I had used FnP customer care service to place an order for flowers named “Fondest Affections” with order number OR[protected]. Though the order was delivered well in time, as was promised, however the packing of the flowers was really bad and was not as per the description of the product. As per the description mentioned on the website the 30 pink roses are supposed to be tightly and nicely wrapped with lots of fillers and tied with pink color dori ribbon bow.
However, the flowers received were really badly wrapped and did not match the description at all. Also, the number of flowers delivered was only 27 and not 30 as per the description.
Further, I raised a complaint with the customer care and received reference numbers 782169 and 782164. To my surprise, after 72 hours of raising the complaint, I was informed by the customer care executive that no complaint has been raised and they are unable to trace the reference numbers provided to me.
