We had placed an order on march 31st for delivery of a gift to our son in london on his birthday on april 1st, paying extra for next day delivery. This is the evening of april 5th - the gift has not yet been delivered. They delivered an apology bouquet, but the gift we chose remains undelivered.
Fnp - you have destroyed every shred of happiness and joy we could have shared with our son on his birthday. Shame on you.

Complaint marked as Resolved Ferns n Petals sent an apology bouquet, and delivered the gift (after a delay of several days, yes, but they delivered it, after following up with their London service providers). They were good enough to provide a refund too to compensate for the delay. Appreciate your gesture, Ferns n Petals.
