. It's 3.30 pm EST now. No one even responds to emails and the customer care numbers are also not reachable. The recipient is located at a business centre which is supposed to close in sometime. This is ridiculous and not acceptable.

          I booked a rakhi on 6 aug 17 with delivery date as 11 aug 17 through fnp. Numerous times i called to fnp but till date the rakhi was not delivered. Even my brother called from us and asked for solution and was also ready to pick up from any point, but fnp not agreed. Fnp is giving baseless answers for my queries. Customer care told me to approach support team for cancellation n refund. I'd sent mails n talked to them but nothing done. When they can't do the job, what for they r charging. I was a customer of fnp since 10 years but with this act and response of theirs i'd developed hatredness towards fnp. Please intervene and do the needful.

          For the second time, Ferns and Petals has cheated. Calling it a truffle cake, they deliver cheap cool cake. In order to save the chocolate, they substitute it with cheap white cream. Total disappointment. The company is soon going to loose their valuable customers if they keep doing this act of shame.

            I ordered a birthday cake for my friend's birthday to be delivered on 25th august. Since i am in usa right now, i could only send the cake via an online site. On 25th they just sent me a message saying that the order could not be delivered. I sent them a mail within 2 hours of the earlier mail requesting another attempt at delivery because i knew that the first attempt had also not been made and their claim was false. As expected they did not reply to the mail or deliver the cake. Nor are they refunding the cost of the cake.

              Poor quality product delivered (Order #3331904)
              I had placed an order on 27th august, which was 'gift of prosperity' (Link:HTTPs://m.fnp.com/gift/gift-of-prosperity?pos=2).

              I was shocked to see, what the receiver has actually received (As a gift from me). I'm so much embarrassed, i can't even tell you. I mean what the hell is that!? Okay slight variations can be there, but this thing is totally not acceptable!

              The pot contaning the plant is not only totally different, but it looks so dam cheap and ugly, what the hell is that?! Totally different from the representation and some cheap wet brown paper, in place of jute wrapping!! I mean this is the height!! Ahh..! Seriouly, one thing is for sure, this was the first and last purchase from you, and i won't be commiting the same mistake again. And will make sure that no one of my peer or family remember chooses fnp. You need to understand that, it's not an ordinary purchase, that the buyer will be using. But, it will be gifted to someone, and doing such things is not only a huge disappointment, but it's actually an embarrassment, i had to face because of fnp.

              Yes, i can understand that availablity issue can be there, and you may arrange some alternatives, but there is a difference between "cheap and poor" & "different".

              Also, they don't give a #, to wha you are saying, or your feedback or complaint! They'll just give you dumb explanations.
              So think wise, before you order! :)

                Hi team,

                Just spoke to sourabh rai claim himself the managing director of ferns n petals.

                However this administrator does not know the process simple as an email search with a customer name.

                Also wanted to highlight he does not know how to speak to customer as he is part of contact centre i believe this is a basic requirement to understand the customer and his requirement.

                Sourabh will provide me an update on the re-delivery from ferns n petals due to delivering a wrong order as per the initial requirement.

                It's very disappointing to get a service like this from a reputed organisation like ferns n petals.

                I would suggest admins like sourabh should be provided with a refresher training and pull them out of production for sometime to make them understand the meaning of customer centricity.

                I will appreciate a prompt response on the concerns and issues i have flag it or as sourabh suggested that i can reach out to consumer court to sue ferns n petals for the inconvenience caused by the order and the way he communicated with me over the call.

                  Hello all,
                  Do not order with fern n petals — cheaters and fraud.
                  I have shared my shopping experiences below.
                  I have placed order with order number 3026854 in fern n petals website.
                  I have chosen rakhi combo pack for delivery at us location.
                  I placed order on 30th july 2017.
                  In fern n petals website for the product i have selected delivery, it was showing that within 3days product will be delivered.
                  Following that instruction i have placed order.
                  Today date is 17th august 2017 and till now my product has not delivered.

                  Many many times i called to their customer care, responses from their executives i am mentioning below are :
                  1. All their executives are not well behaved no one is professional.
                  2. No idea on the recent product status, if as a customer we ask them they will say we do not have information on the recent status of delivery.
                  3. Executives will ask to wait for loooong time minimum is 25-30 minutes in phone for giving answer to our query which is worthless.
                  4. They do not know what is their escalation matrix.
                  5. They will not send any product status update messagesmails.
                  6. Whenever you ask for the status they will say product status is not updated in our system.

                  As rakhi festival already over and till now it is not delivered i asked to customer care to refund my money for that responses are below:
                  1. Customer care executives will say we will raise a request madam for your complain but when i asked them the complain number they have generated on my behalf for my future follow up they will say we can not provide that number to customer.
                  2. When i asked them to give any supervisors mail id to escalate they said we don’t have such process and you have to wait.
                  3. Only one email id they will provide which is [protected]@fnp.com.
                  4. If you mail continuously to this mail id they will not respond only one mail will come after some days that your ticket is closed which not actually true.
                  I want my refund because of below points:
                  1. Very unprofessional behavior of customer care executives
                  2. Did many follow-ups for my on time delivery but they have provided always fake information.
                  3. Till now product is not delivered though they promised to deliver within 3 days of time.
                  4. No proper sales process and customer handling process.

                  Kindly help if someone know the process of getting my refund.

                    I have ordered a cake online using ferns and petals.
                    My order number is 3249455 which was scheduled to get delivered on 16th of aug (9am - 9pm). For being doubly sure, i didn't make order online but called fnp executives and confirmed first about if they can deliver on time.

                    I called them last night and they said their operating hours are 8am - 10:30pm ist (My order is for international delivery though).

                    Calling them since 8am in the morning and now i am getting a response that since it in international delivery they won't be able to update me before 12pm ist

                    What i am suppose to do? Which time zone should i follow to communicate to you?

                    I want them to refund my money or get it delivered within 2 hours from now.

                    I have never seen such pathetic services in my life. Your executives are telling me that they are not aware of status, it might have been delivered, they even said that they will share a tracking id with me so please tell me when do you share your order tracking id? Like 10 days post delivery or 1 month post delivery.

                    I have spent 4000+ for a cake not worth 500 and for such kind of services

                      My order number 3155001was to be delivered on 7th august for birthday wishes. But it was delivered next day and i was informed by email that order has been delivered on 7th august. When i complained about it they quoted some disclaimer which was never mentioned earlier. They are cheats and fraudsters. Charging very highly but never fulfilling their commitments. These fellows should never never be trusted.

                        After rigorous follow up and complaint. No replacement of the sweet box which i have received from the order number 124084 in Abu Dhabi(UAE). Received my packet in the 26th July'2017 and sweets are getting expire almost in a month or so(9th Sep'2017). I asked for the replacement but FNP team has given me invalid reason.

                        Attached the images of the soan papdi after opening the box.
                        (a)Sweets are so hard and they get stuck into box due to ghee.Even you can see the imprints of the box which i have sent you in the Image no 5.
                        (b) Even the taste gets different from the normal soan papdi we usually buy from Haldiram's

                        This is the very awful and worst service given by FNP team. In future i won't recommend anyone to order something from FNP.

                          I had booked for an international order a month back for rakhi. But they did not deliver on time calling it a 'rakhi rush's season and not listening to my complaints. However they still not deliver one of the three gifts that i ordered but the status shows 'delivered'. They have constantly put my call on hold till it gets disconnected. They finally said they would try to redeliver on the rakhi day itself but i told them to cancel and refund it, to which they agreed but i still haven't got any mail till now. All their mails just say we will come back to you shortly but they never do! They already charge double the amount because of international order and still neither deliver on time nor the product itself! Their argument of rakhi rush was not valid as i had booked a month back and all the products were supposed to be delivered together. However, one was delivered in advance, one a day later and one did not even get delivered. What makes is worse is the customer service! They will just keep putting you on hold till you call again and again. Not only have i spent money on the product that h

                            Worst service ever received by an ecommerce site. I ordered a rakhi set of three rakhis with roli chawal and a 1kg tin of gulab jamun. I sent an added small rakhi as well to make the count four.

                            They delivered 1kg of gulab jamun in a plastic container from a local next street shop and the extra rakhi attached on the top of the gulab jamun box with the same cellotape they sealed the container. What a great way to pack a rakhi gift.

                            They send someone with one children rakhi who bought gulab jamun from a nearby shop and attched the rakhi on top of it. The main rakhi set was never delivered. Attched are all the images.

                              Same concern as others are complaining about delay in delivery have ordered on 31 july and asked to deliver d product on 4th aug today its 6th n tomorrow its rakhshabandhan and my brother won't be getting rakhi on time his wrist will be empty... He is in us... Just coz of des frauds... I wish i would have send this rakhi via courier... But trusted des emotion less people.. Don't know to value their customers emotions....

                              Yesterday called customer care on 5th jaspreet executive answered d call and took the details and said it had delivered yesterday as requested ven i told them its not delivered yet he started teaching protocols... 3 days shipping n all... Still i requested and asked to help me out he kept on checking with relevant international dept. Further i asķed him to transfer ma call to senior den saurabh supervisor finally admitted the fault and apologised and said raise a concern regarding d same as it was supposed to deliver on 4th... Still assured will get it done on same day 5th aug... M still hunting for help its been 36 mins m waiting for him to come on call as some executive didn't remember name told me he is on other call... These guyz are making me cry... Werein company claimed to smile their customers at any cost...
                              Still a request somebody help me out to deliver it today... Plz...

                              Finally he came but the concern is same dat will be deliver tomorrow. .. i literally begged him ... n said in desi language bhai mujhe ni pata ap chote ho ya bade mujhse plz being a brother meri feelings samjho information mat do help karo .ye first year h uska US mai i don't want ki uski wrist khali ho usdin.. den he asked home address as i hv given academic address to deliver dis rakhi ... to vich i reverted dat i hv to ask from ma bro vich ll be again a long process. .. nw asked me to stay on line .. n m waiting again

                              In 1 hr 9 min 13sec at last they could figure out dat courier is been delivered yesterday at d gate of robotics dept to on duty gaurd and asked to call maa bro n asked to check vd at gate or dept where all the couriers get deliver. I hv informed ma bro n he is try to locate it ... as there courier guy didn't called maa bro at d time of delivery... still searching for "the rakhi"

                              Since mrg doing the follow ups as it could get deliver at least today now i think its been misplaced n dey guys are not able to give me contact details or at least d name of onduty gaurd ... acc to them it was delivered on 5th mrg 08.14 am ... which i can also see on traking link saying delivered to agent ... to vich they say agent refers to recipient. .. now dey can't get details coz of Saturday sunday off... my support team is still working on d same ... ######## why d hell dey could not get the details on 5th as dey said it was delivered on dat day n i m calling them since dat afternoon only ... on friday a working day ... no support team is calling ... 1st complaint they resolved at their on vdout any feedback i mrg raised a fresh complaint in 11.20 am's call now in last call at 2.22 pm raised another follow up complaint to support department as dey were supposed to call me within 2 hrs but noone turned up...

                              These people have started disconnecting maa call after putting me on hold ... please see the below image of maa call log... instead of gv me a call back from support team within 2 hr after a follow up call... its been 4 hr nw ... not getting details of the person to whom they have delivered d product. .. wake up guys its 10 am in pittsburgh now ... and monday tooo... get d details you shamless people...

                              They hv closed ma raised complaint without calling me ... and didn't bother to gv the details to whom they have delivered d product .
                              If we do payment in advance dey feel free as if they got the money n nw cn through or gv the product to any random person. .

                                I had placed the order with order no 3082993 on 5th aug-2017. Last year i had booked & they delivered as i had paid delivery charges. They had delivered last year even without calling. This time they are giving the excuse that you address is wrong because this time i did not opt for delivery charges.

                                All the costumer care people are bloody jokers, they are saying you pay extra for delivery as we couldn't trace you address.

                                Pl avoid the business with fern & petals.
                                I will write to company employee about this will ask not to do any business with ferns & petals. I circulate same on facebook whatsapp etc.

                                They are bloody cheaters

                                  I placed an order from fnp, order id 3064224, it was a suprise for a birthday. The delivery boy was not able to find the address and he kept on calling my jiju for whom this surprise was, he litteraly got frustrated due to continuous call from the delievry boy and suddenly he cancelled the order. The delivery boy didnt called me on my number, i asked fnp to refund my money but they are not doing that. Such cheaters they are, i placed an order from peter england that too from shop not from any website or portal, they even dont have delivery boys but still they delivered the gift for him and made my day but it all got ruined due to non delivery of the cake which i ordered from fnp. I always prefered fnp and even asked my friends to plcae order from there but this time they just ruined everything, i dont think that i will be plaing my next order from there. Kinfly refund it, i already shared my bank account at [protected]@fnp.com now they are not reverting nor giving importance. I think now this is the only medium left for them to earn money as their business is in loss.

                                    While placing order they confirmed that they will not share the sender details but the same were mentioned on the gift, i asked to deliver the product on 24.07.2017 but because of their mistake the courier was send to wrong place that affected the date of deliver so i had to colllect the gift from the courier company and bear double cost to make timely delivery of the gift.

                                      I placed an order 3001544 on thrusday date 27th july 2017 for delivery on 28th july 2017 as standard delivery between 08 to 12 noon.

                                      But it was never delivered nor was there any call... Since this was by me and for me i could easily track it down.

                                      No one called no one delivered.. Irrespective of fact that i sent them email again and again and such nonsensical replies that they called and no one picked the phone (I fail to understand was the delivery to be done by phone or by address)

                                      They are fraud cheat and this is the second incident hence never ever order there again..
