I had purchased a gift on 24th April, 2016. The delivery of which was supposed to be 2nd May, 2016. Till date no delivery has been done. Moreover, dey just have mere words and fake promises. Neither dey are giving the correct information as to when the product will get delivered nor they are taking any appropriate steps to get it delivered. The overall post-purchase process is becoming troublesome and irritating. Order number is OR[protected]

I had ordered online gifts worth 2500/- on 22 nd April 2016 for delivery on 25th April which is not yet delivered and no notifications or refund has been offered inspire of repeated calls to them.they either tell me that they will call back with details or just disconnect the phone. The whole experience has left me cheated harassed and helpless.

    I had ordered a 3 in 1 pen and choco pie to be delivered on 16.04.2016. Not only the order was not delivered on time, when I contacted them they said it is a delay on the part of the courier company and therefore, ferns and petals cannot do anything about it.

    The order was finally delivered on 20.04.2016. But to my utter shock and dismay, only the choco pie was there and the box which should have contained the pen was empty.

    This has happened to me the second time. I ordered 2 rakhis for my brother last year but only one reached him.

    Their service is pathetic and they are absolutely irresponsible

      We had placed an order on march 31st for delivery of a gift to our son in london on his birthday on april 1st, paying extra for next day delivery. This is the evening of april 5th - the gift has not yet been delivered. They delivered an apology bouquet, but the gift we chose remains undelivered.
      Fnp - you have destroyed every shred of happiness and joy we could have shared with our son on his birthday. Shame on you.

      Ferns n Petals sent an apology bouquet, and delivered the gift (after a delay of several days, yes, but they delivered it, after following up with their London service providers). They were good enough to provide a refund too to compensate for the delay. Appreciate your gesture, Ferns n Petals.

        Hi,
        This is in reference to the Non-delivery of the order (OR[protected] for the cake. In spite of several calls with the Customer care executive I am not satisfy with the business attitude of behalf of your firm.
        According to them they tried on my phone one time and claim that was switch off but i didn't received any call even when the phone was ON. Even i did not received any call or sms information that my order is out for delivery. I have also provide an alternative no. they should tried on it, rather than calling once which they claim had done.
        This is total unprofessional behavior.
        And need a proper response for REFUND.

          I had used FnP customer care service to place an order for flowers named “Fondest Affections” with order number OR[protected]. Though the order was delivered well in time, as was promised, however the packing of the flowers was really bad and was not as per the description of the product. As per the description mentioned on the website the 30 pink roses are supposed to be tightly and nicely wrapped with lots of fillers and tied with pink color dori ribbon bow.
          However, the flowers received were really badly wrapped and did not match the description at all. Also, the number of flowers delivered was only 27 and not 30 as per the description.

          Further, I raised a complaint with the customer care and received reference numbers 782169 and 782164. To my surprise, after 72 hours of raising the complaint, I was informed by the customer care executive that no complaint has been raised and they are unable to trace the reference numbers provided to me.

            I have ordered Lucky Bamboo 5 Layer Regular and received a dried up plant which is all yellow in color and got only 4 layers, its a birthday gift and I am highly disappointed with the service, its worse then the road side vendors, I have been chasing them for the last 1 week to get this resolved.

              On 24th Feb 2016, I had placed an order for 1 Kg choco cake with a bouquet of 10 red roses for Rs 1399 but executive from Ferns N Petal placed order wrongly and changed that order to 1/2 Kg cake with a flower bucket for Rs 1448 without intimating us.On the same day they mailed me with the same wrong order but coincidently I found their mistakes with wrong mail and immediately changed that order and placed again with 1 Kg cake and a bouquet with 10 roses on 25 th Feb, 2016 without fail. Ferns N Petal ready to deliver that particular order as I had already mentioned the address at the time of placing previous order.But at the last moment they denied to deliver with an excuse of non serviceable area. Was that the right time to give such type of excuse at the last moment as I had no other option and became helpless.Another more ridiculous thing they had deduce the amount Rs. 1399 at the time of placing order but refunding amount was Rs 1208 only.In whole scenario they are not giving good service to the customers.

                  I placed order(OR[protected] on 9thFeb'16 of the amount 5348.00 (which was expected to be delivered on 13th Feb'16) as per they committed but on 14th Feb'16, when my order was not delivered I called them up so they said the product is unavailable, I scolded then as they should have said me earlier or at the time of order but they are saying when it was supposed to be delivered.
                  I canceled my order on 14th Feb'16 and ask them for refund, as per their policy, refund take 5-7 business days, but its been 12 days, I have not got my money refunded in bank.
                  When I try to followup they give a same reply with
                  "your refund at www.fnp.com is being processed(transactionID:OR[protected] and the status is in requested status from 14th Feb'16"

                  sometimes they do not respond to my mails too.
                  Please help.

                    I would like to mention that Ferns and Petals has cheated on me twice. They made false commitments and they dont even care. I placed the order on 14th Feb for a delivery and i called the customer service to confirm. They mentioned that they will deliver it by 9pm and then i made the payment online. When i called that person next day i got to know that the package was not delivered and i never received any call from Ferns and Petals that they were not able to deliver the package. It was so embarassing to hear and when i called the customer service they said that they were not able to deliver and i asked for the refund. I received the confirmation email that the order is been cancelled and refund will reflect in 5-7 business days. I also write the email to them regarding the same and then i received a reply on 18th Feb that as a apology gesture they will deliver 12 red roses and cadbury choclate box next day however that also never happened and i have to feel embarass again in front of that person. Today i called the customer service again to check the status of the refund and also to complaint about not delivery of complimantry gift. The representative mohit said that they never sent any email to me regarding this. This is so much frustrating and they made me realize that it was my mistake to place the order with them.

                      I have order worth 12000 Rs gifts from your online web site to surprise my boyfriend for valentine day 14th Feb, he received partial package and the main package which content flower 100 rose still not deliver its now almost 7:00apm on 15th Feb, called many times to your customer service number and spoke with many staff, all they said was the order is no way...i asked your staff if i can speak with manager on duty but was told he is not available, I will never trust this company again and will tell all my friends and family about this horrible service. flowers are still not deliver and they dont want to refund my package, they just stole my money...

                        My boyfriend had ordered flowers to be delivered to me on Valentine's day (Which normally they charge double for the same)
                        I never got the flowers delivered and over and above while writing them on email they proposed to get it delivered a day later and when I am not present to my building watchman.
                        Their customer support helpline is the biggest scam ever as you cant get through anytime even after holding on for 10 mins

                          Please request to everyone "DO NOT" use this site. They are fraud. I have ordered flowers (OR[protected] which was not delivered as scheduled date for which I was try calling to their customer care whole day but no one has picked the call. Next day they sent me a confirmation that it has reached to the local hub for delivery which is of no use for me and I want my money back. As a serious note I am filing a case to the consumer forum against the ferns and petals management team after considering grievances from other customers. I have taken all the relevant proofs with which I am goona submit to the consumer forum. This is not a warning, its a final call.

                            I have placed an order through Ferns N Petals which was supposed to be delivered in Lucknow as per their commitment my gift was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb-2016 they informed me that my gift would be delivered between 6:00 to 21:00 hrs i called up on the customer care no proper response was there and they kept me on hold for 15 to 20 mins.
                            This gift was supposed to be delivered to my fiance and i have already informed her about the same she kept on waiting entire day but it was not delivered.
                            I went under depression and I have been mentally harassed by this company and have been cheated.
                            I want to take legal action against them

                                  NEVER order anything from Ferns N Petals. They are CHEATERS. I had placed an order OR[protected] with Ferns N Petals on 1st December. The product was supposed to get delivered on 5th December but it has been 10 days since I had placed the order and to this day the order has not reached us. The occasion was anyways spoilt as I had planned this surprise on the occasion of our anniversary for 9th December. Ferns N Petals ruined this day for us. I had also placed another order OR[protected] for cake on 8th December . It was a "Half kg Eggless Chocolate Cake With White Roses " for Rs 849. The next day I was told that this cake is not available and they can deliver only the regular flavoured cakes which is not that expensive. They said that they will deliver the chocolates by compensating the balance account on 9th December. They just delivered the Black forest Cake. Till date they have not delivered the chocolates and have been fooling people by adopting such an unscrupulous strategy.

                                    I had placed an order for delivery on 25th Nov, 2015. The order number OR[protected]. I had called in the evening and they said that the recipient number could not be reached. I was initially asked for 150 Rs charges for redelivery. On telling them its their fault that they didnt deliver, they stated they would deliver free of cost the next day. Still the same..They keep phone on hold for long time and dont give a clarity. They mentioned it was out for delivery today as well. But still the same. They in fact told that the address is wrong. How can it be wrong if all other couriers go to the same address

But they could have handled this in better way. For the very same address they had mentioned initially that it is not correct. So they need to take care of the orders more seriously

                                      10th Nov 2015, this is a current incident happened with me. FnP wrongly shipped the courier to wrong person. I am still taking a continues follow up from them but they are taking these things very easy. this is a first time that i ordered something from FnP. and in first time i got a very bad experience. This is totally a blunder and worse. and this is not acceptable. this is definite that will stretch this issue in consumer court at anyhow. Its a BAD BAD & BAD experience to request for an order from FnP. i want my money back. or delivered the shipment to the right person.

                                        I had ordered sweets of 1kg worth 1500/- to be delivered, online. The sweets which were delivered were of very bad quality at the same time wasn't of 1kg and the presentation was extremely bad.
                                        Such a disgrace they have brought to me. They show customers one image and lure them into buying from their website. Well I m reporting here so that these guys learn a lesson and be more cautious henceforth and take customers seriously and deliver some good stuff or rather I pray u close down coz they don't deserve to be in the market.
