I ordered a cake on 29th Sept.2015 through registered id :- janki.[protected]@avalongroup.in from Ferns and Petals for which an amount of Rs.1375/- was already deducted from my account the delivery time was mid night of 29th sept.15, But they never delivered the order. After asking the status, they said they tried to call me but my number is not contactable which is not acceptable I had provide the complete address to them but they even not tried to reach there. I had a word with so many of their customer care executive for the same & they are just saying sorry for the same and giving me explanation that we are keeping any order for next day so they put the cake & flower in trash . And now I need to place the order again & do the amount transaction of the same amount .After complaining about this, there is no response. They put the call on hold and never respond back. . I have asked for refund as the order was not delivered but there is no response. Well this a epitome of fraud and poor service. They are really cheater & providing very poor servicing they are just hurting people

    Hi to all the Online Buyers from FNP.com I request you all to not to Buy any product from this Website. They are the great Cheaters in Online Shopping. By seeing the Website i Ordered a Bouquet to my Family member on her Bday, The Bouquet was Rs.550/- Website and deliver charges is Rs.200/- I don't mind paying, But the quality should be there at its best when anyone promotes their product online. I have received a crap bouquet which is worth Rs.50 bucks from a road side shop. But FNP claims that its the best Bouquet, Please see the attached images FYR. I have attached the original Image from the WEBSITE and Delivered Bouquet to me. Moreover they dont have a Refund Policy and they say this is what we can Do. Comon Guys You are a so reputed company and the feedback from You is really not upto the mark. If this message reaches FNP team, then my kind request to them is to refund my Money Back.       This is such a fake company. Very very bad experience very bad customer support people who don't know how to deal customers. Everytime I call there's a new story all together again. No support after mailing at [protected]@fnp.com as well. What can we do in this case?

        This is to bring to your notice that I had placed an online order of Pure delight Regular & greeting card; paid by me through payment gateway on your website vide invoice no. 16390479. I was traveling out of country and this greeting was for a special occasion in my absence (my wife’s birthday). All supporting’s attached. On my return from overseas, I realized the following which had ruined the occasion and of course shows quality of FnP products. I wasted my money and occasion while dealing with Ferns n Petals. I am sure local flower vendors do much better job than this so called organized company. 1. Roses received were definitely not fresh at all. It appeared as if these flowers are 3-4 days old. 2. Glass vase with the bouquet is absolutely different from shown in picture. It is a piece of poor quality, shabby looking vase. 3. Though, I had paid for a greeting card but there was no greeting card handed over at the time of delivery. FnP has duped me by charging Rs.149/- and not delivered the ordered product. I am asking for resolution and refund for non-delivered product and getting lame responses from them.           I had placed a rakhi order OR[protected] around last week of July for my brother in Bangalore, he didn't receive the package. When I checked the tracking, it says it has been received by some "Bahadur" and the phone number given next is also incorrect so I can't even contact the person. I am deeply disturbed by this lack of responsibility of not handing the parcel to the correct person. My brother had been asking everyone if they have seen the package. No one deserves such harassment. I asked them if they would either investigate where the order has been misplaced or send him a replacement to stop further harassment of me and my family members. The total essence of this festival was ruined by their lack of professionalism. And to top it all, no one has even bothered to answered to my email.

            OR[protected]: Rs.2448. this order (Rakhi) was supposed to get delivered on 3rd sep 15. When they couldn't deliver on 3rd, I called the customer care on 4th, they said they will give me a call back in 24hrs. They refused to cancel the order. I never received a status call back. It is not yet delivered (7th sep). THEY ARE FRAUDS.

              The order was placed on 25th august 2015, a rakhi gift for my sister in bangalore. The delivery date confirmed to me was 29/08/2015 - Raksha Bandhan. but there was no contact made by the concerned company, neither to me as the order placer nor the reciepent's number which they specifically ask for. it has been 1 week since the prescribed date and they did not contact none o[censored]s. I called them to ask as to what there problem was and it was told to me that they tried to deliver through DTDC and they tried 7 times(without contacting anyone) and without the consent of either me or the recipient, they closed the order. Now neither giving me the reimbursement or re-delivering to the address, they ask for Rs. 150 more to "TRY" and re-deliver it. this has left me ashamed, saddened and cheated by the service they promise to be 100% customer satisfaction.

                I had ordered a Personalized Lamp on 31st August from fnp.com website (Order Number:[protected]. The feature of this bottle lamp was that you could send a picture that you want and the company puts it on the lamp. http://www.fnp.in/shining-memory-personalized-lamp-giftsfnp2723 But when I sent a picture and the product was delivered, the picture that came out was completely stretched on the bottle. Very bad quality image. (Please check attached images) I raised a complaint but their customer care executives never have a solution. They just ask you to put a mail. I have mailed them several times as well, and I got the reply that "We would like to inform you that your image on product has been printed as per the shared image resolution. However, redelivery or refund in this case would not be possible." It is mentioned on the website that picture must be high resolution, it does not mention the exact size required for the picture to appear normal on the bottle. Also, there is no option to preview how the picture might finally look on the product. I had sent a high resolution image of size more than 5 MB. I dont know what is high resolution according to their standards. No specifications were mentioned on the website about its exact size or dimensions. Also, there's no option to preview the image on the product. Surely, I asked for the image to be replaced or refund my amount at the earliest. Ferns and Petals is a renowned name in the industry and such unprofessional-ism and lack of focus on customer satisfaction is appalling on the part of a company of such repute. I was simply asking for a change of picture because all my complaints have fallen on deaf years so far. They have blindly pasted the pic without any consideration and now it looks hideous on the lamp. Please resolve. They have already destroyed my husband's birthday surprise.. I dont care about the gift anymore.. I just want my money back now. I had given them a chance to change the image and redeliver. But they declined. Now i want my money back.

                  BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE!!! Placed an order for Rakhi gift on 12th August 2015, where their website was showing delivery same day. But order didn't received till 20th August, and on inquiry got a standard irrelevant response/excuse that it's a courier product delivery which takes few days to get delivered (it's quite obvious that any online purchase would only be a courier delivery). On 22nd August, got a message on stated mobile no. confirming the delivery; whereas the order was not received. Tried calling customer care no. many times but calls disconnected by the attending staff without giving an answer ( not intended to answer as they are misleading).. Visited one of the local FNP shops and was told the same thing that order is delivered and they will send POD to confirm. Haven't got any POD also as they are lying and also lied that the order was handed over to neighbors because of door locked at given address...(but the fact is that delivery address never remains closed at any point of time). They are misleading and taking advantage by giving excuses, beware of this scam..

                    Order not delivered even after 1 week of fixed delivery date

On the same day they updated the status that the order has been delivered when it was not. Upon calling them they say that they have couriered it and that it would reach by the next day.                       The cake I ordered from this site is entirely different from what I received, there are approximately 8-9 fruits mentioned in the picture and the cake I received has only 3 fruits and the entire look is extremely dull. They broke my trust for ordering things online as they cant deliver what is ordered. Worst website as instead o[censored]nderstanding or helping the customer they are saying 15% discount will be given on next order. It's really appalling that someone has ordered a cake of 1000rs after selecting from 100s of cakes and you dint even send half a money cake. Refund my entire amount. This is last the last order from that website.

                        The company delivered my order ( a personalized cushion) to someone else named Yamini. Whereas it was to be delivered to my sister named Varnika Tyagi. Moreover it had to be delivered on 29th August 2015 which was rakshabandhan, but they delivered it on 27th August 2015 according to the tracking details available on internet. I have attached screenshots of the email and courier tracking details. Moreover, when I tried resolving the issue over the customer care number they kept putting my calls on hold time and time again. Everytime I had to speak to someone else trying to explain the whole matter. They kept telling me that the phone number provided was not reachable so we delivered it to someone else, and kept saying that it is not our mistake but the delivery company's mistake. I even asked that did you take any phone number or ID proof of the person you delivered? The answer was NO. They are now just harassing me over the telephone by not addressing my issue. I also ordered another gift for my sister which contained chocolates and flowers. They said that it couldn't be delivered due to some other technicality which seemed utter nonsense to me, and were requesting it to be delivered again to which I said no because the festival is gone now. Then they agreed to refund for the flowers and chocolates. But the other issue they are trying to seem it like it was my mistake. I mean to say that when I paid for something, then why did they delivered it to someone else? It is not a plea for taking my money back, but the mere fraud and mental torture which this whole incident has caused me.                         Four days days after they delivered it to some other person, my sister asked in her campus and found the product. Had they not delivered to an unknown person, none of this would have happened.

                            OR[protected] placed on 28 August 2015. Bouquet and cake ordered for same day delivery. I received a SMS confirming my purchase but no email. Now I am unable to track the status of my order, it hasn't been delivered and the customer care hangs up on you everytime you call.

                              I had ordered for flowers and I was charged for fixed time delivery between 10-11 Am. But It was delivered at 11.20. I spoke to the customer care (Mr. Nitish) dept and they told me that my amount will be refunded. But it did not take place. Then I spoke to another customer care executive (Mr. Chandan) and he assured me that my case will be resolved and I will get my refund till 27th August, 2015 but did not get till now. And now the customer care does not answer my call.

                                I have ordered a bouquet and a cake 2 days back and it was supposed to be delivered before 4:00 pm on 19th August. But only the bouquet has been delivered by time and the cake not been delivered till 7:00 pm, as it was a b'day surprised and need to be delivered at recipient office address and timings which you guys failed to delivered. As the recipient won't be able to collect the delivery after office timings and there is no point of delivering it now. Being a reputed firm, it is very disappointing and then the worst response from customer care side. I called at 3:30 pm, just to make sure that it will reach on time and I was been assured that it will be delivered by 4:00 pm. Now when everything fall into their court, these guys are denying the responsibility of that failure. Failure of spoiling the surprise, failure of commitments and then failure of a refund on the same.                                   I understand that there can be a slight difference in images displayed on the website and the actual product. But, Ferns and Petals has crossed all limits. I ordered a bouquet worth Rs 499 through Book my flowers, made an online payment and selected the standard delivery for the following day. It was an orange colored rose bouquet with white flowers and some green leaves in between, quite presentable: Orange Delight Regular. Instead a yellow flowers bunch was delivered with orange chemical sprayed on it. There were only 12 roses in that bunch. It couldn't have been more ugly. I felt embarrassed when the person thanked me and I saw the flowers at their place. I approached their customer support the very same day but they haven't given a constructive response as yet. An action should be taken against such useless 'money-making' websites. Please note that this picture is taken the same day.

                                    Inspite of my repeated requests for a refund, fnp has today, sent 8 chocolates without my consent.I had clearly mailed them that i do not want the chocolates, but the refund, since the occasion has been ruined by their store .And the total cost of what they are sending is not even equivalent to what i had previously ordered. Although I had been informed by the customer care executives (Mr.Ashish /Mr.Pawan) that i could claim a complete refund, but now some other customer care executives (Ms Sheetal/ Ms Minakshi) are telling me that the refund is not possible. I have lost my trust from fnp. .I just hope to get my refund from fnp via this forum.

                                      This is regd. order no 16020866. I ordered for a chocolate bouquet worth Rs 799 on 15th July2015 which was supposed to be delivered on 20th July2015. But they delivered Rs 400 chocolate bouquet, which was far different from the picture displayed on website. Infact, it wasn't even a bouquet. It had only 10 chocolates wrapped in a pink sheet.I sent the picture of the received product at fnp support and they promised to revert in 12 hours but there was no communication from their side.

                                      After calling several times, I was told that the chocolate bouquet being a courier product, can not be delivered as a bouquet. So, this means that even if one pays for a bouquet he wont get a bouquet just because it would be sent as courier which would not be told during the time one places an order.

                                      When i asked to replace the bouquet, they said that they could only send the remaining 8 chocolates but can't replace with something that was supposed to be delivered. I had paid 800 bucks not for the chocolates but for the bouquet. But they said, this was the best that they could offer. If i would have wished to send just the chocolates, I could have myself bought the chocolates from a departmental store and couriered them which would have been way too cheaper also.

                                      Although, I was told by the customer care executive that i could get a refund by sending a mail to [protected]@fnp but they replied with a blunt no to refund.This is the service provided by such an established company like fnp.

                                      I hope that after writing over here, I will atleast get my refund.
                                      Ferns N Petals customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Inspite of my repeated requests for a refund, fnp has today, sent 8 chocolates without my consent. And the total cost is not even equivalent to what i had previously ordered.
