I have placed an order (order no.[protected] on fnp. There were two products in it. A product was delivered two days before the event and the other one is not delivered yet. I have called on customer care 6 times but everytime the representatives dismiss the call by saying that i will call you back after consulting with my consultants....

FNP is the most unprofessional and sloppy of all e- retailers that are currently operating. While their USP is to deliver gifts on special occasions, rarely do they deliver it on the said day. If you order well in advance, they will deliver the bday gift well in advance. If you order just in time they will deliver much later from the. D day !
