My order no. was 491927 which included 1 half kg cake, 2 cabury silk & 1 bouquet of 6 roses which was to be delivered to my sister on 16th of August in Mumbai in occasion of her birthday.
First of all the product didnt get delivered and even on non delivery i got a message that it got delivered which originally wasnt.
Secondly after calling them end no. of times they picked up once and even then the call was on hold for more then 15 mins, when I spoke to them about refund they said we will deliver it today i said i dont want it to be delivered today as her birthday is already over i want my order to be cancelled and full refund to be processed MR. CHETAN from Customer Support Feedback Department told me that you will get a call in 5 mins about refund and after 15 mins i get a call about my refund that it will be initiated in 7-10 working days and still they didnt give me any reference no. for the same.

    I have ordered one product through this ecommerce site and paid for midnight delivery of rs 250. They are informing me before 1 hr of the delivery that they cant deliver the product due to some reason. They have emailed me this on 22:28 and the customer service number also not reachable after 22:30.
    Is it a proper customer service?
    If they cant deliver the product then they should return me the midnight delivery cash which i already paid.

      I had placed an order which is a birthday gift & which was supposed to be delivered on 12th Aug 2016. I had even got a sms & mail that your order has been dispatched & also an sms stating that your order will be delivered in between 9:00 AM & 9:00 PM on 12th Aug'16 & it was supposed to be delivered on 12th Aug'16 only however it was not delivered to the destination. I had contacted the help desk to ask about my placed order, they informed that the delivery team would be dispatching the order tomorrow without giving any valid reason for not delivering the product. What is the point of placing the order with fern & petals if they can't deliver the product on time as it business of delivering gift on occasion date.What is the point of selling products related to anniversary & birthday if they cannot deliver the product to the destination on time on the occasion date.Were is the level of commitment & trust towards the customer. I don't expect such false commitment from ferns & petal. Such a pathetic experience i have got from ferns & petals!! Just because ferns & petals were not able to deliver the product on time, I had to place an another order from local shop & they were able to deliver the product on time. Ferns & petals has zero market value. I would like to know, if they will take any action against their dispatching team for not delivering the product on due date & also for giving false commitment regarding the delivery of the product. I demand a compensation from ferns & petal for faking up the real purpose of business (Which they call delivering gift to customer on occasion date) by giving wrong image to their so called customer. I am expecting a quick on action from the concerned authorities. Waiting for a quick resolution.

        I had ordered a cake from this website ferns n petals from this website for my little child. The cake was a cute cat cake which would endear any small child. But to my horror today, the cake delivered looks like it was made by someone with no experience in making a "designer cake" (As they claim in their website) and make a very scary looking cake that we wanted to throw immediately. Such a waste of so much money on a gift site that is totally not worth spending money on.

        I do not recommend this site for gifts to anyone who expects some degree of specialized offering based on the expensive price tags they put on their items. And no compensation can undo the child's bad experience

          I have booked a gift delivery through online booking on 10th of august 2016, it has never been delivered and ferns n petals guys say that they have delivered it. Their vendor is giving different information to ferns n petals that it has been delivered.
          The person who delivered it to the unknown person saying i have called the person whom it was supposed to delivered but he is saying he has'nt recieved any calls or msgs from ferns and petals team.

          I want a refund as the occassion has been spoiled and of course your reputation too

            You guys are just a piece of crap cheater, you cheat like this, see the image, i paid 1600 on 18th july and got the order like a crap piece of cake, what you show and what i get is completely fake, you are a fake business owner and have no rights to ruin the day of someone, i will make sure that everyone should know about your cheating all over the internet.
            Vikaas gutgutia, md, ferns n petals is running a cheating company and master in cheating. Ruining people's best day and there is no reply from their end.

            I ordered a birthday gift of flowers, it was priced triple compare to any good and decent florist still I ordered and received the gift two days after the date.

              I have placed an order ( order Number : 395963 ) for a birthday gift on 4.08.2016 and go the confirmation that order is successfully placed. on 5th I received a call and said that they will deliver the gift one day delay. today ( 6th ) I called up and tracked the item and customer care informed that we don't have service in this location. my whole purpose is defeated. they could inform me at the time of booking or at least next day if there is no service in that location. now customer has to chase these people and find out.
              I am not happy with the service and never use this service and recommend to anyone.
              informed the customer care to refund the money.

                We have ordered a product with your site. and you peoples have the commitment of delivering it on 2nd august 2016. and today its 6th august. its already 4 days delayed. it is the worst experience of any online site. even you send us the shipping status from past four days it is in still showing dispatched. now what i want is take a quick step and cancel it.
                you guys are misguiding people and taking their money in advance and even that not delivering products on time. and when we talk with you and the response of your representative was that we are not committing. it is just tentative date . what the hell is this. this is the way you are serving the people

                if this is the way of business close this business.

                  I ordered dry fruits and cake for my brother in india. I got delivery confirmation mail but the things didn't reach him. I called their customer service and they told that they delivered the stuff to a lady, but there was no one. One hour later my brother received a call saying that they are late and they will deliver the stuff soon. The customer service people are big liars and they were late.

                  It totally spoiled my surprise.

                  Inspite of bad reviews, i took a chance and it is the biggest mistake.

                  Don't spoil your special occasions because of this website.

                    I had ordered a cake to be delivered in uk for the 19th july'16 through ferns and petals. My order number is 284261. They charged me rs 3400 for the same and till date the product has not been delivered.
                    I have tried to contact the customer care and every time they give silly excuses.
                    That means they charge you, keep your money and don't deliver the things. How is it justified? Please refund my money back.

                      I had ordered a Black Forest eggless cake order no 260023which was to be delivered in hyderabad and was a surprise birthday cake. But the cake that was delivered was awfully bad in taste and stale as it got bad in a couple of hrs inspite of being refrigerated. The cake was delivered on 14/07/2016 and as I was travelling and when I got back I had enquired with my friend about the cake and this was the feedback I got so I mailed them on 20/07/2016 but no response. I called them up on 21/0702016 and one Mr karan tells me that send me a snapshot of the cake. I am trying to explain him that the snapshot is not going to tell you the taste of the cake but he just doesn't seem to understand and he tells me that until you don't send me a picture nothing can be done. I told him no one is going to keep a stale cake and send you pictures. You have to believe your client when we as clients trust the quality of the cake that you would deliver by simply ordering online.I think ferns and petals have hired people who dont know how to treat their clients and have just taught them to follow rules but not apply their mind as to what they are talking.the least they can do was to apologise and tell that they would check with the vendor from wherever they have sourced it but on the contrary they have faults to find with us.

                        Pathetic service of fnp, not delivered product and no calls, no msgs, no emails from them. I want my refund.

                        I dropped emails more than 10 times, but only reply that we will forward your concern to appropriate team. Thats it.

                        I never recommended fnp to anyone and never use it in future for sure.

                          I don't get this for order# 239096.

                          Please stop fooling the customers around.

                          I am at the same address where the recipient is, and we haven't received any flowers yet.

                          Is this how you ruin the surprise and cheat the customers?

                          I opted for the standard delivery and the product needed to be delivered within the time frame but it was never delivered at the first place, forget about timeliness! addition to that, i received an email confirming that the product has been delivered and received by the recipient herself.

                          Thanks for being such a monumental disappointment

                            Disappointing Experience with Ferns and Petals

                            I have ordered a birthday cake on 22nd June 2016 through Ferns and Petals, to be delivered to my friend from Hyderabad.

                            The order was placed by one of their executives who shared her name as Tanushree and her contact number is : [protected]

                            The code of the product that I had selected is CAKECONH700

                            Now let's talk about the issues with the delivery...

                            1st - The cake wasn't fresh. My friend confirmed it was stale already when she cut it. It was smelling and was tasting even worst.
                            2nd - The cake wasn't having any message written over it. Rather, the message was typed over a piece of paper.
                            3rd - I asked for a delivery time of between 10:00PM to 10:30PM. The cake was delivered before the scheduled time @ 7:26PM. The email with confirmation of delivery is attached.
                            4th - The code of the product was CAKECONH700 that I chose, but the cake doesn't look anything similar to that. Pic is attached.

                            I have dropped an email to them next day (24th June 2016) and also called up the executive and described the issue. Ferns and Petals replied to me mentioning:

                              I would suggest personally don't use this website ferns n petals . My order number 206082 They charged expensive and not deliver my product on time after 2 days wait i canceld my product yet the didn't refund my money .

                                Day before yesterday i had ordered a cake with order number 196458, it was special red rose 1 kg cake worth 1500... Do u think customers are fool... Do we have plenty of money to waste... The cake was of so poor quality and the appearance was so cheap... The image of the cake you people posted on your website is totally different from the item delivered.. It was so embarrassing.. That cheap quality cake would hardly cost less then rs. 500 in market... The cake appeared to be bright red in color on your website, while the cake delivered was of pink color.. And the most worst part was the cake left its pink color on fingers... You people commit fraud... You are cheating the customers just to earn money.. This is not at all acceptable... I want the refund for the cake..

                                  Really disappointed to know that Fnp is serving their customers with such a bad quality of cakes. Will recommend in future to my known not to order anything from Fnp. I had ordered this attached 1 kg eggless black forest cake and got the call from my relative tht cake is in such a bad condition and tastes is soo bad.
                                  I felt very embressing towards my relative form whome I ordered this gift. Order was not on time (delivered not in morning, infact delivered in noon)
                                  After getting knowledge of rotten cake, I contacted to customer care of FNP on - +91 [protected] and +91 [protected]
                                  A lady recieved called and told me to contact delivery Guy then i contacted to that person and request him to take back cake but he cut phone and did not responce.

                                  As I already paid Rs.2000 now I want my money to be refunded and want an immediate action on this.

                                    I had the worst experience with fnp, first of all they did not change the address, second of all the delivery boy dropped the cake somewhere else and the customer service was not at all good.
                                    And finally the main thing, the quality was pathetic. Pathetic!
                                    The cake i ordered was completely different from what was shown in the site.
                                    It lacked in every aspect, from taste to its appearance.
                                    I am posting a picture of what was delivered and what shown in the site.
                                    Its so upsetting.
                                    I spent 1000 rupees for a 200 rupee cake.
                                    It was the worst online experience.
                                    I will never order anything from fnp and will also tell my friends and family about the misleading information which the company portrays in their website.

                                      I placed an order in ferns n petals yesterday to deliver somegifts to a place in mussorie. The system allowed me to place the order and asked me to select the time (They had 3 time slots available, i choose one of them), i selected the delivery time between 15:00 to 18:00 hrs. I got a confirmation email saying my order have been placed and it should be delivered as promised.
                                      It was not delivered on the scheduled time, and they didnot even boather to inform me. I tried reaching them at around 20:00hrs, the customercare representative said he will check with the local servise provider and will get back. He called back after 15mins and said "sir sorry to inform you, that your order cant be fulfilled because of some technical issue".
                                      When i started asking what technical issue and questions i got to know that they dont even provide servise in the ordered area. When i said "if you are not providing service in the area then your system should not allow consumer to place order in that area"the customercare representative had no answer apart from sorry.
                                      What was more frustrating when i got an email from them saying

                                      We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

                                      As per the telephonic discussion, we are sorry to inform you that the order cannot be delivered as the shipping address is out of our serviceable area.                                       We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you as a result of this.

                                        I had placed an order with ferns and petals, Order no. 132905 for a chocolate cake for celebrating my birthday with my Office Colleagues. Accordingly I had placed the order by paying full amount one day before and had paid extra for ontime delivery in my office address at State Bank, Park Street between 11 a.m - 4 p.m. But it was my biggest mistake. The delivery boy called me at 4:30 p.m saying he has just started and it will be another hour or so to reach my office. I called up the fnp assistance number[protected] to complain but still every time they replied my call that the order was out for delivery and they are sorry for my inconvenience. When my order had reached by 5:00 p.m and all my colleagues were leaving the birthday party without the cake, I requested the fnp team to cancel my order. The reply I got really amazed me saying that 'we can't cancel the order and they are sorry for that. Nowadays when the online websites even take your stuff back these people say they cant cancel the order even though entire fault was on their part. I did not receive my cake which I ordered, I did not get my money back and you can imagine my situation in front of my colleagues on my birthday party. I request for the refund of my amount.
