I had ordered a Black Forest eggless cake order no 260023which was to be delivered in hyderabad and was a surprise birthday cake. But the cake that was delivered was awfully bad in taste and stale as it got bad in a couple of hrs inspite of being refrigerated. The cake was delivered on 14/07/2016 and as I was travelling and when I got back I had enquired with my friend about the cake and this was the feedback I got so I mailed them on 20/07/2016 but no response. I called them up on 21/0702016 and one Mr karan tells me that send me a snapshot of the cake. I am trying to explain him that the snapshot is not going to tell you the taste of the cake but he just doesn't seem to understand and he tells me that until you don't send me a picture nothing can be done. I told him no one is going to keep a stale cake and send you pictures. You have to believe your client when we as clients trust the quality of the cake that you would deliver by simply ordering online.I think ferns and petals have hired people who dont know how to treat their clients and have just taught them to follow rules but not apply their mind as to what they are talking.the least they can do was to apologise and tell that they would check with the vendor from wherever they have sourced it but on the contrary they have faults to find with us.

    Pathetic service of fnp, not delivered product and no calls, no msgs, no emails from them. I want my refund.

    I dropped emails more than 10 times, but only reply that we will forward your concern to appropriate team. Thats it.

    I never recommended fnp to anyone and never use it in future for sure.
    I have attached my order details please take some action on it.

      I don't get this for order# 239096.

      Please stop fooling the customers around.

      I am at the same address where the recipient is, and we haven't received any flowers yet.

      Is this how you ruin the surprise and cheat the customers?

      I opted for the standard delivery and the product needed to be delivered within the time frame but it was never delivered at the first place, forget about timeliness! addition to that, i received an email confirming that the product has been delivered and received by the recipient herself.

      Thanks for being such a monumental disappointment

        Disappointing Experience with Ferns and Petals

        I have ordered a birthday cake on 22nd June 2016 through Ferns and Petals, to be delivered to my friend from Hyderabad.

        The order was placed by one of their executives who shared her name as Tanushree and her contact number is : [protected]

        The code of the product that I had selected is CAKECONH700

        Now let's talk about the issues with the delivery...

        1st - The cake wasn't fresh. My friend confirmed it was stale already when she cut it. It was smelling and was tasting even worst.
        2nd - The cake wasn't having any message written over it. Rather, the message was typed over a piece of paper.
        3rd - I asked for a delivery time of between 10:00PM to 10:30PM. The cake was delivered before the scheduled time @ 7:26PM. The email with confirmation of delivery is attached.
        4th - The code of the product was CAKECONH700 that I chose, but the cake doesn't look anything similar to that. Pic is attached.

        I have dropped an email to them next day (24th June 2016) and also called up the executive and described the issue. Ferns and Petals replied to me mentioning:

          I would suggest personally don't use this website ferns n petals . My order number 206082 They charged expensive and not deliver my product on time after 2 days wait i canceld my product yet the didn't refund my money .

            Day before yesterday i had ordered a cake with order number 196458, it was special red rose 1 kg cake worth 1500... Do u think customers are fool... Do we have plenty of money to waste... The cake was of so poor quality and the appearance was so cheap... The image of the cake you people posted on your website is totally different from the item delivered.. It was so embarrassing.. That cheap quality cake would hardly cost less then rs. 500 in market... The cake appeared to be bright red in color on your website, while the cake delivered was of pink color.. And the most worst part was the cake left its pink color on fingers... You people commit fraud... You are cheating the customers just to earn money.. This is not at all acceptable... I want the refund for the cake..

              Really disappointed to know that Fnp is serving their customers with such a bad quality of cakes. Will recommend in future to my known not to order anything from Fnp. I had ordered this attached 1 kg eggless black forest cake and got the call from my relative tht cake is in such a bad condition and tastes is soo bad.
              I felt very embressing towards my relative form whome I ordered this gift. Order was not on time (delivered not in morning, infact delivered in noon)
              After getting knowledge of rotten cake, I contacted to customer care of FNP on - +91 [protected] and +91 [protected]
              A lady recieved called and told me to contact delivery Guy then i contacted to that person and request him to take back cake but he cut phone and did not responce.

              As I already paid Rs.2000 now I want my money to be refunded and want an immediate action on this.

                I had the worst experience with fnp, first of all they did not change the address, second of all the delivery boy dropped the cake somewhere else and the customer service was not at all good.
                And finally the main thing, the quality was pathetic. Pathetic!
                The cake i ordered was completely different from what was shown in the site.
                It lacked in every aspect, from taste to its appearance.
                I am posting a picture of what was delivered and what shown in the site.
                Its so upsetting.
                I spent 1000 rupees for a 200 rupee cake.
                It was the worst online experience.
                I will never order anything from fnp and will also tell my friends and family about the misleading information which the company portrays in their website.

                  I placed an order in ferns n petals yesterday to deliver somegifts to a place in mussorie. The system allowed me to place the order and asked me to select the time (They had 3 time slots available, i choose one of them), i selected the delivery time between 15:00 to 18:00 hrs. I got a confirmation email saying my order have been placed and it should be delivered as promised.
                  It was not delivered on the scheduled time, and they didnot even boather to inform me. I tried reaching them at around 20:00hrs, the customercare representative said he will check with the local servise provider and will get back. He called back after 15mins and said "sir sorry to inform you, that your order cant be fulfilled because of some technical issue".
                  When i started asking what technical issue and questions i got to know that they dont even provide servise in the ordered area. When i said "if you are not providing service in the area then your system should not allow consumer to place order in that area"the customercare representative had no answer apart from sorry.
                  What was more frustrating when i got an email from them saying

                  As per the telephonic discussion, we are sorry to inform you that the order cannot be delivered as the shipping address is out of our serviceable area.                   We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you as a result of this.

                  Assuring you the best of our services.

                  Which means i will not be getting my money back, i will be getting a gift certificate from them which i can redeem in my future purchases.

                    I had placed an order with ferns and petals, Order no. 132905 for a chocolate cake for celebrating my birthday with my Office Colleagues. Accordingly I had placed the order by paying full amount one day before and had paid extra for ontime delivery in my office address at State Bank, Park Street between 11 a.m - 4 p.m. But it was my biggest mistake. The delivery boy called me at 4:30 p.m saying he has just started and it will be another hour or so to reach my office. I called up the fnp assistance number[protected] to complain but still every time they replied my call that the order was out for delivery and they are sorry for my inconvenience. When my order had reached by 5:00 p.m and all my colleagues were leaving the birthday party without the cake, I requested the fnp team to cancel my order. The reply I got really amazed me saying that 'we can't cancel the order and they are sorry for that. Nowadays when the online websites even take your stuff back these people say they cant cancel the order even though entire fault was on their part. I did not receive my cake which I ordered, I did not get my money back and you can imagine my situation in front of my colleagues on my birthday party. I request for the refund of my amount.

                      I placed an order (order reference 103719) with Ferns N Petals on Sunday 29th May worth Rs.3397 in tital.
                      This order included 2 big bouquets of 30 red roses each (Rs 1199 each) and a 500gm chocolate cake(worth Rs 699). This needed to be delivered to remote town Bokaro Steel City in Jharkhand. Hence I was charged Rs. 300 extra for this remote city delivery. The charges of each of the producta was higher than the usual delivery sites with an extra 300 charged for remote city delivery
                      However I was ready to pay this Big amount just because it was a special occasion, my fathers retirement day, thus lots of emmotions attached with this delivery too. It had to be special so had selected Ferns N Petals.

                      However the delivery shocked me on 30th May evening, as the bouquets delievered were far below average. after lodging a complaint (#854007), i was contacted by FNP team, requesting an apology for the blunder that they had made. I was promised an addressal within 48hours. I finally got an issue addressal mail yesterday 1st June that i am being offered a 20% discount on the next domestic delivey order i would make on FNP. What an addressal! This is absolutely NO a issue addressal for me! I will never make any further orders from FNP?the kind of service quality they have delivered and the immense emmotional damage they have done, they certainly should be penalised heavy!This is a severe and irreparable emmotional damage for me! This further raise doubts around quality of any and every online serbice offered.

                        I have ordered a birthday cake on 18 May 2016 which had to be delivered on 20th May between the time slot of 11am to 4 pm. By 1 pm I started following up with them and they had no clue about it. Then I had received a mail and sms as well confirming the delivery of cake. When i checked with the B'day boy who absolutely had no idea what i am saying. He didnt receive anything nor got any call from the delivery people. After my several followups and arguments over phone they managed to deliver the cake by 0630 pm and by that time it felt like a burden than a birthday wish!!!

                            Ordered for cake and chocolate for my sons bday in pune. I booked to deliver it between 10-2 pm. No body delivered. At 5 pm i get a call that phonre num not available which i fail to believe as it was his bday and his phone was workimg full day after that i tried to call your call centres many times no body picked my call
                            I immediately want my money back within a week time or i go to file a case against you in consumer court

                              What is this. The big famous ferns n petals charges money and keep the material also with them. Why making fool to people and playing with their feelings-fraud co.

                                I placed 3 orders with Ferns n Petals on the occasion of Mothers day this month. I am charged for all 3 orders but they just made 2 deliveries .
                                After contacting them sooo many times i am getting no reply from their end neither refund has been made.

                                I don't know how to contact and whom to talk to now !!!

                                Sheer disappointment and pathetic customer service.

                                  My order, OR[protected], still not delivered and on top of it the customer care is not at all responsive. I had ordered this for Mother's Day and its 3 days past mother's day and not yet delivered.

                                  This has created havoc by full day tracking and calling at customer care and not getting appropriate information.

                                  I have ordered many a times from fnp but this time the experience is really disturbing -

                                  I called customer care on 10th May and Johny Rana provided me the information that it will be delivered by today 7pm.

                                  Today, when I called customer care to know what could be issue, Deepak (customer care attendant) was not able to give exact information. when asked him to forward the call to manager to talk about the issue; he did not forward the call to manager in turn said that manager is busy on another call. I asked him to keep me on waiting but he said it would take 15-20 mins and I still asked him to keep me on line so that i could talk with manager regarding the issue when he doesn't have information on the same.
                                  But still HE CUT THE CALL.

                                  When the order could not be delivered on time, WHY WOULD THEYEVEN TAKE IT IN FIRST PLACE.

                                  IT WASTED MY TIME, ENERGY and MONEY.

                                  My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It did not get delivered yesterday and nobody picked up my call on their customer care number. Today, I received a delivery message. However, the order was not delivered. I have tried calling the customer care but nobody is picking up. Pathetic service. I will sue these people.

                                    I placed an order on[protected] with order no - (Or[protected] for perfect home personalized plaque regular (Photo with stand), but i was shocked to receive the photo without any stand which was delivered on[protected]. This is extreme carelessness on the part of fnp. I called them and explained the problem. It was the gift for mother's day[protected]. They said nothing can be done before[protected]. They spoiled my mother's day.
                                    Today, i. E, on[protected], i have received the stand which was broken & is not fitting in the frame &it does not resemble with the stand shown in the gift wrapping page.
                                    I am fed up with ferns n petals. They are cheats. I want a new frame with stand properly fitting in it. This is for sure that i will not make any order to them in future & would suggest everyone not to make any order to ferns n petals.

                                    Sir, i request you to please take some very strict action against ferns n petals, so that they should learn a lesson & they should stop cheating people.

                                      Never going to order gain and recommend to any one... Very bad service... Disappointed.. Have booked the delivery few days before the delivery date and time still the delivery was done day after.. My order id 34753... The recipient have return the delivery back due to your bad service... Really not reliable. And calling since 8th may 2016 but no one is picking up the call.

                                        I ordered flowers and chocolates for mother's day... but then after calling them I came to know that didn't deliver the order since they were not able to locate the address while other e commerce site are always able to send the courier on time.
                                        After saying so they dropped mail saying they won't refund the money and won't redeliver the things as well. This is simply fraud.
