I placed order(OR[protected] on 9thFeb'16 of the amount 5348.00 (which was expected to be delivered on 13th Feb'16) as per they committed but on 14th Feb'16, when my order was not delivered I called them up so they said the product is unavailable, I scolded then as they should have said me earlier or at the time of order but they are saying when it was supposed to be delivered.
I canceled my order on 14th Feb'16 and ask them for refund, as per their policy, refund take 5-7 business days, but its been 12 days, I have not got my money refunded in bank.
When I try to followup they give a same reply with
"your refund at www.fnp.com is being processed(transactionID:OR[protected] and the status is in requested status from 14th Feb'16"

sometimes they do not respond to my mails too.
Please help.

    I would like to mention that Ferns and Petals has cheated on me twice. They made false commitments and they dont even care. I placed the order on 14th Feb for a delivery and i called the customer service to confirm. They mentioned that they will deliver it by 9pm and then i made the payment online. When i called that person next day i got to know that the package was not delivered and i never received any call from Ferns and Petals that they were not able to deliver the package. It was so embarassing to hear and when i called the customer service they said that they were not able to deliver and i asked for the refund. I received the confirmation email that the order is been cancelled and refund will reflect in 5-7 business days. I also write the email to them regarding the same and then i received a reply on 18th Feb that as a apology gesture they will deliver 12 red roses and cadbury choclate box next day however that also never happened and i have to feel embarass again in front of that person. Today i called the customer service again to check the status of the refund and also to complaint about not delivery of complimantry gift. The representative mohit said that they never sent any email to me regarding this. This is so much frustrating and they made me realize that it was my mistake to place the order with them.

      I have order worth 12000 Rs gifts from your online web site to surprise my boyfriend for valentine day 14th Feb, he received partial package and the main package which content flower 100 rose still not deliver its now almost 7:00apm on 15th Feb, called many times to your customer service number and spoke with many staff, all they said was the order is no way...i asked your staff if i can speak with manager on duty but was told he is not available, I will never trust this company again and will tell all my friends and family about this horrible service. flowers are still not deliver and they dont want to refund my package, they just stole my money...

        My boyfriend had ordered flowers to be delivered to me on Valentine's day (Which normally they charge double for the same)
        I never got the flowers delivered and over and above while writing them on email they proposed to get it delivered a day later and when I am not present to my building watchman.
        Their customer support helpline is the biggest scam ever as you cant get through anytime even after holding on for 10 mins

          Please request to everyone "DO NOT" use this site. They are fraud. I have ordered flowers (OR[protected] which was not delivered as scheduled date for which I was try calling to their customer care whole day but no one has picked the call. Next day they sent me a confirmation that it has reached to the local hub for delivery which is of no use for me and I want my money back. As a serious note I am filing a case to the consumer forum against the ferns and petals management team after considering grievances from other customers. I have taken all the relevant proofs with which I am goona submit to the consumer forum. This is not a warning, its a final call.

            I have placed an order through Ferns N Petals which was supposed to be delivered in Lucknow as per their commitment my gift was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb-2016 they informed me that my gift would be delivered between 6:00 to 21:00 hrs i called up on the customer care no proper response was there and they kept me on hold for 15 to 20 mins.
            This gift was supposed to be delivered to my fiance and i have already informed her about the same she kept on waiting entire day but it was not delivered.
            I went under depression and I have been mentally harassed by this company and have been cheated.
            I want to take legal action against them

                  NEVER order anything from Ferns N Petals. They are CHEATERS. I had placed an order OR[protected] with Ferns N Petals on 1st December. The product was supposed to get delivered on 5th December but it has been 10 days since I had placed the order and to this day the order has not reached us. The occasion was anyways spoilt as I had planned this surprise on the occasion of our anniversary for 9th December. Ferns N Petals ruined this day for us. I had also placed another order OR[protected] for cake on 8th December . It was a "Half kg Eggless Chocolate Cake With White Roses " for Rs 849. The next day I was told that this cake is not available and they can deliver only the regular flavoured cakes which is not that expensive. They said that they will deliver the chocolates by compensating the balance account on 9th December. They just delivered the Black forest Cake. Till date they have not delivered the chocolates and have been fooling people by adopting such an unscrupulous strategy.

                    I had placed an order for delivery on 25th Nov, 2015. The order number OR[protected]. I had called in the evening and they said that the recipient number could not be reached. I was initially asked for 150 Rs charges for redelivery. On telling them its their fault that they didnt deliver, they stated they would deliver free of cost the next day. Still the same..They keep phone on hold for long time and dont give a clarity. They mentioned it was out for delivery today as well. But still the same. They in fact told that the address is wrong. How can it be wrong if all other couriers go to the same address

                    They contacted back with email stating that they have delivered the product. I also got the confirmation from the recipient. But they could have handled this in better way. For the very same address they had mentioned initially that it is not correct. So they need to take care of the orders more seriously

                      10th Nov 2015, this is a current incident happened with me. FnP wrongly shipped the courier to wrong person. I am still taking a continues follow up from them but they are taking these things very easy. this is a first time that i ordered something from FnP. and in first time i got a very bad experience. This is totally a blunder and worse. and this is not acceptable. this is definite that will stretch this issue in consumer court at anyhow. Its a BAD BAD & BAD experience to request for an order from FnP. i want my money back. or delivered the shipment to the right person.

                        I had ordered sweets of 1kg worth 1500/- to be delivered, online. The sweets which were delivered were of very bad quality at the same time wasn't of 1kg and the presentation was extremely bad.
                        Such a disgrace they have brought to me. They show customers one image and lure them into buying from their website. Well I m reporting here so that these guys learn a lesson and be more cautious henceforth and take customers seriously and deliver some good stuff or rather I pray u close down coz they don't deserve to be in the market.

                          I had placed an order(#OR[protected] for Shining Memory Personalized Lamp Regular on 03/11/2015 and had asked for delivery on 05/11/2015.I had called costumer care[protected] on 05/11/2015.A guy told me that it will be delivered on 06/11/2015.I called on 06/11/2015, a guy told that address is incomplete and asked me to provide landmark.I gave all the details.He told it will be delivered on 07/11/2015.Again i called on 07/11/2015 and a lady told that it will be delivered within 1-2 days and asked my address and landmark.I didnt provide anything as i had already mentioned full address while placing the order and also on phone.She disconnected the call in between.It was supposed to be delivered on 05/11/2015 but till date i have not received the product.My anniversary was on 06/11/2015, now what will i do with that gift?? Please refund my money.

                            Hi I ordered a Silver Dry Fruit tray along with Sargi sweets on the 28th Oct'2015 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 30th Oct'2015. I called on the customer service and they made me wait till almost half and hour and asked me to keep calling them again after every hour. I tried their number and even sent an email but there has been no response at all. They sent an email saying the order has been shipped by trust one courier which doesnt not exist. No response. They never took any action and this is the worst experience I had with them. I will never ever order from them or recommend them. They are not even refunding the money or apologising. They spolit the entire occasion for me. Distugting service.

                              Ordered (OR[protected] a cake on 23, delivery for the same day at midnight.
                              My mistake was I clicked on date 24. So they didn't delivered on that night.
                              Next morning they said you can't cancel the order but you can change the delivery time. Had no option left so Changed the time for Monday 26 at 8-9 PM.
                              Now at 9 I called up and enquired then they said we have some technical issue and couldn't deliver today, will deliver tomorrow.
                              WTF, I paid 200 bucks extra apart from the cake price for this ???
                              Now I don't want the CAKE, Cancel My order and need full refund Right now and please don't you guys dare to make excuse by the name company policies because if you really care about your company policies then this should be also in those policies to not to deliver the ordered goods at time to the customers..

                                ORDER NUMBER OR[protected] on 8th October 2015 I ordered a Truffle Cake 500gm Half Kg on 8th October 2015 worth Rs 749/-. Next day when the recipient send the picture of the cake received I was simply shocked.The cake was not a truffle cake but just a simple cake with chocolate coating which would be worth 250 rs/-. The cake had a wrong name and was delivered in a very bad shape. When I complaint about to their email support, first they asked me pictures of the deliver. If I was bit amazed because the company promises to deliver cake and they are not even efficient in delivering a good cake properly. When i sent them the picture they apologized and then told me that they will send 10 roses. I wanted to check their efficiency and asked them to deliver it. This time they lied that the recipient did not pick up the call. I have the proof of all the call details of that person. This people are just frauds. Please don't order using their services as these people will ruin the special day of your friends & family.

                                  Date of Incident: Oct 15, 2015 Order No: OR[protected] I ordered flowers from India to be delivered to my friend in USA for his birthday. The description of the order was as follows: Romantic flowers in passionate shades of red, purple and pink. Romantic dark red roses are mixed with pink carnations, hot pink matsumoto asters, purple cushion mums, lavender waxflower, burgundy copper beech leaves and green variegated pittosporum. Presented in a pretty plum glass vase that's tied with burgundy satin ribbon. To begin with the flowers were delivered at 10 PM US time inspite of numerous follow up mails and phone calls made. From there things just got worse! I have attached the picture of the flowers on the site and also that I received. It has totally different flowers from the description. The flowers are dull and gloomy and the so called shades of pink and purple aren't there! At best I see some red, brown and green! There is no pretty plum glass vase or burgundy satin ribbon. I feel cheated and you really spoilt the occasion. It was a criminal waste of the 4000 bucks spent. Is Ferns & Petals just a scheming setup to rob people off their money? I will never be ordering from this site again!

                                    They are big time cheaters...I ordered 4 bouquets worth Rs 5000 from them but the quality of flowers that were delivered to the recipient was HORRENDOUS. The flowers were just about to perish. Those were Exotic flowers LILY but looked so bad i dint have words.
                                    I also complained about it to the concerned team but no resolution came out of it. I need a total refund of my orders but they are not doing that too.
                                    Cheaters they are. They should be abandoned by masses.
                                    I am never ordering anything from them and neither will I allow my relatives/friends/ colleagues to order from them.
                                    They have certainly lost a big customer base.
                                    They should be BANNED.

                                      We had ordered a lamp with a personalized photographs on it along with a cadboury dairy milk.

                                      But received a lamp with a different photo and without a silk.

                                      Delivery date was in the month of September till mid October we have not received our corrected product.

                                        I ordered Cake and flowers for mid night. The delivery system says that they were unable to deliver because the recipient was not reachable. But the recipient has received the call and explained them the address. The product was delivered. I even provided them with the proof of the call (as the call was recorded by the recipient). I provided the recording. But still not getting anything. The service is worst. Especially the customer support. My order number was OR[protected] and complaint number was 691372.
