I am unable to believe that these guys think they can get away with anything. An online order(this is not a fake review - check order number[protected] was placed a few days back for a cake that was to delivered for a Bday. It was promised to us that the cake would be delivered between 11 AM and 4 PM. The cake never came. Its not that simple. Here is the horror story unfolded. Since we didn't receive the cake by 3 PM, we called customer care. There are I think some two guys and two ladies(we now know because we had to call so many times), one guy is named Sukhwinder). The person said that he would try and contact the delivery guy. He could not I think(and by the way refused to give the delivery boys number as some policy also when we requested). But assured that that it would be delivered by 4 PM. The cake never came. At 4 PM when we called, they again said they would get in touch with the delivery guy. This time some delivery boy got in touch with us, but said he was starting off from a part of the city which was like 20-25 kilometers away. There was no way he could have made it in time. After some time, he even indicated(he was probably lying) that he was midway through also, THEN he stopped responding and switched off the phone. After that, calling the customer care also did not help who were not able to contact the delivery boy and just put my father on hold several times for very long and did not try to get back also. Basically, our Bday celebration was spoilt and we had to order the cake from another place. What is worse, is that today when we contacted asking for a refund, they started blaming us without even understanding full what happened. At some point in the conversation we had said that we could adjust by taking the delivery at another location(after which anyway my Dad was able to speak to the delivery boy and the address matter was closed) and this customer care lady said we were to blame for same. My simple advice to you people is that don't even think of these unreliable, unprofessional people. Basically CHEATS. I wish I had seen the review on mouthshut before we placed the order. This is nothing short of a scam of people who don't know how to run a business which is so much about being customer oriented, instead they don't even meet basic requirements of on-time delivery. Can anyone help here with a suggestion on an effective course of action?

    The above company has charged me Rs. 150/- extra for some customization which was not actually done by them. Now in spite of deficiency in service on their part, they are giving me gift voucher and not the liquid money. I paid cash, So I want cash back simple. I dont want to avail their services again, hence cash refund should be made in place of GV. The reference Order no. is. OR[protected].

      Hi, I had booked a delivery bouquet along with fixed time delivery charges on 21 May 2015. The addressee did not receive the bouquet nor did she got the call for the same. NO one came home to deliver. Since it was missed the first day, we paid extra Rs 250 for midnight delivery charges and the same was not delivered the second day too. The recipient was at home and phones were very much available. But no delivery was made. Occasion has gone and in spite of paying double, the delivery never took place. Now on calling FnP for the refund, I am being told that n one was available athome for 2 consecutive days which is completely wrong. F N P cannot play with its reputation at stake by lying to such an extent. ORDER NO. 15288387

        I had placed the order on 19th May for my parents wedding anniversary and had selected a specific delivery time as they were leaving out of town Order # 15238054. They never received the delivery but when I check with F&P at 4, they were sending the flowers at that time. Since F&P did not value the time, I could not gift anything to my parents and they went out of town without anything. Later I spoke to F&P on 20th May and cancelled the order, customer care team told me that it would be refunded with 1 weeks’ time. It’s been two weeks now but I have not got anything from F&P and when I call to check the status the customer care team is very rude or don’t connect me to any manager to escalate the case. I have been trying to get a resolution and I have been made to wait for hours and later they disconnect without informing me. • Care team don’t respect the women and are very rude. I wish I could have collected name to put it for your reference to show the harassment caused by your team members. • I have been let down by more than 5 of your team members and it’s a night mare to contact them.

          I called today specifying that this particular order is dated for delivery on 29 AUGUST 2015, you assured me that this order will be stopped. Yet, I receive an email again saying it is being shipped. THE GIFT HAVE REACHED THE CUSTOMER TODAY. BLUE DART HAD THE AUDACITY TO CALL AND ASK IT RETURNED BACK FROM THEM NOW! I have several grievances against fnp.com 1. OR[protected] I received a damaged plant and now they are yet to replace it. 2. OR[protected] I wanted to cancel the order, but they only issue vouchers against cancelled order, hence I had to replace the previous order with a new one. 3. OR[protected] This order is being shipped in spite of my call to the service centre on 2 June 2015, clarifying this order has to be SHIPPED ON 29-AUGUST- 2015, NOT NOW. THE GIFT HAVE REACHED THE CUSTOMER TODAY. BLUE DART HAD THE AUDACITY TO CALL AND ASK IT RETURNED BACK FROM THEM NOW, CAUSING EMBARRASSMENT ON BOTH THE SENDER AND RECIPIENT.

            Ferns N Petals online service is absolutely pathetic. I placed an order on 28th May a day before my friend’s Wedding Anniversary that was on 29th May. Immediately after placing my order(got to know that my friend will be out over the weekend) So, I called customer care to prepone the delivery any time by 28th May (Friday) and they confirmed for the same day delivery but now its 01st of June, noon time still gift hasn’t been delivered. Again when I tried them calling almost trice was unable to reach customer care it took almost 20mins to reach them after I heard a voice from lady executive and I told my all story and then she said “Maa’m your order is out for delivery and this will get deliver by end of today for sure”. After listing the status I asked her to transfer my call to any of your Senior Executive but was on hold for almost 20mins and they have disconnected my call and didn’t arrange any call back. Here my question and advice to all my friends.. 1. Why wrong commitments made to customer; 2. After 2 days delay in delivery still gift is not yet delivered as on today i.e.01st June noon time. 3. My advice/suggestion to all would never ever got for Ferns N Petals pathetic services in future.

              Order no[protected]. A cake delivery due 28th May '15 at 1pm. Till 11pm they said it will get delivered on time. This is after repeatedly calling them every half an hour and been kept on hold for 8 to 10 mins to get attended by a customer care executive. At 12.00 when i call they say the flavour i want is not available and theyv sent me a mail for the same but i havent received any mail. So if i dint call them they would have held my order fpor lack of listed flavour. I told them to go ahead with anther flavour and they said itl get delivered by 6pm. I had a problem with this cause the recepient is home only till 3 pm. They disconnect my call and i call again. After 15 mins when i get through a lady tells me itl gt delivered by 2. I call up at 145 they say itl get delivered by 6pm again. I said then cancel the order..he says il check and call u back in 5 mins. No he tells me itsl get delivere in 1 hour. I have spent half a day of work following uyp insite of paying inflated prices for a half a kg cake. Is this kind of mental torture you subject your consumers to? An occasion is very important and means more than just a financial transaxction. If you cant deliver why promise? Im praying the cake gets delivered but this is for sure my last transaction with you. Higly dissatisfies with your services. Its mentally exhausting!

                I have placed an order on 20th May 2015 and provided my expected delivery date as on 21st May 2015 But after that I am going through series of incidents which has for sure made me learnt one thing that I should never place an order from Ferns N Petals. First of all -Order did not get delievred on 21st may 2015 which was an occasion. -I waited for 2nd Day i.e 22nd May 2014, again order did not get delivered. I tried to follow up a lot.Every customer care representatives were misguiding me. First two representatives had said that they already have delivered oreder to someone else.While confirming from my receipient I found that order was not delivered to him.I again made a call to you customer care then they said no it was not delivered, but only out for delivery and recipients is not picking up the call so it might get delivered after sometime. Again I confirmed with recipient no call has been made to him from any of the courier guy representating from Ferns N Petals. -Your representatives are continuously lying to me and not delivering the product even on third day, -they have blocked my number to get it connected to customer care.I tried 6 times it got disconnected automatically after reaching the section of connecting to represenative. -When I called from another number they picked up immediately and again giving me flase excuse for today also that recipent is not picking up.while no one has ever made a call to recipient or to sender. These was totally a pathetic service which has mentally harassed me in follow ups and yet I got nothing as result.

                  I have placed an order (order no.[protected] on fnp. There were two products in it. A product was delivered two days before the event and the other one is not delivered yet. I have called on customer care 6 times but everytime the representatives dismiss the call by saying that i will call you back after consulting with my consultants.

                    FNP is the most unprofessional and sloppy of all e- retailers that are currently operating. While their USP is to deliver gifts on special occasions, rarely do they deliver it on the said day. If you order well in advance, they will deliver the bday gift well in advance. If you order just in time they will deliver much later from the. D day ! For the third time, they have not delivered the gift on the stated day, why fuss in asking us the date ? The latest instance is my order no 14476854, wherein they had to deliver a plant as a bday gift on 12 May. They promptly delivered it on 09 May and the plant is damaged. Since then they have not responded to my requests for replacement. By the way their 24 x7 support is a lie ! They close shop by 10 pm.

                      Horrible service - made huge claims, messed up the committed delivery and are now unwilling to refund the small amount of Rs1999/-. Use this company at your own risk. They say they deliver stuff - but in reality they deliver nothing. The customer support mechanism is non existent - no replies to mails. I placed an order on Mother's Day for the delivery of a cake and flowers to my mother in Bangalore. Order number - OR[protected]. The flowers were delivered and the cake was not. I sent 3 emails to your support team and there was no response. Finally I called the support telephone number from where I am in the US (Portland, OR) and spoke for 20 minutes with Mr Sachin Raghav and Mr Honey (supervisor) and was told in a dismissive way that the max that can be done is to refund the cost of the cake. I asked for a refund of the whole amount of Rs1999 as a cost of the bad service and was told that this is not possible.Pathetic service!!! Liars

                        I had ordered birthday gift for my husband for delivery to Milwaukee, USA on May 5, 2015 to be delivered on May 11, 2015. However, today is May 12 and they are unable to help me with the status of order yet. The customer care person instead of trying to find out what has happened tells me that the status of order would be known by next 48 hours!! Gosh.. horrible service.. I would advise people not to use ferns n petals anymore. Being a birthday order they want me to know the status after birthday.. I checked with recepient.. neither he received the order nor any call for the same.

                          Hello I had ordered for flowers to be delivered through Ferns and Petals (fnp.com) in the city of Thrissur in Kerala. The order number is OR[protected]. The amount was 699/- and I received a discount of 70/-. The total amount charged to me was 629/-. The order was placed on the 8th of May and the delivery date was the 9th of May. I received a text message and an email on the 10th that the order had been delivered. However, the order has not been delivered till date. on calling the fnp customer care number, +[protected], the IVR keeps repeating the message that all the agents are currently busy and that the next available agent would assist you. This message is repeated throughout the day. This is a fraud company. They are looting unsuspecting customers like me daily. Kindly take note and initiate action please.                             I visited ferns n petals situated at hoshiarpur, Punjab. I bought a mug of price 499 for m mother and a mug of rs 299 gift for my mom on mothers day ..but they were asking me to pay additional tax to get printed bill..it was written on the mug "inclusive of all taxes" .. She was fighting with me about it.. In the end she told me that she gave me the item at lesser price exclusive of tax.. She behaved so wrong.. And these kind of people are loosing the company customers..I am not going to visit any store of ferns n petals in future because of so bad dealing by your employees ..remember you are not just loosing one customer ..YOU ARE LOOSING 9 more customers..

                              Sorry to say, but it was my mistake to trust FNP on delivering flowers and a card to someone special to me. This was the first time I used your service thinking that I'll be using it more often in future if everything goes right. But, the experience that I had was terrible! Following are the list of issues that I had with my order (Order#: OR[protected]. I hope you could have addressed them all. But the phone call from the local vendor (whom FNP would have contacted for the delivery) was so confusing, and didn't want to help us in this matter. Issue #1: Terrible state of the Bouquet! I've attached pictures of both what we expected (Expected.jpg) vs what we got. (What_We_Got.jpg) The flowers which were promised in the order were 'Red Roses' only, but as you can see in the picture (What_We_Got.jpg), they are not all red. Why? The flowers were stale. Why? When they got delivered, they were loosely wrapped not even tied up by a red-ribbon bow, as mentioned in the description of the flowers (Please see Expected.jpg for details). As communicated over the phone, you guys contacted a local flower shop (in Firozabad) to make this delivery. Even though the bouquet was prepared locally, why the flowers were in a bad state?? Also, then why did you charge such a heavy shipping fee (which costed almost same as the flowers)? Issue #2: Message Screwed Up! The Card was meant for my to-be-in-laws. And, in the card which was delivered, they addressed it to some other name. Why?? And, what the heck!! I wish the person who wrote this message should have at least some common sense about not having the same person in both 'To' and 'From'. In the 'From', you even screwed up the spelling of my name, you retards! Why on earth did you do that? Issue #3 We had to give call to your customer care in the evening to get the order delivered. What kind of service is that where the customer is reminding you to provide them your service? Yours highly disappointed customer, prakhar panwaria

                                OR[protected] was a midnight delivery on 16th April. It was to be delivered between 11:30 pm to 12:30am. I had planned this a surprise for my sister who stays away from home in Bangalore. Her friends and flatmates knew and waited and waited, however no one turned up.. SUCH A BIG disappointment.. I WAS VERY EMBARASSED Even worse, the order could not be tracked online and no one had reached out to me or the contact nos provided that the order will not be delivered. They charged additional 250 rs for midnight delivery, however failed and did not even apologize or refund the amount. I want the entire amount of Rs 1000 to be refunded. this is PATHETIC.

                                  Had made an order online on FNP on the 28th March early in the morning (Order number OR[protected] for same day delivery... Paid additional Rs. 300/- for delivering at a specific time between 18:00 - 19:00... Immediately called up the call center and changed the timing to between 17:00 and 18:00... Within thirty minutes after that changed the delivery timing online to between 15:00 and 16:00... Then I called the call center at 15:30 to check the status of the delivery... Then they say the delivery is still at between 17:00 and 18:00 though it was clearly showing online that the delivery was to be made between 15:00 and 16:00... I agreed that the delivery to be made at their given time between 17:00 and 18:00 but it was not delivered at that point of time and the recipient left for out of town... Then they call the recipient at 18:45 hrs that they want to make the delivery when the recipient was travelling... This type of service is ridiculous and between 16:00 and 18:00 when I was checking the status, they even lied that they called the recipient and the recipient didn't accept the delivery... Now when am asking for the refund, they say only Gift Voucher can be given and nothing else... Keep it or leave it attitude... And it has been more than a week and there is no response... I mean what kind of consumer protection is given by the government that these service providers talk as though they are doing favor to the consumer... I would not use this service ever and won't recommend it to others as well... Even my friends faced lot of issues with this provider... All I want is the refund amount credited back to my card...

                                    I have purchased "gopaljee thandai 500gms pack" from ferns n petals few days back...mrp printed on the pack is Rs 210 only and the price they charged from me for this pack is Rs 549. They have nowhere mentioned in product description that they are charging more than double amount from customer. But when i raised complaint they said we are selling all our product at more than double amont and we even dont accept any return or exchange. They are making fool of customer and they say that we dont care...i want to file a strict consumer complaint against them.. Please take strict action against them.

                                      I placed an order on 11th March OR13640607.. I had mentioned delivery date by 25th March. I called them up asking me to deliver it anytime before 25th but all the time they gave me incorrect timescales. I called them at least 5 times asking them to dispatch the product but never got any response, I even called them on 21st asking them to dispatch my product to which they informed its dispatched but never gave me any tracking id. Next day when I called they informed me that the order is not yet dispatched, I asked them to register my complaint and spoke to the supervisor.He said that he will update me with the details but again no reply. Im so fedup with these guys, they just want to take your money in advance but are not bother about the services. Disgusting and appalling service.

                                        No response for 2 mails that I had sent across hence the 3rd mail : Dear Sir, Good Evening !! Hope this mail finds you in the best of health. I intended to write this mail after a lot of deliberation but I had to do it as this issue kept hitting me time and again. On 7th November 14 we made an order – Cake and flowers for my grandfather’s 71st birthday which was due on 9th November 2014. I was in Port Blaire and hence I made this booking by requesting one of my sister’s friend, who has sincerely done the booking through her debit card. The name mention was my sister’s – Shalvi Singh. I had done it under standard delivery and had given the preference time between: 8am to 12pm as my grandfather has to leave the place exactly at 12:10pm as he was travelling outstation. I got a call from the delivery boy who was on his way to my grandfather’s house, by now it was 12:25pm and he had already left for Tehri. Later I did get a call from a female named Miss Alka Verma (vendor) who apologized for the delay and also said that in-case I do not wish to cancel the order she will deliver it after my grandfather returns from this trip. On her advice I spoke to my family and started pondering if we could get it delivered rather than cancelling the booking as we had already paid for the same. Post this I also spoke with one of the customer care person – Miss Charu. I did pour out all the details and also asked her if we could cancel the booking and get the refund as it was not delivered on time. She did brief me about all the policies and was very polite and professional but I requested her to connect me to the higher official as I was still looking forward for an appropriate response. Mr. Amit Srivastav called up and started explaining me about the cancellation and the preference time policies. I also told him that the standard time policy is no-where mentioned on the website and there is certainly an ambiguity in the same. We had a lengthy discussion on the same but all he said was “SORRY WE CANOT REFUND YOUR MONEY, WE CANNOT DELIVER THE ITEM ORDERED AFTER 4-5 DAYS AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ON THIS ISSUE”. I told him that the vendor has also told me that she can deliver the item after 4-5 days to which he said that this will not be possible and also asked us not to complain again if the item is not delivered. It was as if he deliberately did not want the vendor to get this item delivered. I requested him to escalate this matter to which he replied that he is the supervisor and he is the only in-charge and there will not be anyone who can help us in this regards. Honestly I was losing patience and hence I asked my sister to talk to him. While my sister was talking to him we could hear giggles at the background and she being an outspoken person that she is did point out to Mr. Amit Srivastav. Honestly we felt that we were not being taken seriously at all. This person (Mr. Amit Srivastav) was insensitive and unconcerned about the sentiments attached to the issue. I tried calling the vendor, who now refused to talk to me and disconnected the call. I was in a shock. I have been a very loyal customer of Ferns and Petals. This is not the first time such a thing has happened. On 25th October 14 we has asked for a delivery(Cake and flowers) to my friends place again booked under the standard time between 8am to 12pm, but the delivery reached my friends place at 2:45 after repetitive calls to customer care. I did feel surprised but was not bugged by this as my friend was at his place till 5pm and sometimes mistakes happen. Sir I do not wish to trouble you with this information but this has certainly left a bad taste. FnP is a brand and I understand that it takes a lot of effort to build a brand and to sustain the same.
