I ordered a plant on 12th dec...I received the plant in a bad condition and the order was delayed.I got a different plant as shown on their site, in a dirty and leaking pot, which was not even packed...they kept me on hold for so long on phone..disappointing service..and not even refunding my money back..I want to file a complaint for their irresponsible customer service..

    I had ordered from Ferns and petals that costed me 2947 rupees no less than 3000, , , , on the day 8/12/2016, , , It didn't get delivered neither any confirmation came in fact no one from the customer care is picking up the fone I had been dialing the number for more than 100 times, , , I want my money to be credited in my bank account as soon as possible, , , , ,

      Order no 1238034 was placed on Dec 8th 2016. It was supposed to be delivered on December 9th night. First thing, you guys know it's birthday so you guys are supposed to be delivering cake and gifts 5 or 10 minutes before 12. ( if you can't do it you should not be charging 250 INR extra for it) second thing, recipient's name was Mrs. Rama Bansal and her name mentioned on card was Mrs. Brahma Bansal.
      When i placed an order i got message after i ended call with your rep. I called back and stayed on hold for 15 minutes, spoke with another idiot and she confirmed that right name has been updated. But when order was delivered it had incorrect name on it. You guys need to realize that you are in such industry where emotions has more value than money and because of it, you make money.

      It's height of carelessness and i am not going to use FNP ever in my life. I will find someone else for future orders. FNP is good for nothing

        Not Delivered...When called they told cake is not yet made
        I had ordered cake for my baby's 1st birtday party. We decided to celebrate in orphanage.. So for the party lot of kids are there . For the kids I ordered a cake of baby animals, So that kids will enjoy and they will be happy. For my safety I asked the online customer agent that will u arrive at he locatiopn at correct time or not.. I even crosschecked with the pincode tooo. They promise they will. After that i given the details they only booked and they send the details. I got mail confirmation. message confirmation and i paid the amount too.
        On the coming days they send me message that.. ur cake will be delivered between 11am to 5 pm.Everything went quite normal...

        The kids were waiting ..guest were waiting, , , we the family, our friends our guests and my birthdya girl eveyone was waiting... But no...the cake is not delivered ...time is too late kids needs to be back, , I just said the reasons like...cake will come now..its on the way...it will come in 5 min..but noo...cake doesnt come...when i called the agent they are saying the cake is not deliverable at that position ...I become angry and i asked all are waiting, , then why cant u says this before..by seeing the little ones face i again called them and asked them to bring the cake at any major point then i will collect it ...then they said for bringing We dont even made any cake...

        You tell what should i tell to them?
        i dont have any anser to the kids
        Orphanage Authorities asked me are you playing any pranks to them?

        We were insulted infront of the crowd...U cant even imagine the scene..We stand as big zero ..the curse o f the kids stil exist in my ears..
        .it's all happened of cheating company called ferns n petals...

        If you cant deliver why are you said yes..why did u took the order... y did u take t money ..y did u sent message that it will be delivered...If you cant deliver then why cant u give message "sry cake cant be delivered atleast a 30min before..

        After 3 days also no one had called us to say sorry for this mistake..and they simply kept our money tooo ...

          Online Oder was placed on 05th Dec ( confirmation receipt received at 10.04am)for Bouquet along with teddy Bear for New Jersy (USA). I had selected from the web site, after confirmation through phone th international (USA at NJ in Hotel) is accepted, While placing order express delivery charges of Rs.760 was coming default, hence enquired on telephone . Fern & Petals representative confirm that this is additional charges for international delivery. However, on 7 Dec morning I got a call that I have to pay additional Rs.1000 for delivery as place is far away. I had asked them why it was not mentioned on web site, and told them to send email, which was not received. Again I got call around 3.00pm for the same amount and person said that no body had called me earlier, once again I told them to write a email with reason and saying that it was not mention on website. I had paid immediately and ask them to take the compliant. Again in the evening, I had called them but it was told that once it is delivered, I will get confirmation. Until 7 Dec night it was not delivered at USA and no information. I had received email on 7th DeC morning that delivery is on the way. Various time, I had called them, many a times false information given, no proper delivery details, cannot handle international Services. Amount paid is High but Services are pathetic, poor, it should be banned. Fooling customer. I need compensation for time loss, mental torture and complete money should be returned

            My husband placed two seperate orders with ferns n petals yesterday, that is on 06/12/16, for same day delivery through 15th dr.[protected]@gmail.com id [protected]@rediffmail.com.
            But I have not received them yet.
            Also I have sent them e mails but I have not received any reply from their end..
            They have provided only one helpline number on their website and I tried it many a times (which is NOT toĺl free by the way), but no one answered it throughout the day.
            The total amount of the products was more than 1000 INR. The order id are 1225762 and 1221179.
            I feel cheated upon. Kindly help..

              I ordered a cake for my mother on 1st December. By some mistake I chose the wrong date and payed them online. Later when I realized this, I called them and modified my order. I thought my surprise would reach on time but it never did. Instead, I got surprised by their false promises. And if they are running an online business, their customer executive service should be available 24*7 but nopes. No one takes call after 6 or 7.

              Order date: 1st December.
              So, here is my advise. Do not ever trust this company to surprise your loved ones. They fail miserably.

              If I could get a refund, that would be great but I'll not since no one answers your call and mails. I don't care about the money spent but I missed a chance to surprise my mother which was priceless.

              So here's the deal. DO NOT TRUST FERNS AND PETALS.

                I placed an order 1117082 with delivery time 12-3 pm (same day delivery). Till 3:30 pm the delivery wasn't done. I called the help desk. The main number given on mail is invalid. The tracking link doesn't work. I called on one more available number. They promised that within 5pm they will deliver. Again I called at 5:30 pm. The help desk person was even more pathetic. He picked my call, put me on hold and then disconnected my call.
                First they keep on hold for ages. I mean what kind of service is this???

                  Hi: I placed an order (Order#1045790) for a birthday cake and was informed that it would delivered on the same date. However, since the order was not received I called customer service twice. First time i spoke to Amandeep he accepted that it was their mistake where the delivery was not done he assured me that he would arrange a call back from his Supervisor as I was very upset end result was - No Call Back Arrange. Next day, I called and spoke to their Rep name Sonu he said the product is spoiled and there would be no refund when i ask for Supervisor he disconnected my call. This is utter Fraud !!! I think there are many more like me who are getting cheated. Please i would request if some one can look into this and Sue such people who are making fool of common man.

                  I need my money back by any means !!!

                    My order no.1003710 dated 10.11.2016 was for delivery of cake. After accepting payment for delivery at my location they sent a message that I had to deposit additional Rupees 400 for the same location. They have cheated me at last moment. They are extremely shameless and do not hesitate in cheating..They do not hesitate to play with sentiment of the customers where their business is connected with the sentiment.

                      I ordered a bouquet f red n yellow roses...but the red ones were not fresh.. Evn I added a special note but tht too Ws not printed properly... Too cheap n ridiculous service from Ferns N Petals.. No doubt delivery time Ws fine but still the outcome f the product was too bad... Won't ever like to place order over here..!!

                        I placed an order bearing No.870035 to ferns nd petals through online shopping site and paid amount for gift which should be delivered on 29 oct 2016 on the occasion of Diwali but not delivered till date.

                        I wrote to them emails and sent feedback number of times - but no replies.Their phone are not reachable anymore.I have 2 more pending orders for which i have already paid money.I doubt whether that gifts will reach ...

                          Sir,
                          I had ordered cake for my father from fern and petals, it was an online order for which a prior payment was made. The order was to be delivered between 12pm to 3pm. Till 5pm when it was undelivered, i made multiple attempts to trace my order and also tried to connect via the given contact no. for about 15mins i was made to hold the call, which was ultimately unanswered.
                          Again at 8pm when i tried contacting the customer service person, he replied that there were technical issues and my cake will be delivered in one hour time with a rose bouquet and an apology letter.
                          ultimately cake was delivered at quater to eleven with no rose bouquet and no message on the cake which was provided while placing the order.
                          During the entire episode, not a single attempt was made by ferns and petals to inform me regarding the delay or the status of my order delivery.
                          kindly take strict measures against such companies who run their business on people's emotions, taking no responsibility on their side. i want a refund as well as an assurance that such an incident does not take place again with any of the customer.

                            I had placed an order " 847285" which was suposed to be delivered on 26th october. The product is not delivered, there was no communication on why was the delivery was on hold. when i soike to the customer support the lady informed i have not paid the shipping charges, when i asked why was it not informed to me until i called customer support, she obviously had no answer to it. I asked her to cancel my order and get my money back, without saying anything she disconnected the call. I have called the CS number couple of times after that but the call was not answered at all.

                            Juat one warning to F n P, refund my money else i am launching a complaint against you...

                              Hi, order 752438 its about the cake and flowers which i had ordered online. It was my husband's birthday which was delivered on 2nd oct. I was surprised to see the cake which was not like it was shown on site and was soggy about to spoil flowers where not fresh. I was so disappointed by the service and least curtesy to say sorry. Offering 20% discount in next purchase.

                                What's the use of having ur service
                                After calling ur customer care he made me wait for 15 min n what he says no one was at home to take the flowers what a lame excuse
                                If I m putting a time of delivery it means I m sure about someone being at home
                                I don't want anything return my money back. I am.so disappointed from ur job
                                Please it's a hard earn money which u people won't understand i[censored] have little shame so improve ur service and refund money
                                What's the use of delivering it tomorrow when occasion is today

                                  I would like to give them a big 0 for reliability - its websites like this giving a bad name to the Indian service industry.

                                  I have used FnP extensively in the past within Pune & Delhi.

                                  This time however, I wanted to make a delivery to my brother in Nainital - a cake for his birthday. While ordering the cake, the website offered the mentioned code and location to be under their purview.

                                  Two hours after placing the order & making the payment, (which btw is non - refundable - they just give you a gift certificate), they inform me that the area is not serviceable.

                                  Why was the order accepted in the first place when you do not provide services in that area?

                                  They told me they would have the order send to another address or give me a gift certificate - I asked them to deliver the cake to me, which so far has not happened.

                                    This is regarding an order place by me on the website yesterday around Nine o'clock. My order number was 666918. I have booked the slot of morning 8 o'clock to 12 o'clock for delivery.

                                    In the morning I am getting a mail that due to poor service in that area you can not deliver at scheduled time and the order will be delivered between 1 o'clock to 5 o'clock.

                                    On top of that when I called their customer care around 10:15 in the morning, I talked to their executive named Shalini and she said that she will confirm from the vendor and will call me back giving the exact status and will get it delivered before 12. She never called back. She never gave any status. I did not respond thinking that max to max my order will be delivered by 2 p.m.

                                    But no it was not. So again I called up around 02:15 and talked to Mr. Aditya and he gave me whole new story that my order number has been changed and I have not been informed about any such change. He could not give me any idea about exact status of my order so I asked him to connect me to Shalini for which also he said she is not available right now. So this is the way they make fool of clients.

                                    Keeping patience I again called their customer care and was connected to Ms. Priyanka. She also said that my order has been changed and I will be getting delivery between 1 to 5 p.m. I asked her to give me exact status. On my request she called up vendor and confirmed me that my order will be delivered at 4 o'clock. So that means it takes them 8 hours time to deliver this order within Ghaziabad.

                                    I request you to take strict action against them as they think they can easily make fool of client.

                                      1." Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least five days in advance" i placed a order in 7 days advance
                                      2."We cannot commit the exact time for delivery. Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, the order will be delivered +30 or -30 minutes as per selected time"-I gave date as 6th still on 7th it is not delivered
                                      3.If Delivery may take longer due to some reason, we will proactively reach out to you"- their was no communication mail stating late delivery for my case.

                                      Tthis is second time i m facing this late delivery issue.
                                      Kinldy update your terms n policy as you are going against policy & request you to train you customer executive.

                                      This all was not expected from India's Largest Florist online site.

                                        I have ordered some chocolates and a teddy as a gift for my sister. It's been nearly one month only chocolates has been delivered but the teddy was not. I tried to call them several times but didn't get any response, only apologetic mail. Despite of asking several times for delivery date of the items they cant even giving any confirmation. I also asked for money back but that also not been followed up. Order no is '532224' and complaint no is '957895' . Very much disappointed with their services, really disgusting.
