Hello,
My order number is 608409. I have ordered a gift to hyderabad on 02-Sep to get it delivered on 5-Sep. It's very special occasion. Even today 5-sep morning I got a message stating the order will be delivered to concern person at hyderabad in between 9 to 21:00 hrs. But I had a doubt and just called your customer support and they said that It is going to get delivered only on 6-Sep. I didn't get intimation on change of delivery date. If you don't deliver on right time then what is the use o[censored]sing your services. Even you are not bothered to intimate me. Is this the way you deliver things to customers???? this is very bad on your part. With lot of hope I was expecting to gift the concern person at hyderabad on a special occasion and you people have spoiled it. Can you give explanation about this soon.

Please shut your services if you could not deliver on mentioned date

    I had ordered half kg cake and flowers for a friend for 1st of september time between 4 pm to 10 pm.Fnp attempted to deliver at 4 pm and could not contact the receipient.They sent me message regarding this at 8 PM .I tried to call them after 8 .They dint receive the call.Finally at 10 pm they received the call, but they refused to deliver the product at that time, also they refused to refund the amount for the cake and flowers, They promised me that they would deliver again next morning, but they dint do anything after that.This is really disgusting.

    I had ordered a Rakhi hamper to be sent to my brother and it was not delivered to him. I was sent an apologetic email but there has been no follow up on whether I get my money back or I get a gift certificate for the money I spent. Very disappointing service. Sloppy consumer grievances redressing.

      I had ordered rakhi and a box of chocolates for my little brother on 14th august which was scheduled to be delivered on 16th august in Etah (remote location). I had to choose from a limited options available online and paid 300 rs extra for remote delivery charges. However, on the day of delivery my order is automatically cancelled and when I called up customer care they refused to deliver stating that this order cannot be delivered at the said location. I demanded if it could not be delivered then how could i place the order through the website. I also told them to check their track records becuase I had delivered goods through ferns and petals to the same address before. To this they could not answer. I even requested for a change in order if that is the case because i was very desperate to send rakhi on rakshabandhan. They said they can deliver to a different address (in Kanpur which is like a totally different city and 400 kms away from my location). They put my calls on hold repeatedly, disconnected my call numerous times. After multiple calls, I was redirected to the floor in charge, some Mr. Sachin who after repeated arguments promised me that the shipment would be delivered on 17th august as he had taken special approval and apologized for the inconvenience caused. However, as usual ferns and petals did not stick to its commitments and did not deliver the order. I had been mentally harassed by the customer care team and they have showed me that they are very unreliable if are expecting to send something important. I request all the users to be mentally prepared that even though they committ to deliver, THEY STILL DO NOT DELIVER!! THEY CANNOT HANDLE FESTIVAL TIME PEAK DEMANDS AND OFFER VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNSUPPORTED SERVICE.

        I ordered a hamper Tower for my brother on 29th August 2016 in USA. The company message me and E-mail me that your product will be delivered on 29th August 2016. But it is not delivered on that date.

        3 things occur:

        1. They build expectation for customers and break them.
        2. Their delivery system is poor.
        3. No compensation policy/compensation for the customer who face these problems.

        Remove these three default. This is cheating not for money, not for trust but for feelings of sending somethings. Your service is pathetic and i think you can't even sale happiness to anyone.

        The CEO should have no feelings only want to earn money and hope for that he will have only money in his life and not anything else.

        Zero (0) for you fern n petals.

          28th July 2016, I placed an order (352076) on the supposedly No1 Florist & Gift Delivery Service in India Ferns N Petals. The order was for a Rakhi Combo Package that was scheduled to be delivered on 16th Aug. It was a surprise rakhi gift that was being sent by my 2 year old daughter to her 4 year old cousin brother.

          I received an automated email on 16th Aug morning stating that the gift will be delivered today, however I received no confirmation till the end of day from Ferns N Petals.

          On 17th Aug I made 7 - 8 calls on their helpline no.[protected], but all calls went unanswered. After posting a message on their FB page, I received a call from a CS rep (Mr. Jatin) stating that the gift was returned to the Blue Dart hub as they could not reach the given mobile no (which I believe is a lie since many of their other customers are posting the same on their FB page). Immediately I sent an email on [protected]@fnp.com with a new contact no, again along with the full address. I received an email from a CS rep (Nikita Jain) stating that the gift will be resent (request no. 943110) at the earliest.

          Today 28nd Aug, 10 days after Rakhi and 12 days after the actual scheduled delivery date the gift which was meant as a surprise for a 4 year old boy is yet to be delivered.

          Even after sending numerous complaints (one marked even to their Founder & Director) the only thing I have received are a couple of more pitiful emails stating FNP team is trying to resolve the matter. I paid a premium amount to ensure that the delivery happens on time as the fnp website promises but the only thing successfully delivered has been disappointment and harassment.

          In this day and age when families live miles apart and can only try to connect with each other during festivals through electronic mediums hoping to instill in their young ones the importance of such sensitive bonding, FRAUDS CHEATS like fnp make fool of customers to mint money and fill their deep greedy corporate pockets. These CROOKS should be pulled to consumer court and be heavily penalized.

          I have no hope of now the gift being delivered or my money being refunded.

            I received an email confirmation for getting a birthday cake delivered to my address on 26th Aug but neither the company is able to give any status not are they giving any refund since the cake was not delivered. I am calling them from US every few minutes to only hear that they are unable to track anything.

            The order number is 20987498.

            I need compensation for this as i was totally dependent on them after receiving their confirmation that they would deliver the cake for my younger brother on his birthday and this non responsive attitude/service has spoilt a kids day. I am in the US and feel helpless about not being able to do anything about this.

              My daughter has placed the order to her surprise she didn't receive all the gifts. Better be careful while placing order you never know how they are going to cheat you.I spoke to concerned persons I was told that I will get the product in next two days which is not true. I have been given the same answers every time we called. The items being birthday gift I told them please cancel the order they said sentiments matter not the date. Gift is gift.The items which I received are below standards. Never ever trust.

                Ferns and petals claims to be the option for words but it deeds are entirely opposite. It has played with my emotion. I had ordered a cake as a surprise for my friend to be delivered at patel nagar, new delhi. Before making the payment for the cake i had called the concerned people and inquired if the cake would be delivered with 1-2 pm, they communicated that it would get delivered by that time, hence after that i had placed the order. The cake did not reach on time and my friend left from the place at 4:30 pm till that time the cake was not delivered and when i called the customer care they said its not our mistake. I asked them to get it delivered at different location so that it doesn't gets wasted but they dint agree to that either.
                Worst experience i have ever had. They don't even know to cater to their properly.

                  Such a worst service.. Hell of experience of ferns and petals.. All the representatives sitting on customer care department are useless doing nothing good for nothing.. Just giving lame excuses for the non delivery of order. Its been almost a week my order has yet not been delivered. Its such a nuisance. I will never recommend this ferns and petals to anybody in future.

                    I ordered flower delivery for a kolkata address (Order no - 355388) on 29 th july and paid r 1259 online. The same was not delivered and i was not informed regarding that. Later when i called up customer care to check i was informed that the area is non serviceable. The customer care representative put us on hold for 20 min when we asked for a refund and cut the call. After repeated complaints on mail and phone, none was answered.
                    Money is also not refunded.
                    The website still shows delivery available in that area.
                    None of my mails were answered. Now when i called up the customer...

                      I ve booked by paying more than 5000/ on 13th august 2016. My order no was 473994. It was a bday cake to be delivered on 19th aug to a small kid at maryland usa. But this worthless company didn'nt delivered that item till today (21/8/16). I called thier number several times. They are just giving us word that within next day they will do something. But nothing actually is done!
                      Is this fern and petals a fraud organization?
                      If so, please arrange to make my money return.

                        I ordered flower delivery for a rishikesh address (Order no - 440589) on 10th august and paid r 1299 online. The same was not delivered and i was not informed regarding that.                         None of my mails were answered. Now when i called up the customer care after 10 days, they ask me when do i want the delivery.
                        How come the area suddenly became serviceable. When i asked them to transfer the call to senior management, the representative became irritated and started screaming.
                        I was informed that i will get a call back since the manger is not free.
                        I have not received any call back.
                        My money has not been refunded and i had to face the rude behavior of a representative.
                        Absolutely unethical behaviour and open fraud by this company.

                          Dear vikaas/pawan,
                          Sub: late and wrong delivery of order no. 21529294
                          With reference to above it is to formally lodge a customer complaint that i was not provided the services which i had paid for through your website. I had ordered bouquet “unlimited love regular” with a fixed time delivery for the same. The same was also confirmed vide your email as annexed (Annexure 1).
                          I had paid a total of rs. 4849/- for the order including extra charges for the fixed time slot delivery. The order was not delivered within the set time frame of 10-11 am and your customer services was not reachable over the phone numbers provided for the next 2 hours. It is only when i got connected at around 1:30 pm that the executive informed regarding the order being delayed. I immediately asked for cancellation since it had to be delivered in a specific time frame otherwise it would have been of no use. My request was denied by the customer service executive. When i asked to be transferred to the supervisor, the same was denied as well citing unavailability of any supervisor on the floor. Also, i was not provided any reference number for the complaint/call.
                          The order was delivered late in the afternoon with a wrong set of bouquet completely different from the one i had ordered. The pictures of the bouquet ordered as well as delivered are also attached for your reference. As per your policy, in case of any substitution, the same will be done only with a bouquet of a higher or equal value after consent of the customer. Here the bouquet was not only delivered way after the promised timeline but also was of much lower quality than the one paid for.
                          Additionally, i had lodged a formal complaint through email to your email address [protected]@fnp.com to which i did not get any response. I also marked a copy to you ([protected]@fnp.com) and corp communication team ([protected]@fnp.com) in order to escalate the issue. I did not receive any response on the same either.
                          I am sending this formal complaint through registered post so that the same is acknowledged and looked into on priority. This is a case of gross deficiency of services on your part and in case of no action regarding the same from your end; i will have no option but to avail all legal remedies available to me.
                          Hope for a swift corrective action from your end.

                          Escalating this issue to the senior team because i never expected such horrendous experience from a trusted brand like fnp. I always order from fnp and have ignored multiple late deliveries just because i understand there are no ill intentions to cut corners. It is the reason why i chose fnp to deliver such expensive bouquet early morning.
                          It was delivered until 4 hours after promised time-slot. It spoiled the entire surprise because i had to check again and again whether it was delivered with the intended recipient.
                          The customer care didn't take my call for half a day. When i got connected, they put me on hold for so long that any person would have given up and hung up. Thereafter i was told there is no supervisor on the floor because all are busy. I was not given any reference number for this call either.
                          Fnp believes in delivering experiences, i sure hell got one which i'll remember for a long time. My purchased product was not just flowers, but flowers to be delivered within a time frame. I have simply not got the prodiuct which i paid for. It is so cheap and insensitive for your customer care to offer me refund of 200 rs which i paid for fixed time delivery.
                          To make the matters worse, you can see the difference between the ordered flowers and delivered flowers. Is this you call equivalent or higher value???
                          Have i paid inr 5000 for this??? Is this justified?? I seriously want to give your team the benefit of doubt and expect my full refund. It takes years to build a brand and just a few of these issues to ruin it for your oldest of customers. Hoping for a reply at the earliest.

                            Had placed an order for a rakhi & A Gift on 17th Aug on phone for a delivery to Lonavla, Maharashtra. Was confirmed that the order will be delivered at the desired date & area ie on 18th August. Till today no delivery was made and on calling Ferns & Petals, they informed me today that the area does not come under their delivery area. They hv failed

                              I have placed an order on ferns n petal on 16th of august for rakhi.. My. Order no was 509138.. They confirmed me that the order willbe delivered... And after that i called them.10 times on 17 th august but nobody answered thw call even after staying on the phone for 15 mins each call... Then i even called on 18th august.. But same behavior. And after oll thia they call me @7 in the evening of 8th august to state that they will be not able to deliver my order n they are sorry for that... They have destroyed my whole occasion.. My brother could not get the rakhi.. They are mentally harassing their customers..

                              And to top with that.. When their executive call. Me n i m complaining abt their service.. They cut the phone on. My face.. N then all their customer care line is diverted to computerized message...

                              And this incident of their fraud n failure in the service has been repeated the 3rd time...

                              This company is the biggest fraud and should be shut down..

                                I order a rakhi with bamboo plan for same day and it was delivered even next day and their is no response from the contact number [protected] even after holding the line for 10 mins.

                                Pathetic service and recommend not to try this one. Other sites are much better, i choose this site for same day deliver and really disappointed.
                                There is no delivery as promised and no communication or tracking when it will be delivered.

                                  My order# 520813 is for gift and rakhi to be delivered on 17th-aug2016. For this express delivery it was charged high and not yet delivered. When i am calling to customer care no nobody responds. This is completely cheating and fraud by taking more money for service which is never provided.
                                  This way we cannot even speak for any concern to their customer care.
                                  The price of any product and delivery charges are very high compared to other online sites. But for occassion like rakhi, the order will not be taken by standard delivery mode. It automatically goes for express delivery and charged rs 1000 minimum but the customer gets nothings. Also the value of gift is no longer there if it not reached on time, for whih ferns and petals claim as their business line. Such company should be treated lawfully.

                                    I ordered for rakshabandhan one day before but they first of all pushed the delivery to next day - thursday - 18 august 2016 and the same was informed via email. They don't have courtesy also to inform on call to customer who has paid for the service.

                                    After several attempts of calling them and holding for more than half n hour i spoke to customer service representative 3 times. 1st time he assured me the delivery will be done within next half hour which they didn't do. Then i called 2nd time after 2 hours the csr named aarthi kept me on hold and cut the call after holding for 45 minutes.

                                    3rd time i called he committed to me that it will be delivered within 1 hour which is not done till now.

                                    Its 11:30 am but till now they have not delivered the product.

                                    Very bad service.

                                      The bad customer service I have received from you people . I would make sure neither me nor anyone else would use ur services. Ur reps are so rude they didn't know what actually the customer asking ... Worst vendor So ppl i[censored] don't get the Salary on same day how would u feel or i[censored] r already planned n set up a date to deliver the surprise n u didn't get . Please make sure u ppl r fraud not responding to calls or emails or ur company should b shut down jus U ppl r hopeless helpless

                                        Ordered from fnp rakhi product worth 399 order no 444117.
                                        Order status says order delivered but it hasn't been delivered to the concerned person.
                                        The delivery team may have misplaced or even stolen the product.
                                        Fnp team says product has been delivered to a person but the person with that name doesn't resides over there.
                                        Check for the fault and refund my money.
