I had placed an order(#OR[protected] for Shining Memory Personalized Lamp Regular on 03/11/2015 and had asked for delivery on 05/11/2015.I had called costumer care[protected] on 05/11/2015.A guy told me that it will be delivered on 06/11/2015.I called on 06/11/2015, a guy told that address is incomplete and asked me to provide landmark.I gave all the details.He told it will be delivered on 07/11/2015.Again i called on 07/11/2015 and a lady told that it will be delivered within 1-2 days and asked my address and landmark.I didnt provide anything as i had already mentioned full address while placing the order and also on phone.She disconnected the call in between.It was supposed to be delivered on 05/11/2015 but till date i have not received the product.My anniversary was on 06/11/2015, now what will i do with that gift?? Please refund my money.

    Hi I ordered a Silver Dry Fruit tray along with Sargi sweets on the 28th Oct'2015 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 30th Oct'2015. I called on the customer service and they made me wait till almost half and hour and asked me to keep calling them again after every hour. I tried their number and even sent an email but there has been no response at all. They sent an email saying the order has been shipped by trust one courier which doesnt not exist. No response. They never took any action and this is the worst experience I had with them. I will never ever order from them or recommend them. They are not even refunding the money or apologising. They spolit the entire occasion for me. Distugting service.

      Ordered (OR[protected] a cake on 23, delivery for the same day at midnight.
      My mistake was I clicked on date 24. So they didn't delivered on that night.
      Next morning they said you can't cancel the order but you can change the delivery time. Had no option left so Changed the time for Monday 26 at 8-9 PM.
      Now at 9 I called up and enquired then they said we have some technical issue and couldn't deliver today, will deliver tomorrow.
      WTF, I paid 200 bucks extra apart from the cake price for this ???
      Now I don't want the CAKE, Cancel My order and need full refund Right now and please don't you guys dare to make excuse by the name company policies because if you really care about your company policies then this should be also in those policies to not to deliver the ordered goods at time to the customers..

        ORDER NUMBER OR[protected] on 8th October 2015 I ordered a Truffle Cake 500gm Half Kg on 8th October 2015 worth Rs 749/-. Next day when the recipient send the picture of the cake received I was simply shocked.The cake was not a truffle cake but just a simple cake with chocolate coating which would be worth 250 rs/-. The cake had a wrong name and was delivered in a very bad shape. When I complaint about to their email support, first they asked me pictures of the deliver. If I was bit amazed because the company promises to deliver cake and they are not even efficient in delivering a good cake properly. When i sent them the picture they apologized and then told me that they will send 10 roses. I wanted to check their efficiency and asked them to deliver it. This time they lied that the recipient did not pick up the call. I have the proof of all the call details of that person. This people are just frauds. Please don't order using their services as these people will ruin the special day of your friends & family.

          Date of Incident: Oct 15, 2015 Order No: OR[protected] I ordered flowers from India to be delivered to my friend in USA for his birthday. The description of the order was as follows: Romantic flowers in passionate shades of red, purple and pink. Romantic dark red roses are mixed with pink carnations, hot pink matsumoto asters, purple cushion mums, lavender waxflower, burgundy copper beech leaves and green variegated pittosporum. Presented in a pretty plum glass vase that's tied with burgundy satin ribbon. To begin with the flowers were delivered at 10 PM US time inspite of numerous follow up mails and phone calls made. From there things just got worse! I have attached the picture of the flowers on the site and also that I received. It has totally different flowers from the description. The flowers are dull and gloomy and the so called shades of pink and purple aren't there! At best I see some red, brown and green! There is no pretty plum glass vase or burgundy satin ribbon. I feel cheated and you really spoilt the occasion. It was a criminal waste of the 4000 bucks spent. Is Ferns & Petals just a scheming setup to rob people off their money? I will never be ordering from this site again!

            They are big time cheaters...I ordered 4 bouquets worth Rs 5000 from them but the quality of flowers that were delivered to the recipient was HORRENDOUS. The flowers were just about to perish. Those were Exotic flowers LILY but looked so bad i dint have words.
            I also complained about it to the concerned team but no resolution came out of it. I need a total refund of my orders but they are not doing that too.
            Cheaters they are. They should be abandoned by masses.
            I am never ordering anything from them and neither will I allow my relatives/friends/ colleagues to order from them.
            They have certainly lost a big customer base.
            They should be BANNED.

              We had ordered a lamp with a personalized photographs on it along with a cadboury dairy milk.

              But received a lamp with a different photo and without a silk.

              Delivery date was in the month of September till mid October we have not received our corrected product.

                I ordered Cake and flowers for mid night. The delivery system says that they were unable to deliver because the recipient was not reachable. But the recipient has received the call and explained them the address. The product was delivered. I even provided them with the proof of the call (as the call was recorded by the recipient). I provided the recording. But still not getting anything. The service is worst. Especially the customer support. My order number was OR[protected] and complaint number was 691372.

                  I ordered a cake on 29th Sept.2015 through registered id :- janki.[protected]@avalongroup.in from Ferns and Petals for which an amount of Rs.1375/- was already deducted from my account the delivery time was mid night of 29th sept.15, But they never delivered the order. After asking the status, they said they tried to call me but my number is not contactable which is not acceptable I had provide the complete address to them but they even not tried to reach there. I had a word with so many of their customer care executive for the same & they are just saying sorry for the same and giving me explanation that we are keeping any order for next day so they put the cake & flower in trash . And now I need to place the order again & do the amount transaction of the same amount .After complaining about this, there is no response. They put the call on hold and never respond back. . I have asked for refund as the order was not delivered but there is no response. Well this a epitome of fraud and poor service. They are really cheater & providing very poor servicing they are just hurting people

                    Hi to all the Online Buyers from FNP.com I request you all to not to Buy any product from this Website. They are the great Cheaters in Online Shopping. By seeing the Website i Ordered a Bouquet to my Family member on her Bday, The Bouquet was Rs.550/- Website and deliver charges is Rs.200/- I don't mind paying, But the quality should be there at its best when anyone promotes their product online. I have received a crap bouquet which is worth Rs.50 bucks from a road side shop. But FNP claims that its the best Bouquet, Please see the attached images FYR. I have attached the original Image from the WEBSITE and Delivered Bouquet to me. Moreover they dont have a Refund Policy and they say this is what we can Do. Comon Guys You are a so reputed company and the feedback from You is really not upto the mark. If this message reaches FNP team, then my kind request to them is to refund my Money Back.                       This is such a fake company. Very very bad experience very bad customer support people who don't know how to deal customers. Everytime I call there's a new story all together again. No support after mailing at [protected]@fnp.com as well. What can we do in this case?

                        This is to bring to your notice that I had placed an online order of Pure delight Regular & greeting card; paid by me through payment gateway on your website vide invoice no. 16390479. I was traveling out of country and this greeting was for a special occasion in my absence (my wife’s birthday). All supporting’s attached. On my return from overseas, I realized the following which had ruined the occasion and of course shows quality of FnP products. I wasted my money and occasion while dealing with Ferns n Petals. I am sure local flower vendors do much better job than this so called organized company. 1. Roses received were definitely not fresh at all. It appeared as if these flowers are 3-4 days old. 2. Glass vase with the bouquet is absolutely different from shown in picture. It is a piece of poor quality, shabby looking vase. 3. Though, I had paid for a greeting card but there was no greeting card handed over at the time of delivery. FnP has duped me by charging Rs.149/- and not delivered the ordered product. I am asking for resolution and refund for non-delivered product and getting lame responses from them.                           I had placed a rakhi order OR[protected] around last week of July for my brother in Bangalore, he didn't receive the package. When I checked the tracking, it says it has been received by some "Bahadur" and the phone number given next is also incorrect so I can't even contact the person. I am deeply disturbed by this lack of responsibility of not handing the parcel to the correct person. My brother had been asking everyone if they have seen the package. No one deserves such harassment. I asked them if they would either investigate where the order has been misplaced or send him a replacement to stop further harassment of me and my family members. The total essence of this festival was ruined by their lack of professionalism. And to top it all, no one has even bothered to answered to my email.

                            OR[protected]: Rs.2448. this order (Rakhi) was supposed to get delivered on 3rd sep 15. When they couldn't deliver on 3rd, I called the customer care on 4th, they said they will give me a call back in 24hrs. They refused to cancel the order. I never received a status call back. It is not yet delivered (7th sep). THEY ARE FRAUDS.

                              The order was placed on 25th august 2015, a rakhi gift for my sister in bangalore. The delivery date confirmed to me was 29/08/2015 - Raksha Bandhan. but there was no contact made by the concerned company, neither to me as the order placer nor the reciepent's number which they specifically ask for. it has been 1 week since the prescribed date and they did not contact none o[censored]s. I called them to ask as to what there problem was and it was told to me that they tried to deliver through DTDC and they tried 7 times(without contacting anyone) and without the consent of either me or the recipient, they closed the order. Now neither giving me the reimbursement or re-delivering to the address, they ask for Rs. 150 more to "TRY" and re-deliver it. this has left me ashamed, saddened and cheated by the service they promise to be 100% customer satisfaction.

                                I had ordered a Personalized Lamp on 31st August from fnp.com website (Order Number:[protected]. The feature of this bottle lamp was that you could send a picture that you want and the company puts it on the lamp. http://www.fnp.in/shining-memory-personalized-lamp-giftsfnp2723 But when I sent a picture and the product was delivered, the picture that came out was completely stretched on the bottle. Very bad quality image. (Please check attached images) I raised a complaint but their customer care executives never have a solution. They just ask you to put a mail. I have mailed them several times as well, and I got the reply that "We would like to inform you that your image on product has been printed as per the shared image resolution. However, redelivery or refund in this case would not be possible." It is mentioned on the website that picture must be high resolution, it does not mention the exact size required for the picture to appear normal on the bottle. Also, there is no option to preview how the picture might finally look on the product. I had sent a high resolution image of size more than 5 MB. I dont know what is high resolution according to their standards. No specifications were mentioned on the website about its exact size or dimensions. Also, there's no option to preview the image on the product. Surely, I asked for the image to be replaced or refund my amount at the earliest. Ferns and Petals is a renowned name in the industry and such unprofessional-ism and lack of focus on customer satisfaction is appalling on the part of a company of such repute. I was simply asking for a change of picture because all my complaints have fallen on deaf years so far. They have blindly pasted the pic without any consideration and now it looks hideous on the lamp. Please resolve. They have already destroyed my husband's birthday surprise.. I dont care about the gift anymore.. I just want my money back now. I had given them a chance to change the image and redeliver. But they declined. Now i want my money back.

                                  BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE!!! Placed an order for Rakhi gift on 12th August 2015, where their website was showing delivery same day. But order didn't received till 20th August, and on inquiry got a standard irrelevant response/excuse that it's a courier product delivery which takes few days to get delivered (it's quite obvious that any online purchase would only be a courier delivery). On 22nd August, got a message on stated mobile no. confirming the delivery; whereas the order was not received. Tried calling customer care no. many times but calls disconnected by the attending staff without giving an answer ( not intended to answer as they are misleading).. Visited one of the local FNP shops and was told the same thing that order is delivered and they will send POD to confirm. Haven't got any POD also as they are lying and also lied that the order was handed over to neighbors because of door locked at given address...(but the fact is that delivery address never remains closed at any point of time). They are misleading and taking advantage by giving excuses, beware of this scam..

                                    Hi all! I ordered a lamp in Ferns and Petals, Order no. 16617700 to be delivered on 28th Aug, 2015. On the same day they updated the status that the order has been delivered when it was not. Upon calling them they say that they have couriered it and that it would reach by the next day. After repeated calls of complaining and asking for refund they ask me to send a mail which is never answered.                                       The cake I ordered from this site is entirely different from what I received, there are approximately 8-9 fruits mentioned in the picture and the cake I received has only 3 fruits and the entire look is extremely dull. They broke my trust for ordering things online as they cant deliver what is ordered. Worst website as instead o[censored]nderstanding or helping the customer they are saying 15% discount will be given on next order. It's really appalling that someone has ordered a cake of 1000rs after selecting from 100s of cakes and you dint even send half a money cake. Refund my entire amount. This is last the last order from that website.
